Hotels Near Miseno Snack In Agde
0.07km from downtownThis was a 2-star hotel along the coast, so it had the typical sea-worn aspects and slightly moldy smell. But that was more than made up for by the wonderful location, very friendly personnel and a clean entryway. The beds were very clean and comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful, with the harborfront and sea. The fishing boats cruised by each morning with their harvest, letting you know there was fresh fish for dinner. The hotel's breakfast was nicely prepared, and the balcony was perfect for eating it, or food we bought at the market for eat for dinner. I recommend it to anybody going to Agde. Free public parking was not far up the river- Recommend you park there, and walk the short way down to the hotel.

3.78km from downtownLovely clean room - seemed quite small, but okay because this was due to the size of the very comfortable bed-slept well. Good size wardrobe space. Outside shutters on the window giving the option of sleeping with the window open. Very efficient aircon to keep room comfy in heat of the day. Cute little ensuite, but because I didn’t want to use the overhead shower, and used the hand held, I did manage to soak the floor. But plenty of hot water, good pressure, good loo. Breakfast was €9, and it included self service - coffee, variety of tea, fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit salad, several types of bread, cheese, ham, scrambled egg, sausage, and potatoes & pastries. Ate at the hotel 2 nights 2nd time had lovely fish dish with mushrooms and potatoes. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not too far to walk down to the beach. Good stay, will book again if we return to this area.
3.84km from downtownWe had planned on staying in Agde for just one night but this lovely hotel was so quiet and comfortable that we ended up staying for a very relaxing 3 nights! We were traveling by bicycles and were able to store them safely in the garage throughout our stay. The staff were all very nice, helpful and welcoming. Our room (11) was clean, spacious and had a coffee machine plus a kettle. It has good air-conditioning and heating but you can also open the window for fresh air. It is in a very convenient location, close to some great restaurants, grocery stores and the riverfront. We can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we are back in Agde.

Hotels Near Miseno Snack In Agde Review
Cap d'Agde is a very touristic place, with all the noise and crowdedness going with it. In this little hotel, with only 12 rooms, you can really relax. Escape from all that noise and parties. This is a family hotel, entirely ran by the women of the family (it seemed that way). They are very friendly and always present. From breakfast till a late evening drink. The rooms are maybe a bit dated, but very clean with all the necessary things. We had a little private terrace as well. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool, with places to relax, a bar to have a drink or snack. There is even a jacuzzi. Pay attention that there is no parking place near the hotel, you can use the hotel parking but it will cost you 12 Euro's a day. You should definitely have breakfast there. It is so tasteful with fresh fruits, cereals, nuts, dried fruit, yogurt, cheese, cakes,.... Really worth every cent. I would certainly recommend this place. Don't forget to hire some bikes, since it makes going to the port a lot easier :-)
We stayed for one night in the deluxe suite. It was an excellent room, clean, well furnished and even a Jacuzzi bath. On the Roof of the hotel was a small gym,Sauna and Hammam with a lovely Jacuzzi to relax in at the end of a busy day. The Staff were incredible so friendly and helpful and made a real fuss of my 7 year old with sweets etc. The hotel was just a 10-15 min walk from the main beaches, Aqualand and Luna Park yet the rooms were soundproofed so there was no noise. Don’t let the negative comments put you off. This in my view is a wonderful hotel with great staff.
We stayed for 7 nights. Ignore the negative reviews as the facilties are really good. They are apartments with a reception and spa facilites on site. You have the advantage to self cater or visit one of the many bars and resturants in the village. There is no need to have an on site resturant or bar because most people visit the village to experience the night life and entertainment. The advantge of these apartments is that they are away from the noise yet a short walk to the beach and village centre. Compared to the many apartments in the area these are first class and at a good price.

Liked · This a fantastic hotel that truly lives up to its 4 stars status. The staff is amazing and we will particularly thank Marie for her kindness and service. The room was perfect, very large and clean with a large very comfortable bed. We had a great view on the golf and the swimming pool. On one occasion there was some loud noise from a room and you have dealt with it superbly, this has been very well appreciated The breakfast was true value for money with very good local products. Disliked · Although the room was very big, I would have appreciated a more cosy corner with the sofa (like a coffee table). Perhaps a suggestion to add a bit more technology such as a speaker to listen to music

We made a reasonably late booking at the Ozz as we did not decide soon enough to go to Cap D'Agde that year. he Ozz was a great choice. The staff were very helpful and gave us great advice and directions. The hotel has a shuttle car/cart if you want to use it to get around. Ee used it a couple of times and it was helpful. Usually we preferred to walk. The jacuzzi and bar on the roof is a great place to hang out clothing optional with folks, but the water temperature was too cool to be pleasant. If they raised the temperature a tad I think it would encourage more of a crowd to hang out there. Overall it was a very good and convenient place to stay at the Cap.
A very nice room with air conditioning, double bed was really comfortable.shower had loads of hot water, the room was very clean and was cleaned daily and towels replaced the room also had a safe. the WiFi worked through out the hotel and is free. There is a lovely pool and the hotel provides towels for the sun beds.free parking is available, the hotel is only a 5 minute stroll to the centre.breakfast is available at a cost but we considered it very good value and quality compared to the cafes in the area

First time here in Agde and I was plesantly suprised. Nice beaches and views, good restaurants etc. Thalacap on the Beach was a good chioce for us, a Family of four. Room is a little bit small but has everything you need: a little kitchenette with Owen, stowe, washer etc. Our room was with a pool view and direct access to the pool and Beach. Room was nicle updated comparing to many other French hotels. Probably wouldn't stay here for a week but definitely would come back for 1-3 nights.
Ok, so I’m writing this a year late, and actually it was August I went in 2018 not September but I couldn’t write back that far. So this review is almost certainly skewed because this was my childhood holiday resort and as a result holds the most wonderful memories. Prior to this visit I had probably spent an accumulative 6 months there over the years. Now however was the return trip with my own wife and children. An added bonus was that my brother and parents both also came as a nostalgic surprise. I love this place. I love the pool, the smells, the shops, the layout, the closeness to the beach, the apartments and I love the fact the reception is the same too! I could live here but there is a big “but”. However much I love the apartments they do need a bit more of a refresh but most importantly, they really need to much much cooler. I couldn’t get the air thing to work at all as was so old which meant that one had to be almost still when inside and had to keep blinds drawn during the day. Sort out the air conditioning urgently and I’ll be back every year. Deal?! Ps I still love you, Saint Loup x

The front desk wasn't manned when I turned up at my stated time and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to finally arrive and allow me in to my room at 5 pm. Despite promising wifi I had no access in my room and when i commented to the staff was told it was because I had an iPhone and their wifi didn't work with iPhones and only androids. Theres a first! The room was dark and poorly lit and so too the bathroom which was't the cleanest either. Would DEFINITELY NOT stay here again.
Very central location. Mezzanine was spacious, with bed upstairs and sofa bed downstairs. It was useful to have a small kitchen with fridge. Receptionist was helpful. Check in was not allowed until after 5pm, unless we paid 75 euros extra to arrive at lunchtime. Then we had to check out at 10am! Free parking was 10 -15 mins walk away. Room was grubby with strange stains on floors and walls. Bed linen also had stains on it and pillows were grubby. Towels were thin and we had to ask for toliet roll.
We booked last minute for one night on 19/08/2020 2 adults 1 child directly with the hotel. The room was €198, parking €18 and €12 per adult for breakfast, my daughter ate free. We paid at reception upon arrival a total of €240 plus taxe de séjour. We were greeted by a friendly man on reception. We were allocated a front facing room on the 2nd floor, just above reception which is on a busy road opposite a building site. The room was clean enough but extremely dated and very very small for 3 people. We found the only way to make it work was for one person to move around at a time. The beds were hard and uncomfortable but the tiny bathroom was well equipped with hairdryer and magnifying mirror. Although I did have to bend down to have a shower as the bar holding the shower head came to shoulder height at best (I am 6ft ). Air conditioning was fine, WiFi didn’t work. No balcony no blinds, it was either dark room or open curtains for everyone to see in. The most significant down side of this hotel is the noise, zero soundproofing you can hear reception the cars driving past, the neighbours, well everything really. A formula one hotel is much better in terms of sound proofing. Although no a buffet given the current conditions breakfast was fine but over priced, we paid €8 in a different hotel in Cap dAgde for a better breakfast the week before. We checked out at 10:30am, we requested to leave our car in the car park for an extra hour, considering we paid €18 for the space this was not an unreasonable request but the manager made a really big deal of letting us do this. So to sum up, the Opal hotel is fine for a short stay but is worth no more than €60 per night maybe €100 high season and that is only because of the location. It needs a major overhaul to justify the star rating and the exorbitant prices.
