0.73km from Miss FleurWe booked two rooms for my partner, parents and I to spend a long weekend in Palma. So glad we did! The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, with a range of tips about where to eat and visit. Our rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty and helped us start our day in the best way. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk from the cathedral and located in a quiet area, however we enjoyed being a bit removed from the centre. It is a few minutes walk from a fantastic mercado, and there are excellent eating and drinking options close by. We felt very welcomed and looked after during our stay, and when we come back to Palma, we will stay there again. Thank you to all the staff!
0.81km from Miss FleurStayed 5 nights with a group. The rooms were spacious, and clean, beds comfortable and the powerful showers in the bathrooms were appreciated. One room change due to issue with electricity. Otherwise no complaints from the group. The continental breakfast buffet is basic but with a supermarket around the corner and fridge in the rooms, we could add yoghurt etc to it. The gentleman at the reception was most helpful. Ample seating in the reception area made it easy for the group to gather in the mornings before the day trips. Located in a residential area it is a 20 min walk from the hotel in to the old town. It is an excellent no frills hotel.
0.94km from Miss FleurWe visited Palma de Mallorca for one day, in our way to Prague and the personnel was very kind and supported a lot with all the information we needed The location was fine since we could walk to Plaza España where all the connections passed through Highly recommended
1.12km from Miss FleurHave travelled to Palma many times, until now my favourite hotel was Brondo Architect..... Now I'm not so sure..... The first thing I would say about the Ars Magna Bleisure hotel is that the staff there are amazing. Everyone always greeted you with a smile and a warm hello and from the moment we booked they couldn't do enough to help us at every opportunity. Special thanks to the lovely Marina who was amazing and you could tell took pleasure in chatting and assisting us. The hotel itself is situated on the outskirts of Central Palma, but don't let this put you off you're only 15 minutes from Santa Catalina and the Cathedral/seafront is not much further. Its located on a lovely street that has a number of bars and restaurants, almost like a 'mini Lincoln Rd for those that have been to Miami, or Santa Monica strip in LA with a similar relaxed feel. Rooms are spacious and modern and the beds are really comfy. There is a rooftop pool and seating area with loungers, which isn't big but perfect for going for a dip to cool off. We'll definitely be coming back to this hotel. I hope the owners take good care of the staff....

1.35km from Miss FleurMy Wife and me went for a small holiday trip in Palma, during Corona time. From the beginning, the stuff was nice, attentive, and always ready to help. It has to be mentioned, that during the times of Covid, the stuff was working tip-top, be it the planning of the breakfast schedules, service and disinfection. The rooms were exactly what we waited for: simple, chic and clean. The bed size was fine as well. The only upset was the air conditioning malfunction after the first night, where it stopped working and as a result, water started dripping out. We immediately got an upgrade for free, as well as lots of apologies. The walking distance is 12-13 minutes, with a slow enjoyable speed, that might be a bit tiring if its too hot, but for a young couple, it shouldn't be any concern. As of breakfast, it was always the same, but at the same time, always tasty!| On the last day, we asked the stuff to send the things via Post, the things we couldn't take on airplane, and the respond was once again kind and quick! So yes, I would recommend this hotel, to anybody how's not too lazy for walking a bit, and has no special demands for a super posh and fancy hotel! The ones who love simplicity and tasty architecture, would be welcome there

1.36km from Miss FleurBooked to stay the night in hotel Regina with my husband and 8 month old baby. The check in is usually automated but we arrived a bit early at 1230 and the receptionist who happened to arrive at the same time as us was very kind and let us check in early. we had booked a triple room which would’ve been very spacious if one of the beds had been taken out (!) however with 3 single beds and a travel cot it was a little tight but still comfortable for 1 night. The beds were comfy and room was clean. Shower hot and nice shower gel provided. Travel cot had a very good mattress and was more than spacious enough for my baby. There are good restaurants very close (one beneath the hotel was full when we tried but the Pomo d’oro across the road was excellent) and the hotel is very well located close to the bus and train station and the old town. All in all a good place to stay for a short trip in palma however I think we would need a bit more space were we to stay longer than a weekend. Thank you!

1.53km from Miss FleurThe room is very small but the layout is very reasonable and the decoration is quite new. The location of the hotel is very close to the long-distance bus station (next to the ground, not noisy). If you want to go to other places on the island for a day, it is a good place to stay, very close to the city of Parma. Of course, Palma is a holiday resort, and the holiday is too small.
1.63km from Miss FleurM house hotel > Wonderful Boutique Hotel in Palma de Mallorca. Some friends recommended M house and so we took their advice and went for a long weekend. The hotel is in a great location, in the center of the best part of Palma. Fantastic, friendly service as well as beautiful rooms and spaces. If you are looking for a personalized stay I would certainly recommend staying in this hotel. The staff goes out of their way to know your name and go above and beyond to anticipate your needs.
1.65km from Miss FleurGreat location, cleanliness and service. There is no swimming pool in the hotel, but it is used as a business hotel and it seems to be well operated for that purpose. Breakfast is pretty good too. I recommend it.
1.7km from Miss FleurMy friend booked this hotel for us to meet in Mallorca for a chill girls weekend get together. I’d arrived first. The hotel is super well located in the center. The staff is unbelievable friendly. Our room was upgraded for a suite with a bath. OMG. It was gorgeous. The room was big. Plenty of space. Nicely decorated. All amenities from L’Occitane. The bed linen so smooth. There were plenty of free glass bottled water in the room all complimentary. Nice fruits. A nespresso machine. If you wanted fresh milk they would bring to the room. To use the sauna and spa, it is private by room. So you need to book a time. We did for 2 days in a row. The area is so beautiful. They also have a water mattress in the area for relaxing. Free tea and nuts are left in the spa area to enjoy. As well a frigobar with plenty of water. The breakfast is good. A great selection of fruits, eggs can be ordered. Drinks. The orange juice was amazingly fresh. Cereal bars, local food, breads etc.... we rentes a car for day with the hotel. We got an amazing car for 60 euros, the hotel manager so friendly explained to us all the routes, even gave us a beach bag for us to carry our stuff. The hotel is still part of the convento where the priest live. One floor (the 1) is their house, the manager explained to us was an agreement when the hotel lease the building. They refurbished the priest rooms as well. And they kept most of the main structure to keep the original idea. And make the modern on top. What is visible in the structures in the ceilings. Each room is modern decorated by a different designer. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant that is a Michelin was not operating with the chef as he was on holidays. But what an amazing weekend. They have a small gym, that is fine for a quick training. And a nice terrace and pool that should be great for summer
1.77km from Miss FleurThe Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume is almost perfect! It is in a fabulous location, close to shops and bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the cathedral and harbour. The building is amazing as its in an old property and the decor is a mixture of old and modern but has been chosen with the utmost care, the overall effect is one of peace and harmony. It is spotlessly clean everywhere and the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The spa in the old cellar is stunning and there is also a little rooftop terrace with a plunge pool with views across the rooftops. The very best bit is the staff, they cannot do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible, they are all friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is excellent....I cannot find anything negative to say other than thank you for a marvellous stay and I can't wait to come back again!
Hotels Near Miss Fleur In Palma De Mallorca Review
Stayed here 3 nights at the beginning of my tour through Ibiza, Mallorca and Menorca and another 3 nights at the end of the tour, February 21 to 24. This hotel has it all and the best feature is location and view. See pictures from the balcony. It is close to everything from supermarkets to ferry terminal, 20 minutes to airport and walking distance to old town. There were cheaper choices in February in Palma but I am so glad I picked this one. Large bright rooms, large balcony facing South with amazing view, modern furniture, large comfortable bed with all kings of pillows. I loved the fact that there is a USB outlets. Slippers are a nice touch and also the coffee machine, you also get water and juices free in the fridge. I can’t comment on the food, I didn’t take breakfast, but the restaurant and bar looked great. Staff was great, check in was fast, new elevators and the entire hotel is clean. The only comment that I have, the sliding balcony door in the room that I’ve had on the second stay didn’t close properly, even with the door locked there was still loud noise coming from out site, even on the 7th floor. It is on the busiest street of the city as it the fastest route to airport and ferry terminals. Other than that, nothing to criticize. I fully recommend this hotel !
Everything was perfect : - the interior design : modern (especially the central remote for lightnings), cosy, clean - awsome breakfast (various, local food, well cooked) - the SPA was perfect - the staff attention worths a 5-stars hotel : reception, cleaning staff, waiters, everyone was warm and welcoming with a lot of attention. - even in low season and in a covid situation, the staff provided a high standard service, making us forget the situation. Thanks for everything and see you next time
Breakfast is good, the conditions should not be compared with the domestic four stars. Mid-Levels Hotel, you can take a taxi, study it beforehand, and have fun together. Lines 46 and 3 are nearby, ask the location of the front station. To the city 1.5 euros.
Upon arrival checked in promptly by lovely staff. Offered glass Cava or hot drink and some pastries which were all very welcome. Left bags as early for room and wandered around for a few hours. Upon return got keys and went to room. Not the biggest but very nicely done with a bathroom that is partly open but also not. Works very well. Bottle of Cava and chocolates left out as had booked hotel direct. We had a small terrace area which was nice to sit out when it was warm enough. We didn't use the rooftop area as a bit chilly during our stay but it all looked very nice with plenty of chairs and I can imagine very pleasant when warmer. Nice comfy bed and the shower worked easily with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very nice, good quality ingredients, more than enough choice. The hotel itself is all very well done with fixtures and fittings, plenty of seating areas if you want to get out of your room. The staff were all unfailingly pleasant and helpful without being in your face, a nice balance. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Location for us was good as in Old Town and everything walkable. Plenty of restaurants and bars within 10 minute walk. Very quiet location, no noise disturbance during night. For our taste, a relaxing hotel with everything we wanted. If return to Palma would come back to this hotel.
The location of the hotel is very city center, there is no parking space, breakfast is good, the view on the top floor is good, the view of the room does not see the sea, the facilities are complete, and the overall is good
All aspects are perfect, it is necessary to note that the spa cannot be cancelled and no refund within four hours from the appointment time. .

Ideally located only 2 minutes from the promenade close to Santa Catalina, and a pleasant 15 minute stroll to the centre. Friendly lady on reception who is very knowledgeable about Palma. You are able to store your luggage if you arrive before the check-in time or if you have a late flight. Good facilities, and very clean. Rooms spacious and well equipped. The only negatives are the storage space - the wardrobe has a shelf halfway down, so you cannot hang longer items - and the TV only has 2 English-speaking channels, based in France and Russia. Have stayed here 3 times now, and will be happy to stay here again, next time we visit Palma.
You know the feeling when choosing between a 5-star boutique hotel and your own apartment. I am trying to combine both worlds. I want it to be personal yet stylish. I need some larger common areas but appreciate to have my own kitchen with a good coffee machine, a silent yet good looking kettle to make tea and a fridge where I can store the delicacies I find in Corte Ingles or El Paladar or the local market. Imagine the feeling; flying down from a cold, rainy Sweden to a Palma de Mallorca where we still could take a swim in the ocean, run at the beach, bike to nearby Illetas and sit outside for great food at the numerous restaurants that were open during the Pandemic. Absolutely awesome. And the terrace where we could sit for hours working as its partly covered with a roof and we could rest our eyes on the ocean outside the Bay where all the yachts are out for a regatta. We felt well taken care off. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and they were as soft as arabic cotton. Extremely cozy bed and a cool bathroom with classy yet arty pink tiles in the shower and brass faucets. Nice lighting, not to bright.
We first discovered this hotel 2 years ago, and loved it, so it was an easy choice to come back here. It's very comfortable, relaxed and retains bundles of Mallorquin charm. In such a difficult year, the staff were working incredibly hard to adjust to all the appropriate conditions to ensure our, and their safety, yet with charm and grace. They really do work incredibly hard, but are very discreet. Only one downside; the restaurant is obviously open to locals and this is a lovely touch; you really get the feeling that the hotel is also the heart of its community. It also obviously helps their income, and this is understandably crucial to them right now. This was the first time, however, we had stayed over the weekend. On Sunday morning, during breakfast, locals began descending. They ordered a drink, then proceeded to 'reserve' loungers around the pool, while not using them. One lady even asked a staff member to reserve FOUR loungers, and then when her friends arrived, they spent all morning in the pool, had lunch, and spent the remainder of the afternoon in the lounge area. As there are not too many lounters, this meant that some hotel guests were unable to use the facilities; they had to sit on the ground or just abandoned their rightful time by the pool. Despite a very clear instruction that dogs were not allowed in the pool area, one of the local ladies brought her dog, and at one point in the afternoon, took him into the shower by the pool to cool off. I think it's lovely for locals to be welcome, but there can surely be some system to ensure that the local residents enjoy the hospitality of this lovely hotel, but the holidaying guests have priority for the facilites of the pool area. But, altogether, a lovely stay.
We found the room was beautiful with a lovely view over the square. An accordion plays all day in the seating area below which was lovely to hear however the noise from hustle and bustle of restaurants was not too loud. The receptionists were really lovely and helpful. Before we arrived I had also emailed some questions and I received a really helpful reply. I didn’t see housekeeping once but everyday we returned to a sparkling clean room. We came home to some strawberries and sparkling wine one day which was such a nice surprise. Thank you so much we had the most lovely break and will recommend to anyone coming to stay in Palma.

What a fantastic place to stay. The location is excellent- so close to the city centre and yet set in a very quiet square. Our apartment was called Deia. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and had a lovely view out over the square. There’s a fantastic rooftop terrace with a few sun loungers and a small plunge pool. Our host, Elva is a real diamond. Very kind & friendly and even booked us a taxi from the door back to the airport when we were leaving. Other nice touches included a bottle of wine, water and beach towels in the room on arrival, and oranges & umbrellas in reception. Thank you Elva. We can’t wait to return.
We only booked this hotel because of it's pool. The views and set up of the rooftop pool is fantastic. The area is clean and modern but it's definitely missing a toilet. You have to go back to your room or down to the ground floor to use the toilet. We stayed on the 8th floor - same as the pool floor and the - and the room floor is very dated and tired looking. Same applied to our room, all the furniture was old and dated. There was a cobweb hanging just above our bed and the coffee table must have not been cleaned at all because it still had a stain from someone's drink bottle. The safe looked like something from 1950's and was unusable and some of the furniture had chipped away. The terrace/balcony was a nice fixture and had a new decking. Reception and breakfast area was again very dated. Reception staff did not wear uniforms and name badges. Only 1 person at reception which meant we had to wait. Reception staff were often on private calls. No air/con just hot air coming out which was unbearable. No sleep at night due to the noise from outside the room and outside the window. Not staying here again, that's for sure!!!
Went here for the evening for tapas. Brilliant evening, food was good, they had a DJ which made the atmosphere lively. Was just what we needed after a long day. Tapas was well presented and plentiful and very tasty, food value for money too. Would definitely visit again.
I have stayed with a friend of mine during two nights. The location is fantastic, super close to the cathedral and center of Palma but at the same time you are quiet and calm overlooking the sea. The terrace is a must for sunsets and also to just lay on the sunbeds and relax over a nice cocktail. The room (Premium sea view) is also the best choice since its spacious and comfortable with a little corner for reading and a nice big shower. And the views!!! There was a great restaurant choice on spot which looked very elegant and great but we have arrived on the day of the Belearic islands so we have been at all the local food stands and couldnt get enough of trying all types of foods. I would definitely stay here again and dine here the next time. Thank you for everything !!
The hotel is two buildings connected by a restaurant on the second floor. The best service I have ever stayed in during my trip to Spain! It has helped us a lot. Both girls are super patient and enthusiastic, and solved many of our problems. They don't care about our bad language. Thank them very much.
Booked the room well in advance for a 3 night stay , just on a short vacation, from Madrid. Very well maintained, clean, neat & 'no frills' hotel. Loved the fact that it wasn't bang in the midst of crowded & touristy places. Though tucked away in probably what looks like a quiet residential neighborhood, it surely is located in the one of the alleys away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it for its location and the peace and quietude that came along with it. Wasnt very far off from the main attractions of the island, though. The staff at the reception could communicate in English which really was a bonus. When I called the hotel from Madrid, before boarding the flight, to confirm our reservations , she sounded very warm and welcoming and assured us that our bookings was confirmed and was awaiting us. She also suggested taking a cab to the hotel from the airport since our arrival was pretty late in the night and the frequency of the local transport buses would be less. It's such gestures from the staff that make us feel so welcome. The next morning she guided us on the places to visit and handed over brochures & maps which we could use for sigh seeing. In all a very memorable and pleasant experience at hotel Zurbaran.

I’m really glad I found this apartment/hotel. It was very clean and located centrally (about 5 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor). There is a supermarket that sells everything you’ll need about 10meters away. The reception area was really nice and welcoming - they had some aroma mist so you could enjoy the common space. They also have a communal shower and toilet so it would be useful in the summer if you have to freshen up before catching a flight! It’s a few minute walk from the main road where you can catch a bus to and from the airport (A1 bus - from the airport get off at the second stop “Gabriel Alomar 1”. It’s about 10-15min bus ride so very close to the airport - and EUR 5 per person and you can pay the driver. Although it’s close to the main road, the hotel is located in a quiet residential square so with the windows closed I didn’t hear any noise during the night. Lots of food options near by - reading other trip adviser reviews we tried: - Fika (bakery selling cardamom, cinnamon buns etc). - rawcoco green bar Palma - lots of smoothie and juice options. Great place for breakfast. - bar espana- close to plaza mayor - delicious tapas - arabay coffee - good coffee and ambience They were all delicious :) I also noticed a near by pizza shop does delivery to the hotel but unfortunately it was closed when we visited. Definitely recommend Fil suites!
We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 other couples. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and classy this place is. It had a real air of opulence. It has the feel of a private home but with all the advantages of a smart hotel. The staff are amazing, from check in to check out we found nothing but helpful and professional staff. Our three rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean with lots of small luxurious touches. There were even straightening irons as well as a hairdryer and lovely toiletries. The rooms were serviced twice a day and the attention to detail was exceptional. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the choice was well balanced and had lots of choice including a menu of hot food to order. The food was really well prepared, fresh and tasty. The menu for evening meals offered a nice choice and the bar was small but well stocked. The bar and restaurant staff were also very helpful. The word ‘unique’ comes to mind when trying to describe this wonderful hotel. It is like no other we have stayed in but we would definitely like to come back. The hotel has a lovely if somewhat small roof terrace area with sun beds which we didn’t really need to use in early March. There was also a lovely looking spa facility which we didn’t use but perhaps had we stayed longer we may have taken more advantage of. We loved our stay here and for a small group like ours it was a perfect location 5 minutes walk to the main areas of interest in Palma.
I had intended on writing a very positive review for this newish hotel up until a sleepless night and a bad experience with the overnight front desk clerk. There are pros and cons to this property. The property is beautiful. Our room, Diva, was up multiple flights of stairs, 5 I believe. It’s a beautiful room with a large, modern washroom. We had drinks on the rooftop terrace which was also nice- a little on the pricey side but nice (Pimms Cup €16). The desk clerk recommended an amazing tapas place-La Rosa Vermuteria & Colmado - reserve or go right around 7. We were able to get a window seat which was perfect. We had an early flight so went to bed early which brings me to the Cons - there are several large restaurant patios in close proximity and a bottle bank so it can be pretty noisy. The sound of smashing bottles is constant. That’s all to be expected in a city centre I guess. What I didn’t expect was the group of drug dealers that occupied the centre of the the square, Plaça de la Drassana, until 3am. There was yelling. Their dog was barking and the scooters that came and went multiple times were loud. There was also a woman both shooting up and smoking something right beneath my window. She was literally sitting on the sidewalk with her kit laid out in front of her. So I also had to listen to her ranting and raving until she left around 3am. I went down to the front desk around 2 hoping for a sympathetic ear. Forget it. That was my first run in with the overnight clerk. She looked at me as if I had disturbed her. I genuinely did not know whether she was listening to me or ignoring me. She was typing on her computer and I think she called the police but I’m not sure. She barely had two words for me and neither of them was an apology. We had prearranged checkout and an airport transfer at 7. The super nice day clerk had taken our order for a takeout breakfast. No one was at the desk at 6:45. Thankfully the day clerk came in early for her shift and tried to find her colleague. We asked if there was someone to help us with our suitcase down the aforementioned multiple flights of stairs and the overnight clerk rolled her eyes and unhelpfully sighed that she “would have to do it”. My husband who has a bad back instead had to go get it. I would hope they would be considerate and not put seniors up in those rooms. Our car was waiting and the overnight clerk had gone to make our prearranged coffees. When she got back she presented us with two coffees, one marked lactose free. Neither of us is lactose intolerant and when I questioned if it was ours - again she was the epitome of misery and sighed “well I guess I have to go remake it”. I wouldn’t mind drinking lactose free milk but we were worried we were taking someone else’s coffee. We went to pick up the cups and noticed how cold they were and just left them. I suppose if you’re a heavy sleeper, you might not notice the racket outside but I’m most definitely not and now find myself travelling for 14
At first glance the location of UR Portofino may not seem promising, close to flight path from nearby airport and in a mainly residential area, but don't be put off by that as, on the plus side, there are plenty of restaurants in the area and a wonderful beach is a minutes walk away (and some rooms have a sea view). Because the airport is a mere 10 or so minutes (€12 -€15 taxi ride) away a lot of the clientele stay just the one or two nights on their way back from other resorts on the island. We, however, stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outside of the hotel is painted a light shade of blue so is clearly visible when trying to locate it from a stroll along the lovely promenade which goes all the way into Palma port & old town area. It takes roughly between 45mins to an hour to walk there (depending on how many refreshment stops you make !) and there is ample room as cyclists have dedicated cycle lanes. Alternatively a taxi costs around €14 or a number 15 or 30 bus (which run nearly 24hours from a couple of streets up from hotel) costs a mere €1.50 pp each way. The hotel is split into two parts - the reception, bar, dining room and rooftop bar are separated from another accommodation block by a well presented swimming pool which has a Lifeguard in attendance and ample sun beds (towels can be supplied from reception for a refundable fee). Reception area is bright & colourful with lots of seating and reception staff are smart and helpful as are all the staff, from bar men, breakfast service and cleaning staff. There is a €3 per person, per night tourist tax to be paid on booking in and the room keys are of the card variety. We had paid extra for a sea view so our room (415) was in the separate block on the top floor. As the hotel is not directly on the beach we could see rooftops from our balcony but this was not a major problem and neither were the frequent planes going overhead (no noise issue for us personally, just an interesting watch). We could see Palma port and Cathedral from our balcony and watch the Cruise ships and ferries come and go. The room itself was not the largest but had plenty of storage space. It contained 2 single beds (pushed together) which were very comfortable (we prefer the harder mattresses so were very pleased). There was a wardrobe, complete with six hangers each, which also housed the free safe and a set of 2 drawers. There was also a bedside cabinet with a further 2 drawers. A small fridge housed a mini- bar (2 bottles of beer, 2 bottles of still water, 1 bottle each of lemonade & orangeade plus a chocolate bar and bag of crisps !) which was re stocked as necessary and paid for with the final bill settlement. A telephone and television complete the furnishings. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but beverages and bar snacks are readily available. One small disappointment was the number of plug sockets accessible for mobile device charging, although the multi plug ad

We can’t thank the staff at SC enough who went above and beyond expectations during implementation of lockdown which occurred during our most recent visit to Palma, Fernando and Anna in particular looked after us. We had a planned return in April unfortunately this will not go ahead however once we are able we will not hesitate to return to this beautiful hotel, I would encourage anyone visiting Palma in the future to consider the hotel Thank you
I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway in October and it was perfect. The hotel itself was lovely and quiet and the staff couldnt have been more friendly. We had a double room without balcony but it was the perfect resting place after a long day of sightseeing. The outdoor pool was beautiful and upon arrival we were given a complimentary cra dfor one evening drink by the pool which was a lovely way to start our evening. The following morning we werent sure what to expect for breakfast as the website was sliughtly vague but there was plenty to choose from with hot and cold options and fresh juices and coffee. There was even some fizz for those who fancied a mimosa, a lovely touch! I would definitely go back to this hotel! It is around a 40 minute walk to the centre of Palma but for me it was perfect as we got a chance to see more of the city.
Where do I start? An honest review from a British Travel Agent From the moment I stepped through the main entrance, were met with a smile and a sparkling glass of cava. To say check-in was a breeze is an understatement, the lady on reception was amazing and took the time to provide both my husband and me with an overview of the city, things to do and places to eat. Prior to being shown to our room, I took a brief tour of the lower building and was amazed to see that the building is open-air from top to bottom. Green palms everywhere and they've kept a lot of the original features following a full renovation! we stayed in Room 32 on the top floor, the rooms are stunning, with impeccable decor, neutral fabrics and a very homely feel. Having arrived mid-evening, we decided to dine on the rooftop restaurant and were amazed at not only the food quality which was divine but the silence on the rooftop. You could literally hear a pin drop, and it made for a very romantic setting. Breakfast the next day was fabulous with a buffet offering and made to order breakfast dishes too. Inbetween playing tourists we came back to the hotel for drinks several times. Upon ordering, the staff would ask where we wanted our drinks to be served which is a great touch I think! We took the liberty of booking out the spa for some R&R which was fabulous. The resort is bookable in advance which gives the guests the opportunity have some alone time. We stayed for three nights in total, and I can honestly say we didn't want to leave. All the staff are amazing; everyone had a smile for you. Its the little things like complimentary cakes being left in the room each evening and offers of help and advice on Palma Old Town. We will be back for sure. Thank you for your fantastic hospitality. Only stayed for one night, a bit noisy, good location, but most of the hotels are young people, not suitable for rest, suitable for social. Very close to the old town.
Tax needs to be paid, which may be city construction tax or other tax. I paid 5 Euros for three nights... The environment is very good, without a kettle, disposable slippers, disposable comb, toothbrush... You need to take port 1 to the airport, which needs 5 Euros.
Very nice, off from the hustle of Palma. Nice beaces, nices eat outs, shops and relaxed atmosphere. Joan Miro Museum and Castle Belvedere close by. We had a nice room with balcony facing the sea (not directly at seaside!) and we felt like at home.
