Everything were perfectly. We’re really enjoyed during our stay. The manager gave us free drinks 🍹 and delicious 😋 cakes in their beautiful restaurant on the 3rd floor while we’re waiting for them to give us the room although had to wait quite long as 2 hours but we accepted without any complaints. Some more they gave eating voucher $200 dollars and we had breakfast 🧇🍳🥞 into the room no need to go guests room. Cat park is free too, they allowed me to park my car 3 days just in front of the hotel’s door. Bathtub so big plus our view was amazing🤩 We definitely love to come back again for our next visit. Another great thing about late check out at 1pm. The receptionist saw my friends and me 3 ladies straight away gave 3 keys without asking extra charges. Unfortunately it’s rain ☔️ on the last day that we decided to go to the outdoor swimming 🏊‍♂️ pools. We would like to give big thanks to all the helpful staff and strongly recommended everyone to this place as your first choice hotel in Singapore 🇸🇬

A perfect hotel to catch the NDP fireworks this year. Our 2nd stay here mainly because of the magnificent view of the skyscrapers from its large window overlooking the Marina Bay. Apart from that, the hotel serves it best to accommodate your needs. Despite the road closure, they have an alternative access to hotel.. hence the delivery guy managed to send our food to the hotel. The housekeeping service is efficient too. Every request is attended to very promptly. Love the Comfy bed, clean and well maintained hotel. We booked the package with an early check in at 12pm and late check out at 5pm. The pool is nice and not overcrowded. They serve delicious Choc cake and some balloons for my son’s bday. Only downside we don’t get their complimentary chocolates unlike the previous stay in Dec 2021. A good stay overall. Highly recommended!

Having stayed in so many hotels locally in Singapore and overseas, Pan Pac Singapore really stood out with excellent hospitality. The room, facilities, and building reflects the 5*. The panoramic room booked is clean, big, and modern. Bath salts are provided amongst other amenities. Location is just a stone’s throw away to Millenia Walk, Suntec City and Marina Square. It’s impossible to run out of food options in the vicinity. The service is amazing from check in, to breakfast, to checkout. Amanda checked me in and could even remember and addressed me at checkout. Takes a lot of dedication to remember guests she interacted with despite meeting so many on a daily basis. I’m deeply impressed by her level of service! She very kindly offered late check-out with a very affable attitude which reflects the willingness to provide and go the extra mile; something not frequently observed amongst hoteliers. Small positive interactions like these made my stay extremely pleasant. At breakfast, the service staffs are always cheerful and greet guests as they enter and leave the restaurant. Breakfast spread and quality is amazing - living up the the reputation of the Edge. Singapore have many other 5* hotels but Pan Pac is a hotel I will return to.

Blue light which look like blue tears. Beside is bar for you to drink and relax. The design of the lobby look artistic and bridge for you cross through the garden of the place. Bird nest/cage design with real bird hanging on around the dine in area. Have connecting room if request.

Superb service right from check-in. Fuss free and efficient. Even best was I had something delivered to the hotel prior to my check-in, and during check-in before I get to inform the staff on my items, they automatically brought it out and pass it to me instead! During pool time, my 5yo had a cut on his toe and the first aid rendered by the staff and the follow-up and care after was beyond our expectation and they even provided a small care kit for us to manage the wound after. Room is spacious too and view is very nice. Most of all the service from the staff top it all!

5 star hotel lived up to its rating. Firstly, the entrance to the hotel is wow and the chairs in the lobby were super comfy. The room was exquisite, spacious and its design was very modern and an eye-opener for me. Bathtub in the toilet with shower and toilet bowl separated by doors. Bed was comfortable and TV was good. A lot of cupboards to store your stuff. Great view of the surrounding area and the sea if your rooms are placed well. Wifi not too bad, quite fast but was down for the whole hotel for a short period of time ( Caused great inconvenience for me ). Door of the room was heavy, and had to use a lot of force to push it open. Service was top-notch as the housekeepers were friendly. They were foreigners but they still put in the effort to say simple greetings which really make you appreciate their efforts. Rooms were cleaned well after make-up. Other hotel staff were also friendly and calls for assistance were answered quickly. For example, when the TV stopped working, the hotel IT person arrived in like 5 minutes to fix the problem fast. Quality service. Food at the hotel which I had was only during the breakfast buffet, which had a wide spread of asian and western dishes. Delicious and literally whatever you can think of, its there. Staff were friendly and quick to clear the dirty plates. The ability to pick whatever food you want again truly returns you back to the early days before Covid. However, I witnessed a boy using his hands to grab the food and put inside his pocket, probably stealing the food. After that, he went to take it again with his hands even though there were tongs. Crazy, Unhygienic and Inconsiderate. But that was not the hotel's fault though, because they provided ample tongs to pick up the food which you wanted. Just an experience. However, I had a hell of a time stuffing myself so much that I did not need to eat lunch after that. Kudos to the chefs and staff there. Location was good and you are able to have a bird's eye view of Singapore's city skyline in the day and at night which is magnificent. There is a linkbridge to Suntec City for shopping and food and restaurants operated some by the hotel and some privately. A lot of people go there for late night drinks and food. If you find that it is not enough, you can access Esplanade MRT station to shop and eat at Raffles City Shopping Mall. Thus, high connectivity and access to explore other parts of Singapore. Carpark below which charges exorbitantly, however as a hotel guest you can request for a complimentary ticket at the conceirge to offset all the costs so that you can park free. Close to Bugis and other delicious places to eat. Amenities was good. Fitness Centre which had whatever a workout enthusiast needed, dumbells, treadmills and other gym equipment. Certanly one of the biggest fitness centres of the hotels I went to. Swimming pool was very cold though, as it is located at the 18th floor which makes you suffer the wrath of the wind. However, it has a bird's eye view of Padang and the entire CBD area. Truly beautiful 180° view. It also had a wide open space to play badminton without a net and a football table. There is also a table tennis table and a billard board which you can request from the staff to get the equipment, not the badminton one though. Quite good and you can relax on the chairs also enjoying the view or reading a book, while basking in the fresh air. One plus point would be that where all of these amenities are located is sheltered totally so no need to worry about bad weather, including the swimming pool. Other amenities include a spa and a wine tasting place. Overall, this hotel was perfect and I would visit it again.

The state suite was automatically upgraded to personality suite which is nice and the birthday cake was provided for celebration. The hotel is elegant and services are excellent. The highlight of the stay is the Historial guided tour with the hotel Resident Historian, Mr Sukar Roslee. We even got chance to see the presidential suite once stayed by Michael Jackson during his stay with the hotel. Super!

My family decided to take a short break in Hotel Fairmont Singapore instead of our usual June holiday travel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! All other sevice was exceptional as well. If only there is one area that needs to improve is the bathroom. There was no proper hanger or hook to hang our clothes. Also, the accommodation may not be very user friendly to the Malays. The toilet bowl especially is nor fitted with any water spray jet. Overall, my family have a wonderful experience in our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown at this Fairmont Hotel Singapore. Thank you! Will definitely recommend to all our friends and colleagues! 5 Stars Ratings!

Location is really great, walking distance from Bugis MRT, and right at the end of a food street. The only bad thing is that it’s hard to find parking. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially the toilet. Enjoyed the amenities in the toilet but was a little disappointed by the bed and the sofa. Sofa and bed were quite hard with little cushioning. Overall still a good hotel for the price, but if comfort of the bed is important to you, then might not be ideal.

Booked for 5N6D trip. After read the reviews from other reviewers, make sure our room is ready by the time we arrived to hotel. I wrote email to them in advance to inform our arrival time. However the room was not ready when we arrive to hotel at 2:50pm. The front desk staff asked us to wait for the room, we asked for how long we had to wait , but the staff said he also not sure himself, for when it can be ready. I was surprised by his answer. we were tired and hungry as we had not eaten lunch yet. so we wanted to know if it’s going to take long, we will go out for lunch and come back. But the staff cannot confirm the time. After we complained, the manager attended to us and said it will be ready within 5 mins. after first night, the next day we went out around 10:30am and we informed to front desk that we wanted to make up our room. However it was not clean yet until we’re back at 5:30pm. We had to call the front desks many times but line was not pick up as the staffs were so busy. We had to go down and asked to make our room for cleaning. Also the roof top bar is only opened weekends and they didn’t sell any drinks during weekdays. We were not aware that and we went up to enjoy swimming and chills. But the staff told us to go to lobby and order our drinks and bring up by ourselves. Not convenient as we were already in the pool with our swimsuits. Then on Friday night we went up to swimming pool again to chill, but that time the bar is operating. We thought it was the same as last time, so we brought out bottle of wine from our room. But that time we were told that outside drinks were not allowed as they rent the pool bar 😢. So we were not able to enjoy our drinks. Though we are hotel guests, we not allow to enjoy our drinks. The only good thing about the hotel is location. It is very close to a lot of bars and shopping malls. air-con is cold. The vanity counter is island type, design wise looking great but the water tap is always dripping water and at night it has noise. 6 out of 10 for my experience.

No frills stay. You book, turn up, stay, and leave. Rules are simple--be clean, be quiet, and be a good guest. It's a space shared with others. For something this kind, I'd say it smelled clean most of the time.

Good: - It's near the train station (closer to Rochor than Little India) - there are a lot of restaurants near the area - Beds are clean - our room had its own toilet and bath so no need to share with other rooms in the hostel Bad: - the room is a bit cramped with 6 bunk beds, small area to move around. They even have 1 extra bed that would take up the entire walking area. Talk about maximizing the space. - the lockers are a bit small so if you have a big bag, it will take up the floor space, which meant even lesser area to move around - shower is a bit small, so when the water splashes to the door, water will leak out of the shower area - reception is not 24/7, I arrived there at 7am only to realize it was still closed. I had to come back at opening time (8:30am), but still waited for the receptionist to open the window at 9am. Why post the opening time as 8:30am when you are only opening it at 9am? Overall, I think the hostel is ok, if you need somewhere cheap, it's an ok option. You get what you pay for. Fyi, toiletries and towels are not included, you have to pay for it if you need one. Better bring your own. For PoGo players, there are two pokestops accessible from the hostel

Location is good for no lack of food. Near coffee shops, hawker centres and shopping mall(bugis). Have many selection and varieties of local food. Amenities not so fantastic. Bare minimum and there is no in-house slippers. Only have body towels.Shower area is very small, enough to house a 70 kg adult COMFORTABLY. Air con control is of the old type, non digital. 4 pillows and quite comfy plus mattress is quite firm. Only minus point is that side table is quite far from the bed on one side. The mini sofa is not for lying. Awkward shape (see photo with bag). Though many TV channels, very old shows like Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones and the Net by Sandra bullock. has Chinese language channels and local ones HDB blocks are very close by so need to draw curtains for more privacy. No water heater as hot water is from roof top tank. Have to wait for hot water to come on after switching on like 5 minutes. Reception staff was very polite and chirpy when we checked in. Staff name is Xiao Xuan and she gave us extra room cards when we requested. Didnt spend too long at the counter as she was efficient. Great service!

Finally checked off this pricey but lovely staycay spot ❤️ To be honest, the $700/night range made me expect a lot and I’m really glad that my experience (kind of) justified the hole in my wallet 🥹 The room was fair sized at 39SqM but super classy and quaint, with fancy copper finishings running throughout the space. Very like! 🎉 Though … I wished there was more countertop space and a chilling spot enough for 2pax. 👻 The Living Room provided a very nice respite from the relentless heat and all day refreshments worked as a lunch replacement even though it was just salted nuts for me ☀️ Evening cocktails stole the show with quality bites, fancy tea-based cocktails, and great service. We waddled out definitely heavier but confirm happier 🥂 Super happy that we experienced the same great service as my previous Far East Hospitality stays - Farez and Hafiz were stellar and part of the reason why I’m so smitten by this stay 🎖

As an Ascott group member, there are decent expectations of an Ascott experience in all the properties in which I had once stayed (Ascott, Somerset, Citadines). Citadines Rocher (recently opened in 2020) was one of my top choices in having a local staycation because of its location and price range. However, it was an overall disappointing experience, and here’s why: 1. No daily housekeeping service 2. Our bathroom door could not close. It was completely off the ledge. 3. Reception is busy all the time. Phone calls are often not answered 4. This hotel was most probably a designated hotel used for both Malaysian citizens who were unable to return home due to locked borders, as well as returning Singaporeans to serve their mandatory 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). There were confirmed COVID-19 cases within my period of stay. We were notified by a letter from the management. The least the management could do was to provide a mask or sanitizers to guests. We also chanced upon 2 medical workers fully donned in PPE escorted a guest to the ambulance. Scary stuff. 5. We took our own trash out of the room since day 1 of check-in. It was not cleared even upon checking out. Dear Citadines Rocher, please review your services. I had absolute faith and would like to continue giving my support to Ascott despite this awful stay.

Located right next to a bus stop and a 5-minute walk from a MRT station, this budget hotel screams value. Two restaurants right at the ground floor of the premises and a very famous Indian restaurant (A2B) within 3 minutes walk away, good food is very close by. Mustafa centra is a 5-minute walk. A no-frills, impeccably clean hotel in a great location - excellent value for money. We stayed there for 9 nights and every morning the cleaning team was prompt to leave our room blushing clean. My request for extra towels were immediately taken care of and seen through all 9 days. 24-hour hot water and air-conditioning were top-notch. Special shout-out to Ms Pam and Richard at the front desk who gave us wonderful tips about their country and made us feel right at home. The room cleaning persons (sorry, I missed taking their names) did a fabulous job every single day! I was travelling with 2 young kids and had requested a room on a higher floor with a double bed. They were able to accommodate me on their 7th floor (not noisy at night) but could provide me with only twin beds. This was a minor blip in the otherwise exceptional service provided my the hotel. Rooms near the lift tend to be a bit noisy throughout the day. Room # 710 was great - 7th floor and far from the lift. I'd recommend this place again to anyone looking for a no-frills budget hotel in a great location.

Nothing much changed in the former Swissotel after the rebranding but still it is a very nice place to stay near the Clarke Quay and it’s countless bars and restaurants. Breakfast and service are still very good, however the interior soon could need a modernization - its not broken or damaged but still very much the same like before (when I first stayed here in 2017) and it feels like some modernization wouldn’t be a miss. However that’s just a minor point to „complain“ and I again very much enjoyed my stay here.

The service staff were also very attentive and everything was great! Having said that, we just have one feedback on the tv in the room. The tv is still not working after the technician came to fix it. It’s a bit disappointing but we just let it go since we are only staying one night at the hotel. Other than that, no complaints.

Well located, really nice staff for everything, including informations. Bed was comfortable, good shower, breakfast simple but ok. The 2 biggest problems are the travellers who don't respect the sharing room after 23h00 (need a corfu or to be advise) and the room on the street side with a restaurant open 24/24, are to to noisy. You just get little sleep. Coming from Airport, with MRT get off at Jelan Besar exit B, turn right, walk to Dickson Road. We proceeded with our plans and returned to the hotel at 9.20pm only to be informed that our room as still not ready which was ridiculous??? We then demanded for a room for the long waiting hours and how can a room be not cleaned until 7 whole hours later? Miraculously a room was ready 10mins later which was suspicious, the stay was great but the long waiting hours and the fact that those hours i did pay for it did not justify my spendings.

This was an overnight stay and we (two mature aged Australian couples) arrived from India very early on the first day (around 7.25 am). The hotel staff allowed us to check in very early. There were two couples and two people were unwell. So if we had needed to sit around for many hours awaiting a room it would have been painful. But the hotel counter staff said ”It is very early but we are flexible here and we will try to get your rooms ready ASAP”. One couple were in their room by about 8.30am and we got ours about 9.45am. This was excellent service and above and beyond normal expectations. The rooms are small but everything works: clean, nice bathroom, air-con, comfy beds, safe, tea making facilities, hairdryer, Wifi etc....all inclusive and working well. Very pleased and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone on an overnight stay or a short stay in Singapore and not wanting to spend a fortune on expensive hotels. They ring taxis for you and the cost to the airport was only about $10AUD.

Hotel is on the older side, but that’s not an issue. The bathroom could use some update though, especially the bath tub. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was not paying attention to the laundry hours and had my laundry locked up. Even so, someone came to help me get my laundry from the dryer. The bathroom could be cleaned better. Very good location. Just a few minutes walk to Bugis Street market.

Very friendly staff, they will answer any questions you have and will greet you with a smile. The location is suitable, there is a bus stop located very close which is convenient. The breakfast is simple but some toast, cereal and coffee it good for me. The bathrooms are always clean, and there is always hot water. The rooms are clean with convenient storage. If traveling to Singapore by yourself specially for my ladies this is a good place to stay. Oh and there is an amazing ice cream shop close bya and may restaurants.

      Orchard Road
Hotel is refurbished and was previously known as Elizabeth Hotel. It is located right next to its sister property Quincy Hotel, and shares the basement carpark. Location is quiet, but just 5-10 minutes' walk from Orchard Road (take the shortcut through York Hotel and Goodwood Hotel's carparks to get to Scotts Road, then turn left and straight to Orchard, including the MRT station). Premier room was nice, but can still see some wear and tear, especially in the toilet. Only 1 desk chair for sitting. Overall, a bit smaller than I expected, but comfortable enough for 2. King bed was a bit hard for me, but pillows had mix of soft and firm, which I liked. Shower only, but had both handheld and rainfall shower heads. Can drink straight from tap. Usual toiletries, including toothbrush/toothpaste and shaving kit provided. No comb. Can request for face towels. Breakfast is by order with free flow, self-service coffee/tea/juices. Fairly decent in taste. Service is excellent, with greetings whenever I passed through the lobby and good effort to meet my requests. Didn't try the pool, but just a note that it appears larger in the photos compared to in real life (to me anyway). Trip.com had best deal at my time of purchase. Recommended for a quiet stay with easy access to Orchard + public transport with a bit of walking. Also easy access to Mount Elizabeth Hospital down the road for medical tourists.

Super awesome service from Ned during check in and assisted me very patiently with my queries. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Located conveniently near Jurong East MRT, with multiple shopping malls within the vicinity. Housekeeping were on point with Shwn and Moe, where they never fail to greet you when you do pass by them in the corridor! :)

Definitely one of the good hotels I’ve went around in Singapore. Service was super. The uncle who was sitting at the counter brought us all the way to the room. Thank you so much. Got the room with the balcony. Had a smart tv. Can watch Netflix and YouTube. Toilet has a bathtub. If it’s not raining then you can sit and enjoy at the balcony as well. Will definitely return here again someday.

Location is great , near many food places & you can feel the weekend mood there . However the room can be improved? External is nice but not really on the interior or is it because I didn’t upgrade for club room access.. The bed needs a replacement ? Everytime I sit on it , there is a sound . Is not stable 😰 secondly the toilet bowl , it also makes a sound when I sat on it . & the drainage , there is white substance on it , not sure if it’s toothpaste or ? & the shower had a weird smell & the shower floor is dirty .. Not sure if is fully booked or the cleaning was done quickly that they missed out on what I’ve mentioned .. I had to wait to get my room keys after I registered . & i didn’t get up to check on it , it would be endless waiting ?

      West Coast
The four of us stayed here on our visit to singapore. The front desk lady charged or room deposit instead of merely taking a credit card number to charge later in case of damages (this was against policy I discovered later). We stayed in a room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, plus a small balcony. The room was clean and comfortable - all features functioned properly. The location is far from the main areas of the city and on the other side of singapore from the airport. A subway station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. A bus stop is directly in front of the guesthouse. It's a solid 30 minute trip away from little india or little china. Being a hostel we had concerns about noise at night but were not bothered by any. We did not utilize the breakfast option but did eat at the restaurant across the street and found it acceptable. On checkout I found that they could not refund the deposit. After working with the manager over the next several days she refunded the deposit to me via paypal instead of a credit to my original card. That was not desirable at all, but was the best she said she could do. On the whole this was a nice stay, I only advise you to be cautious about your room deposit.

      Geylang
Very small but cosy hotel located in geylang. Plenty of eateries around the hotel. A nightlife worth exploring. Accessible to buses and two MRT stations - kallang and aljunied MRT. Even though the hotel is run down, the basic amenities are provided. The cheapest budget hotel we have been so far.
