This was our second visit to this Quality Inn and Suites. We stayed here for several days last year due to our A/C going out at home. Our stay this time was just as good as the last! The two queen suite was very spacious for our family of 5. It was very clean. The a/c worked very well, and there are plenty of power outlets for chargers, etc. Staff was very friendly, and there is a large breakfast selection, including both hot and cold options. Coffee isn't bad, either. Hotel is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants, with convenient access to I-75. We'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

I am reading some reviews here that differ from mine - maybe it depends on the room you get. But for a night, tired from driving, it was just right. It's close to a lot of restaurants. The staff was friendly and efficient. There was a wedding reception going on when I got there and I think that love and celebration were in the air and it just seemed happy all around. It was a standard Fairfield Inn - I hadn't stayed in one in a couple of years, and I was happy it turned out well. It was very clean, the wi-fi worked well and stayed connected, the A/C was great and had a wall thermostat, good TV station selection, the breakfast was good, and even the ice machine worked. You'd think this wouldn't be special, but a week later I stayed in a different Fairfield Inn in another town in Georgia and it was awful. The same layout but night and day difference. This one I'd return to. Not the other.

Stayed at the Warner Robbins Candlewood on Fri 07/12/19 as a 15 K point reward night. This was our third stay at this property. We enjoyed our experience and hope to return. The 3 story hotel is an older model but is very clean and well maintained. It is located several miles from I-75 just off the main road thru town. An emergency care clinic is just across the street and other hotels, plenty of restaurants, such as a McDonalds within walking distance, shopping and auto services are nearby. Plenty of free well lit parking. Check in took a bit longer than normal since I asked to upgrade from a single bed to two doubles and their computer was not cooperating. The large lobby was clean with good seating, a large TV and info board. Signage was good both externally and internally. A single elevator near the front desk had an average size cabin that took us upstairs. Hallway width was average with good lighting but dark carpets that looked dingy. Room access was via a standard card reader. No issues with door locking mechanism. Luggage went on a chair and a newer recliner. Our 2Q room was large and clean with all expected amenities. Carpet was especially nice. One power outlet was available on the larger than average nightstand. Others were located on the wall near the beds. Wifi access was via IHG connect and was stable. The TV was wall mounted with plenty of fast switching channels. HVAC controls were wall mounted and the unit was quiet and efficient. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets and four pillows. Everything in the average size bathroom worked as designed. Loved the shelving near the sink to unload our "stuff" and the larger than average mirror. Toilet used a loud air cannon flush. Shower had average water pressure and plenty of clean towels. Room was quiet and overall maintenance was good. No breakfast at Candlewoods, but fresh individual brew coffee is available around the clock. Bottom line: We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

My husband and I stayed here on our way home from Florida. We had a room with a king size bed which was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean and looked like it had been newly renovated. This was when the Corona virus had recently started, and the desk clerk told us they stopped serving breakfast the day before. The restaurants were closed so we got supper from the drive through at Chick-fil-t. In the morning they had bags with a Take out breakfast....water, an apple, and a bar.

We ended up at the Hampton Inn when our truck broke down on our way home from Florida. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until our departure 3 days later. Everyone was pleasant and always had a smile on their face. The breakfast was top notch and they served the best coffee I have ever tasted! An added bonus was the fresh cookies they served every evening in the lobby area. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I wish I could have taken them home with me! I am not normally a good sleeper but I got some good rest here. The hotel was a few miles from the interstate but it was certainly worth the drive. It was in a good location with many stores and restaurants withing walking distance. Unfortunatley it rained the whole time we were there and we didn't have our vehicle so we weren't able to get out much to take advantage of that. Everyone here made our bad experience so much better. I told my husband it was the best bad experience I have ever had!!! I can't say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. When we return to Florida next year we will definatley drive the exra miles to sray here again.

I previously stayed at nearby hotel and thought since it's still in the Hilton family we could try. It is approximately 3-4 miles off I-75 but surrounded by numerous restaurants, grocery store etc. The room was nice enough although shower door was not sliding easily. Room had all needed; i.e. dishes, fridge etc. Bed was comfortable. The only down side was the breakfast was not great and it was closed down by 9 a.m. Some hot items were only warm but the dining area was nice kept.

Myself and my wife stayed at the hilton garden inn as we regularly do but this time was so outstanding that I have to give credit to the wonderful service that I recieved. I went into the breakfast area and told a server by the name of Sharralle that I'd be waiting on my wife to come down before I ordered but that I'd like a cup of coffee while I waited, she sat me down and walked away. I sat for a while until I asked again, not once, but on 3 different occasions for a cup of coffee. It was until I stopped another server by the name of Nia. She introduced herself and welcomed me back and brought me coffee immediately and apologized. Once my wife came down Nia then approached my wife and I, then proceeded to take our order with the sweetest smile. We spoke to her and made casual conversation about her two puffs. But I say this all to say that she was such a delight that we left her a very generous tip and wanted to say, "Thank you Nia for being such a warm and positive person even after seeing my frustration you fixed the problem and kept a great attitude after. Again THANK YOU." When we come back into town we will definitely be coming back to see you. -Richard J. Dobbyn

Not so great: We got to the hotel after being in an ICU hospital room for hours and we were exhausted. Hotels all over the area were booked due to a hurricane evacuation. When we got to this hotel in Warner Robins nobody was at the desk, it was @ 9:30. There was no bell to ring to get anyone's attention. I said, "Hello?" many times and then finally someone came from around the corner where a tv had been playing. The young woman was brusque to say the least. Not welcoming. Not kind. Not so great: Then, the carpet was disgusting. The hallways leading to the room and then into the room the carpets looked awful. The room was nice (except for carpet). Bed and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were not spotless but good. The next day we got back after being gone all day and our room was propped open. I called the front desk and they said, "Oh, the cleaning staff probably left it open. Don't worry. Happens all the time." Not encouraging and not helpful Great: The cleaning staff came to the room and apologized! Great: The next morning we needed to stay another night. It was booked. I told them the situation and the woman at the desk was kind, helpful and went out of our way to find us 2 more rooms. She continued to help us tremendously during the stay.

We almost always use LQ because we travel with our 2 dogs. We are so grateful that LQ always welcomes them without additional fees. This is probably one of the best LQ's we have stayed at. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. Will definitely stay again. The staff was very friendly and Wyatt worked really hard to get us the best room location so our girls would relax overnight. I have to add though that if people traveling with their pets don't start cleaning up after them even LQ is going to kick us out! So rude not to be responsible.

I won't go into great detail for obvious reasons, but need to give this stay the credit it deserves. My visit to this Ramada has changed my life in more ways than one. I am building a home nearby and staying here while it is finished and have to say the entire staff has become my family. These are the most awesome people I have ever met. I will not only return to visit after my house is done, but will invite each and every one of them to my home for dinner/party/or whatever they like. The rooms may be a little dated, but if you can overlook the superficial things such as old furnishings and bathrooms, you'll be one of the luck people like me.

We stayed at this Comfort Inn on our way to Florida. It is clean, modern and inviting. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The hotel is actually in town (3 miles or so off I-75), as are most hotels. This hotel is conveniently located on the main road through town and is near many good restaurants and shopping areas. The breakfast items are standard fare and were fine. The thing that stood out most for us was the friendliness and courteousness of the front desk person, Teequan. He was welcoming and one of the few during our travels that acknowledged us as Elite members. He even called our room to ensure everything was OK with the room. If this is standard practice for this hotel, I commend the extra "guest attention". We enjoyed our first stay so much that we made it a point to stay here on our return trip.

Every thing was great within the room. Nice , clean etc. However, I would recomend you assign someone to walk the grounds during the night. I had someone above me that stayed awake all night. At 4 AM they left out. that gave me one hour of quit for some rest. The noise was unbelievable loud. stomping around jumping on their floor which is my roof. I thought for a few the ceiling was going to cave in it was so bad. music was so loud also. I suggest someone walk around after midnight and warn those of loud noise. They not the only ones there, many stop for some R&R and plan on leaving out early next morning. Please see to this. If have to warn someone then the grounds person has to go back in one hour and if still loud then call police and have them removed. Other than this noise everything was fine

This place was extremely clean! Very quiet but right in the middle of town, close to everything. We were very happy with our stay. Breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. Waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage, grits, oatmeal, toast, bagels, fruit, etc. Beds were comfortable. If you like soft pillows then you should bring your own. I like firm ones so I slept fine but my husband didn't.

I couldn't find any recent reviews for this Motel 6 so I decided to take a chance and discovered as of this date previous TA reviews were for Americas Best Value Inn, now cleaned up and doing business as a Motel 6. Well it's still a work-in-progress but clearly much much better than the previous reviews indicated. Our room had new laminate floors, fresh paint, new mattresses and new bedding. All the typical furnishings you would expect have been removed. The clean up and refresh looks like it was nicely planned but unfortunately a bit poorly executed. There was paint spray on some of the fixtures and glass but better paint spray than other residues. Interaction with the management was strictly all business no personality. I wish them well with this endeavor as it seems there are many rooms yet to be refreshed. At half the price of competing properties it's really a no-brainer if you're a Value Traveler and I was totally happy with my stay. The complementary morning coffee was especially good and much welcomed.

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out 4 days later, we had a perfect stay. We were greeted by Alexis T. when we first arrived at 9:00 a.m. and even though our rooms weren't available that early, she provided PERFECT customer service. She offered to hold our luggage for us so we could begin to explore downtown.....she did it with a smile and could not have been more welcoming. She also told us that breakfast was still being served and if we would like to partake to please do so. She set the bar very high and is a perfect "face"for the hotel! Our rooms were very clean at check in but we did not ask for our rooms to be cleaned after that. We only asked for clean towels and the housekeeping staff were gracious in giving us the amount we requested. We enjoyed the evening reception (provided 7 nights a week/4:00-7:00 p.m.)held in the lobby one evening. That night they had complimentary chicken wings, chips with artichoke dip and cubed cheese......all hot and very tasty! There was also an acoustic guitar player in the lobby providing very nice music (low volume). The morning breakfast was very well presented as well.....one morning they ran out of bacon - no big deal! This hotel is located a 10 minute walk from all the action on Broadway. Super location! I would 100% stay and recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a hotel while visiting downtown Nashville!

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday last week, and Nashville was where she wanted to go (I certainly didn't mind though). We checked in on Wednesday March 4 for three nights. My first thought of the lobby area was it reminded me of the Contemporary Hotel in Disney World minus the monorail running through it. Our early check-in went smoothly as our room was already available, and it was one facing the park, as we requested. Regarding the room itself, it was overall clean and spacious. Next door at Bridgestone Arena, there was a concert the first evening, a hockey game the next evening, and another concert the last evening. We did hear their noise, but glad we didn't also hear all the music from the other side (rooms facing Broadway). Our check-out experience went well too with no discrepancies in our final bill. For breakfasts, we enjoyed the buffet in the lobby. It was nothing spectacular, but still had all the usual breakfast foods. Our only issue came with the coffee shop where on Thursday March 5, it didn't open until after 7am. It was an issue as we are early risers and were specifically told they opened 6am weekdays. Regardless, I would certainly consider staying here again the next time we're in town.

We spent two nights a week ago traveling for fun as a couple. It was a fantastic experience from our initial contact (the hotel actually called to see if we needed anything for a smooth trip or arrival about a week before we got there, which was a nice touch), to the check in with Elliot who was very helpful and friendly, and then all the way through our stay to our check out. Ellington's has a terrific happy hour and outdoor deck - Wonderful cocktails and appetizers (go for the pimento cheese to wash down with a nice dry martini!). The room is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a Cherry Suite which is a big larger and has everything you will need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom large. Morning coffee is excellent in the lobby. The location is terrific - right next to Painter's Alley and a few blocks from Broadway and other sites. The developer and designer did a great job of making a new hotel feel truly vintage. Valet parking is a great way to go. We even had to leave around 5:30 am for the airport, so we called the night before to make sure we could access our car, and they had it pulled up waiting for us. Overall, you can't go wrong staying here. We will make The Fairlane our Nashville hotel for sure!

My husband and I stayed here for our tenth anniversary, and it was definitely memorable! We had to change rooms twice, once because the AC didn't work, and once because the ceiling was leaking. However, the beds were super comfortable, and the atrium, pool, and fitness rooms were great. The restaurant has very good food and great atmosphere. Everyone, especially the lady that worked the front desk in the mornings, was very nice, and we got moved quickly and easily both times. I would recommend staying here to anyone, though it seems the hotel could really use some updating. We would stay here again.
