It is very close to the exhibition hall. Although it is a bit old, the room is large. It is worth recommending. If you come to Madrid for an exhibition, you can choose this hotel. The service of this store is also good. The doorman is very enthusiastic. There is a supermarket next to it. You can buy food and drink!

The location of the hotel is not in the business district, but it is close to the palace. Bus number 50 goes straight downstairs to the main church area and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The most praise is Ctrip customer service, far away from home, and any problems with the hotel communication, Ctrip customer service will be resolved immediately around. Very much like
Very ordinary Holiday Inn, but the traffic is very convenient, 10 meters downstairs is the subway station, you can take the 5th line to almost all of Madrid's attractions, but also take the small train to the airport, there is Carrefour express supermarket 5 minutes away, 24 Open for hours. But the hotel is a bit old.
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, the dust on the toilet paper holder. On the first day of the buffet breakfast, there were a lot of dirty tables, we could hardly sit still, many trays were empty, and there were ants swimming in the reservoir where we supplied water (with photos)
I recommend this hotel if the general cleaning service is more efficient as all my complaints are directed at it. ...
For the price of the room ( around 140 Euros or 7 nights), I was very satisfied. It is a family run hotel and all the staff were very helpful and some speak good English. There is no lift system but however, the stairs are wide and there are only a few floors. The free Wifi connection is good and there is a bar/ restaurant which is not expensive. The Metro is several minutes walk away and easy to find.
Great Hostel! Jacopo was an awesome guy who besides being helpful - was able to show his smile thru his mask. The place was clean and neat. The cleaning folks came in every day and despite the messes we the clients make and shoes we leave on the floor when they are cleaning - they still did a great job. Be sure and have a couple Euros for the lockers (backpack size). I highly recommend PetitHostel. A great experience.
The variety of breakfast is very rich, for Samsung Hotel, you can play 10 points. There are Spanish ham, mashed potatoes, rice, and fruits such as pineapple, orange, and white melon. They are all super delicious. There are many kinds of bread, vegetable salad, fried egg, stewed chickpeas, all with delicious. The room is slightly smaller and the common problem in European hotels. Good location, 10 minutes walk from the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor.
The SLEEP La Latina by STAY provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.
A young bearded handsome man at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. Another younger one was not very good. I wanted to print a ticket for Renfe. He also liked to read English. He had to go to Chinatown to print. The location is very good, in Madrid. Next to the palace, walk past several attractions, as well as large supermarkets, the hotel is more sanitary, the night view of the church opposite is very beautiful, will choose here next time.
Overall, the price is very high, and the trip is close to the Atocha train station, but it is very tiring to push the suitcase. There are 2 supermarkets near the hotel. It is convenient to buy daily necessities, and it is also near to Lichi Park . You have to clean the room by yourself. The room is quite large. On the last day, you must pay attention to LOCKER who checked out your luggage. Otherwise, it will be used up by others and there will be no place to send it. . . . .
Although the room is small, but the bathroom is large, it is relatively clean, the boutique hotel address is good, in the city center, not far from the palace, the hotel service is more user-friendly, although the room is not included in the breakfast, but there will be a small bread every morning. And a bottle of water on the door, very intimate
Can be an extra bed, we are 8 years old and there is no extra bed fee. But this time the hygiene is not good. On the day of the check-in, the bathtub in the room was all sand and stone. It was not cleaned. Waiting for the waiter to open the night bed, I asked for cleaning. In the evening, I went to the small garden to rest, and I ordered a glass of champagne. The waiter actually used a glass of water-filled glass (estimated to be washed and not dried) and poured champagne directly to me, hehe! The next day, the children will sleep more than 7 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, the children's bed and the quilt are inexplicably wet. Later I went to the front desk and asked them to make better bedding. Very hurt. In such a good location, the rest of the hotel is very good, it is a sanitary situation, it is unacceptable.
The location is general, the work is convenient to book this hotel, the facilities are better, clean and hygienic, the service attitude is warm, it is convenient to go out for a taxi, the next time you will book this hotel again, the overall satisfaction.
This hotel has a 10 in its name for a reason…it’s 10 out of 10. On arrival you feel the warm welcome of the lovely staff at checkout. Juan in particular being very helpfully, offering the upgrade of room for 10 euros a night and explaining the location of all the sites and how to use the Metro so brilliantly. We stayed for 3 nights. The Hotel is modern and has a lovely aroma to it. When you hit button 8 in the lift you feel like you have hit the Jackpot with the stunning rooftop bar and pool, giving the most amazing views over Madrid, great sun downers and the perfect place to top up the tan. The biggest park in Europe is located right behind the hotel and if you get up early and get a jog around it you won’t be disappointed. We only had lunch here as was exploring and eating out most nights, would recommend the ham croquettes, so tasty and reasonably priced. Next time I’m in Madrid I will be hitting up the H10 hotel for sure. WiFi works superbly across all areas of the hotel. Ps Great coffee shop opposite on the corner of the road. Thank you H10.
The hotel is very close to the Bernabeu Stadium, the pilgrimage must be selected, the nearby Ingres department store has a large city, shopping is very convenient! The soundproofing of the hotel needs to be strengthened. In the morning, it is upstairs. The location of the hotel is very good. The location of the hotel is very good. From the home of Real Madrid, it is two streets, walking distance, the hotel's buffet breakfast is rich, and the view from the window is also good. There are also Chinese restaurants and Burger King.
Not bad, the service attitude is good, the stay is good, it can be said to be a very safe hotel, the location is also very close to the subway station, in the city center, next to the British Palace is very convenient!
We stayed here for 1 night. You do have to check in at Hostal Victoria 1 but it is literally a couple of minutes away from Hostal Victoria 2. This wasn’t a problem at all. The hotel is Old style but it’s perfectly fine it was very clean, yes it was small but we were only sleeping in the room didn’t spend hardly any time in there as was a shopping & sightseeing trip. Beds were really comfy and the room had central heating. There was a fridge on the room, A safe and Toiletries. It is Located right in the city surrounded by loads and loads of shops and places to eat and 5 mins to Gran Via. It is right by the train station too. We had a room with balcony overlooking the square it’s so lovely at Christmas time as your looking right on to the Xmas tree. It was busy on the street but it didn’t keep us awake or bother us in the night we slept great. Yes you do have to ring a buzzer to get in the building and to get in to your landing but this is good the hotel is in an apartment block like many others so this is for security and to stop people who aren’t staying here getting in. There is CCTV to let you in when you ring the buzzer. Didn’t find this a problem at all and could always get in the hotel when pressing the buzzer. Hotel had WI-FI too. Great all round hotel and amazing location. Would definitely stay here again. :)
Hotel location is good, just beside the Plaza de España, the subway station is at the door, the transportation is convenient. The hotel is very special, especially in the hotel lobby, the decoration is more artistic, the color is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with complimentary bottled water. Overall very satisfied. If you come again, you will choose to stay again. There is a swimming pool in the hotel and there is no time to experience it. The only regret is that the Plaza de España was renovated and was blocked and could not see the view inside the square.
The location of the hotel is in a residential area. The original layout was one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and two bathrooms. Then, a bed was added in the hallway and kitchen aisle, and it was facing the gate. It was very inconvenient. Move it, swap this bed with the sofa in the living room, it's much easier to use
My friend and I stayed here a few weeks ago and we were pleasantly surprised! This was definitely not your average ”hostel”. It was more like a 3 - 4 star hotel. Staff were friendly. I did email a few times before my trip to request twin beds in our room, but we were given a double bed instead, although this wasn't a big issue. The room was clean and cosy, and had a mini bathroom, TV, fridge, arm chair, dressing table and free toiletries plus our towels were changed every other day. It took a while for our air-con to kick in but it was fine after that. Breakfast was good and there was lots of variety. There was cereal, a range of hot drinks, orange/ apple juice, yoghurts, pastries, mini pizza slices, fruit, ham and cheese board and baguettes. Location on Gran Via was brilliant too as it was similar to Oxford Street so it was nice and central. We were a little thrown off by the outside of the building but it is basically a big apartment block with a different hostel on each floor. There are loads of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel and also several metro stations. My favourite restaurant was 'Salvador Bachiller's greenhouse' which was in the basement of a retail shop a few doors down and IT WAS AMAZING!! Overall, if you're after cheap and cheerful accommodation in the centre of Madrid, then Vitium Urban Suites is definitely the place to go!
This hotel was great from the get go. We arrived early and thought we may have to wait around for a few hours to check in but they had a room available and we were in straight away then then straight ba k out to explore. Previous to this I had written to the hotel explaining we were visiting as part of my partners 40th birthday celebrations and when we arrived back at the room there was a bottle of cava and cake. A nice touch. The hotel is central to everything being on Gran Via so were able to explore with ease using the metro outside. We didn't see nearly everything we wanted to as the city has too much to cram into a few days. Our experience was great and the staff were very helpful with anythiwe needed or asked. The Gran Clavel bar/restaurant is a lovely place to spend a few hours, same as the rooftop bar. Also if staying here and you like meat. Try Steakburger across the street. I had ribs one day and entrecote steak the next. Both were amazing! If we revisit Madrid and I hope we do. We'll be staying here again.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, as it is very central for Sol and the grand via - the rooms are basic but very clean - television still not so good for English speakers - The coffee machine now has a small charge 0.80c - very poor view from room (tiled light well with a rubber hose in corner) overall would stay again but would want a room on the front - as we had the first time we stayed All the staff we met where good friendly people
There was no room service, we went out to shop, have breakfast outside of the hotel, because the breakfast was so bad, old croissants, Scrambled eggs, from liquid cartons, a few pieces of Chorizo, and hard white bunny bread. No ventilation in the room, and the house phone doesn't work. not enough wall power plugs, luckily we bring our own, universal power strip with 4 USB connections. Wifi is very slow. Maid service does not clean the room when you leave in the morning to go out, would not recommend, hard to give a rating. word of advice, skip breakfast here, and go to some of the nice coffee patisserie places nearby. A suggestion to management of hotels, please add an HDMI Connection so users can watch their own channels, netflix, Amazon, etc.
Let me talk about location and environment. Good location near the center of Madrid, convenient and quick. But it's not the standard four-star hotel, it's just an air b & b, where is the price, so you can't expect too much. The face of the door is very small, so small that you miss it accidentally. You need to pay attention to the b & b sign. After entering, there is no reception hall of the four or five-star hotel, but there is a friendly, warm, warm and lovely reception desk, and the room will be available after going up. It's clean and tidy, with everything you need, two beds, small shelves, storage space, writing desk, and separate wet and dry bathroom. But the space is smaller than the hotel, not suitable for children. Breakfast is the same. It is open 24 hours. It is self-catering. There is a coffee machine that can provide a variety of hot drinks. There are also simple cookies and fruits to eat. The dining space is simple and clean. If the weather is good, you can go to the elegant and clean terrace outside. . It is worth mentioning that the waiter thoughtfully put a bag of cakes on the door handle in the morning, and it felt great. Can not be measured by star hotel standards, but overall the price is very high.
We arrived by foot at around 8pm having walked from the Madrid Atocha railway station which took us a slow 35 minutes (walking back to the train station on our leaving day was around 25 minutes due to it being downhill on the Calle de Atocha road). On arrival we walked into the Mola Hostel reception area and gave our passport to the reception desk, after a few minutes she realised we were Mola Suites customers and told us to go next door (adjoining building). What we did not realise is this is essentially a hostel with an aparthotel section next door in its sister company. At the other reception we were served by Stephanie on check in who was very friendly and informative. We found the English speaking staff to be very helpful on the whole, particularly Ashleigh was really friendly and Randy who helped us print our train tickets for us (thank you Randy). After the next day we realised the 2 reception desks are accessible and there for all customers (both hostel and apartments). There is a downstairs bar / breakfast area (we did not book the breakfast which was 5 EUR each per day on advanced internet booking with accommodation or 6 EUR each per day on day of breakfast), it also had a cool breakout area and things like a PlayStation and stuff mainly for the backpackers and youngsters who are staying in the hostel although it is open to everyone. It looked like there was also a communal laundry and washing facility in that common room. The location is also excellent, it is very close to the Madrid Plaza Mayor and in fact we were able to pretty much see all of Madrid's main sightseeing elements in one day by walking 30 minutes in both directions from the hotel. Onto the room and we were at first impressed with the clean decor and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a shower over bath in the adjoining en-suite. The bedroom had twin adjoined beds with separate duvets and the living room had 2 comfortable sofa beds. There are 2 A/C machines that are controlled with the same remote which is not great and then there is a central heating system for the whole building which came on a few times. The room had a dishwasher, washing machine, full utensils in the kitchen and washing tablets. Onto the downsides and unfortunately it is why we cannot give this hotel a better rating and that is that 1) the bathroom smells of sewage, not only the bathroom but also the common areas like the reception and lift. It is god awful. 2) the Wi-Fi is terrible, I was unable to do any backups of my photos and the connection is very intermittent, I was able to stream but not at great quality, and last but not least 3) the very close proximity to where the rooms are overlooking the next door ICOn club which is loud until 5am, this meant we had very little or poor sleep. A couple of the nights resulted in us witnessing fights outside the club and the rowdy revellers can be heard through the apartment. If you don't mind not having a great
The hotel is very central, near the Sun Door, with all the typical bars in the area. - Clean - Double window to avoid street noise. - Breakfast is basic, sweet and salty but very good and in quantity. Disadvantages: - Built above a disco that does not cease to work until 6.00h. The disco should not be soundless and listen, LETTERLY, music until 6.00h. - No reception. When you call the stamp no one answers. If you are lucky to get the door opened by some hosts, then you can read on the entrance door to the Hostal (1st floor) a paper where it makes you to go to Hotel Victoria (20m) to make the Check In. - Please note that the rooms are not clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and the rooms are clean and The guests complained about getting cold. - at 11:00 you must make the Ceck Out.
The traffic is convenient and the front desk is warm and the room is simple and airy. Check-in time is really tired at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the bathroom door leaks out of the water, the street is very noisy and the noise is very bad. The locals have been squatting until midnight until 4 or 5 in the morning.
The hotel is very stylish and tasteful, the hotel room is very small, there is a garbage can in the bathroom. Very noisy, very poor sound insulation or no sound insulation. No Wi-Fi password for the room was provided at check-in, and when we called and asked, we were told to send an email to us, and we never received this email. Later, we went to the front desk to solve this small problem in person.
The hotel is at a great location, which is within walking distance to almost all the attractions in Madrid. The parliament is nearby the hotel, which is safe. It's clean and has good service! Turning left and walking for 30 meters, there is a good restaurant, which is cost-effective.
The location of this hotel is very good, just a few hundred meters away from the train station. The hotel has breakfast, but I didn't eat it inside, but I ate it in a small restaurant next to the hotel. There was an extra bed in the hotel, at least the room was large. There is an elevator and it should be suitable for bringing family members to play. The front desk staff is very good at serving. I feel that this hotel does not have a parking lot.
Conveniently located in the heart of Madrid. The central point of Madrid is concentrated and the walking tour is also very convenient. This location is ideal for walking around the museums, churches and more. The Youth Hostel itself seems to be a whole building with a large scale, so the service is relatively complete. The facilities should be the standard of the general youth travel, you need to bring your own password lock to lock the luggage stored in the room, and do not provide any toiletries. Unfortunately, if you want to store your luggage, it is not free. You need to store it in the locker downstairs. (Large baggage can also be put down, don't worry about it.) But if the room itself is facing the street, there will be noise problems. People in other beds will inevitably have the sound of entering or leaving the luggage.
Madrid has lived here for three days! The room is super large, there are supermarkets, shopping malls, and subways nearby. It is very convenient to travel! The most important thing is free parking, suitable for self-driving!
This hotel is great! We stayed here for 5 nights and felt as pleasant and comfortable as staying at home.
First of all, the hotel is in a great location, the gate is directly opposite the road to the Atocha Railway Station (you need to transfer to Chamartin Railway Station 2 platforms if you take the train from the airport to the hotel). There is a subway about five meters at the entrance of the hotel (we did not take the subway at all. All the main attractions are within walking distance). The Queen Sophia National Art Center Museum is just behind the building where the hotel is located (two minutes walk), and the Prado Museum, the Tissen Museum, the Madrid Palace, the Sun Gate Square, the Mayor Square, etc. are also within walking distance (about 10-20 minutes). In addition, you can walk across a beautiful bookstore street (also a pedestrian street) opposite the hotel to the scenic Lichi Park (about 3-5 minutes walk), take a walk along the straight mall in the park, see the leaves gradually turn from green to yellow under the blue sky, feel the autumn charm, very beautiful. You can also go boating on the lake, bird watching, rose watching, visiting the crystal palace, and sit on the steps under the sculptures of the lake like the locals, basking in the sun, leaving time to rest...
Secondly, the hotel check-in procedures are simple, the staff is warm and friendly, and the English is fluent (we have booked two rooms and two room types. The hotel directly arranged for us to a larger room type. Although there is a small problem in the middle, the hotel has given a solution in time). The hotel room is large in size, very clean and bright, the decoration style is simple and generous, warm and comfortable. In addition to the non-bathrobe, slippers and dental appliances, the room offers a wide range of other daily necessities and equipment (including shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, induction cooker, dishwasher, pots and pans, etc.) It's almost as convenient as it is at home. The washing machine does not have drying function, but there is a small dryer behind the bathroom door that heats up, and small pieces of clothes can be dried in one night.
The hotel gave two Nestle coffee capsules on the day we stayed, which was delicious. Later we bought coffee capsules cheaper than the hotel in a nearby small supermarket (a box of Nestle coffee capsules for 7 euros) and were delicious.
Although the hotel is on the main road, the room becomes quiet immediately after closing the balcony door and window, and almost no noise is heard. The bedding and sofa are very comfortable, lying on the sofa before going to bed reading and watching TV is very comfortable (the small books in the room are both children's books and Spanish and Portuguese travel books, beautifully decorated, rich in content, and some art magazines, awesome!). The hotel is not big, the room is not much, the corridor is very quiet, and occasionally meets guests from different countries and speaks different languages in the stairwell.
In addition, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets such as Carrefour, which is convenient for eating and buying daily necessities.
The only fly in the ointment is that the sewer in the shower is small, and the shower is very big (constant temperature is very comfortable), so it is easy to accumulate water, it takes a minute or two to turn off the water for a while, otherwise the water will accumulate over the foot.
Overall, we are still very satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it.
The location is near Plaza Mayor, close to the tourist attractions. The Spain Square, a meeting place for art museums and nearby tours, can be reached within a 15-20 minute walk. However, it is noisy until night because the location is central. The breakfast was very good and the map provided a map of Madrid at check in and a safe place to store your luggage after check out.
My wife and I have stayed here on numerous visits to Madrid. If you are looking for an amazing centrally located hotel at an affordable price, this is it. Nothing special, just clean and secure. Can be loud at night since you are in the Plaza Del Sol . Once I am asleep it is not a problem. We like the price and security to day trip and sometimes stay overnight in other cities. The price is right, and you don’t sacrifice cleanliness, security, or location. Toledo, Avila, Segovia, , Salamanca, and Cuenca are great day trips. Always opt for the Ave high speed train. Spain is amazing!
It should be the hotel with the lowest price/performance ratio. I have to charge in a factory area. I will check in in the afternoon and then go to see the Champions League. I will go back and have to charge. Although it costs two euros but does not meet the free parking, the breakfast is also very general. No photos taken
