I went to Scandicci where I had friends and with them I had a semi-professional collaboration,I needed to stay in a place with a good price quality relationship and my friends advised me the hotel marcia with which a time I don't know if I had named this company affected the Lord's mood at the reception, nothing of which, unexpected behavior and courtesy,being a little pressing but that doesn't affect my judgment.I took a room use single more than good for what I needed.There would be a couple of things to review in the bathroom due to swallowing( shower box and box upshot),and signs of infiltration on the walls in drying, But it's little detail.I've been sleeping well,the room was warm,the cleaning was very accurate.I was told that in the winter weekends there is no breakfast, But the owner (I think he was) advised me a cake shop near them that he deserves. I think at last I will probably come back and I feel I recommend it to those who travel for work and/or stop a few days in town and need a good place with a good price quality ratio

We stayed only one night but I can say we were warmly welcomed from the beginning; we arrived at 9 a.m. to leave only the baggage and visit Florence,but the room was already free and they delivered it to us. Clean, full room, we noticed that it was very recent as furniture, very beautiful. We were given healthy advice on where to go to dinner ( advice rast l'amorino in Scandicci 3 minutes in car from the hotel). The gentleman who was at breakfast, gentle and always present from the evening before for any doubt or information; after breakfast we left the room but they allowed us to leave the car in their private parking until afternoon No charge and so we moved with the means (Tram stop at about 900 metres from the hotel)

We stayed here as part of a travel group from 27 to 30 Jan 2020. The room was nice & clean. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the reception staffs: Ms Giovanna and Mr Domenico for the great helped to check with UPS Florence Office on my parcel delivery matters. The worst Hilton. First of all, the second day I arrived the hotel had no service because they were doing work. What kind of a hotel does service and shuts down everything while guests are there?! Second of all, most of the staff and one of the bartenders are very rude. They do not want to help you. They are angry. This is supposed to be a business in hospitality. This hotel is quite the opposite of everything hospitality means. Third, when asking for full service on your room sometimes they do it and you have to keep reminding them. Fourth, someone was smoking in one of the rooms and every single guest is alerted of with an alarm in their rooms which I get if it was an actual fire. They have no business center with a computer which is unheard of. Everything in your room is controlled by your key card. Lights, electricity, everything. The ac is awful. It’s freezing and you cannot control it. It’s super hot outside and then an ice chest in your room. You can get sick in that environment. The showers have mold in the cracks. You can’t even ask them simple things like when if the bar open for coffee without being yelled at. They have a condescending bar tender who stresses out and yells at you claiming there is only one of him. That’s false. There are 2-3 others and he acts like he is working in a real bar. He’s not a bartender. In the states the bartenders are super busy and yet, they continue to have smiles on their faces and accommodate what you want. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and will never go again. They charge for everything. No complimentary coffee and just overall rudeness. In the middle of nowhere. The toilets don’t work. Their coffee machine in the room is not a coffee machine. It’s a water machine that heats up water and they don’t tell you anywhere that you need to turn it off after 2 minutes. So if you stay here, turn it off after two minutes or else it will spill all over. I will do my research next time on hotels and will not fly into Florence next time.

We have booked a bedroom at B&B for two nights at the last. The location is not in a quiet place, as described, is located next to the circumval. We have been assigned a room on the ground floor with a window door opening directly on one of the parking lots! Note: the window door opening to the inside also considered security exit!!!!! So no chance to open a window and leave it open. That room was probably picked up from a car box. Blind bathroom. Nothing to say about cleaning. A big sin (another) can't eat breakfast as you should. A basket is left in the room with packed brioches, marmellate, juices, and if you want hot drinks you have to go out in the corridor and use the automatic distributor. For that room/ex garage I would say no to recommend.
