Pro: We used the hotel for a night stay with Spa ticket at another Spa center for one adult. Check-in was smooth and we were able to use free drink service until 10 pm. Breakfast was good, pretty and tasty. Both Japanese traditional and western style was covered and many non-Japanese families were also enjoying the variety of foods choices. Room was small and we used one queen size bed for three of us to share so it was a bit tight for sleep but they only charged one adult with no extra charges even two children had full breakfast. So it was real value for money. We gave the addition of the third person at the last minutes but they were able to accommodate the change. There were some local restaurants in their huge car park area and we were able to have the best value Tempra set for our dinner. Con: It is a bit away from the city center so the cost of the taxi became high. The Spa center was also a bit far away.FromUS$42.00

Coco Hotel is an apartment. There is no food to eat. There is a small area to heat food. There are pans and dishes in the cabinet. There is a microwave. You can buy boxed lunches, milk in the supermarket, or a small bottle of oil and eggs. Fried eggs, hot rice and bread, and even boil soup. There is a kettle in the room for boiling water, washing machine, clothes rack, and washed clothes on the balcony. All toiletries and slippers are available.
Three adults can set up a triple room, a queen bed, and a floor bunk.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is new and clean. The reception is located near Hakata Station with free flow of beer and other drinks. To go to hotel from reception will need about 25min walk. The best is to use the bus. The nearest train station in this case is the subway about 15min walk from the hotel. I would suggest you get a Fukuoka bus pass if plan to stay here as bus stops are nearer. The bus timing is not as on time as train but overall is consistent. There are two convenient stores nearby, 6-12min walk. Hotel have 2 paying parking lots. Drinks vending machine and microwave oven in the lobby. In the room is complete with usual amenities. There is no one coming to clean your room for the period of your stay hence the drinking water will not be restock. You could either buy from vending machine or cook your own or drink from tap. Checking out is simple. Just drop your key into the check out box near the exit.FromUS$36.00

The location is very convenient which is just few minutes to the shopping mall and the JR station. The room is very spacious and clean. There is a outdoor swimming pool and hot spring, it's difficult to find in other hotel within the down town. The buffet breakfast also very good, though there are not many varieties of food but they are very fresh and yum.
I definitively will come again.

The hotel is very convenient since it’s connected with HAKATA station, walk to Tokyo Hands in 10 mins, with supermarket and Hankyu and shopping center.
Most of the staff can provide very good service, just a little bit slow.... the only thing I don’t like is the strange smell in the elevator that connect B1, it’s like the smell of renovation, hope can improve by using fragrance in the elevator.

The location was great as it was a 3-minute walk from West Exit 8 of Hakata Station. There are Starbucks, Seven Eleven, and bus stops next door, so it's easy to get around, and the room is nice from the entrance to a Japanese business hotel. I went in the winter, but I think the heating system needs improvement. When the temperature increased because it was cold, warm wind came out after a while, and then cool wind came out again. I don't understand that the warm wind doesn't come out regularly.

I like this hotel. Staff are very nice and breakfast was superb. There were quite limited parking but if you let them know in advance you should have a space.
We were lucky to met a Thai sfaff lady as my parents cannot speak english much she was so helpful to recommend some places to visit or restaurants.

Walk to Hakata is 10 to 15 mins. Next to Canal City mall but not much eateries at the mall. Turn left from hotel entrance you can walk to Tenjin area in 10 mins. There are many restaurants and shops at Tenjin area. The hotel lobby has an oily smell of kitchen (not pleasant). Lobby is very small . Room is reasonably clean but not perfect. Reasonable good size. I like the separate shower (very small size). Breakfast has limited choice but good enough (with milk, tea, coffee, bread, eggs and others). Free noodles at night has no vegetarian selection (pity). Hot spring is great and nice - the one reason why I chose this hotel.

It is greatly convinient location for business and leisure.
Hotel provide hot spring facility in the first floor so you can begin with hot spring in the morning and you can relax in the evening too.
If I have a chance to visit this city, I would like to stay in this hotel again.
