The HP in Pasadena is beautiful ... more like a Regency, with a spacious, well-appointed lobby and spacious breakfast area. The room was clean & spacious, with a different layout than other HP's ... the bathroom was NOT situated at the foot of the beds where light/noise would bother those sleeping. Location of the hotel was great for our sporting event at the convention center and walkable to Colorado Blvd. shops. Will definitely stay here again!

A naval ship type experience. Smallest hotel room I’ve been in since NYC. Reinforced staying on the right side of the law lest you end up in a place this small. The shower glass was a part of the actual room. We love historic hotels but I’ll pass on this one. The great downtown location you’d expect for a historic hotel, but not even a dresser in the room itself. No room! Nowhere to even put one piece of luggage in the closet! Only plastic cups in the room, no room to put a toothbrush on the bath vanity, no floor length mirror (we were attending an event), and the room lighting was poor. We are only here for two days, and we were claustrophobic the first hour. Even the hallway felt like being on a ship. Truly considered upgrading or changing hotels. Nice ambiance and charm downstairs. Parking situation was decent but expensive (as expected), $29 for self park. I think it might be a nice place for an event, but truly go get a hotel room built for modern size humans. Hotel staff gave little help with taxi service which I found baffling.

The location is good and relatively safe. Pasadena is a relatively safe area in LA, and there are few homeless people. It is convenient to go shopping and eat. It is relatively comfortable. It's a good value for money on Ctrip. It is worth mentioning that Ctrip's overseas butler service is really 24 hours, and you feel at home. You can answer any questions and solve any problems. I took the trouble to renew the reservation and the room was full on Ctrip. The Ctrip housekeeper helped me contact the hotel and renewed the reservation directly at the front desk. I was very satisfied with the service. Finally, I found that the price difference compared with Ctrip was too much. I asked, and the overseas butler even returned the difference to my Ctrip account. I was almost in tears. Hey especially when a person is floating outside, they are so warm. One hundred likes to the customer service of overseas butlers, thank you🙏

Come to Los Angeles to visit relatives, and my mom went to her favorite hotel residen, how do I know to give a room opposite the laundry room and gym? ? ? The footsteps of the afternoon, the door switch sound, then my mother went to complain and said to change the room, but I had already gone out so I did not change. After breakfast at 9:30 the next day, when I contacted my family, the staff of the housekeeping department knocked on the door and asked when to leave. I also tried to force an answer. I really don’t like this kind of service like I’m in the hotel. My staff is brave enough to be taken home by me. There are unpleasant situations in using Ctrip to book foreign hotels twice. The location of the room is not ideal. Maybe Ctrip can try to understand and try to get a better room for our long-term users! I have had my crews stay at Best Westerns from Portland, OR all the way down to El Centro, CA without issue-Until this property. They didn't like myself or my crew and in return, I really didn't like them, their management or owners. I have been a ”Diamond Select” member for the past 3 years. This is supposed to mean something-but not at this property. I don't want to continue bashing this property, but just know it's not for people in construction. I saw it was used for the casual traveler, some people seemed to be long term tenants, and men/women having ”discreet encounters”. The rooms are okay. There are no microwaves in the room. They have a ”common” (no COVID issues there eh?) microwave in the laundry room-which closes at 10PM. The mattress was a little too firm for me personally. They have a great selection of cable channels. Plenty of other amenities-towels, hand towels, Coffee Maker, etc. I can't comment on room service as there isn't any due to COVID. The rooms are clean upon initial entry. They did accommodate us with items we had delivered for my project so I was grateful for that.

The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept very peacefully. The pillow I set was a double bed room with 4 pillows. It was enough for me. The cabinet capacity was also large. Room, with bathtub, separate shower room, the most important thing is tropical rainforest flowers! !! The surrounding dining is great because there are many snacks in the central area and the hotel management is also a big brand. There is definitely a guarantee. I will come here next time!

Clean and comfortable basic Motel with great staff,free parking,free wifi,a/c, fridge & microwave,flat screen tv. Missing:No washcloths,hand towels,bath mats or shampoo. No outlet in bathroom & no hairdryer. No closet,no place to hang clothed,no drawers,no lamps. (Just 1 over head fluorescent bulb). No coffee maker& ice costs 50cents a bucket. Would stay again for Rose Bowl functions as it's a nice walk (little over a mile),and staff makes sure you know the way. Would definately stay again and just bring things they don't have that we need.

This place is a gem. You wouldn't think so until you enter the room as it will be difficult to upgrade outdoors. But the room has been nicely renovated and formed interesting space retro decorations. I was tile grouting, congested snobbery and this bathroom did a great job. Spacious shower room was well assembled. The place was very valuable!

A very beautiful big house, it feels more like an airbnb homestay, not like a hotel, but it feels very special. The house is located in the wealthy area on the mountain. It is very luxurious. It is said that this house has a history of nearly 50 years, and the floor is covered. The patina is out. Usually when there are no guests, there will be a lot of sexy internet celebrities to pose for photos. The owner of the grandfather was very nice. He prepared breakfast for us in the morning. He knew that we were Chinese and would help us cook dumplings, watch TV on the cctv channel, recommend tourist routes, etc. He was very very enthusiastic and made us all embarrassed, toilet The two rooms are shared, but there is no one next door on the day we stayed, so it is equivalent to a private toilet. It's really great 👍

I spent night in this Motel on August 4th 2022. I’m cargo van driver and just have been driving through to the East Cost. The motel was ok like usual old 2 star motel, but A/C hadn’t been produced enough cold and room was smelling cigarettes in spite of the fact that all motels rooms are smoked-free. But it was late and I decided to stay. After 2 weeks I recognised that deposit didn’t return to my card. I contacted Motel and asked to figure it out. Women on the phone sad that everything is OK and deposit doesn’t go back automatically and I need to call again next morning to ask manager to make a return. I called back in about a week and had reached manager/owner. He already knew my name and was ready to talk to me. He sad that I left room with tons of trash and food “like you spent there 2 weeks not 1 night” and “there was cigarette smell and butts everywhere” and all the towels were used. To say that I was disappointed is not to say anything. I’m 100% smoke free person and I hate anybody smoking even under my windows. I spent in room about 9 hours working on laptop and sleeping between two working days (it’s all you need when drive 10 days from cost to cost). I didn’t have anybody with me (i just don’t know any person there) and I left early morning for loads in LA area. I left key in night window because there was nobody in the office and door was locked. Nobody contacted me about my room or deposit. I asked manager why nobody tried to contact me at the moment when the inspected the room - but he sad they don’t usually contact about deposits. I asked for some proofs cuz they trying to charge me $100 and I want to know what is is for but he sad I need to request deposit back at check out after inspection. I don’t know what I can do in situation like that. He is just lies and trying to steal my deposit. Be aware!

Clean room, small but functional. Because It is dated, lots of plugs but a lack of USB connectors. That's ok, I'm prepared. What I was not prepared was the A/C not functioning. It was stuffy and the lack of A/C which worked basically as a fan did not nothing to alleviate temps of the room. Glad that we had only one night booked.

This hotel was great. I originally booked online so when I called them to make sure they go my reservation they hadnt :( but the gentlemen on the line told me he can still hold my rooms for the online price! when I arrived he was so helpful & had amazing costumer service skills, I wish I wouldve go his name I give him much props! So anyway we arrived to our rooms and they were beyound amazing very clean & updated not to mention the beds were super comfy & the shower head AMAZING There is a store right across the street and many food & gas near by, easy to access the freeway as well. I would absolutely reccoment this hotel. The only thing that I really didn't like was that it seemed if there was prostitues trying to do buisness there.. Other than that we felt safe & welcomed, Thank you GUYS!!
