There are advantages and disadvantages, but the hotel has a certain profit. By the way, I suggest you go to the restaurant during the day. The chef knows their stuff. The location is very good: out of the hotel, just a stone's throw away from the promenade/park. 5 minutes, the foot is on the market square (place for souvenirs and restaurants). We arrived at the castle in 15 minutes. Overall, I am satisfied

I called the hotel in advance to see if there were any preferences for the holidaymaker (I had to go to the hotel on my birthday, the anniversary). I was told the holidaymaker would be waiting in the room for a bottle of champagne and candy. When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, I wondered if there would be champagne, and in response I heard, ”Yes, of course, now there will be champagne and candy in your room.” Nothing was delivered. The next day I asked again and again received the same answer ”Yes, now we will do everything.” And again nothing. Communicating with ”love” manager girls no longer wanted, the mood was spoiled. On my birthday at dinner at the restaurant ”Sweet” I was congratulated on a magnificent dessert, it was very pleasant; but did the hotel regret a bottle of champagne at such crazy prices? More about the accommodation service: in the comments on booking the room and in a telephone conversation I asked to give me a room with a view On the water - it was not done, although promised. In fact, they replied that such rooms were not left - then why promise? Customer orientation of managers on reception (or their leadership?) - 0 (zero). About the hotel itself: Location - 5; both restaurants - 5; cleanliness - 5; elevator - 5; rooms are very close - 3, in our two-bedroom room there is no place to put the second open suitcase except on the pass; only one pillow; only one pillow; no chair; It is impossible to drink tea/coffee at the table - to sit on nothing and not for what; the room itself, mattresses - ”tired”; the – 4 (no shelves over the shelves). In a word, the hotel prices are very overstated (7500 rubles per night for two in three weeks), and the attitude towards the guests leaves the best. On my next visit to the wonderful Vyborg I will try to find a hotel with a more pleasant treatment. There was an unpleasant rainfall.

Excellent hotel! We came to travel for a few days to see the city. Even though we were late, we resolved it quickly, and it only took 5 minutes and we were already in the room. The room looked like a photo, which made us very happy. The room is very clean! Everything is beautifully furnished. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and informative, which is very important. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast buffet. In general, I strongly recommend that you do this, and we hope to check in here in future trips.

Гостиница ”Северная Корона” (СК) расположена сравнительно далеко от исторического центра города Выборг, пешком в среднем темпе 20-25 мин. Про Общественный транспорт информации нет, но на данный момент выборгское такси можно рассматривать как общедоступный вид транспорта, так что в течение 10 минут можно добраться до любой достопримечательности города, сравнительно недорого (150-200 руб.). Рядом с СК находится парковая зона. Здание, в котором расположена гостиница, недавно полностью реставрировано, есть лифт. Дизайн номера современный, на любителя. Номер просторный, порядка 15 кв.м, кровать, доп. диванчик для ребенка, стол, стул, 2 тумбочки, мини-холодильник. Матрац, одеяло, подушка - без замечаний. В ванной, где еще чувствуется недавний ремонт, установлена современная сантехника, полноценная душевая кабина, пол с подогревом, есть фен. В номере есть современный ТВ с диагональю 50” smart, много розеток, светильников. WiFi в номере с хорошим каналом. В номере чисто, смена полотенец каждые 3 дня, пылесос - через день. Вода в кулере на каждом этаже. Завтрак/ ужин не предлагается, в том же здании есть кафе, но мы им не воспользовались. В номерах СК нет чайника, чашек, ложек чая/кофе. Но в здании есть комната-кухня, где проживающие найдут большой холодильник, чайники и 2 печи-СВЧ. Рядом с СК есть два магазина ”5”. Персонал СК доброжелательный, стараются помочь, подсказать. Номера без балконов, нет кондиционеров. Основной недостаток номера - практическое отсутствие шумоизоляции от коридора: ночной приезд/ отъезд постояльцев, рыдающий малыш, и т.п. - все будет звучать в вашем номере громко и отчетливо. Выполнив современный ремонт, хозяева СК не подумали об установке соответствующей двери, а следовательно о покое, что важно и во время отпуска, и после трудового дня. Рядом с СК небольшое парковочное пространство, парковка бесплатна, если успеете занять место. По соотношению цена/качество СК м.б. рекомендован непривередливым туристам.
