Always stay at this hotel. Happy staff, delicious breakfast, good restaurant, will feed any time from the road. Spacious rooms where everything is available for a comfortable stay. Excellent location and getting out of the city close and the center is great to walk. Not immediately learned, but it turns out there is a spa! All recommend!

Въезд на парковку с параллельной улицы (Социалистической) и со стоянки второй вход в гостиницу. На стоянке организует движение отличный менеджер. Номер отличный. В номере : тапочки, халаты, вода, чай, кофе, сахар и другие мелочи. В наличии подушки ДВУХ видов и еще можно выбрать другие по желанию. Первая глажка для гостей бесплатная. Огромный выбор в мини баре + вина за доп.плату. Уборка ежедневная. Туалетные принадлежности надо заказывать у администратора. Дают даже беруши и ночные очки для глаз. За дополнительную плату 700 руб. шикарные завтраки по типу «шведский стол». На ресепшене очень вкусные конфеты и яблоки. Попали в дождливую погоду, гостиница предоставляла шикарные зонтики. Персонал очень приветливый, культурный и просто красивый. Если 6 200 в сутки в апреле для вас приемлемая цена, то вам только сюда.

I travel a lot, often in Rostov. This hotel was recommended by acquaintances, and you know, I'm glad to choose this. I'm delighted! I'll come back again. Everything wonderful from the entrance ... delicious smell on the resepshne, pleasant, smiling girls, compliment (local wine and peanuts ... petty, but pleasant) Clean rooms, and what beds ... straight royal: buoy pillows and blankets. Service at the height, service - super! A delicious, qualitative restaurant. Guys, I'll come back to you for sure. You're good! That's how to keep.

Quick settlement, a beautiful room, a very convenient mattress and pillows, funny 2 soft toys that very like children, wanted to buy, but we were told that there was only one, but we needed 2! Very asked, but eventually didn't buy any - offensive! I liked the panoramic restaurant of Asian cuisine - everything was delicious, the restaurant needs to book in advance, because it is small! Adjacent to the Don River, there is a river town style. When I first checked in, I met a stranger and swiped into my room. Later I learned that the front desk was wrong. This problem is serious. Although the young lady gave me a apology in person, this should definitely be avoided. Breakfast is not 1000 rubles per person described by Ctrip, but 1100 rubles per person. UnionPay’s card was successfully brushed at the time. After an hour, the younger sister called and said that UnionPay’s card could not be credited. After the twists and turns... it was 2 episodes. This time around, it was summer. One night, as before. Bearing in mind that it was high season, I made my booking (by phone, no deposit) far in advance, which in Russia means a fortnight. I asked for the room where we usually stay. As previously, we arrived by car rather late, at about 9 p.m. A girl at the reception was smiling, friendly and ready to help. We got just the room we wanted and went for dinner (see my separate review). The night's sleep was excellent. Their open buffet breakfast might be a little bit more diverse; fried eggs must NOT be prepared in advance (?!), but it's not a disaster either. The staff is amicable and professional, but their command of English leaves much to be desired. Still, I'd recommend it to travellers. Again.

Hotel Benamar I really liked it. 1) Reception and lobby: Workers served fast, smiled, helped instantly when we forgot the key-card in the room. Lobby is very cozy, design is excellent. 2) Room: We took the Standard. The room is beautiful, warm, ventilation/conditioning system worked quietly, lingerie white, in the room there is a TV with cable channels, teapot, tea, coffee, sugar, drinking water, glasses, cups, vent in the bathroom, bed and pillows comfortable. If you want to clap something, there's a tug on the floor. I'm happy. Smoking is prohibited in the room. I don't smoke but how to be smoking? 3) Restaurant: beautiful, clean, stylish. Our breakfast (swedish table) was included in the cost. Breakfast was very liked: 8 meat dishes, 8 garnish, everything hot, plus fruit, biscuits, muffins, milk with corn, sauces, sweets, Greenfield tea in bags, coffee from the coffee machine was drinking the wife, she liked it very much. A little about the staff: I fell a valve, I didn't have time to raise it, as the waiter was next: ”What can I help you?” Discertainly. 4) The spa area also liked: we tried a shower, sauna (+80-90 G. C), swimming pool, jacuzzi, hamm, lying. Everything is very decent, beautiful. The SPA visit was included in the service, there you can rest all day without paying a penny. Thank you for the hospitality! I want to note for future guests, read reviews from 2022, the hotel was completely reconstructed and corresponds to all the photos on the site! When we were settled, we were met by very welcoming staff, quickly formalized all the formalities and issued the keys. The hotel has a parking lot, but there are not many places on it. The rooms are clean, very spacious and light. In the room is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, water glasses, large comfortable bed, white bed linen. The bathroom is large and bright. Hairdress and towels are provided with excess. Cold and hot water cooler is located on the floor. The room was on the 9th floor, two elevators work in the hotel. The restaurant has a very nice staff. I would like to also celebrate the beautiful location of the hotel, Next to a cozy square with children's playgrounds and in step-to-step access more good restaurants! Recommended for visiting 100%! Selected a hotel for a night, following from Archyza to Moscow. Excellent hotel. Selected because of sauna and hama with a pool. Very pleasant after a long journey to take water procedures. Preliminaryly write off the hotel, booked a sauna and everything was ready for our arrival. The room was chosen luxuriant, so traveled with a girlfriend. Shouldn't the staff watch the dishes serve? Conclusion: Anturage, 4 star room, food below average. Not to stop at this hotel again.

На несколько дней останавливалась вместе с дочерью в этом отеле. В номере имеется всё необходимое для комфортного прожавания. Нужен был фен, так как свой забыли дома, а тут был в номере, что было для нас приятной неожиданностью. Если целиком оценивать отель, то вполне можно поставить отличную оценку. Спится здесь действительно хорошо Кровать огромная, удобный матрас, хорошие подушки, в номере хорошая звукоизоляция и светоизоляция, почти бесшумный кондиционер, много воздуха, вообщем выспались мы душевно Белье, полотенца, халаты, гигиенические наборы прекрасного качества Отличная сантехника, все новое, работает система вызова уборки, нормальная кофемашина, холодильник, новый телевизор, замечаний по техоснащению нет Персонал старательный, отзывчивый, любезный, быстро реагируют на все пожелания и просьбы Уборка номера качественная, протирают и полы и другие поверхности, моют зеркала Отель хорошо расположен в центре города и в то же время не очень шумная и людная улица Завтрак достаточный, продукты свежие, есть из чего выбрать Можно сделать заказ еды в номер, в среднем ожидание составит примерно час и это нормальное время для любого ресторанного сервиса Для меня был только один очень важный минус, мало света Дизайн с претензией на элегантность, но с такими тёмными стенами при отсутствии естественного освещения хотелось бы пару потолочных светильников, интимное освещение не всегда уместно. Всё таки отель не позицианирует себя как почасовой и гости бывают разные, в тч семьи с детьми, а в номерах реально темно, сплошной полумрак. Ещё очень рекомендую указать в описании номеров особенности в планировке и расположении окон, поверьте, это важная деталь при выборе отеля Думаю, отель больше подойдёт молодым людям В остальном всё очень неплохо Спасибо за гостеприимство, желаю процветания

I travel a lot, often in Rostov. This hotel was recommended by acquaintances, and you know, I'm glad to choose this. I'm delighted! I'll come back again. Everything wonderful from the entrance ... delicious smell on the resepshne, pleasant, smiling girls, compliment (local wine and peanuts ... petty, but pleasant) Clean rooms, and what beds ... straight royal: buoy pillows and blankets. Service at the height, service - super! A delicious, qualitative restaurant. Guys, I'll come back to you for sure. You're good! That's how to keep.

I stayed here for two days. Room was comfortable and clean. I did not experience any disturbance from side of staff. Hotel staff was friendly. It was pretty fast check-in and check-out. Hotel locates in historical building and has nice old architecture.
