Very good location! Hotel proposed not bad food, nice rooms for it's price. For young people who likes to hang out - perfect place. The only one thing that I didn't like - it's beach. Very small line, but it's not a problem to find beach where you can pay and be satisfied.

Basic place for a sunny holiday. Small but clean rooms (twin room in our case) with even smaller bathrooms. No reading lights next to the beds. It’s the ceiling light or nothing. Air conditioning adequate, but a little noisy (cost: 5 Euro/day). Small fridge in room. No kettle. Balcony, where you can hang wet bathing suits. Hardly any traffic and very little other noise from the street, even though the hotel is close to restaurants and bars. A swimming pool with a closed off shallow part for small children. Some of the staff speak English, but not all. Breakfast is not very good. We ended up buying our own bread and real butter instead of the dry white bread and nasty margarine at the breakfast buffet. Cheese, vegetables and meat were OK. Tea is left for too long. Be there no later than nine or it tastes terrible. Noisy Russian guests take over the swimming pool area for several hours in the middle of the day. and are allowed to play loud and rather awful music there. The pool bar is never open, but these Russians bring their own alcohol and become increasingly unbearable until they leave in the afternoon. Mornings and late afternoons are better. When the Russians come it is time to go to the beach, which is close.

Hello everyone! I would like to start with checking-in procedure. It wasn't too long but we had to pay 30$ to get the room faster cuz we arrived at the hotel at 10. The Russian speaking man at the reception was very pretty but they could gave us more spacious room for the price we paid (we were 3 person). The room was very small for 3 persons but the good thing it had a balcony which was facing neighbor hotel in front and the sea on the left side. The beds were comfortable and high which is very good to fall asleep faster and don't injure your back;) Housekeeping service was very bad. They didn't clean floors at all even if you ask them. I understand everything that it's not easy job but I've never seen so much uncare like that. They put small soap just once when we asked. They never put soap or shampoo by themselves. We even brought one big soap with us hhh. The shampoo was like omg. I think it was even expired it was like a water hhh. They saw exactly that we are 3 person in the room but they continued forgetting about the stupid towels and papers. Food. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and with a good quality. At first sight, it can be seemed that it's not enough but in reality you can get everything there (wide variety of sweet things, hot dishes like fish, meat, soups etc.) The drinks in the Lobby bar were to be honest, horrible, especially water and juice. Sea. The sea was very nice and clean however you have to wear special shoes to not get injured (you can buy it in any market). The beach was very small but anyway you can always find a place there. The biggest minus is that there's even no music on the beach and you gonna be bored all day long. Guys, I advice you, please turn on at least some music, cuz it's really not interesting to lie like a cat and sleeping. Swimming pool. I've never swam in it so I can't say anything about it except its small size and that it was placed in the restaurant area which looks not so nice. Outside area. There's just one main square with many markets where you can go. But the stupid thing that you can't walk normally and calmly and look for something cuz the stupid sellers and restaurant staff not gonna let you breath. They gonna take your hands to take you to their shop they will do anything to let you come in. But guys come on do you think that we all have to buy something from you? No. You should behave more pleasant, respectful and diligent. If you come inside the shop they gonna eat all your energy and then if you not gonna buy something they start yelling on you and turning their back to your side. Guys, you behave like an animals, be more respectful. I understand that you have a crisis but we have the same thing. Peace Entertainment. There's no animation in the hotel but we knew that and it was okay for us. But I would like to say big thank You to the doctor with gold hands and a massagist Citin Bey who made me feel better and gave good advices. And also thanks

My stay at this hotel was like a nightmare. When we arrived at the hotel, the red headed lady at the reception told us there were no rooms even though I had booked a room several months ago. She was so rude and didn’t even want to talk to us. When I asked her what her job was she told me she was a friend of the boss and then she changed her mind and said she was just a “guest”. We had to wait for the owner to come back to solve our problem. We booked this trip months ago and we didn’t have anywhere else to stay. The owner arrived and said our booking was cancelled. By us. I told him it was impossible. Then he said “I am sorry, I forgot your reservation as I deleted booking.com. Don’t you have anywhere else to go?” I insisted on staying there as we had NO place to go. The owner complained that we booked the room in advance and we paid less (that’s the whole point of booking earlier). He said he didn’t give out any rooms to Turkish people and his client optimal profile was Russians AND he would’ve declined my booking request if he had known I was Turkish. He begged me not to write a bad review about him and I honestly wasn’t going to write anything bad about him if he had kept his promise. He gave us a room in the basement which I think belonged to the staff. It wasn’t like the rooms I had seen earlier on booking.com. He said he knew the room wasn’t nice and we would stay in this temporary room for 3 days. He promised to move us to a better room and in the meantime he was acting extremely nice and interested in us. He gave us free breakfast and dinner. He kept asking if everything was okay so we really believed he was a nice person. He kept saying we would get a better room and there was no problem. The day in which we were supposed to switch rooms we went on a tour and asked the owner if he was still going to change our room. He said yes. When we came back from the tour, we saw that he kicked us from the hotel with a letter and moved us to another hotel where the other owner acted like we weren’t welcomed. They had very unwelcoming staff. Wifi doesn’t work, the room was stinky and not so clean. Avoid this place.

I don't scold hotels because I do not consider myself the most important holiday issue. But now I'm making an exception because I've never been disappointed in the accommodation so much, and it's worth sharing with others. Information about the hotel - available online from multiple sources - is roughly equal to zero. I booked at Alpharooms, which shows the hotel to four stars. It is true that there are only 3 stars in the building itself, but the standard of services scratches the two stars from below. Our problems were: 1. As soon as we entered the hotel, the receptionist was bored and rude that gave us a glimpse of what was going to happen to us in the next week. Her colleague, a woman, put it on several shovels, and was so disgustingly disobedient that I had never met in any hotel employee. We booked an economic room with minimal comments on the booking page. As I expected it (as it used to be), the room is not sea-facing, smaller than others, or a rooftop. So we didn't expect a suite. Compared to this, the rough-style receptionist has crossed the ecomonic room label three times on the booking paper to see if I have missed this exposure so far. Then, as if talking to a caterpillar, he said that this room is not in this building. I hardly believed my ears, because there was not any information, but even a negative review did not mention (of course, you can not find it on the hotel's own website), that there is another building at all! If I had any idea of that, I would definitely not book a room at this hotel, because there is a chance that we would be there would have arisen. This was one of the biggest disappointments because I chose accommodation directly to be right on the beach. Compared to this, approx. 600 meters from the „real” hotel we got a room in a building, ten minutes walk from the beach. In addition, this building has led us to the worst, last room of the existing one, which is approx. it was as big as a mouse hole. We could hardly turn around, in the attic, with a low ceiling in which even a child would bite his head and with the heat that could barely get air. In addition, there was not any soap or something else in the bathroom. The fridge (minibar?) did not work, of course, in any room. Disgusting states dominated the room. After that we asked for another room, but this was only received the next day. We spent the night bathed in sweat. 2. Not only this hotel, but also the whole Kemer, has the biggest trouble with Russians. This is also manifested in the fact that the staff cannot speak in any other language (even in Turkish!), only in Russian. We always had to repeat that we are not Russians and do not speak to us in Russian. Of course they did it… Some positive thing is that a couple of employees (waiters, chefs) told us that we are not Russians, it seemed quite relieved, and we could smile at their faces. 3. The Russian horde are unbearable. This is obviously not the crime of the hotel, but the deterioration that can

I stayed at Pasha Princess last year and loved it so much so came back this year. Its AI and the food was amazing with a good choice. Comfortable rooms and the staff are lovely. If you like to venture out there is a lovely place called Ci Ci bar & restaurant which is two minutes away from the hotel. When the bar closes in Pasha it's a great place to go to for more drinks and the cocktails are amazing and also the food. Great place to go to in groups or if you are holidaying alone as everyone is so friendly. Ci Ci also does a airport transfer which is quick with a personal touch.

During our stay we had superb customer care from Murat and his Directors. When my wife had an accident they came and helped arrange an ambulance, stayed and helped interpret at the hospital and then made sure that we got back safely. After we had returned home Murat also went not just the extra mile but the extra hundred miles, to help me to retrieve money from a local tour company that we were owed as a result of a trip cancellation after my wife's accident.

Me and my partner have just returned from a two week stay at the Crystal De Luxe . We arrived around 8:15pm and once checked in the reception staff took our luggage from us for safe keeping while we enjoyed dinner which was outstanding, of the best quality with plenty of choice. My partner is vegetarian discovering many delicious dishes daily. Following a great evening we knew we had chosen our destination wisely. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily if required and the mini-bar replenished each day with soft drinks and water. From the second day the wonderful staff were calling us by name such is their hospitality and commitment ensuring we felt special. It would be too difficult to name all the staff but in the bar, Yusuph and Volkan were great and Ahmet was simply amazing all serving great cocktails and drinks alike. Husayne tendered to us at our table and is wonderful also. Nothing was to much trouble at any point. On the animation team both Baris and Gizem kept us entertained with some brilliant activities making everyone smile as is their talent and energy. This is a mixed nationality hotel which made it all the more enjoyable as we have made some great friends during our stay who we have kept in touch with and always will. In Summary If you are looking for a relaxing time, spoiled and pampered by brilliant staff in total luxury then I would highly recommend the Crystal De Luxe, we have already planned our next visit. Thank you for everything and see you all soon. Dave

Mostly we liked is the atmosphere, which the staff created for us. Apart the thing that staff is lovely and you feel like at home, they are also very helpful and resonsive - everyone!!! We have arrived to the hotel at 8:30am, because of early flight. Check in 14:00. Hotel offered complimentary breakfast on arrival and as soon as we finished our breakfast, one of our rooms was ready and then in 20 min second room was ready without any additional charges for early check im. Hotel is located near the coniferous forest, in very quite place. Free shuttle to the beach on request, but if you are not afraid to walk for 15 min, then you can walk to Moonlight beach easly. The same with city center - 15 min walk and you are in the city center. We booked rooms with B&B option, but also for additional (very reasonable) cost you can have dinner in the hotel: either in the dinner room or outside in the lovely bar with view on pool and forest - your choice ) Pool is big enough and very clean with sun beds and umbrellas. During our staying hotel surprised us with complimentary plates of fruits, cakes. It is small things, but when it's done with open heart as they were doing it, then it cost a lot. Thanks a lot for genue holiday to Songul, Ozlem, Fatih and the rest people in the hotel - you did our holiday special. With sincere love, Vechtomov family

We booked this hotel purely on its customer reviews and were so looking forward it, where do I start, we arrived in the middle of night and we greeted by a non English speaking member of staff which wasn’t a great start, there were no refreshments available for us and we were simply ushered to our rooms. The rooms were tired and tatty, as family rooms we expected plenty of refreshments but alas no, one bottle of water in a fridge that wasn’t cold and two sachets of coffee and tea which were never replaced. It seemed this hotel wasn’t interested in English guests at all as we struggled all week to communicate, all food service was like feeding time at a zoo and choice was poor and repetitive, aqua park was a joke, children’s sand pit was used by local cats as a toilet!!! These cats were also allowed to roam freely thought the dinning area which was very off putting as some of them looked very rough!!!! Our bed sheets were only changed once for the adult bed in the week and not at all for the kids beds and the room simply wasn’t cleaned to any standard. Very little fresh fruit and as a so called ALL INCLUSIVE it was a shock to find so little of anything food or drink wise available thought out the day, ( this bar closed, that bar closed etc etc ) this was the first foreign holiday for our family and have to say was very disappointed with it, while the kids still had a good time we the adults were left feeling cheated by the description of this hotel and can honestly say it shouldnt be visited by English families or anyone expecting all inclusive to be what it should be.

I’ve always been told first impression is last impression . We arrived late evening to the hotel English speaking staff which was perfect , but as we arrived late the hotel had prepared our meal for us which had actually made me feel already welcomed . after eating our evening meal we were taken to our rooms , nice air conditioned rooms , clean linen n towels daily , nothing to complain about , only thing I would advice the hotel is to put water daily in fridges as it doesn’t cost much yes we can purchase too however on all inclusive I feel it should be there . Also lovely balcony view pool area. You are provided with a timetable which emphasises what is chargeable and non chargeable also timings of mini bus to and from beach & centrum . To be honest we hardly used the mini bus , we walked to the beach and back caught a cab for 10lira ( equivalent to £1.50 ) . beach towels are $1 at the hotel for your stay . Swimming pool opens at 8am , they also have water slide which is good for adults and kids . All inclusive we had breakfast 8am to 10am , lunch 1pm to 3pm , Dinner 7pm to 9pm , however inbetween bar open 11am till late & there’s a lady next to the bar that makes pancakes fresh again I would say through out the day if there was something like burger and chips at bar would be advantage all day as when we stayed in previous hotel last year they served this which then we had no reason to eat from the buffet . There is a indoor pool also gym and sauna , the hammam is based inside this . two nights a week entertainment is on in the hotel . Lifts available. Over all I was very impressed with the hotel and staff , excellent staff from management to the cleaners all very respectable and professional . Beach is lovely as you have a private one , open till late night ( moon light beach ) , you can’t miss the Mc Donald’s right on corner of marina , with open air seating and inside too . A walk up and your in main shopping mall location with additional streets leading to clock tower , markets every Monday fruit & veg , Tuesday textile . I would definitely re-book at same hotel to me there was nothing negative there . thank you to all at GRAND VIKING HOTEL was a pleasure staying there .

Our sixth visit to Barut Kemer, and despite Covid 19, it is still the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We were there for three weeks 25 Sept to 16 Oct 2020. We usually spend time travelling around the local area, which we chose not to do this year, but there was still plenty to do in the hotel. The food was excellent and although it was now served from the buffet by the chefs/catering staff, they worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was served quickly, thank you Iman for your usual wonderful service at breakfast and lunch. The a la carte restaurants were as good, if not better than they usually are. We also love the Turkish pide and jacket potatoes at the Pizzeria, Bunjamin was so funny when he served us, he is trying out his English and sometimes his remarks are hilarious. The Patisserie is a very ‘naughty’ new addition. Ferit looked after us each day at the pool bar, he knew exactly what we wanted at different times of day, we never waited for a refill, absolutely brilliant service. I have always loved the evening live music and DJ parties at this hotel, I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to continue during Covid, but they managed to create the usual atmosphere, despite face masks and social distancing, we managed to dance the night away. Thanks Apolly, Tyson and Niki for the evening and daytime entertainment, you all do a brilliant job, in such difficult circumstances this year. Our room maid, Sultan, always seemed to know what time we would leave our room and did such a good job, we were never short of towels or toiletries and the hearts and flowers she left on the bed. Last but not least, is the wonderful Yvonne, our Guest Relations superstar, she has been so helpful every time we have visited this hotel, she kept us up to speed with what was going on each evening, as we were there when the travel corridor closed for UK guests, thank you so much for your help and support again. It is so good to see Asim, the General Manager talking to the guests each day, he does a brilliant job and runs a very happy hotel, as always, it’s the staff that make this hotel. See you next year. We booked this appartment late in the evening, but only after 15 min after the booking was confirmed an administrator arrived and was ready for check in. The administrator Tarik is friendly and speaks good English. Room №5 is roomy, clean and cozy. There is everything you need either for one night and for a long stay. We also lived in the apartment №3 - it was more noisy there. When you sleep with an open window, you can be woken up early by street cleaning. We were unpleasantly surprised by the mildew downstairs. It could be fixed within 3 months of quarantine. I'd rather not stay in the apartment №3. In both apartments bath furniture was overused and there were no hangers for towels and cloths.

Stayed for 10 days in a junior suite, 2 adults and 3 kids. The room was huge, only down side was the 2 fold up beds, there was plenty of room for more 'real' beds so all of us could have one. The room had a huge balcony, mini bar was free )soft drinks and water) and was topped up daily. Aircon free and got nice and cold. sunbathing by the pool was lovely, you need to be up before 10 or all the beds are gone, dissapointing as only a few more and everyone would have had one. Pool towels are available by a card system, and can be refreshed each time you hand in your old ones. there are 2 sides, on for most of the day, finish at lunch thern for the day at 4pm. The hotel has its own section of beach a few mins walk away and theres a snack bar there too serving drinks, hot drinks and snacks at certain times. Theres a water sports company there as well, doing jet skis, para sailing, banana boats etc, we tried all of these and had a fab time, the cost is pretty much what you would pay anywhere. the restraunt is huge, dont make the mistake we made by not trying the indoor section thinking it was a repeat of what was on offer outside, its not, there are another 6 or so dishes in there too, breakfast is 7-10 with late breakfast 10-11, dont leave it till 10-11 if you want eggs or freshly cooked omlets, pancakes etc as these finish at 10. That said there is still loasds of other stuff available, salads, breads, toasties, cereal, pastries. Lunch is available in the main restraunt or in the snack bar by the pool, they serve different things so its worth checking them both out to see what you fancy. There is entertainment every night, which we found tp be really good, 2 adults and 3 kids, the only down side we felt was this is all in the 'ampitheatre' which has no bar and you loose your seat in the bar area if you go. We went to quite a few show, Michael Jackson show was good, and the 2 acrobat shows. The all-inclusive bar has everything you need, and is open till 12.30am which is a little longer than most all inclusives. The staff in the hotel are great and all speak good english. we had a turkish bath on the first day, which was a little more expensive than i have previously paid but it was very professional and relaxing, so worth not having to trawl about looking for one outside. out of 10 i would give this hotel a 10, there wasnt anything i could really fault, if you have the pleasure of meeting the happiest waiter in Turkey then say Hi to Eren from me!

Stayed at the hotel with extended family. The hotel was not my first choice to begin with but it was chosen for a family reunion by other family members. Food choices are very limited (fish twice a week ) except for the Turkish night. The room had water marks on the ceiling (5 star hotel??????? maybe 3 the most). Bar offers drinks on rocks, not frozen drinks . They do have a blender, but do not use it for alcoholic beverages. What ??? Please buy a second blender. It is not that expensive. The room was cleaned daily, just the way it supposed too (I am not sure why people were so excited about it in their reviews as even 3 star hotel rooms get cleaned daily). The hotel transfer service was ok, but the car was saturated with the smell of smoke. The wi-fi is horrible and is only available in the hotel lobby. The front end people were very friendly and accommodating.

This was our second stay at the Kimera Lounge/ Hotel and having enjoyed our first stay I was excited to stay again. What we remembered from the first trip was the wonderful location with excellent beach facilities and feature pool. Of course, these things were still outstanding. Though the water begins to cool a little by November it was still very pleasant to swim in. One evening, we sat on the beach and watched the sun go down and paddled out on paddle boards to the rocks across the bay. Whilst there, we were delighted to see at least 4 turtles swimming around us. Another great feature that we remembered about the hotel was the idyllic gardens, laced with fruit trees, which make the grounds feel a lot like paradise as you walk around, sit in the gazebos and idle your way to restaurants, the spa or the beach. Perhaps, the thing that we remembered most about our first trip was once again our favourite thing this time. The restaurants here are excellent - and they are excellent because they are so well managed by a manager who truly understands high standards of food and service. Emre, who I would guess is food manager, is meticulous about the service required and understands fully how to make guests feel welcome without ever being intrusive. Breakfast is good at this hotel with - during coronavirus time at least - all food served to table. Guests can ask for their choice of eggs and other favourites to accompany a good Turkish-style buffet of breads, cheeses, meats and fruits. For us though, the separate lunch and evening dining restaurants were what made this place so special. The lunch menu at Mr Peppers has plenty of international and Turkish dishes to please hungry families and those looking for something fancy. The evening dining at El Rizo is a joy to experience. We ate at the restaurant almost every night for the wonderful starters, mains and desserts. The service is fabulous and the decor gives the place a south-American feel. The terrace restaurant decorated with cacti affords wonderful views of the night sky and the picturesque village in the distance. The restaurant is relaxed but sophisticated and often graced with live music which matches the chilled and contemporary atmosphere. Overall this hotel is excellent and the evening restaurant outstanding. We had booked to stay for 5 nights but stayed there for 8. There is no higher praise I could give it. I can't wait to return there next year.

First of all, please, I am calling on your reserve of patience because my review will be rather long and mostly it is addressed to the leadership and management of the hotel. I am really grateful to some people of the staff whom I communicated with rather often. I' ve been many times to Turkey staying in good hotels but I was really impressed by Crystal Aura during my first visit in October, 2018. It's a special hotel presenting all the opportunities for nice time spending and relaxing. A lot of guests speak and write about wonderful views, comfortable location, beautiful clear sea, nice territory with palms, flowers and green lawns, SPA, sport and beach facilities, vivid children and evening animation, tasty and variable cousine, etc. I fully agree with these enthusiastic opinions and share their rapture. All these things are very significant when you are on holiday. As for me, personally, I am usually paying attention to the attitude of the hotel staff to the guests. Maybe it is connected with my professional activity as I am an Associate Professor of the University, Management and Tourism Faculties. The atmosphere of hospitality, benevolence, readiness and willingness of the staff to help guests is clearly seen when you enter the reception zone. Friendly smiles, respectful attitude of the Reception Staff during my first visit to Crystal Aura in 2018 as well as considerate careful work of cooks and waiters at the bars/restaurants were the decisive factors for my second visit to Crystal Aura. And in October, 2019 I was here again - happy and pleased! DIANA at the reception recognized me, it was very pleasant indeed! In fact, Diana is a good-looking smart girl, very responsible and easy-going employee, always ready to solve any problems. It's pleasant to deal and communicate with Diana and her colleagues. I'd like also to say some good words about MIRIM - Guest Relations. I think she likes her work and is trying to do her best while helping guests. It's a well-known fact that cleanness and comfort of the room influence the spirits of the tourists. I was completely satisfied by the work of a young girl, BURJU by name, who was tidying up my Room 1301. She is a shy, diligent girl. The majority of the waiters, barmen and surely cooks deserve the praise for their efforts to make our holiday enjoyable. I've pleasantly been impressed by the compliment from the hotel (wine and fruit) and a Greetings' Card signed by Manager General Bulent Ahmetoglu. Of course all this made my staying at the hotel joyful and happy. Thanks a lot!!! Anyway, let me tell you about two things which upset me: 1.for the tour to Crystal Aura in 2019 I paid about $300 extra than in 2018. It's a rather high price, I think. 2. It is desirable or even necessary to have a qualified doctor of medicine capable to communicate in 1-2 foreign languages in addition to Turkish. In case of any serious health problems a Turkish medical nurse will not be

We have been coming here for a few years and love it! The staff are the owners and are quite laid back, helpful and friendly and treat you like family! I wouldn’t recommend for people that can’t do stairs as there are a lot with no lift. The breakfast is basic but comes with the room and is always plentiful. Turkish BBQ night is fabulous too. Can’t wait to go back to this lovely hotel x

Went to Viking Nona in mid-October 2019, it was our second stay there (first in 2015). Sadly, the hotel has changed for the worse. We specifically requested a silent room when booking (we are both very light sleepers) and were shocked to find out upon our arrival that our room was facing the street (Deniz Cad.) and a buzy stop in front of the Fame Park Hotel. A Russian-speaking receptionist was very rude and said no other rooms were available, despite any previous confirmations, "maybe something will turn up tomorrow, come back here in the morining", we were told. As we found out later a couple of our friends who arrived a few hours after us, got a more silent room without any requests or "individual monetary incentives". In the morning another rude Russian-speaking receptionist told us that there were still no other rooms available for us in the entire hotel. Makes me wonder if they might enjoy torturing people, who expressedly ask for silence, by sticking them in the noisiest corner of the building, and giving away better options to those who do not care for them, God only knows what they are thinking.. The balcony door would not close, so we asked for a repair, but noone bothered to come in the 10 days we were there. Cannot remember any brush up with receptionists or maintenance workers in 2015, this time however we were appauled by the rudeness of the Russian-speaking reception and overall lack of management involvement. The beach is messy and overcrowded with people from other Viking hotels, need to book a sunbed early in the morning to get a decent location, the beach boy yells at the clients, drops their stuff off the sunbed as he pleases without any apology. Could not bare it for too long and went to a different beach for the rest of the holiday. The food was quite nice, but has also made a turn for an economy trend - no proper olive oil or vinegar, noticed once or twice some dishes were off (which is not too bad, but not too good either). If in 2015 the hotel could be considered a 4-star, now I would say it is only a 3, given all of the above.

I was travel here with my wife.We have spent here 8 nights in Kemer staying in Viking Star Hotel. It was a big mistake to book this hotel. My first opinion was close to bad,but the personnel here is very helpful, polite and friendly. Then I change my opinion from bad to moderate.Once we arrived to the hotel they have offered us room no.112.We checked the bathroom and didn't satisfied with its condition. Then the hotel staff offered us another room, but the situation was the same.Next room was smelling a tobacco...After 4 rooms hav e been checked we understand that in the hotel to be renewed some sanitary equipment at all and refreshed interior as well. Despite of this first negative impression we have accepted another room (after 4th attempt to find appropriate room). We also were surprised about sound insulation of the walls..Our neighbours had very loud sex every night and once we just asked them during their "performance" maybe they need some help, they became to make all their things more privately.Another neighbours were always drinking and have a loud afterparty...It was annoying us.So my conclusion if you want some relax and chilled place, try to look other place. There is something wrong with such good ratings and 5 star.I recommend do not thrust attractive advetisement.Maximum level of this hotel is 3-3½ star. But the restaurant and the staff there are very good.

My Sister and I stayed here for 2 weeks, our room was big, as was our balcony so we were pleased with that. .... We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the entrance of the hotel, was great for people watching! :-) .... Our shower on the other hand was dark and not very clean. And the smell of sewers we got in the room every day was disgusting, We had 2 problems with this hotel, the first being the lift, it used to break down 2 or more times a day. On one occasion on it's way down to the restaurant it slammed the brakes on, then dropped what felt about 5 - 10 feet then slammed to a stop. With both myself and my sister inside. We were stuck in there for 25 minutes, it was extremely hot and the emergency phone didn't work so we had to bang on the door till someone heard us. When we were finally out we were both very shaken but dealt with it by laughing and making jokes, we never got an apology from the hotel or even asked if we were ok. The other let down is the restaurant, nothing is labelled, if you don't get down there in the first hour of service the main food would be gone and most stuff they didn't replenish. Most days neither of the coffee machines would be working properly, you would just get black coffee. But apart from all that the restaurant doesn't have enough seating for the hotel. People walk around for ages with their dinners in their hand, by the time they get to sit down it's stone cold. The staff in there can be rude, one guy reduced my sister to tears so he got reported. There is one guy that stands by the doors he is lovely and very helpful. The pools are lovely and clean, the afternoon snack bar was a waste of time. The bar was ok, the coffee machine there was often only giving black coffee but the young girl that works the bar area would always sort it out and she was lovely and very polite. The bar manager could come across as quite abrupt but he was actually quite nice in the end! lol The cleaners were very polite but wasn't the best at their job, our beds were always nicely made and towels replaced when needed. Had to chase after them a few times for toilet roll that they didn't leave and quite often they didn't sweep the room floor. Or if they did it didn't look like it. We won't return to this hotel. But our two weeks there were ok and we got to relax and that was the main point of our holiday. It has so much potential to be a brilliant hotel but as it is it lets itself down.

The hotel had positive impact on my travel experience - nice territory and good buffet. I have arrived to the hotel in 5:30 am, because my travel company was changed the flight time. On the reception the administrator suggested me 40 dillars for fast early check-in. I and my wife and doughter was very tired and i asked to my wife to sleep on the sofa near the reception(seems that conversation heared personal on the office desk), but then i asked to him about reducing price to 20$ and we go to the room, there i again asked about discount and the manager answered: he should ask the director and then he will give me ansver(of cource the answer was YES) and finally we got a good room for 20$ and also the breakfast was included as we got the hotel's braceletes. The room have nice view to the rocks and the garden of oranges. The windows have good sound isolation and the sound from the muslim church didn't interrupt our sleep. The hotel have good territory and if you don't want go anywhere then you can be near the swimming pool. The hotel have very good animation team and they are help to improve our holiday et morning it have several games with adults and after the lunch the childs could play in the kinder room(my daughter really enjoyed it). In the Kemer twice a week opened a market: Monday - is nearest the church a food market and in a next day a long cloth/eastern sweets market(They are start collect tents in a night of monday and works there until the night on thuesday) Several negative words: 1. GYM -the gym have the conditioner and he doesn't work intentionally. Near there are the sauna and turkish hamam and the temperature in the gym is very hot and moistrure as the neighboor swimming pool have detached part of glasses window to get ventilation to the gym but it doesn't help as it is very hot and moisture. About this issue very know a tovel reception guy and on the administration desk. Unfortunatelly they does't fix issue during 5 days. If you will use a gym in this onditions you could get a heart attack or some cardiovascular issue. I requested fix it on the administration several times, but te administrator E'NDER answered to me: "I could just blow(breath) to you as does the fan" and he blew on me from his mouth (the unpleasant smell from the teeth was very strong). - the theadmill doesn't work if i increase the incline(immediattelly stops - it was very dangerous). - The exercise bike stuck if you increase the load Also there is not possible to do any exercises as every equipment or broken or worked incorrectly or have low weight and so on... 2. The boufet near the waterslides doesn't allow to go the food. My child didn't want to eat the food in the standart boufet and once i decided to make a gamburger and feed my shild, but the personal didn't let me take food with me

I discovered the hotel last September and was immediately amazed by its wonderful nature, beautiful horses in the ranch, huge swimming pool and the breath taking view of the mountains from your room, restaurant, pool, literally anywhere! It is a hidden gem right on the Lycian Way, located in the forests with great clean weather which makes it ideal for yoga or breath exercise groups not to mention horse riders. We were there with a group of colleagues and it all turned out to be a wonderful team building activity. I'm sure families with little kids will also enjoy as there are pets around and kids just love to be free in the huge gardens. We were on the beach in mornings after a long forest walk and horse riding later in the afternoon, we loved the property.. Will be back in winter to enjoy the huge fireplace! Thank you for the great experience.

We rested with mom at this hotel for the second time. In addition to the excellent location, cleanliness and general atmosphere of the hotel, I would especially like to note the excellent cuisine, a very responsive cook, a real professional in their field and the whole team in the restaurant. The food was very tasty and varied! But especially our hearts were won by the team of waiters who literally surrounded us with love and care. Every day we came to the restaurant with great pleasure! In particular, we would like to note the team of Beyza Kiry. Positive attitude, sunny smile, ease at work, responsiveness and professionalism every day! We are so used to the staff that we left with tears in our eyes. Thank you! I vote for Beyza in the nomination "best employee of the year" !!!!!!

Myself, my husband and our two year old stayed at the truemar suites in kemer for two nights in may 2019. I can not fault it at all, everything was exceptional! These apartments are beautifully presented and they provide you with all the home from home comforts. The beds are extremely comfortable - we all had a fantastic two nights sleep! The location is also great, its peaceful and quiet but only a short walk into the hustle and bustle of the town. The staff can not do enough to help you, they even put together a scooter we had bought for our son - we only asked them for a spanner! They just went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning!

Second visit to this hotel to celebrate a birthday. For us this time it was a Double Birthday of friends (10 of us) celebrating 70 years. In particular because of the age group we were apprehensive due to Covid but all precautions were taken both in the hotel and in Kemer. I will add if alcohol kills the virus we definitely worked on that! The staff in the hotel were so friendly and accommodating and we had lots of laughs. For the birthday they set up decorations, drinks, cake etc. and put a lot of effort into making it an occasion for us. The hotel is extremely clean and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is small and very conveniently located to the town and provides a shuttle to the beach but it is only 10 minutes walk. We would not hesitate about returning and hope to do so for the next celebration.
