I was on a bike holiday and this hotel was the main point of the bike operator, very close to the bikeshop/bikestorage. However, other guests were not affected by this. I definitely go back for a stay in this hotel!

|3.95km from city centerSecond time going with iberostar in Spain. Wasn’t a question after the first to go with it again and this one seems even better than last year in Tenerife! Friendly staff, comfy, clean & spacious room, great choice of food (breakfast is the best with churros, grill is always a good idea at dinner). The hotel itself is not overcrowded, there are just enough rooms, so you don’t feel overwhelmed by an enormous hotel complex. Upon arrival our luggages were taken right away, check-in could be done online since we booked on iberostar’s website so only final touches were made and while we had to wait around 5 minutes we were offered refreshments and fruits. Our room is standard with a side sea view on the 4th floor but still it seems like one of the best rooms and the side sea view is just partly side, the view is basically amazing. Airport 10 minutes away, Palma 15 mins by taxi and you can always count on the staff to order one for you. One of the best choice when staying in Mallorca!

Restaurant breakfast and dinner all fresh with different themes each night. Plenty of seating and doors open so you feel covid safe…Cycling station right downstairs. Would say this hotel is great for a cycling break. Only one English tv station. Wifi was strong. Doors slam loudly would be my only complaint.

|3.62km from city centerThis is not a complaint about a bunch of mishaps or anything like that. This is a hotel review. On one out of ten I told my wife I’d give it a 2. 1 star for being on the beach and 1 star because it actually exists. Outside of that there are many complaints. The air conditioner barely works. The room is smaller than suggested. The view is awful unless you are outside on the balcony looking to your left over the other balconies. Of you go on the balcony you can see the ocean. If you have a child that needs a sleeping space and the sofa is open to a bed there is no additional sitting space other than outside the room. The dresser does not have drawers. It is just to hold the coffee supplies. There is nothing included in bathroom like most hotels in terms of little lotion or mouthwash etc. there is shampoo in the shower, but it’s like a locker room where it’s a bottle with a push down to dispense. The breakfast included is not good. The coffee is watery with little coffee flavor. I suggest using the coffee machine. Eggs are lousy at best. The pastries are quite good, so stick with them. Staff was polite, so that was good.

I was travelling alone for the first time so this left me a little shaken but the staff were very good and sorted the problem, I am unsure whether this was a hotel problem or an issue due to booking through Expedia. Beautiful clean hotel. The room was amazing and the bed comfy. Photos of my room when booking showed you got robes but this was not the case for me. Balcony sea view was stunning although, the balconies are not very private and the people next door to me were out a lot on theirs smoking which made me not want to be out on mine much. Twice when I ventured out through reception I noticed other hotel goers complaining, one of which was openly sobbing in the reception area, both times the staff didn't appear very understanding, but I didn't hang around to see the outcome. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast selection was amazing, they even had cava as part of the drinks selection which was a nice touch. Compared to the rest of the hotel the breakfast/bar area looks a bit dated. The pool bar doesn't open until 12 which was a disappointment as I was thirsty down by the pool and needed some bottled water or an orange juice etc to stop me getting dehydrated in the heat. 12 o clock came and went and I could hear staff members in the kitchen area but I rang the bell on numerous occasions and no one came. By 1:30 I gave up trying and went out to a local shop instead. Location was great for a beach holiday, I ventured into Palma old town by walking 20 mins to the aquarium and then getting a bus into the town for only €2.

|2.03km from city centerArrived a little early and our room was ready to go straight there. We both liked the hotel, it’s an adults only so, no crying and not too much noise. We slept well, found the bed better than ours at home with modern facilities and natural materials used throughout the whole hotel. We enjoyed the beach, always beds and shades available with a shallow sea, I did go swimming but it was very cold and I didn’t manage it everyday. You are spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants and bars, with enough shops to browse in The hotel offers excellent service, all we ate was hot, well cooked and great quality and the spots of interest like the roof bar give it the edge. Welcoming and comfortable in all areas, this was a great experience.

|1.01km from city centerWe stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a sea view. Fantastic spot as it's so close to the beach. You can literally go and come during the day if you don't have shade. Employees were all lovely from the front desk to room cleaners, all very accommodating. I slept on the sofa bed as the room mattresses were too soft for me, room is also very hot as it doesn't get air from outside, unless you like sleeping with air con. There is a supermarket next to the hotel so you can buy anything you need. Lots of restaurants around and the aquarium is very close. They have a kid's show every night during weekdays and music outside at night as well. Regarding the hotel's restaurant, there is a lot of selection for breakfast and dinner. I did find it a bit bland, not a lot of taste to it so this is the only part that I wouldn't give it a 5*. I did like a few dishes but the rest I just ate because I had half board included. Desserts are basically a few sponge cakes, fruit or ice cream. Was expecting from a 4* hotel. Overall I would still recommend for it's location - superb!

|4.2km from city centerWe were advised from travel agency that this was a nice 5* hotel with a good beach nearby. I mean, this hotel is not bad, and the staff was very nice and helpful, we travelled with 2 small kids and the staff made us fell very welcomed. I know the surrounding area is not hotel's fault, but its definitely more for the teens or younsters who party hard every night. Everywhere is graffiti, theres no nice souvenir shop- only the cheap bs that people buy when drunk but back to the review. The elevator didnt work the whole 7 days and when we asked why they dont call the service to fix it, we were told they call it but no one came. Peefect. So imagine waiting 5-10mins to go down with the one elevator that worked for 8 floors plus -1 floor. We had to use stairs to go down with two pushchairs in our hands. When it comes to food, everyday was a different theme which was nice, the food was good but all the cakes were from frozen semi-finished products and not hotel made, which is a big minus for me as a baker. You have to pay for your drinks when having dinner, even water. I dont think this hotel looks like 5*, especially the vending machines made it look super cheap and when i asked for the luggage weight, you have to pay 1€ for each weighting which is super ridiculous. The room service didnt do much of cleaning, where there was a bit of a sand on the floor, it was there for our whole stay. They only changed the towels, made up the sheets and thats it, didnt even change the sheets. The room was lacking a lot of stuff for 5* hotel, like weight, wardrobe for the clothes, some essentials for hygiene, a little sewing kit and so on. We will not return to this hotel and you better find somewhere else without the screaming drunk german teens and graffiti all around. At last, i have to thank again to the staff, they made our stay much better.

|3.61km from city centerWe have just had a fabulous holiday at occidental playa de palma. We were there for a week with our two children 6 and 8 years. Had a family room by the pool which was perfect. Hotel quiet by the pool and not any entertainment etc but was lovely and relaxing. Reception staff were all great. Kids played in pool or on the beach and we also had a day at the water park (aqua land) and a day in palma, both of which I would highly recommend. We went half board which suited us well. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meals were good. I would say typical of an all exclusive hotel. Restaurant area was very civilised and staff excellent. I think it helped that the hotel wasn't full of kids so we could actually have a relaxed meal. Clientèle at the hotel was mixed. Young couples, older couples, some families and some groups of youngsters (probably hen/stag groups). It did get quite rowdy on a weekend mainly with groups of germans getting very drunk and playing music but as it was only during parts of the day and mainly at the weekend it didn't bother us. We actually found it quite entertaining. Overall we had an excellent holiday.

The level of hospitality was overwhelming - everyone was warm and without fault. When we arrived we walked around the area to find somewhere to eat but with nothing looking appealing we settled for a snack at the pool restaurant and it was a hit! tasty well made food! The rooms are incredibly designed and full of comfort with great modern features. |4km from city centerWe stayed in a garden view 2 bed with a balcony. The room was spacious, the bathroom layout convenient and the bed comfy. There could be perhaps more decor on the walls, maybe bring the tropical theme of all the plants around the hotel lobby area into the rooms. Also, there is space for more storage - it was tricky to fully unpack. The breakfast was outstanding. The fact it runs until 1pm is genius. The space in which you eat has a great atmosphere. A fantastic array of drinks and hot and cold foods. Something for everyone! The pool area is fabulous. Opens from 11am, which is when the sun shines over that area so it’s perfect. There was always a free lounger, whether you want one in the sun or the shade. We spent so much time around that pool. Enjoying the bar service and the snack menu - the beef burger was yummy! This hotel has everything you need. It’s quite easy to get caught up in the magnificence of the hotel and not want to leave the grounds. We had a day of rain and spent hours in the spa.

|2.73km from city centerA lovely hotel midway between Can Pastilla and Ses Cadenes, the beach resort to the south of Palma city and the airport is 5 minutes away in a car. Staff are cheerful and super friendly, approachable and very helpful. Rooms are all nicely equipped with a good size balcony and those on the higher floors will have a full or partial sea view, in particularly guests in a west facing room will get to have unobstructed sunset. As the name of the hotel implies, there are also apartments that are situated in a separate low rise block. The views from them may be restricted to city or mountain with a bit of the sea but that is compensated by the generous room size and the kitchen facilities plus dinning space, perfect for family or group of 4 people. Ample on street parking and the hotel is just one block away from the beach. Breakfast and dining are all hot buffet style so guests will be spoiled with choices. The half board option is the most attractive one specially if visiting out of season as many cafes and restaurants nearby do not open outside the summer seasons.

The beach 500 m trade down and towards the beach any man many good restaurants Cleaning done every morning, it's Clean, effective air conditioning and super appreciated. Very complete breakfast buffet, I note a few shortcomings (breakdown of hot chocolate, cereals with little variety, very diluted and chemical fruit juices) but for 8€ you can't say much. Very few French speaking staff. And no paper translations either, so thank you for English.😋 Swimming pool with sea water and pleasant jacuzzi, a lot of deckchairs and as many parasols.⛱ Lots of Germans in the hotel at this time Very noisy, not Lots of respect for others, management doesn't say too much. As for the bedding on top, a large bed, two pillows, TV on the wall without subtitles and 2 channels in French and that's... news... You can eat at the pool bar with some nice snacks.

The staff were amazing, and super attentive and friendly. Hotel was clean everywhere, and the rooms were cleaned daily at a high standard. The room cleaners were great. Swimming pool and fitness were very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent as well, just across from the beach and ideal location to stroll around the area. Bus stop is nearby which goes to Palma centre. Really enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room, 525, was the best, with jacuzzi and lounge, impeccably clean, as was the whole hotel, they even wash the walls daily. All the staff were super efficient, great banter with the boys in the bar every night, thank you. The breakfast was outstanding, fruit selection fantastic and the poached eggs were the best I have had anywhere, thank you. We had a slight issue, no need to mention what it was, but without doubt it was sorted immediately, thank you for your kindness and understanding. The front desk is very nice, for us to explain to the 25th, 15th and 23rd roads in the capital of Parma, and to take the seesight line in the city of Parma. The ticket can be used within 24 hours, and you can get off at any classic. Guide Chinese. It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests.
In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay.
Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy.
However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy.
Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5).

Purtroppo la permanenza è stata tutto fuorché rilassante e piacevole. 2 i motivi principali: 1 - La zona è una specie di “Ghetto tedesco”, la gente per via del Mega Park è già ubriaca alle 4 del pomeriggio e barcollante per le vie della strada, vi lascio immaginare in che condizioni possano tornare alle 4/5 del mattino (rumore, chiasso e schiamazzi). Diciamo che per questo l’hotel non ha colpe ma è pur un consiglio che vi do per evitare la zona. 2 - Ciò che mi preme di più sottolineare è la mancanza totale di rispetto del personale delle pulizie che durante OGNI mattina intorno alle 8:30/9:00, incuranti dei clienti che stanno dormendo o che vorrebbero rilassarsi spostano i letti (privi di feltrini) facendo un rumore che sveglierebbe anche un elefante (e io non sono una persona con sonno leggero) andando avanti per mezz’ora/un’ora per tutto il piano, non potendo quindi più dormire in alcun modo (potete capire il mix tra i tedeschi all’alba e le pulizie alle 8:30/9:00 del mattino, fantastico!) Abbiamo fatto presente questa situazione col sorriso nei primi due giorni di vacanza con risposta “ci dispiace, faremo presente al personale” ma per i successivi 10 GIORNI non è mai cambiato nulla, abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di parlare col direttore per trovare una soluzione ma NULLA, il direttore non ha mai voluto parlare con noi nonostante le molteplici richieste e non aveva nessuna intenzione di trovare una soluzione, dimostrando menefreghismo e una totale IRRESPONSABILITA'. Ultimo tentativo è stato scrivergli una lettera di reclamo, ma non crediamo che la prenderà in considerazione, per lo meno noi abbiamo fatto il possibile. Dulcision fundo, il cambio della biancheria aveva sempre qualche problema, una volta il lenzuolo sporco come se fosse stato calpestato, una volta l’asciugamano con le macchie, fatto presente anche questo nei primi giorni e sempre col sorriso, di fatto le signore delle pulizie davano colpa all’hotel, mentre l’hotel dava colpa alla signore delle pulizie, ergo, nulla di fatto, si doveva sperare ogni giorno che le cose fossero pulite come normalità dovrebbe senó costretti a chiedere il cambio. Spendo una nota positiva per Pedro, un receptionist che in questi giorni ha cercato di aiutarci in qualche modo e di venirci incontro offrendoci qualche lattina di Coca/Fanta per scusarsi, ma la totale mancanza d’interesse del direttore nei nostri confronti ha reso vano il suo aiuto, grazie comunque del gesto, sicuramente apprezzabile! :) Purtroppo il cambio di direttore avvenuto negli ultimi mesi ha totalmente declassato questo Hotel, consiglio vivamente di alloggiare da un’altra parte e in un’altra zona dell’isola che merita sicuramente di essere visitata. Nel nostro piccolo abbiamo contribuito facendo una reclamazione a ”consumo (turismo)”.

|4.53km from city center- flats (fraudulent advertising): the photos they have on the ”standard studies” website do not correspond to what we are at the arrival. The only ”solution” they gave was to pay more money (almost twice what we had already paid). By switching to the apartments with sea view, which are the type of accommodation that appeared on the photos of your own website (for which we decided to book there). They didn't care that the advertising of the page was misleading (thing I said to the person who attended us), as did they care that your customers (in this case, we) were unsatisfactory, Because they did nothing more than ask us for even more money. - Paper walls: everything is heard from one room to another. Besides having little intimacy about it, it gives sense of unsure. - Cleaning: on the website puts ”day cleaning”. The truth that I still don't know what they can refer to with it; I suppose the walk that are made every morning through the rooms to change towels, The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and very comfortable. - Time of Covid-19: my partner and I are quite aware of the situation; therefore, we look quite at whether people comply with the measures for our safety and that of everyone. In this case, we have crossed in the building itself with people who were not wearing mask and who were little concerned about the safety distance from others; since the reception, workers have seen this situation and never told them that They used the masks, which makes me think they are not very responsible for the situation. - Personal: Workers have always taken care of us in a very pleasant way, always saying ”Whatever you need, we are here”, but we could see that they were not quite honest. We had a problem with the refrigerator (he stopped cooling) and we went down to the reception to communicate it. - Adding: in the 7 nights we were there, the fire alarm was sounding. Every day once or twice. In addition to annoying, it is worrying not to know whether it is a false alarm or if you are really in danger.

We have a buffet at the hotel in the morning and evening. A wide variety is different every day. The key is still delicious. The quality is very good.
