First of all, the room is very clean and the hot water is sufficient. This is very good. But the room quilt was thin, and the sound of the air conditioner was like an engine, and it was bad to sleep. The elevator is also relatively old. The intersection of the three roads in the lot may be the characteristics of the American motel, and the sleeping environment is slightly noisy. Breakfast, chilled milk, hot water, hot coffee, cola drinks, etc., simple bread, and American-made pancakes, eggs, and occasionally sausages. A simple breakfast, experienced European breakfast, and then feel that it may be too casual and simple. There are several places to visit around the surrounding area. There is a Chinese-style supermarket in Hong Kong Street, which sells Chinese things. There is also a newly opened Chinese buffet restaurant that is not bad.

Clean room with a fully tiled shower room, basic continental breakfast. On first sight the place looks run down, but the rooms are being upgraded and ours was fine and we weren't disturbed by noise. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

I found myself working late in City of Industry and my budget is tight. I went and found an excellent rate at Industry Inn & Suites on the internet. I booked a non-smoking room with a King sized bed. I saw that the reviews kept commenting on how clean the rooms were. For me, that's really the most important thing when I stay at a hotel. I became very skeptical when I checked in. The area didn't feel very safe, and the hotel is next to train tracks (yes, the train comes through at night). I walked into the lobby to find 2" of glass between me and the woman working behind it. That was the first sign that maybe I made a mistake staying here. I checked in, got my card key and went to my room. IF YOU ARE A WOMAN TRAVELING ALONE, DO NOT STAY HERE. The reviews were right. The room was very clean, as was the bed. In fact, it was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. I had a great nights sleep. That being said, prepare yourself for a no frills experience. And when I say "no frills," I mean NO frills. - There was nothing in the room to hang my clothes. Nothing. No rod, no hook - nothing. I hung my shirts up on the drapery rod. - 1 ply toilet paper - Very old, stained, furniture, cabinet doors that would not stay closed and drawers missing handles to open them. - NO telephone in the room (program the hotel number in your phone if you need something or dial 911 if you have an emergency). I've never seen that before. No. Phone. - NO peep hole in the door. You have to open the drapes to see who is outside your door - NO tissue paper - NO hair dryer (you have to ask at the desk for one) - They give you a small bar of soap and a packet of shampoo. Luckily I brought my own. The carpet was clean, but needs replacing. The bathroom had been newly renovated as had the room, but the furniture had not. There are no bed side lamps, so you're stuck with overhead lighting. There are no outlets near the bed, so I couldn't charge my phone on the night stand. And, there is no lighting near the bathroom sink. Shaving was interesting without adaquate lighting. Parking was ample, but I did say a prayer to baby Jesus that it wouldn't get broken into. Leave NOTHING in your car. The good: - Free internet was great - Family running the hotel were very nice and helpful. - The water pressure in the shower was great and the water was nice and hot. - Huge flat screen TV mounted on the wall with hundreds of channels. - Great air conditioning. Very quiet and worked beautifully. That being said, I didn't see any riff-raff hanging about. I do believe the family that owns the hotel is doing their utmost best to provide a safe and comfortable experience. They just haven't gotten there yet. Even though I walked away unscathed and well rested, I will never go back. I checked out of the hotel very, very early in the morning the next day because of work. I had to slide my card key under the glass when I left.

The second time I stayed at this hotel, the location is very good, the exit is high speed, there is a gas station next to it, and you must rent a car to come to the United States. There are several plazas nearby, restaurants in different countries, Fengqi by people

The room appeared to be clean but it had a sweaty smell to it. I don't understand why though, the sheets and towels smelled bleached. Maybe the comforter needs to be washed more often? I didn't want to smell it to find out. Or maybe it was the floor? I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with toilet paper and the paper was blackened with grime. The bathroom was spotless though and the water was sufficiently hot. The room was pest free. The WiFi signal in my room was good and fast. You most likely wont hear your neighbors in adjacent rooms because rooms had carports in between them. You will however hear the freeway because it is right next to the motel, at times I would even feel rumbling as an 18-wheeler passed by. I was able to block the noise out by leaving the ac's fan on at night. As the title of this review indicates, this is a bare bones motel. There is no coffee in the lobby or coffee maker in the room, no hangers in the room to hang clothes, and the window curtains do not sufficiently block the light from the outside. The pictures of the room were accurate and exactly how I found my room. Overall, the room was okay for the amount that I paid.

No breakfast, free on-site parking, poor soundproofing, and the ability to hear the sound of the next room. The main reason is that the hotel was not booked in advance during the summer vacation. The hotel was only found that night, but the price was 204 knives, which was super expensive, but there was no way.

The location is close to friends, and Ramada also has it in China. The scale here is not as big as the home, but the service is in place, very quiet, and very few people. A somewhat long hotel with 27 years of history.

Do NOT take a shower in this place the tub was so slippery theres nothing to hold on to I flew out of the shower hit my back on the toilet and the back of my right leg on the tub im all bruised up. Please especially if your pregnant or a child taking a shower please dont its very dangerous. And at 3am I was woken up by someone riding a skateboard up and down where the doorway is outside. The room was dirty the top of the Vanity was filthy. I did not get any sleep and i was charged $93 from Friday to Sat.

This place was great. Minus the lack of toiletries due to Covid-19, overall my stay was enjoyable and the staff was easy to work with. They were very informative of what their hotel had to offer me and were super nice when I wasn’t quite ready to check out at my check out time. I would definitely stay again. Such awesome people and great room. Met all my basic needs in a room— microwave, mini fridge, directv, clean. Will definitely stay again.

The location is relatively biased, the road is often congested, there is a commercial area around the hotel, there is no breakfast but the restaurant has fast food, the front desk is very polite, the old air conditioning in the house is loud, other facilities are available, the room is big enough, the parking is very convenient, downstairs Small garden with smoking area

The breakfast is a standard American meal, buffet, and full control. Because we all can adapt to this American meal, we enjoy it. The hotel has a parking lot, which is not big, but there are not many cars. The hotel is located in the Chinese area. Dining is convenient. The surrounding is a typical American and Western environment. No people can be seen when walking out for hundreds of meters, so children will feel bored.
