|0.92km from city centerAfter reading the other reviews online we were a bit apprehensive about the hotel. We were on a room only city break and can't really fault the hotel. There is no lift due to the older building but location was very good, very central to the restaurants/coffee shops. Room was neatly decorated, beds comfy, en suite clean, towels in room which did us for our time but if you need to change them you can ask at receiption, we asked to borrow a hairdryer, tea/coffee/kettle in room and asked for top up tea/coffee which was no problem for the young staff on duty. It is 24hour receiption and we were able to leave our luggage during the day to do some more sightseeing before departure. Really enjoyed our stay at Leone Aparthotel

|1.14km from city centerThis hotel is located in a quiet area about a 10 min walk of the main square. The rooms are a fair size with a hairdryer, tea, coffee facilities, large shower etc. It was snowing and very cold on our visit but the hotel was warm. I had a room at the top of the hotel and there were no windows, just 2 skylights which as it was snowing the whole time we were there made the room very dark. However as I wasn’t in it much this was no big deal. It’s a small hotel, with no lounge or bar. Breakfast is served in the basement and is ok but nothing to write home about. It all feels rather cramped. Staff were pleasant enough. If you are looking for a budget hotel and intend to be out most of the time this is fine. There is a really nice cafe linked to another hotel on the corner that does a good looking hot breakfast as an alternative to the hotel breakfast .

|1.37km from city centerThis hotel is located in the Jewish area. It is an ideal location as on a square with lots of restaurants in walking distance. It is a really clean well run restaurant. We had bed and breakfast. The breakfast had a varied choice and was open till 11am. We ate dunner one night here. It was delicious.Our room was very spacious with 3 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, table and chairs. There is a mini bar, a kettle and hairdryer. The bathroom has a walk in shower. We were on the first floor. There is a lift to other floors. I would definitely recommend.

If you want to drink hot water, you have to go to the restaurant below to pick it up. Toothpaste, toothbrush, even USB charging station is not, but the price is flat, but there is a choice to prefer to live near the train station.
There are no restaurants nearby, only the coffee shop opens until 9:30 pm .

|4.93km from city center Amazing place with amazing staff so kind and helpful in all situations the room what we got was very nice and comfortable jaezka and ustijna and Evelyn are very very nice they are great for information around Krakow and speak English very good the place it's self is lovely and sorounded by life and many trees and 2 mins walk to shops and the park around 20 mins by bus to city center which cost around 4.5zl or you can order bolt taxi using application around 12 to 15zl we really enjoyed here thank you guys we will for sure be back and also they have kitchen you can use and the place is very clean we booked 3 hotels in Krakow and went to each one and decided to cancel because we didn't like we are grateful to of found this one great location and great prices also there are restaurants nearby

This hotel is 80 metres from the main square, local Polish restaurants in the same street were delicious and such fantastic value if it’s too chilly at markets to eat outside. The hotel is older in style, we loved its grandeur. It is immaculately clean with a wide choice of food for breakfast. What has made this hotel so fantastic is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They arranged taxis, luggage, always checking we had all we needed. We celebrated one lady’s birthday requesting from the restaurant manager a reserved table for 6 of us at a busy breakfast time. She truly surpassed expectations. We arrived to a beautifully decorated table, they played happy birthday and our friend was thrilled. Andreja one of the doormen is a sweetheart. He gave us a tour of the old ballroom, lighting up the gorgeous glass ceiling for us to see, did lots of photos by the Christmas tree of us all and treated us like royalty, helping with bags, getting coats on. We had a wonderful stay and this wonderful hotel. Thank you to all at The Grand Hotel, Krakow

|1.06km from city centerIt was our first time in Krakow and we stayed here for 3 nights. The hostel was clean and located in a very good location. It is very near to all the historic places of the city. The staff were very friendly. The only thing I don't like about this hostel was the breakfast, too expensive for low-quality ham, (boiled) eggs, toasted bread. I would advise ppl to just find and eat at some breakfast place (there is a lot!) nearby where you would pay the same amount but get a way better food. Oh and I hope too that the hostel organize activities for solo travelers, that would be awesome if guests has a chance to socialize to each other.

We were given a room with garden view which was dark and without a kitchen, not like the pictures on ***********. It was changed to a room with balcony and a kitchen, but without air-conditioning. It was ok, but all rooms were supposed to be with air-conditioning…. Breakfast was ok at best, in a tiny room with horrible chairs. No eggs available. Basic. Friendly service, though and a fabolous location.

The hotel itself is a bit old, but from the architectural style, she must have been beautiful and rich when she was young. The breakfast is very rich, the restaurant is very romantic, it is not comparable to the German hotel at the same price. This is a business trip for one night, and I will go to the leisure tour once more and stay for a few more days.

Large comfortable bed, large bathroom, desk, mini bar, plenty of wardrobe space. The restaurant is spacious and a big thank you to the restaurant manager who made my dining experience very enjoyable. She found me an English menu and recommended the local soup and explained what was in the soup. Her table service was very professional and clearly understood good customer service 10/10 to her. The food was very good and plenty of it at a good price. Breakfast was a large buffet and catered for all tastes with meats, chesses, cereals, and catering for everyone’s taste. Will return again to this excellent hotel.

We had a lovely large room on the 4th floor, the bed was comfortable and they left free bottles of water for us. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Town, the main Market Square, a big shopping mall and lots of other attractions. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious with so much choice. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of times and the food was amazing. The hotel bar was well stocked with Polish vodka and overall we've had a fantastic time and would certainly stay there again!

Helpful staff but initially they couldn’t find my booking causing some stress and confusion. Good restaurant but no alcohol served as they are waiting for a new licence! Free parking in front. Some shops nearby but limited restaurant options.

There is a bus stop there and the traffic is very convenient. But it was a bit noisy at night, and there was a bar 50 meters across the street. The waiter was very polite and stood up and greeted the guests every time they walked through the front desk. Krakow is beautiful and well worth a visit. Unfortunately, breakfast is more monotonous.

|1.15km from city centerWe stayed at the Hotel Logos in the old town of Krakow for our four day trip in October. We were welcomed by Beata on arrival who gave us a very pleasant and informative welcoming. The hotel is well positioned within Krakow with a ten minute stroll up to the main square in town. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very polite indeed. Our room had all the items required if needed, ie hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee making facilities and even a small sewing kit. The bed was very comfortable and noise levels were low, considering we overlooked the street outside. We had a late check out when we left and our bags were stored for us so we could spend the day sightseeing without worry. Beata was on reception again when we left and made our departure hassle free, if somewhat sad at leaving. Krakow is a fantastic place to visit and staying at the Logos certainly helped us enjoy our trip. Would I stay there again? Most definitely yes. Thank you.

The hotel provides a great hot and cold buffet breakfast. We stayed at the top of the hotel and let me tell you the room was HOT. We were melting and this is in January and the heaters weren't even on. Good shower and there was also a luggage room which was great as we left our bags when we checked out and picked them up later in the day when we went to get our flight.

Rooms were clean and really big with comfortable beds. The staff were super friendly and helpful and let us leave our bags before check in and let us sit in the restaurant when it was closed to wait for taxi picking us up on way home. We wouldn’t chose to stay anywhere else if we came back as our experience was so good.

There is a parking lot nearby, so you don't need to park on the side of the road. The maximum parking fee per day is 40 yuan (Polish rupiah). The hotel is an old-fashioned building and no elevator has been installed. We ordered a kitchen, at the highest level, one night booked that afternoon, 300 yuan, cost-effective. It's a one-bedroom suite, but there is no door in the middle. The living room is larger with a balcony, washing machine and larger bathroom.

It is very well situated being a short walk to the centre of the old town, and an even shorter one to the nearest tram stops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, without being at all intrusive. In fact every Polish person we interacted with was unfailingly polite and helpful, beautiful people to match a beautiful country. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody at all. The only caveat would be that we were on the top floor and, for an old, disabled man like myself, 8 flights of stairs were a trial sometimes! However, the apartment went an awful long way to compensate for that.

My room was in 5th floor, it has no fancy design but very quiet, clean and comfortable. I love the bed, bathroom and good lighting in the room. Location is located in the old town perfectly, I can walk to everywhere I want within 10 mins. Staffs are extremely warm-hearted, polite and helpful. They provided me a big breakfast box for my early departure which was much appreciated. Thank you for those good looking staffs who served me very well.

The breakfast was fine, although i did miss not having bacon. apart from that, there is a good selection and the breakfast room was more than ample with lots of seating. there is a small bar on the other-side of reception which was more than adequate. The hotel is minutes from the main square and all the attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

|1.21km from city centerThe hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town. The check-in and check-in points are not in one place, and it is a one-way line. It is very troublesome. The underground parking space of the hotel is 35 Polish coins a day, giving a super-stop parking space. The price of the two rooms was the same, but there were still significant gaps between the two rooms, one big and one small. The layout of one room and one hall, with balcony, health is OK, the bed is too bad, Simmons directly on a thin layer of sheets, I don’t have a weight of one hundred pounds, and turning over the bed is awkward, plus The inferior Simmons voice couldn't sleep at all, so she had to sleep for two nights on the living room sofa. The bed in the key two rooms is the problem, it is estimated that the purchase is unified. The bed is not good, how to rest, it is fatal.

|1.41km from city centerI arrived at Bed & Breakfast Kolory and was greeted by a cold response at reception, no big deal it happens sometimes. I entered my room and was pleased, it looked clean and had quirky ornaments and pictures to make it homely. I tried to gain access to the wifi but had no luck, I went back downstairs to reception to ask for help to use the wifi she said she will refresh the wifi and should work, I went back upstairs and tried again no luck. I showered and changed and left to go out, I went past reception and wasn't even asked if my wifi was working or if they could help just indifference. I entered the breakfast room next morning and it looked average, I got myself a bowl of cereal and noticed their wasn't much milk left, I politely asked the reception if I could have some more..no response she just went and filled it and put it down. I get the impression the staff see thier guests as an inconvenience and would rather guests not stay there.

We lived 4 days in this hotel, overall everything is actually good, good rooms , a common room with PC. These people confused something with the mini bar and when I went out and hurried and I said it, they created a big problem and put a check on me for what I didn 't eat, it came to what I was yelling at the manager, but they were stubborn and all for 22 zloty. This blocked all the good things that were in this hotel , thank you for this girl who works today 19.07.22
