2.24km from MSA Limousin (Limoges)My husband and I stayed for one night in August during the heat wave. It was not a good experience but we can't blame the hotel for the heat as we had chosen a room without air conditioning. The room was very basic and what I would describe as 'tired' in need or a refurb. Breakfast was basic but adequate. However I was very upset after my visit to this hotel. I accidently left a necklace which had great sentimental value on the bedside cabinet. My husband rang the hotel and we were delighted when they said they would forward the necklace to an address in France at which we would be staying. Two weeks later we still had not received the necklace. We rang again and they said the necklace was still there and we asked that they send it straight away as we would be returning to England the following week.No necklace arrived. I then wrote a letter of complaint from England to the manager which was in English and also translated into French. I have not had the courtesy of a reply after a 3 week wait. I am really upset and don't know what else to do.
