The location, the house, the decorations, the food..everything was perfect. But the most and main gem of this hotel are people working here, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, we felt like between good friends. Want to say special Thank you to ***ager Mayank whose advises about places to visit, to eat, to shop were very very valuable. He also helped us to solve pretty serious problem we had that time with some traveling issues. We suggest this place for anyone who want to expierence the hotel with beautiful mood.

Since my daughters are only 5.5 years old I have to take utmost care of their safety. In Jodhpur, we stayed in a hotel known as Jee Ri Haveli. This hotel was recommended to us by one of our close friends who stayed there with his family a year back. Here is a detailed review of the hotel and its services: Amazing View: What an amazing view of Mehrangarh Fort from the room as well as from the terrace. The view of the Mehrangarh Fort from the terrace restaurant at night is breathtaking. Also, Gulab Sagar (another popular tourist spot), in front of the hotel adds another value to the stay at Jee Ri Haveli. Beautiful Room: We stayed in Room Number 301 and were blown away by the cleanliness and beauty of the room. We cannot compare it with a 5-star hotel room but all the present elements in the room made it special. Something was amazing with the room, that cannot be expressed in words. And the best part, special attention was given to safety. Wonderful Facilities: Jee Ri Haveli almost had all the facilities that are required for a pleasant stay: clean room and hotel, fast room service, amazing open rooftop restaurant, personal attention, parking, friendly staff, etc. Great Host: Jee Ri Haveli is a family-run hotel and the hotel owners Mr. Hinmashu and Ms. Vartika are amazing hosts. They were personally ensuring that we were not facing any kind of discomfort. Overall, we had an amazing trip, and special thanks go to Jee Ri Haveli.

The hotel has a nice calm atmosphere. You feel you are part of the locality - I had a beautiful blouse made in 24 hours by a local masterji. In the evening, thrilling Rajasthani music on the beautiful terrace. Good menu with Rajasthani specialities - possibly some dishes could be lighter and less full of masala but that is just a foodie point. I highly recommend.

Just opened for 5 years, the facilities are very new. The small suite I stayed in was less than 700 including breakfast, which was very affordable. Cleanliness is good and the bed is comfortable. The lighting is good, and the Internet speed is fast for Indian hotels. Sound insulation is acceptable. The air conditioner is powerful, and the living room and bedroom are controlled separately. Put 6 bottles of drinking water directly in the room, no need to ask the front desk.
What needs to be improved is: the small suite does not have a bathtub. The breakfast is vegan, not even eggs. Although the meals are good and there are ***y choices, I still feel uncomfortable.
The service attitude is very good. In addition, the lobby bar is very affordable. A large piece of cake only costs 120 rupees, which is cheaper than outside cake shops.

Luxury at its best' With all this in mind, was visiting the hotel with lots of expectations and happy to say that Umaid Bhawan met all of them and much more. One of the best and unique welcome to the palace with live singers singing Rajasthani songs and welcoming the guests. As soon as we entered the palace it felt a different world. The palace interiors are amazing. Such intricate designs, carvings on the pillars, paintings...list goes on and on... Stayed there for 2nights in last week of August. Hotel is located very close to the airport and has good connectivity with other parts of the city. Most rooms in the hotel are suite rooms. Rooms are clean and no noise around means one can have a sound sleep. Attached museum to the palace hotel is worth a watch. Peacock feeding is a unique experience at this palace. Being Ganesh chaturthi chef had sent some specially made sweets which were too good. Food at the restaurant Risala was mouth watering. Mr Jabbar at the restaurant has made me experience the best hospitality of my life at any hotel. Restaurant ***ager Mr N Singh was also very warm. Mr Meherdin and Mr Bhom Singh from security were helpful in peacock feeding. Mr Swaroop from buttler service gave me an excellent experience with the turban and sword from Jodhpur The unique standpoint for this hotel is the warmth and hospitality of the staff which i have experienced before only at Taj Falaknuma. Despite the staff being slightly old, their service quality is top notch. Mocktail making activity was great. All in all, an amazing stay and worth visiting for its grandness and excellent hospitality

At the time of lunch they asked for lemon and resturant staff came after 15 mints with lemon when lunch was almost over, and at that time only my guest family were there in restaurant. At dinner time they ordered Dal bati churma, and given clear instructions that we are Jain's we don't eat onion and garlic, even after they served dal with onion and garlic. When complained the ***ager said simple sorry and offered to replace. But what for that which was in stomach. ***ager answer was zero. They charge and say that they are in 5 star category but they are worst, they can give beaf to Hindu and pork to muslims, they only need his money. This is matter of spirituality and astha which every religion follows. Definitely worst hotel jo apka dharam bharast kar dega. Don't visit this worst place.

The space created within an old family home, the comfort, staff, food, communication from the booking stage till departure, the involvement and commitment of the owner (Anshu***)...all came together to make our stay a lovely one. The other reviews have mentioned the convenience of the location, the difference in ambiance outside the main gate and within, the amenities within the room, the lovely and tiny 'outdoor' space attached to the room (King Suite), the roof and it's ambiance. All of these too are the USP of this stay. It isn't that there isn't room for improvement. While there are a couple of such points, they aren't those that I remember clearly today. The staff's pleasant behaviour co****sated for them. This is something common that we observed during our short journey through Rajasthan. The steep stairs of this old haveli are to be kept in mind while booking. Booking the ground floor rooms will avoid this issue. Having said that, we stayed on the first floor. Baijoo Niwas will be my preference during any future visits to Jodhpur.

But when the handle of the water jug comes loose and the intercom doesn't work, it certainly gives a run-down feeling. We visited in January when its pretty chilly at nights but there was no geyser in the bathrooms. The hotel couldn't provide hot water either. The staff are pretty aloof in their behaviour. The location of the hotel is good, about 2 km from the Mehrangarh Fort, in one of the poshest areas of the city. So if you get a good deal, I guess you can consider staying here.

|6.36km from city centerWe had a very nice stay here. The staff and the beautiful common areas are particular strengths. Room: our room on the top floor had a marvelous view of the fort above and the blue city below. The room was spacious, with ample electrical outlets. The bed was large and comfortable. Water pressure and heat in the shower were good, though the water heater needed to be turned on 20 minutes before using. For reasons unclear to me, the sound of a water pump was constantly audible, though I fairly quickly habituated to it. The wall decorations were brightly colored to say the least; some might call them garish, but I rather enjoyed them. Note that the top floor requires walking up four steep staircases. Ambiance: the common areas (a courtyard and an interior common room) are quite lovely. The interior room has an attractive and interesting collection of artefacts. Our room was as soundproofed as could reasonably be expected, but the neighborhood is noisy, with a cacaphonous symphony of singing, scooters and barking dogs audible at all hours. Bring earplugs. Food: note that breakfast is not included, but, as seems to be the case everywhere, the prices were quite reasonable. We ate dinner here twice and the food was tasty. The restaurant is open all day, and Western and Indian options are available. Nearby Blue Street Cafe is probably the best of the three neighborhood restaurants we tried. Location: an easy walk to the fort and to some of the iconic blue houses. The hotel is set back from a busy, chaotic road. Dining options in the immediate area area limited but decent. Staff: this is a definite strength. All the staff, especially Sunil, were unflaggingly cheerful and helpful, and spoke enough English to allow us to be understood.

The food is tasty, roof top restaurant nice, rooms cosy and clean. Location perfect for backpackers, close to nice Jodhpur's railway station. While the old town is fine in its own way, we preferred wider roads and proximity to the station. In any case the fort and the Sardar market are few minutes by riksha. But the greatest asset is the kind and helpful hotel's people to whom we are grateful! May the hotel prosper and the visitors enjoy! Dusan

There were big trees outside the balcony and it was clean. The hotel has a courtyard, restaurant, swimming pool, and spa. In that yard, during the dinner time, petals will be laid on the ground. The mood is beautiful. The hotel breakfast is good. We love curry, so there are many choices. If you do n’t love curry, you can choose English breakfast!

|4.21km from city centerThe rooms were very good...and food was delicious.. there was renovation work going on and so couldn't make use of their terrace seating..but the view from the terrace is beautiful... Their service is also really good.. but one thing I wish they could do to improve is to hire one or more servicemen...as one person was running around the entire time from kitchen to the restaurant and to the rooms to serve food and other essentials..he was a very sweet and calm person..and helped us out a lot!! We took the no view rooms and hence didn't have a view of the lake behind the hotel..but one can get the view from the open terrace anyway..this hotel is located close to shops and restaurants..next to it is the famous bakery 15 A.D. and opposite they have Baskin Robbins.. overall worth the money and a comfy stay...highly recommend..
