3.16km from RetroStrategic position, face to cornice in the hearth of Muttrah. Basic hotel with a breakfast not too varies. We, me ad my wife, stayed twice in Naseem hotel. Arriving in Oman for 3 days in room 19. 4 beds, but noise from the street and a terrible noise from the air conditioner. The conditioners are the same, old quality, in all the rooms and also the problem remains. Twice we were at top floor, room 43. fantastic view, and quite room, for 5 nights, after visiting the Country.. Friendly staff, but the value added of Naseem hotel, is its manager: Mr Sandeep. A very special person. He is a tour operator too, so, after helping you to be more confortable in the hotel, he will give you all the suggestions for visiting the city and the Country. So helpful with me that I could use, at night, his computer in his office for my work ! Unbelievable !!! You must know that during this spring, Naseem hotel will be renewed and it'll remanin closed for one year, more or less. Sure, I'll return to Naseem hotel, it was like at home. Ivanromeo.
3.64km from RetroAll are very good, everything is very good. Not far from the seaside and the Royal Palace. The seaside scenery and the environment are very Arabian. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience is that the hotel WIFi is very bad, intermittent, and there may be more people. In addition, it is not bad. #128077;

3.96km from RetroThe hotel is a bit far from the city. It is a 10-minute drive from the port and the palace. It is convenient to drive by car. There is free parking. The price is still good. The location is not convenient without a car. After eating, it can be the International Union Hotel.
4.22km from RetroThe price is favorable and the accommodation experience is very good. The service attitude is very good, the hygiene is cleaned in a timely manner, the surrounding area is convenient for taxis, easy to eat, and it is very close to the city center. I will stay here next time.
4.26km from RetroThe hotel has an exceptional ambience with friendly staff and excellent management, a special mention to the General Manager Mr. Ashwin Uday who ensured our stay was at most comfortable. The pricing is reasonably well matching the high standards, be it the rooms, food or other facilities. Golden Oasis is situated at a convenient location with all necessary amenities available at walking distance makes things easier.
4.75km from RetroOkay, so so
5.02km from RetroGood location, great service, definitely recommend
5.11km from RetroVery good service, upgrade my two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with kitchen for free, Omanis are so friendly
5.22km from RetroThe breakfast is good, the hotel floor has access control, you need to swipe your card to enter. The hotel front desk can exchange local currency. You can also arrange for a car to be delivered to a designated location, of course, you need to pay. But there are not many restaurants outside the hotel. I ended up having a KFC with Omani characteristics. The location of the hotel is just beside the highway, the hotel is relatively large.
5.54km from RetroOman very nice hotel, good environment, many places to eat
9.84km from Retroi have spent my birthday this year in Shangri-la al jissah resort and i must say that my family and i had a great time. The room was standard like any other regular room of a 5 star hotel however, the facilities and amenities were superb. This hotel/resort is intended for the enjoyment of kids and kids at heart. Their swimming pools are fantastic and safe for kids and adults like me who doesnt know how to swim. There are alot of activities or pool that your child can try. The lazy river and splash is perfect. I enjoyed working out in their gym bec it was nearly complete and the view outside the gym is just perfect, imagine doing threadmil while looking at relaxing view of nature(alot of plants and i think jacuzzi). The beach was private meaning it was open to guest, we had a great time strolling during the sunset and sunrise. The breakfast was nearly perfect as well, There was just an issue where in i was given a dumpling that was made of shrimp even though i informed them twice that i am allergic to seafoods. Good thing i just took a little rice like size before my wife said that the orange color was shrimp and not a carrot(they insisted that it was vegetable). I had a a little itch but not too much, good thing we always have meds. Anyway, the chef was kind and apologized, the head chef talked to me and apologized as well and said that the next time we visit they would treat us to dinner,😅 not sure if they will actualy do it. Our stay in the resort was great we enjoyed it alot and would definitely come back given a chance. Well recommended to everyone esp to families with young children.

Very convenient and clean, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby!
We feel the Asian hospitality, we really recommend this place even just coming here to dine inn. Excellent service from Serenan the Filipino guy who really assisted us providing excellent service during our dinner time. We will try to check in next time as he encourage us that all the staff of this hotel will go beyond expectation to make all guests happy. Job well done!
We have been at Wanasa hotel since one year and we are overall very happy. The hotel is very close to the airport which creates an advantage while travelling. Apartments are well cleaned, and housekeeping staff is very helpful. The wifi is working well. All the hotel staff is very responsive every time we asked for assistance, especially Mr. Salman at the reception is very kind and professional. The lighting intensity in the apartment shall be improved, especially the bedrooms. We are looking forward to extend our stay in Wanasa till the end of our mission in Oman.
Breakfast is good for taking children. The space is very comfortable. Compared to the narrow space of the hotel, the space here is simply too convenient to say that the location is super convenient and the largest mall in Oman. If you like to cook for yourself, you can buy ingredients in the Carrefour store. There is a separate parking lot at the door and there is a taxi for a long time, but the taxi must be told first. The price is strongly recommended for the whole family.
Very good service, upgrade my two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with kitchen for free, Omanis are so friendly
This place is actually not suitable for tourism, business or resident is better, because it is far away from the main attractions, even the nearest Grand Mosque still has to go back and forth. There are not many taxis nearby. The shopping mall connected with it was a complete failure, and it was not popular, so many vacancies. Fortunately, you can walk to the largest local mall in Mascot, where there is a very popular Carrefour. I want to praise the room facilities are very good, very new and comfortable, without a dining table, the coffee table can handle it.
Price is ok
Only basic items, such as body washes and toothbrushes, were not included but will be delivered upon request.
The soundproofing was not bad and there are many people staying at low prices for a long time.
For meals, it was 3omr (in my case I went to the restaurant separately in the morning) and it was good for vegetarians or small eaters.
At that time, it is said that there is a change in the menu.
The hotel is large in scale and should be an old high-end hotel. At present, the facilities are complete, and the basketball court, badminton court and swimming pool are good. The reception is very good, overall it is still relatively remote, far away from the city center
Good location, great service, definitely recommend
The room is very good, very close to the airport If you walk around, you are more biased;
my friend and I had to stay at this hotel due to our long flight transit. the rooms are clean and nice, food was very good - but most importantly the manager was extremely helpful and kind. he always tried to solve our problems with a smile on his face. he also stayed professional and friendly when he had to deal with an annoying group of germans who weren't capable of understanding exchange rates and were being rude to him. overall a very good experience and I can definatly recommend this hotel!
We booked this hotel because we read on their website that there is a fine dining indian restaurant called “Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor” attached to this hotel, but unfortunately the restaurant has not opened yet. Looking back at the website, it talks about how this Indian restaurant is serving authentic Indian food etc and when you scroll to the bottom of the page, it says “opening soon”, so perhaps it is our fault for missing this small print. But in our defence the website is very convincing about the restaurant being open before writing “opening soon”. Since it was my husbands birthday, I emailed the hotel to arrange a small surprise for him (eg. Small cake or balloons to the room) and they didn’t reply and didn’t do anything. We booked a suite which came with two bathrooms. It was a nice big space and clean, but both of the showers were not draining well, meaning they need to get someone to clean out their drains. The door man Alam is helpful but I didn’t like him wanting to hold my toddler too much. I know he is being polite but I felt a little uncomfortable with this. Breakfast is ok, fairly standard and nothing wow about it. Good for a 4-star hotel. We tried the buffet on the first night after learning that the Signature restaurant hasn’t opened yet. It was ok and expensive. The room was also quite cold. Our package included free snacks everyday. We weren’t too keen on the snacks. Cold samosas and cold spring rolls that had obviously been sitting out for a while and perhaps cooked the day before. The sandwiches were made from very stodgy bread so we asked them to replace them with fruits instead which they did. Some of the cakes were nice, but they must learn to make a nice chocolate cake. These snacks were food we had seen in the breakfast buffet so I knew the food wasn’t freshly made. It’s a nice hotel for a quick business trip and serves its purpose, but for a longer family/couples holiday I wouldn’t come here. We went to other hotels and resorts for day trips with our toddler, and I would definitely recommend the crowne plaza as being one of the best hotels and great value for money.
The beds are comfortable and generous, and the night light design is very warm and convenient. However, the room was not well ventilated, the smell in the corridor was always strange, and the smoking room was even more unbearable. I lived for 10 days and changed two rooms. The switch had three problems. Each time I renewed the room, I had to speak to the front desk three times. After that, there was a waiter knocking on the door to urge check out, and it was speechless. Let's talk about it as a 5-star hotel, there is no bar, no alcohol, enough for halal.
Breakfast is generous and can be taken with family. On the sixth floor there is a gym and swimming pool, and friends who like to exercise and exercise can choose to stay at the hotel. Excellent location, only 10 minutes drive from the airport, free parking, car rental around.
Very good, the bed is a bit small, close to the exhibition, five minutes walk
The room is large, very comfortable, can cook, very good!
Samara hotel is located just off the main highway through Muscat, centrally located, in a busy, modest area surrounded by many shops and restaurants. I stayed there for four nights, and I never had a meal at the same place. I did not eat at Samara hotel itself, so can't comment on the food served there. Check in was quick and easy, and the room was sufficient for my needs, with a single King bed. The decor is basic, with tube fluorescent lights on the ceiling. The mattress is quite firm, but I was so tired at the end of each day that I slept soundly. The bathroom is a decent size, and the water pressure and temperature of the shower are good. I didn't specify a room, so the view out of my window was of an old, dirty abandoned building, but I didn't look out the window much, so I didn't care. If you rent a car as I did, there is ample, free parking on the nearby street, or in front of the hotel itself. Basically, if you keep your expectations in check, and use this hotel as a base of operations for visiting Muscat and the country of Oman, you shouldn't be disappointed. It is not a luxury resort, but a place to sleep and shower at the end of a long, adventurous day. The value was as expected for the price paid. I would consider staying here again, and recommened it to others looking for a basic place to stay in Muscat.
Very good resort hotel, location is good, 15 kilometers from the airport, the hotel has parking, private beach, very close to the shopping mall in the city center, various restaurants are rich, good breakfast, good service, recommended!
As an international brand hotel, as always, it is just a bit old, some are refurbished, a bit tasteful, and the location is unique, connected to the public beach, very good
Love this place and its ambiance! It’s a wonderful to just spend some time at the pool, where I met an amazingly welcoming, always smiling stuff! Separate thanks to Satish, who was providing an excellent and fast service, and Sangh, who is in charge of pool area, very friendly person! Loving going to the gym, enjoying sauna and steaming room after my workout! It’s such a cozy and clean place! Or going to SPA which I highly recommend to everyone, massage and spa itself is the place where you will forget about everything, where no problems exist 🙃 so calming, relaxing and also luxurious!! Like to stay after massage in lounge area and enjoy my tea! Thanks Ali (manager), the sweetest and also professional person, who introduced this place to me!! Always want to get back there!
1) The location of the hotel is between the airport and the old town. Because we rent a car by car, it is very easy to find, the hotel has a free underground parking lot available. A 15-minute walk behind the hotel, there is a main road in Muscat, which can take the city bus. 2) The surrounding facilities are relatively complete, about 10 minutes walk, there are supermarkets and Western-style fast food. 3) The breakfast for three days is self-service, and the change is not big. The taste is quite satisfactory. The room offers 2-3 bottles of free water per day, and we have a KING SIZE bed and a two-seater sofa in our booked room. Because of the 4 year old baby, the hotel added a single mattress for free, which is very good. The hotel is quiet and very clean. Recommended to stay.
I will give excellent to the Indian receptionist he is so accommodating, friendly and helpful to all the guest. Perfect staff. Good place to stay for an affordable price for family, friends or couples.
This hotel is very close to the airport and is safer in a more affluent local community. Back to the dock (going out from the hotel restaurant), of course, most of them are private yachts. If you want to go out to snorkel and watch the turtles, you can buy tickets at the pier, which is very convenient.
Good price, convenient parking, good room
The hotel was very comfortable for us: Free parking and wifi. Our apartment was very clean, spacious and nicely furnished, with a balcony. Bed in the bedroom very comfortable, blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle. Cleaning and replenishment of bottled water daily. We started our day with a modest breakfast, coffee and dates. After that very good espresso in the ground floor cafe as we like. Quiet neighbourhood, grocery stores nearby and a second restaurant next door. Hotel is very clean and new. Staff very polite and professional, helpful.
In terms of location, it is a little far from the old Matola market and the center of the seaside promenade. Other than that, the other supermarkets and restaurants are quite good. Hotel environment facilities are very good, the price is also very suitable. The breakfast was not bad, the room was large, and there was a small living room, which was very satisfactory overall.
The hotel is a bit far from the city. It is a 10-minute drive from the port and the palace. It is convenient to drive by car. There is free parking. The price is still good. The location is not convenient without a car. After eating, it can be the International Union Hotel.
Perfect location in Bawshar (in a quiet neighborhood, near to most leisure facilities). VIP entry to Panorama Mall. Spacious clean rooms. Comfortable modern furniture. All household are available. No bed smell. 3 daily-maintained swimming pools. Private covered parkings. Picturesque garden. Reasonable price. Nice staff particularly Mr Bahsant Nipali who made our stay very exceptional.

Oman very nice hotel, good environment, many places to eat
