      The hotel offered the perfect location for us in the centre of Parma, giving easy walking access to everything. The cleanliness of the hotels was spotless, with the rooms being very comfortable and very well maintained. The Reception offered stand out service, with reception replying quickly to my pre-holiday emails and on arrival Elisa offered exceptional service throughout, very friendly, very personable and gave great advice from restaurants to the best coffee stops, all of which we followed, they were very good. I think this personal service is your best feature.. Our stay was 13-15 Sep 2021 in room 555.

      The room is very clean, with comfortable bed and spacious. It has good value at such a cost. Location is very good. You can go reach all the popular attractions or restaurants in 10 minutes.       This charming and quiet hotel is very well located. Service was very good and the room was nice and clean, although it was smaller than I expected for the price. The bathroom was a bit dated and small, so I would say the value for money is not the best, hence why I am not giving 5 stars. But I would still recommend this hotel and I am happy with my stay overall. Breakfast was good, with many choices of sweet or savoury food.

      Don't forget that the reception is located in the new hotel near the station. There, you can obtain keys and passwords from the Internet. The residence itself looks very interesting, the entrance team really likes it, and the view from the windows. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. A stable Internet is enough to watch videos from two devices at the same time. No breakfast/coffee machine, it's not enough ( All in all, a good apartment stays there.

We came back at 19 pm from a city walk and when we approched to hotel a lot of weird folks approached us e.g. groups of young man, junkies and generally weird persons. Some of the where really cooking crack 50 meters away from the hotels main entrance. This did not feel good. -The other thing was the fitness room. I had like 30 minutes in the morning,but the room was locked, although the reception desk told me it was open and I got no key though asking for it. So no gym for me.

      I assume that I use business hotels now monthly and until some time ago weekly abroad as holiday inn so the difference between a business hotel and a tourist I know it well. 4 Stars above? but where? Pre-check at the limit of the mariuccia pension: Book with booking (Do it, avoid problems), having a Genius level 2. I present 2 requirements and for BY MINIMUM Send a mail with their availability and no overprice. I confirm and after a few hours they write to me that they want a 20-euro supplement for one of the requested. The telephone (which is already shocking me) and the reception knows nothing and promises to call back. We call and blame Booking and after a discussion without admitting their mistakes they agree with what they promised. The requested pool was not available at the arrival because despite the twenty hundred bed and congress seats, they only have 4 (four) seats in contemporary pool and 10 on board bath. The room was opened in a bathroom in a pity condition. Breakfast of 2 stars with: 2 powder/concentrated juices; 1 self-service machine that makes everything from milk to the tea, brown and cheese for toast of lower quality than the first GDO brands. Brioches only frozen nice that at 9:20 had already been finished and that I had to ask repeatedly (We close at 10, we don't do it at 9:20) to have it obviously boiling. To complete 3 types of cereals, fruit, commercial yoghurt and single portion confectionery for luck Menz and Gasser and the usual feet. No cheese, fresh salad, AQ cooked pig or other. Breakfast room is completely inadequate to welcome more than a dozen people and self-service among the sadest ever seen. There is no bar service in the pool. If you want to organise a congress here, think about it and go a tour nearby. You are in the food valley and instead of offering excellent commercial food. Stay to forget! The only positive note is the breakfast staff of the horrible day who puts it all on us despite the little available and the staff staff of the first day who also tries to make your stay as less as possible. Accommodated from 5 to 7 July. Room 111 to avoid as a pest

      I travelled to Italy with work, staying at the hotel for two nights. Located in the town centre located next to a car park. An easy walk to into the rest of the town to explore. Reception were very pleasant and check in was smooth. I had a room on top floor overlooking the carpark. Not the best of views but that didn't matter as I was only using the room to sleep in. The room itself was of a decent size, however it was bland and very grey, with more grey on top. It was if it was trying to have an industrial edge to it. Not a style that I found appealing. It was clean, well laid out and warm. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had a decent shower. Bar is pleasant with decent selection of drinks. I only ate at the hotel for breakfast which was a continental buffet style. Nice enough and worked for me. Check out was straightforward, again pleasant staff. It did what I needed and a good price too.
