Very nice hotel, the view from the hotel is awesome beautiful! I can recommend the rooms 363 and 364 (but need to walk a little bit). Breakfast is intercontinental. Pool was a little bit too cold (no heating integrated). But I am sure this is one of the best hotels in this area. You can also ask at the reception for some tours and trips to the Volcano Island - the service was very kind! I can recommend this hotel!FromUS$123.00

The Lodge is located in an area where in it is quiet far from the busy side of tagaytay, the lodge has this homey feel to it specially their restaurant Tavern by the Lake, very instagramable if you may, the room that we were given was the Family Room (Room A) it is very spacious inside, you can even host a small get together with your friends inside the room, the room can fit maybe 15-20 persons inside, the hotel has a view deck where you can partially see the taal lake, it’s nice to stay there in the morning when the sun is rising up with a hot tea listening to your favorite music enjoying the great scenery, it is few meters away from Sky Ranch if that’s your thing, it is also near some shops, there is a nearby McDonalds, Grocery, Starbucks, Bag of Beans, Restaurants etc., the lodge also has an ideal area for events like outdoor wedding, birthday party, small company function etc., however contrary to what their site is saying that “All rooms is treated to a spectacular view of taal lake”, the lodge it self is facing the mountainous side, the lake is on it’s far left side so unless you are at the view deck you can not see the lake at all, although SOME of the rooms they offer can partially see the lake from their view so if you are looking for a view of the taal lake better ask the receptionist to put you in that room, I think the Attic room is the best room you can book if you want to stay in this place. Some of the rooms they offer is located below their restaurant the second floor is made of wooden flooring, so if the restaurant is busy and you want to sleep in your room peacefully you cannot do that because you can hear the foot steps on the restaurant specially if kids are running up stairs, you can also hear their chatting, mumbling, singing of Happy Birthday etc. it is annoying really, although not all rooms is like this they have rooms that is far from the noise of the restaurant like the deluxe room I think and the attic room, although the restaurant is not that busy for the most part, but if you come here on a weekend and the restaurant is busy and you want to rest you cannot do that, also the room that we were given is like not been used for the longest time, that the ceiling has a spider web on it the room has a somewhat funky smell to it, the bed runner has a water like stain to it that you know that they did not wash it before they let other clients inside the room, the restaurant is really nice to stay at it has a very homey feel to it the food is good, but it’s on the pricey side, the restaurant is good for hanging out, over all ummm... its meh for me.. the staff tho are really nice, thats what one thing i like.FromUS$84.00

When the door was opened, there was a serious musty smell. I don't know if the room is close to the swimming pool, so it is humid and musty. Turn on the air conditioner immediately and open the door to dissipate the smell.
The facilities in the room are almost rudimentary, there is a kettle but no cups, and no free coffee and tea bags are provided in the room. There are no cutlery like knives, forks and spoons. The small refrigerator is empty.
Another thing that is very unsatisfactory is that a room only has two bottles of mineral water a day! How to drink enough!
All in all, the hardware facilities in the room are especially like high-end guest houses. Probably what Samsung looks like.
But the bed was very comfortable and really comfortable, I was satisfied when I slept.
If you open the curtains in the room next to the pool on the first floor, there is no privacy at all hahaha. So choose carefully.
The pool view outside the balcony is great! You see people swimming clearly and up close, and of course the swimming people can see you in this way.
The bathroom hair dryer is an old-fashioned hotel hair dryer, which cannot be moved and can only be dried while standing in the bathroom.
The quality of toiletries is similar to that of the guest house.
The tap water in the bathroom has strong water pressure, the shower flow is large and comfortable, and the temperature can be adjusted to be very hot.
The breakfast is Filipino style, with less variety and good taste. There is no amazing place and nothing hard to swallow.
Extra beds are not allowed during the epidemic.
The stunning pool view is suitable for couples to take pictures on a date.
The location of the hotel is very close to the playground, and the hotel is a concentrated area of local restaurants.
There is parking lot.
The decoration of the hotel really cannot look at the details, the only thing that can be highlighted is its biggest selling point-the pool view.

My wife and I went there on a weekday during the rainy season, last week of August. The place is like a large private property with villas for guests. It's like a secret hideout so you may have trouble finding the place. It's on the left side just right past Robinsons if you're coming from Manila. There is no sign so you have to slow down when you're near so you don't miss it. We were the only guest when we arrived. Their standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12pm. We arrived a bit earlier and the receptionist was nice to see that the staff gets our room cleaned first so we can check-in early. The place is so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Before checking in they let you choose tomorrow's breakfast from the menu which can also be served in your room. You'll also get a complimentary white wine. The room looks clean and smells nice, sheets and pillows are clean. The view is so nice and like I said, it's so quiet that you can hear birds, insects and the howling wind. Our room has sliding doors that serve as its walls from the outside that you can open so you can turn it into like a balcony. Just make sure to close them when it's getting dark because insects may get inside the room. The bathroom is clean, too. They also have complimentary hygiene kits. There are lots of nearby restaurants so we went out for dinner. If you go here during the rainy season it gets so foggy you can't even see the road so you have to be very cautious when driving. There were dogs (yes, a number of them) in the compound when we were about to go out. Probably they let them loose during the night for security. I tried to call the reception around 5am-6am to see if I can order coffee however there are no staff available during wee hours. You can go to the nearest 7-eleven convenience store in SMDC which is like 300m from the place. Will definitely go back here and a place I didn't regret staying at. We stayed in the Amazing room, which indeed lives up to its name! The view was really jaw-dropping. I loved the interiors and feel of the place. The privacy is nice since there are less than 10 rooms available. Hats off to the great service provided by all of their staff members. The cleanliness can be given a 9 out of 10, minimal improvements are needed. I like the rustic-modern feel of this place and would truly recommend it to all. Despite other reviews provided, I think you must try it for yourself to let this accommodation prove itself wrong. I am really glad that your hotel is still functioning and working. I am so happy that i was able to see the beautiful smile of my girlfriend. She was happy sering the beautiful lake and views in the place.The experienced was nice. Even though there was a bit of a problem on our stay, the crews were very helpful. I wanted to thank the front officers who were very polite and profesional when they talked to my girlfriend. They were so friendly and accomodating specially the guys as my girlfriend said. We forgot their Names but my gf remember the guy named Vic.The girl was also friendly and both of them were very helpful. We will surely be back there. Pros: 1. Courteous staff specially the Tower 3 lobby guard who handled my request very well and the kuyang room attendant who fixed our room’s sofa bed. Check in and check out were without hassle. 2. Clean, spacious and very nice accomodation with superb amenities (cool AC, hot shower, comfy bed, etc). We booked a one - bedroom suite with a veranda overlooking hills with lush greenery. 3. Cool and quiet location with places of interest to check around. Cons: 1. Rude main entrance guards, beware. They made us wait for more than 6 minutes to be allowed entry when we returned from dinner even if I showed them my resort key cards and hotel voucher as proof of our reservation. It was irritating we were tired and needing rest. They are not trained for proper courtesy to guests as shown by the way they conversed and handled our situation. Even heard one of then said the F word behind my back, I just kept my class and prevented to engage further. 2. Breakfast buffet is disappointing yet expensive. Only few choices and not your typical breakfast to be called. Looks like heated leftovers from a banquet. Even the breakfast hall is not pleasing to start one fine day. I suggest to book a room without breakfast then head to nearby Cafe Voila in the morning. 3. The resort is quite far from the city center. I suggest to use Waze when going to Mahogany market and nearby places to avoid heavy traffic. 4. Useless wifi. Signal was strong but no data at all. Even Smart and Globe had weak signal to none at all in Tower 3.

Crew were very friendly and accomodating.
Some opportunities with the room we had. Hot water pressure not strong enough to allow shower nozzle to work. Only one chair in the room made it difficult to eat together. Could have more cable channels available.
Aa for food, Siglo never failed us in any of our visits. Same with this one, food and service are excellent.

The hotel is located four kilometers south of Tagaytay City, and the scenery is very good. However, the Filipino’s diet is very different from the Chinese. If you want to eat better, you can take a jeepney across the road to the center of the tower.
The hotel restaurant window can overlook the entire volcano landscape.
