|4.17km from city centerWe stayed here recently. This is quite a stunning hotel very near to beach & harbour. Splendid location & the hotel is modern whilst still retaining its historical charm. The rooms as beautifully furnished & luckily enough we had a rear side room that was away from a late night club oposite. We had one super interaction with Aggis who served our breakfast on 2 of our days. He was polite, friendly & efficient although on his own with quite a few tables to cover. So thank you Aggis for your kindness. However 2 things that disappointed & unfortunately stops me marking 5/5 Our room had a toilet beyond the shower cubical & you needed to transit the shower area to get to the toilet. Now if someone has had a shower you need to transit a wet area to get to the toilet. Also the screen for the toilet / shower area did not go up to the ceiling so very limited privacy. Not good in my eyes. We were on a b/b package & was told that we could order anything from the menu that had individually priced items for those either on a room only basis or non residents. My wife ordered a second Americano that the receptionist who was doubling as a server deemed we should pay €4 Euros for. My point is is that l could of had anything from the menu & not paid more but have 2 coffees & the hotel wants to squeeze another €4 from you. We paid about €450 for our stay so felt it was penny pinching I paid but was not happy

|4.21km from city centerI really liked the hotel and staff for my visit this year. Yes minor faults in the room, but this is a 3-star hotel, so did not expect a flawless experience. The staff was always friendly and helpful, I was mainly there for warmer weather and ankle rehab via the pool onsite, which I might add was great. The O'Brian bar staff are busy at times and that can delay service, but it's not meant to be busy like a UK pub. The room was acceptable with a balcony view of a new build called the Trilogy, so although they started work at 6.30 am the double-glazed door kept a vast amount of the noise out. The best balcony experience would be poolside as this captures the sun for most of the day, and 1st floor has an extended balcony with a table and a sun umbrella. The reception also has a supply of towels for the pool, so you do not have to take the towels out of your room. Checking in and out was great, and they have a spare area for luggage to be kept after checking out so you can still explore the area before your taxi arrives back at the airport. I shall look forward to returning to this hotel, based on the service and the prices.

Guest relation manager (Jamie) will do always his best to assist you !!! As for the location great, no car needed at all, close to all great places to visit by foot !!! At the same time, coffee, tea and sunflower oil for cooking are free. You can cook kebabs in the attic. I lived in this hostel for 8 months and was very pleased with it. I recommend.

Professional and friendly staff along with super clean , spacious and fully equipped rooms with functional kitchen , large TV , beautiful bathroom / shower and the most important thing : a super comfortable bed . The interior of the rooms and the premises is simply amazing and on the top floor you will find a small swimming pool and a lounge area . The location is incredible , in the city center - walking distance to cafes , restaurants and shops . Added plus the order in the room breakfast via the TV application (very good options and delicious ) and of course the private parking on the premises (so much needed in the city center). Highly recommended for couples , solo travelers and families ! Overall super excited that we discovered this little gem and we will definitely return back!

|3.99km from city centerGreat service from all the staff - reception/lobby, breakfast room, housekeeping, spa/hairdressing, bar/room service. Liked the location. Days off - two 'city bicycle' hire stands (Nextbike by Tier) nearby gave me the wheels to explore old town and surroundings. On remote working days - Walking distance to a great little vegan food van, organic supermarket and Bobo pops (ice cream), walks were welcome breaks from the laptop. Room impeccably clean and very comfortable, north facing room on 4th floor had a pleasant city/mountains view. Mini fridge was great for keeping snacks (and sundowners!) cool. WiFi worked well, I remote worked with it, without any problems, for over two weeks. The desk and chair were comfortable and there were enough well located plugs - and the blurred Zoom background looked professional (although it was the bed/headboard!). Breakfast was excellent, usual hot/cold stuff plus lots of fruit and 'Cypriot table' with interesting things to try out (sweet pickled walnuts, tahini cake, olives - yum). Miss the yoghurt already - with walnuts or almonds, goji berries, chia seeds etc. Free car parking on site was available, discovered a minor overnight scratch on my vehicle on the last morning but luckily had taken a zero excess insurance policy for falling rocks at Troodos mountains. Spa and hairdressing treatments were reasonably priced and available at short(ish) notice, at least now, during the 'off-season'. Had a haircut and four massage treatments, great way to relax after the remote work days when my time off was more limited. So all in all: a really pleasant stay - thank you Ajax!

|4.11km from city centerVery tired hotel, rooms minimal rather scruffy and needs a good update, staff helpful and food ok, no tea making facilities but asked and they were provided, had problems with the toilet backing up but fixed quickly by the staff, I think it’s a common problem as the original hotel has 3 more floors added to the original, it’s a noisy location with lots of boy racers blasting around in the evening, lots of building work going on adjacent buildings. ”SPA “is in the basement again very tired and not inviting at all, you have to pass the garage spaces so lots of exhaust smells and past the janitors room reeking of tobacco smoke,. Shower area to spa was also very tired , sauna not working and controls broken. Outside pool ok ( very cold at this time of the year) but the view is not and photographs on the website make it look much better than it is. Lovely view of the rubbish bin and car park, Wouldn’t stay again, luckily it was a base for meeting friends elsewhere.

|3.83km from city center[Nightclub-like music can't sleep for one night] If you haven't lived in such a bad hotel, you should definitely avoid staying in Cyprus. You can't rest at all. At the time of check-in, the front desk staff was relatively cold, and no one assisted in taking the luggage. When checking out, they also pushed the baby carriage and 2 pieces of luggage to check out. On the check-in day is Saturday, no one told the restaurant on the first floor that there will be deafening dancing music from 9:00 in the night. The music will not stop until 2:30 in the middle of the night. The location is ok, the old hotel facilities are still acceptable, if you are also playing until two or three in the middle of the night before going back to sleep, you can consider... The same price in Limassol has too many other hotels to choose from.

They welcome you as if you are family and insure that the environment is positive and clean always. I lost my smartphone on a bus tour and Antoni immediately assisted and it was found! They love hosting guests, providing guests with maps, travel tips, laundry service and smiles, always. They have also added a sparkling clean 2nd bathroom with shower. Highlights Very warm check in at reception, included a refreshing drink Staff we so nice, very polite and always asking how my stay was and everything was ok. I would say they were an excellent asset to the hotel Food amazing, great value, did not have anything that i did not like All areas are very clean and well maintained For a small establishment there are many spots you can sit, relax and enjoy. Cleaning ladies do a great job, daily cleaning with turn down service in the evenings. They set up a wide screen TV for football lover Breakfast buffet could not fault it, caters for everyone. Finally i have to mention the Potato fries, home made and best i have tasted. Low lights None. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families, little gem of a place and i will try and bring my family next time i visit.

Talk about the hotel, because it is close to the customer, so book this hotel, although not at the beach. But the distance is also very close, walking about 2 kilometers to the seaside tourist area. The hotel is ok, but it should be soon after the renovation, the room smells a little, I am sensitive to the smell, so I opened the window to sleep. No food around the hotel, only a supermarket. Ice cream shop. The hotel is nice and clean. The network is average, and the signal on the bed is very poor, even Ctrip cannot open it. Breakfast is good, everything, can meet nutritional needs. If you go to the airport, you can ask the hotel to call travel express for 13 euros. Pick up at the hotel and then take you to the airport. Otherwise, take a taxi for 10 euros to the station, and the bus costs 9 euros, which is very frustrating. Try to live in high floors and have a good view.

|4.41km from city centerWe rented a 3 bedroom apt for 3/10-4/10 for 11,000 euros. Today we noticed there was no hot water in the apt. We called the management for 3 hours and they kept promising us someone was going to come fix it. When we got sick of waiting, we went downstairs personally and asked the receptionist to send someone to fix the hot water. She refused and when I made her call her manager I could hear “Chinese” (we are Americans in town for work) over and over. After I told her I was going to sit in the hotel lobby until someone came to fix the water, she called the police. Then the manager came and took off the hot water control panel and found A PIECE OF CARDBOARD (made from a Olympic residence maintenance department business card) wedged in front of the buttons that controlled the hot water (so that when we pushed the control from the outside it would not allow the hot water to turn on). Then we went to the second bathroom and FOUND A SECOND CARDBOARD/business card blocking the hot water to there. I asked my husband if this could have been done on purpose and he said no way as the management didn’t have keys to the apt and the water was working the first few days. Then we realised that yesterday we had given housekeeping keys to clean the apt. So maintenance came in (illegally) at that time to jam our hot water to force us to move out of the apartment! When we realised with horror that this was intentional. We understood that we are targeted by the management! We were sent an email this morning telling us the residence pools were closed until 4/10 (the exact day we are scheduled to leave). We checked the pool and there is no closure signs and others are still allowed to use the pool! I’m beyond horrified at the conduct of Olympic Residence management. 1) They violated guest privacy and our trust in them by entering our apartment under the guise of housekeeping to tamper with our hot water in order to force us to leave 2) Called the police on paying guests because we said we would sit in the lobby until our apt was repaired 3) Sent us an email telling us the pool was closed when it was open to guests so we would not use it 4) all because we looked Chinese Please do not ever stay here. If this didn’t happen to me. I wouldn’t even believe this could happen

|4.16km from city centerWhen we arrived we received the loveliest welcome from Steve. He showed us our room and how things worked which hasn't happened in a while with other hotels! We parked at a nearby car park and paid 15 Euros for 24 hrs but after speaking to Steve we can park for free at his own car park. So my advice is to try and find a space, go to hotel and Steve will let u in his car park. Finding a space is the hard part! The room was okay, clean , with TV etc, and a small balcony, there was a kettle with no tea or coffee which was strange. Breakfast was via Gregory's bakery next door, you order and they bring to your outside table. Overall the hotel was basic, clean, with friendly welcoming staff , very central for sightseeing and we will use again if visiting.
