not bad. This house was previously Pullman upgraded by Grand Mercure. The location is just across Chinatown, the most central location. It's easy to go anywhere. Because of the new decoration, the room facilities are good. It may be because the building is old and cannot be adjusted greatly, so I feel that the room layout is as modest as the old hotel. The bathroom is small but everything is OK. The price is also very competitive, which is mainly too convenient. The only downside is that after checking in, the garbage of the previous tenant was still not completely cleaned in the room. In the trash can, there are cola bottles on the ground. Since the hotel has been upgraded to a five-star Pullman, this should not happen under this brand.

The apartment is located in the bustling area of the central area. Shopping and eating are convenient. I did not include breakfast. A large bed is large enough to sleep three people. Children are 10 years old. The parking fee is very expensive. O Haogui's room has a stove, but the pots and bowls do not cook by themselves. It is not convenient. The equipment is a bit old. The washing machine with drying function is too long. It took me 5 hours.

Simple double bed room does not include breakfast, the room is not large, although there are cabinets and the like, but there is no cooking, so it is not easy to evaluate. The hygiene is good. You need to prepare your own things for washing. The location is quite easy to find. The Chinese beauty service at the front desk is very good and satisfactory.

I've recently stayed at the Causeways Hotel in Melbourne. I was a little nervous about flying to Melbourne with all the cases but I was thoroughly impressed with The Causeways commitment to keeping the hotel Covid safe. For starters, I would constantly see staff cleaning and replacing sheets and towels and they were readily available for extra cleaning requests. The room was very clean when I found it and the hallways had sanitiser on every floor before the lifts and even an air purifier. All the staff were masked properly at all hours even when there were no customers walking through, staff kept their masks on over their noses. In addition I was impressed that there was at least one staff member at the counter at all times even when I came home at 12am. They were always friendly and extremely professional. I definitely got more than my moneys worth at this hotel and will be staying here again in the near future.

The hotel is very basic and the rooms are small, that's no problem, it's what I expected. O didn't realise that check out would be so early at 10am. During check-in they kindly extended my stay by one hour allowing me to check out at 11 am - unfortunately no-one told housekeeping.because they started banging on the door soon after 10am. The hotel is very conveniently situated near Flinders Station with a large number of downtown eateries and entertainment options nearby. Check-in was fast. # Shower sprayed water everywhere # Shower door wouldn't open, I took a panel off it's track to get out

The morning was pretty good, mainly western-style, with porridge and pickles, and fewer vegetables. The hotel is on the main shopping street, a few minutes' walk from the city hall, Federation Square and Meyer department store. There is a tram stop at the door. There are burgers, coffee shops, and sushi in the surrounding area. The lobby is on the third floor. It is difficult to transfer to the elevator to the guest room. The location of the room is slightly off, and it is far from the elevator.

Staying in a one-bedroom apartment of 60 square meters, I feel that the room is very large, the family is enough for three people, there is a cooktop (induction cooker), refrigerator washing machine oven toaster machine clothes dryer dishwasher, complete electrical appliances, and pots and pans The dip, there is no problem in thinking about DIY in the apartment. The final dishwashing detergent is prepared, very good! There is a good western restaurant downstairs that tastes good. Many locals dine and drink in it! The hotel is not far from the surrounding attractions, and you can walk to Chinatown, Queen Victoria Market, etc.

The rooms are well-equipped, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are large, and the sofas are large. The hotel location is also good, less than one kilometer from the pedestrian street, and there are supermarkets nearby. The hotel has swimming and gym opening doors from 6am to 10pm, which is convenient for fitness. There are induction cookers, pans, and utensils in the room. You can make simple meals by yourself, which is generally good.

Good location, convenient to go anywhere. The commercial music downstairs in the evening is a bit noisy, probably after 22:00. It’s very convenient to eat, leaving it. On the night of arrival, because the plane got late late, the hotel reception was off work at 20:00, but I met two foreign guys to help me solve the check in, and also guided me to the door of the room. Really feel that everything is beautiful and harmonious

Convenient location. It is said that the hostel is relatively clean in the city, but the room is still very messy and the smell is intoxicating. Most importantly, I am almost! every day! It's all there! Lost things! There seem to be countless thieves in the kitchen, whether you are in the kitchen or not, whether your things are written or not, from small cut vegetables to large packages of sugar, as long as you look away from the belongings for more than 10 minutes may be Steal (I'm sure it wasn't the other person taking it wrong). Housemates in the dormitory lost their passports, $ 100 in cash and then stolen $ 200 in credit cards. I lost it in the dormitory. I lost many times and tried hard to retrieve the edible oil, salt and canned meat. I finally decided to move away immediately. But even so, my suitcase (with the camera in it) was taken away by the cleaner before I checked out, on the grounds that my name tag was not affixed to the bed (exm? Not to mention that the name was not glued well) , It won't stick after using it a few times. Is it meant to rush people by pulling luggage away?) I do n’t lose much compared to other people, but I am really upset every day. Would definitely not recommend friends to live here.

Recommend this hotel, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, although there is no meeting with the netizens who can speak Chinese, but the locals are also very enthusiastic, very patient, three check-in, met different front desks, they liked, give in advance The bed was added to the room. Also selected a room with breakfast, most of them are Western-style, but there is a porridge, the taste is not bad, in line with the Chinese stomach. The location is excellent, next to the Queen's Market, opposite a large park, and a free tram, will stay next time

Location: Located on Little Collins Street in Maoben CBD, close to the train station, easy to travel. Hygiene: The rooms are very clean, especially the linen feel is very good, more than 90% of domestic hotels. Breakfast: There are not many varieties, and they are the same every day. If you like Chinese food, don't set breakfast. The two Brunch restaurants next to the hotel are good, and the price is more affordable than the hotel. Nearby attractions: 19 minutes walk from St. Patrick's Cathedral, two parks, 20 minutes walk from Melbourne Museum, two tram stops away.

Excellent location near the Skybus terminus (practically across the street). Rooms are basic and as expected but come with standard amenities like kettle etc with tea and coffee. I only used the room to sleep and did not buy breakfast (lots of cafes in the area). Room was quiet despite facing Little Bourke. Didn’t use wifi so cannot comment. I would stay there again.

Probably one of the worst accomodations I’ve stayed at. Not only are the staff rude and uninterested in their guests but the whole apartment is disgusting. I stayed for 4 days and when we first walked in, the apartment was a mess. Stained couches and carpets, dirty towels, yellow stained sheets and dirty blankets - I was put off. Asked for new towels, and was told there was no one in the building to bring them to me. Had to wash the towels and dry them, but the dryer was broken, had them drying for 2 hours for them to still be soaking wet. Dirty glassware and dishes, a stained dirty floor and dust for days. Clearly there is no one following a Covid Sanitation and cleaning process. Asked to speak to a manger and was met with a rude worker who kept stating that the manager would not speak to me or resolve my issue due a negative review I placed on the booking website, so clearly this apartment is more concerned with their image than their customers. Overall this apartment was a waste of money, on top of the expensive price, I had to purchase cleaning supplies just to ensure that I could actually stay in that dirty apartment for 4 days. Also, was told that the facilities were out of use, so why advertise a pool, spa, gaming room etc if you can’t use it? Actual joke.

The front desk staff was friendly and thought it was ok. However, after the reception desk closed, they had telephone contact, which was like a fake, and the attitude was very bad. At about 9 o'clock in the evening, we didn't have a hairdryer in the room. The front desk was closed and we had to make a phone call. We heard the staff who answered the phone from the room. It came out, but he claimed that there was no air duct and he did not provide it. The next morning, I asked the front desk again. We saw him taking it out of the cabinet. It shows that the service attitude of the staff who answered the phone is a little bad...

I stayed solo for 3 nights during the Australian Open 2022. PROS - good location if you want to stay near Chinatown/Melbourne Central, Emporium/QV. Great for food options, Coles, lots nearby to keep you fed. Room & hotel generally clean & well ordered. Has a gym & rooftop pool which are good options for keeping active - the pool got pretty busy though, but good spacing & amount of loungers is good. I got upgraded from a studio room to a 1 bedroom which was a nice bonus & the size of the 1 bedroom was good for 1 person. 2 people probably would have been ok as a couple, but if you were friends, may be a bit close for comfort. CONS - The tv had patchy reception for some channels. My room had a view of the pool - which had its upside (I could see if the pool area was busy), but it also got noisy at night sometimes as people would stay there past 10pm to talk. The hotel was very busy whilst I was there - personally with COVID upon us, I prefer a quieter hotel. The reception team were helpful overall but I tried to get late checkout & found it was strange they couldn't tell me if I could get it until the morning of the day of checkout which is kind of pointless & you pay the hour for late checkout (vs most hotels where it's a flat rate). Would I stay again? Yeah probably, but most likely I'd probably choose to stay at a smaller boutique hotel next time in a different part of the city.

I like the room layout very much, it is small and exquisite, very warm, and the balcony facing the park and the lake makes people feel comfortable. The location is excellent, on the quiet st kilda road, surrounded by parks and office buildings, and the tram downstairs is about 10 minutes into the city. The bed was comfy, the shower water pressure was great, and it was very comfortable to wash. There are also washing machines and dryers. Luggage can be stored at the front desk.

The ancient hotel in 1883 is very charming. The activity center on the first floor of the hotel is full of nights and nights. Each night has a different theme.
