      The hotel is located in the city, not too far from transit hubs like the Mysore Railway Station or attractions like the Mysore Palace. A short ride of about 10 to 15 minutes to be precise. The hotel is equipped with modern amenities while their staff are well trained and were accomodating of all our needs. The breakfast spread was particularly great while being satisfying and wholesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in their outdoor dining area. A special shout out to their front of office staff Mr. Jagatpati and their restaurant staff members Ms. Durga and Mr. Sanjeev for their tireless efforts to make us feel comfortable and attended to. We had a pleasant stay overall and look forward to staying here again sometime soon.

      My wife and I while in transit from Chennai to Kabini River lodge near Nagarahole National Park made an overnite halt at ITC fortune hotel owned by Mr Sanjay Raj and ***aged by ITC chain group of hotels. Its located close to Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens and Mysore Palace and a 12 km drive from the mysore Airport @ 3, Abba Rd, Earangere, Nazarbad, Mysuru, Karnataka 570007 We found our room in this centrally air-conditioned 4 star hotel quite adequate ,spacious and complete with all items that conform to 4 star rating. 24 hour Room service was available with a a 24x7 restaurant, an Asian eatery and a nice bar.It also has a rooftop restaurant ,a fair sized outdoor pool, a steam room and a gym, a business centre, and halls for meeting and events. The hotel follows all covid protocols and the breakfast menu turned out under supervision of Executivd Chef Mr Selvakumar was elaborate ,quite tasty and adequate . Our one night stay atbthis hotel with breakfast included and room service charges for morning filter coffee set us back by just Rs 4742 Including taxes which is fair for this 4 star hotel .

      The best hotel in the Mysore area of India. The location is very good, right in the center of Mysore, close to the Grand Palace and the zoo, next to the mall, shopping is also convenient. This hotel is one of the best among the five-star hotels I have ever lived in. In addition to the good hardware conditions and excellent location, the most important thing is that you can really feel at home. The waiter who stayed in the restaurant for two days can remember your room number. You arrive at the restaurant door and fluently report your room number to confirm with you. Two bottles of water were prepared for us every day, but I drank more water. There was a phone call in the middle to contact me at the front desk to send me water. Just such a small detail, went out to play the next day, waiting for me to enter the room at night, prepared me six bottles of water, I am afraid that I am not enough to drink. It’s just that. They can remember the characteristics and hobbies of the guests. There was a small accident in the middle. I dropped the credit card at the front desk of the hotel concierge. The hotel cooperated with the monitoring and monitoring to help me find the card. Finally find and hand it to me. Maybe this hotel is not the best hardware condition I have ever lived in, but I have done my best to serve this. Very recommended

      A very bad experience, especially when you are taking a family with you. We paid a premium for the room, EXECUTIVE SUPERIOR rooms with AC, absolutely disappointed. Air conditioning did not work in both the rooms. The rooms were on 29.5 degree for both the days, . The rooms were like - Old lady in new clothes, decent rooms through. I am sure in its hay days, it might have been competing with the likes of Royal Orchid Metropole, however its not the same again. Staff are absolutely under trained, they are clueless, felt as if stop gap staff were placed to ***age the day. Bathrooms were full of patch works and bath tub was stained. The main door lock never worked in one go, needed a min 5 tries....After trial and errors the door used to lock. Sofa in the room had real dirty stains... Sound proofing of the room...or should i say, get ready for a very noise sleep as the foot steps from the corridors are amplified into the sleep area, making it a very noisy hotel Front office team was just a JOKE.. Even after multiple complaints, the issues were never fixed.. If you are travelling to Mysore for a transit, then you can opt for this hotel as this is conveniently located, as you will be staying for few hours. However, if you are going with your family, this is a BIG AVOID. There are ***y better options in Mysore which can be explored. Please watch out for the prices...as this hotel sometime is charged exorbitantly and dont fall for the false de***d that is generated by the system.

The hotel provides very good rooms for both business and family class travellers. I had booked two rooms in this hotel for 2 adults and 3 kids. Taking a clue that we are one family, the reservations upgraded me to two interconnected deluxe rooms without any extra charges. This hotel has a nice breakfast spread and the taste is awesome. We stayed for 3 nights here and the vacation was enjoyable and satisfying. Staff is very good, polite and helping. The Pinxx restaurant of this hotel provides good food with awesome taste. Nearby to this hotel are very famous restaurants like Khan Darbar, Kababish and Grillers which give you a lot of options to eat. The hotel is clean, well maintained, wooden polished and spacious. Overall, i feel that this hotel was a pleasure to stay and is at par with those 5 star hotels out there, may be a degree above them.
