The location is on the other side of the most beautiful cliff in the town of Fira. It takes about half an hour by bus to get to the town of Fira. The bus fare to and from the town is 3.6 euros. It is only in the town that you can transfer to other attractions. In the winter, this area is basically All restaurant hotels are not open, find the only restaurant that is open and it takes about 25 minutes to walk. The hotel's room is very small, the bed is old and smudged. In the winter, there is only a thin blanket of wool (and old and smudged). The air conditioner does not heat up and the voice is too loud. After the complaint, the store insists on air conditioning. Can heat, not to change rooms (the three days all hotels are only us, there are several rooms available), only added two blankets to us. One night of staying for one night, there was a power outage for about 30 minutes. The last night might be that the water heater was turned off. The bathing water was getting colder and colder (winter is really bad). The next morning, the store complained that the store had to heat up the water heater for 30 minutes. Water supply. On the fourth day, I moved to the most beautiful cliff wines and lived for more than 100 yuan. The rooms are new and large, and the facilities are too good. This store is definitely not recommended in the off-season.

      2.56km from Myth Of Santorini
It’s a beautiful property at first glance but give it time. You will enjoy it IF you can live with unhygienic bed bugs, a washer that floods, one AC unit in the back bedroom leaving the rest of the property too warm, a heater in one of the bathrooms that spontaneously turns on and won’t shut off causing a fire risk, and an infestation of slugs, beetles and spiders on the main floor. There were 8 people in our party & we booked the main property from June 1-15. The property was advertised to sleep 8 people. In reality however there were only 3 rooms with 3 queen sized beds, enough to sleep 6 people not 8. We were told two people could sleep on couches in the living room, but these are regular couches not sofa beds. Instead of cancelling or complaining we just rented an additional unit from Afoura Houses across the Courtyard. In total we paid approx $7200.00 to the owners for our stay. We also ended up having to rent a car because the property is miles away from anything. So these were added unexpected expenses, but none the less we made the best of it, tolerating faulty appliances and all on top. The final straw however was on day 4 when we discovered the bed bugs. I have photos of the bed bugs and the bed bug bites on my son and his fiancé. I texted the property manager who did not respond until day 8, and by then we were all sleeping on the couches because the 2 bedrooms on the main floor had bugs dropping from the windows on us while we slept (I have video of this after being woken up by a slug falling on my head and a spider crawling out from under my pillow when I tried to see where the slug ultimately landed after I brushed it off me). When the property manager finally responded, he and the cleaner showed up and yelled at me for not telling them about the problem sooner??? I asked for a refund for our second week in the amount of $3000 out of the $7200, and an early checkout because no one wanted to stay here under these conditions and we needed to book a different place to stay. Instead the property manager returned unannounced and just let himself in and started spraying stuff on the bed with bed bugs WHILE MY SON AND HIS FIANCÉ WERE IN THE HOUSE! (It’s common knowledge you can’t fumigate a house with people in it due to the toxic chemicals required to kill bed bugs, and my son has asthma…now I was livid!). I asked the property manager for the owners details but he wouldn’t give them to me at first. When he finally did it was 10pm. My texts and calls were ignored by the owner (Evelyn) despite me apologizing for contacting her so late and explaining that the property manager, Konstantinos, held off from giving me her details, however we couldn’t wait because we needed to find alternate accommodations. My pleas were ignored. I had to move everyone to different hotels because we couldn’t find anything vacant together at the last minute (did I mention this was my first vacation with all my children and their partners in 5 years

A very nice suite with a very large terrace and therefore a very beautiful view of the caldera...but .... On their site there is a whole list of the services offered and promised with the suite...in reality it is missing many things...the welcome was very strange with a young person who seemed to be a novice...for each question she called the manager...a not very warm welcome... A bottle of wine was normally offered... .no bottle of wine...it arrived the next day (we had to claim)... No fruit basket or welcome drink... Very clean place but a musty smell sometimes quite gripping... The fridge sometimes made a lot of noise... The worst = the breakfast... not good at all... (cold omelette) industrial foods... At the privacy level... to access the suite... it you have to go through the suites on the ground floor and so you pass right next to a couple in their jacuzzi ... not very intimate ... Yes yes the view is magnificent but that we knows it... at the price of the suite we expect a little more high level service... Not a single message from the managers during the stay (3 nights)... While on their site it speaks of an exceptional concierge service !! And again the excuse of the COVID!!! For any information on the island at the time of Check in we were shown a map with the names of restaurants written !!!! No card offered!!! Why??? Because of COVID...I think this pretty much captures the spirit of what Santorini has become...a Las Vegas for tourists...exorbitant prices and terrible service...Tourist is a cash machine ... (The decor of the suite has nothing to do with the photos on their site)

I don't normally like to write a review but i feel compelled to leave a message to warn travellers. On Oct 27 2019, I booked Tataki Hotel in Fira/Santorini for 3 nights for my trip in late May 2020 via Booking.com. The terms and conditions were partial non-refundable for the 1st night and the other two nights would become non-refundable two weeks before my arrival date. However, due to Covid-19 pandemic, i had no choice but to cancel my entire May trip to Greece/Italy. I had written numerous messages to the property owner in early March to request for cancellation and asked if he could kindly waive the non-cancellation fee of the first night but I never heard from the property owner, not even a single courtesy reply. So i approached Booking.com, after several attempts, they managed to contact the property owner regarding my request but was told that he would not waive the non-cancellation fee but would offer a credit voucher. As the pandemic situation was very uncertain, i decided to forgo the 1st night charge and still prefer to cancel my booking. While going through my bank statements, i found out that I had been charged the full amount of 3 nights stay at the time of my booking on Oct 27, 2019. Under the booking terms and conditions, the payment was supposed to only take place when i check out the hotel. Again, i brought this issue to the attention of the property owner several times but to no avail. I had also brought to the attention of Booking.com this issue with supporting bank statement in March 2020. To my surprise, Booking.com assistants couldn’t locate the property owner on numerous occasions. This case dragged on for more than two months. Finally, Booking.com assistant managed to contact the property owner, he said he would look into this matter and revert in a week time but several weeks passed and still no news from the property owner. Eventually Booking.com took full responsibility and refunded me the full amount. Thanks to Booking.com, they have not failed me but I was very disappointed of the TaTaki Hotel attitude, I find that the property owner is unethical and deceiving. No matter how good the location is, i will not stay in this hotel ever.

Reach Santorini at 8:00 in the evening. It is the off-season. The buses outside the airport are closed. You can only go to the hotel. The hotel is within 10 kilometers from the airport and the 25 Euros. Machine, the cost is also 25 euros. At check-in, the hotel manager on duty upgraded the 2-bedroom suite, which has a large fried chicken room. The large bedroom has a balcony and the window is opened in the morning. Wow, the scenery is so amazing! Breakfast is a fixed food, almost unchanged every day, croissants, brownies, fruit juice, boiled eggs, a few slices of ham cheese, and thick Greek yogurt. From the balcony of the room, you can see the Blue Roof Church in National Geographic magazine in seconds. On the first day, I walked to the church, walked for 5-6 minutes, went to Fira, walked for 15 minutes, a small case, the next few buses to and from Fira's bus terminal, all by route 11. By the way, I praise the decoration style of the hotel. It is very elegant. Listen to the manager on duty, the house on the island is painted once a year, and 4 months a year are painted days.

In fact, the scenery is quite beautiful, but it is a bit unpleasant in the middle. After we arrived, we said that we had brought the children, so we were forced to add 100 euros a night. The children are 4 and 7 years old. I negotiated with him whether I could refund my reservation, but he disagreed. The location is OK, in the town of Fira, it is very lively and convenient for eating and shopping, and the scenery is also good, and it can shoot beautiful scenery. But it may be facing the sea, the outside table is gray

The hotel is outside Feda town. Without a car, movement is inconvenient. If it is a car rental, it is a good choice. Santorini is not big, and all attractions are convenient when driving. The hotel is new, the facilities are good, and the breakfast is very rich. Of course, this hotel is not on a cliff. If you want to experience the feeling of a cliff hotel, this one is not suitable.

We booked the Secret View Hotel for our long anticipated honeymoon. A few days before our arrival they called us to see if they could help us with any pre arrival arrangements which I thought was a lovely touch. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and a lovely cocktail - what a great start to our stay. We had a late dinner and the staff were so accommodating to us keeping the restaurant open a little later so we could eat there. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, so tatsy and well presented. We were given a lovely welcome note, platter of dried fruits and a bottle of sparkling wine in our room to celebrate our honeymoon which was so thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Maria checked us in and gave us all of the information we needed for our stay, she was excellent and so helpful. Breakfast is delicious and has a huge selection of both a buffet and al a carte menu. There are traditional Greek options as well as all the international favourites on offer. The staff at breakfast were great. All of the hotel facilities are amazing, super clean and the atmosphere is super relaxed and welcoming. The activities coordinators Alex and Elena are amazing and helped us organize lots of great things to do while we were there. The location is great just 10 mins walking from Oia and has the beautiful village of Finika on its doorstep. I would 100% recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone coming to Santorini.

Have just returned from a weeks stay in the Romance studio. Yiannis was excellent with communication before we arrived and arranged transfer from the airport. Always on hand to ask if needed anything. Kostas met us at the studio and was very informative on places to visit and things to do. He arranged a sunset cruise on a small traditional boat with just 2 other couples which was an excellent way to spend our anniversary. He also helped with booking and restaurant advice. He was always contactable if any queries and there to advise. Thanks so much to you both! Studio had everything we needed. Comfy bed, good shower, great A/C, kettle, coffee maker. Bottle of water was supplied every day and tea/coffee as required. Terrace was lovely with stunning views to the caldera. Ideal shade from the hot sun by the well established bougainvillea. Only issue was that it restricted some of the view. Would be perfect if cut back just a bit more! Many steps down from the square at Firostefani to the property so would recommend help with cases if you have any! Worth it for the nice quiet location. Hope very much to return soon and many thanks to Kostas and Yiannis again for making our stay so special!

In the most prosperous area, the traffic is particularly convenient. Nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and car rental services are all available. The front desk staff was very very very very enthusiastic and gave a few local maps to tell you how to play. Combining the strategies I made before, they complement each other perfectly, and the destination of the game is more clear! It is best to rent a motorbike in the local area. It is more convenient to go to the black beach and the red beach. There are also many wineries in the local area where you can go for wine tasting and the price is not expensive.

The rooms are more distinctive and have two balconies on each of the upper and lower floors. The standard cave hotel is unique and the scenery is very good. It was a little unpleasant thing. The children’s birthday cake was placed in the hotel’s refrigerator the day before yesterday. When the next morning, two cakes were missing. Asked the hotel front desk staff, the front desk did not know why this happened, because it was the children's birthday cake, the children were very unhappy, and I was also the first time in my life to live in a hotel. Its a good hotel and good price! No TV in the room if you dont care!Well you are there for vacation anyway why stay in the room when Oia Center is just walking distance. Its walking distance to Oia Village and you can make a shortcut instead of taking the other way you can take the way going to Oia Center. The owner is nice ,and since he is Greek so expect that he may be sound arrogant but he is not thats the Greek Way.His wife Ether is welcoming, she speaks few English. They change the bed everyday and they dont usually put new shampoo so I have to buy my own shampoo but maybe because I didnt ask.For tours you can go to NTS travel agency its walking distance .If you want to go on tour you can book the day before and you can alao book your airport transfers for 30 Euro. And they will Pick you up even 4am in the morning. The room has an excellent view and you can watch sunset from your room and you dont need to go to Oia Village to watch for it.There is a bakery that I love the bread.NTS agency is besides bus terminal and walk few meters then you can find the bakeshop besides the grocery stores.Ate at Thai restaurants and lots of restaurants nearby. Its safe in there even its 1 am you can go walking with no problem .Just bring flashlights to use if you are going to take the shortcut coz the path is made of stones intended for Donkeys so its easy for them to walk.During the day tour the tour guide says that they dont have a correct address or GPS doesnt work and the mailman knows all the people by name when they receive letters.I like the toilet of the hotel but I dont like the design coz the floor will get wet wheb you are taking shower. They have small ref inside the room.I will still stay here if ever im coming back to Santorini. They have a coffee and tea pot so you can just buy coffee from the stores and bring it back to your room. This is not good for elderly people who has problems with walking unless they have a car!

Cheap, very good location (just near to the Fira Bus Station), friendly staff. I could leave my luggage before check in time, even after checking out! I spent a night here, met some nice travelers, unfortunately they played music loudly until almost midnight. But it's okay as they stopped right at midnight so I could sleep well eventually. Overall, the hostel was good, although the room was kinda old (also the air cond, but it worked well). For me, it was just worth the price.

Our flight landed late so got to hotel at 11pm, tired, hungry and Gabriel got us settled. Brought us up a lovely array of food that the chef prepared such a welcomed treat. All throughout the holiday he ensured he did whatever to make our stay great Spirros The chef Spirros created amazing culinary Greek food all food creations from him, Zen and Eve ( culinary chef) were magic on your plate a feast for the eyes and so beautiful to look at . The attention to detail, presentation and taste were just unbelievable from their beautiful salad starters, Greek salads main courses, amazing fish dishes and deserts. This Greek food has me converted now from tomato balls, fava, amazing tzatziki’s . Food definitely 10/ 10. On top of that Spirros and his team seemed very happy working together like a lovely family. Always a great atmosphere coming from the kitchen and never waiting long either for dishes. It was my favourite restaurant in Fira as we did venture to Oia and Fira but always preferred Spirros, Zen and Eve’s food . As a team they truly look after their customers and always surprise with their great talent . Also as my daughter has food intolerances the hotel chef Spiris catered for her every need with spectacular food choices. Sorry for spelling your name wrong Spiros Pamela Well Pamela worked the bar and restaurant. Pamela is really exceptional, professional and experienced at her job . she always seems to be one step ahead and really knows the customer wants and needs . She will really go out of her way to ensure a great holiday experience. I hope the this hotel management invest in Pamela . I work in Human Resources and have a family business too so really know what exceptional service quality is and Pamela really should be trained for Hotel Manager. I saw how well she too trained Nondi the new recruit this week . Very patient and sincere in training so he knows how to do the job correctly Nondi is very new but a nice addition to the family of Milos Villas . All staff need investment from their management team . English is exceptional too from all the staff . Georgia in reception was always there too to help us out when required with her lovely manner and way with customers. The lovely lady that cleaned our room always had our room spotless with clean towels and bed linens everyda

Good point: friendly and pleasant staff, independent space from entrance, basic wine and 2 liters of bottled water, neat accommodation, close to bus stop and center, bus package available Normal: A little walk to Caldera, welcome tea made at any time in lobby, old minimarket nearby Bad: The salty taste in the shower, cold but no heating (as of the end of March

Very comfortable experience, the room is very nice The bathtub is facing the seaside on the non-cliff side of the holy island, and the green countryside is surrounded by the blue sea in the distance. On the first day, the room was relatively small and there was no kitchen. The second day was a little more expensive but the room was surprisingly large, but the bathtub had no privacy. The drinks and juices in the refrigerator are free to use, good experience

The hotel is in the center of Fira, and you can take the bus on the left side of the cruise ship 15-20 in a minute to the Fira transfer station. The bus fare 2-3 euro, don't do other cars with signs. The asking price 40-80 euro (really black), the hotel is a walk from the Fira transfer station 4-5 minutes, the overall feeling is comfortable and clean. Hotel service is thoughtful. Any place on the island to go to OIA (blue and white room) or Perrisa (black beach) has to take a bus at Fira transfer station. As for where the bus goes, ask the bus conductor directly. The fare 2-3 euro (I can't remember exactly, but in this section), if you want to play on the island for a few days, it is the most convenient. Fira transit station is convenient for any place you want to go.

You pay for the view and you are not disappointed , BUT you would also expect to be able tp emjoy your room and private pool without being annoyed by a loud music from the bar from 11am to 11 pm non stop . loud and very bad techno music ... when it s not your test , clearly it is terrible experience. aside from that ... which ruined our experience ... the suits we had was nice and the private pool also very nice (despite terrible smell from the restroom ....most of the personal is kind , the room service is excellent and from far the best experience in this hotel . Food is good also. but you clearly pay for the Caldera view and NOT for ... professional service and QUIETNESS . If you look for a place to relax and enjoy the view : RUN AWAY . If you like tehcno music loud then you will love this place .

I don't really know from where to start with !!! Everything was perfect from the start to the end! When we arrived, Mrs Poppy and the rest of the staff greeted us with the warmest welcome at the reception and we felt like we are home!!! The room is one of the best with a lot of space, comfortable mattress and beds , the bathroom is so unique and most of all it is always clean with clean towels and sheets every single day!! They also provide you transfer wherever you want and they even suggest you sights to visit! We did the catamaran tour and it was perfect! The pool area is so picturesque with a nice view, cocktails and delicious food that you can enjoy from breakfast to dinner with small gifts given to us! We didn't want to leave but we still have the bottle of wine they offered us as a gift for staying there at our check out! Seriously, i couldn't find a single fault!! Everything was and is perfect! Thank you Villa Manos ... Totally gonna visit you again!! Congratulations!!! 10/10

I do n’t know why the drinking water here is salty. I was very surprised. I wanted to give a good review. I did n’t expect that I was disappointed when I drank water! The room that the hotel took at one time didn't feel cleaned. Later, I changed another one and it felt good. I didn't expect that the drinking water was salty and I didn't feel it immediately.

      Akrotiri
Our second stay in Santorini and wanted somewhere away from heavy tourist footfall. This villa offers different bedroom capacities which are all separate with en suite facilities. Beds are comfy and not too hard. Breakfast is ordered the day before. Our suite was the highest level and afforded beautiful views across the Calder a. Our hot tub was fantastic and everywhere very clean. Walking into the little village of Akrotiri takes about 12 - 15 minutes and is steep in places but there is a path. There are local restaurants and two good quality supermarkets there as well as a pharmacy and bus stop to access the island. Bus fares are 2 euros. Therapy is a 20 minute bus ride away with stunning views en route. The service and attention we received from Marialena and her colleague during our 4 night stay was excellent. Some nights we didn't want to go out but enjoy our room and hot tub. Marialena sent us menus from local restaurants that delivered and we ordered through her. Fantastic stay thank you Summer Lovers and Marialena.

Because a villa in Fira was set before, the price/performance ratio is not as high as that, but the overall price of Oia is higher. The room has a large bed and two wide wooden sofas, which can accommodate four people. There are kitchen utensils, tableware, coffee machine, etc., coffee, honey, jam, dry bread simple diet. Electric water heaters, air conditioners, refrigerators, hair dryers are available. No toiletries and slippers. The location view is not the best in that room, but it is already beautiful. There is a distance from the drop-off point. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk. Please contact the waiter in advance. Someone will help you with luggage. Close to the castle, the castle is the best place to watch the sunset. Overall, it is not bad.

I will say the staff work hard with what they have to work with. The hotel has the view that was posted on pictures but the room was not. I could let that go but it was everything else . Hotel is in need of a major renovation. We were hoping to hang by the pool each day but it is small and run down. Not appealing. We asked to have a pick up from the port and arranged that with the hotel, it cost us $40 euro for 4 people, which we were fine with. They had two male staff come to meet our transfer and bring our luggage to the lobby which we were grateful for but the hard part was getting the luggage to our room. Our room was located down 150 cement stairs down steep… I mean steep stairs with no hand rails. Who doesn’t put hand rails.

Hotel service is particularly warm. Please book in advance. Otherwise, it is difficult to make a reservation. The boss said that the best scenery is the duplex room on the second floor. Let us take a look. It is really special.
