The location is on the other side of the most beautiful cliff in the town of Fira. It takes about half an hour by bus to get to the town of Fira. The bus fare to and from the town is 3.6 euros. It is only in the town that you can transfer to other attractions. In the winter, this area is basically All restaurant hotels are not open, find the only restaurant that is open and it takes about 25 minutes to walk. The hotel's room is very small, the bed is old and smudged. In the winter, there is only a thin blanket of wool (and old and smudged). The air conditioner does not heat up and the voice is too loud. After the complaint, the store insists on air conditioning. Can heat, not to change rooms (the three days all hotels are only us, there are several rooms available), only added two blankets to us. One night of staying for one night, there was a power outage for about 30 minutes. The last night might be that the water heater was turned off. The bathing water was getting colder and colder (winter is really bad). The next morning, the store complained that the store had to heat up the water heater for 30 minutes. Water supply. On the fourth day, I moved to the most beautiful cliff wines and lived for more than 100 yuan. The rooms are new and large, and the facilities are too good. This store is definitely not recommended in the off-season.

It is well located, near the sea parade, nice cafés and great chiringuitos.Perissa beach has everything you need and was for us the nicest one in Santorini. Rooms are very clean and there is a clean service everyday. The hotel is placed in a calm street,so no noises from cars or people And there are also renting car companies and a laundry just by the corner. We were surprised about how easily was parking our rented car all around Perissa eventhough it was high season. Please don't book the groundfloor rooms, they don't have any windows...There were a few missunderstandings at the beginning but they solved them doing the best they could do in that moment making the last two of our four nights awesome. The staff worried about clients and if there is no one at the reception they gave a few numbers you can text and call on whatsApp, which is very helpful. They have a great view to the proper Greek church, so don't leave without taking a few pics from the top area.

We stayed here in July 2019. We were given the 3 bedroom apartment which also included an outside terrace and a plunge pool. The outside area was beautifully kept and had two swing chairs which were very relaxing. The three bedrooms were made up of one double bed, two singles and bunk beds. All rooms were of a decent size and there was a large living room and kitchenette which was well equipped.. The shower was of good flow and there was a washing machine which meant I didn’t have to go home with lots of washing :j Apart from the plunge pool there was also a lovely pool with sun loungers and fixed umbrellas. The staff were very pleasant and only too happy to arrange any thing for us. The housekeeping was done everyday by smiley staff. The apartment was ideally situated near a supermarket and most fabulous bakery, The beach also was only a short walk away. The bus stop to Fira was also just about 5mins away. Restaurants are also close by Overall we had a great time here and would say it was more like staying in a high quality hotel with self catering. Thank you to Nicole and all the staff.

We only had the horor to stay for one week (7 nights) beeing invited here by our friends. The hosts were very friendly at anytime, but almost nothing our friends booked was real. The rooms were dirty, even if we requested several times to be cleaned. No tv, no microwave, not even a decent parking place for the car we rented. The beach is 500-600 m away (checked with google maps). The food at the bar was more expensive compared to that of the other restaurants. The beach was ok. Drunk personal almost every day, including owners. Our friend did request the transfer to airport but we waited in vain. Ultimately we requested at the nearby hotel Porto Perissa to help us with the transfer and they kindly provided one in record time (tank you!!). Also thanks to Porto Perissa Hotel we were able to book a room for the remaining time, as the owners of Pleasure Studios refused to let us stay until flight time (new booking). The price is too high. Ctrip relied on Google Maps for 21,100 nights. It was only 100 Euros. The price doubled. The pool was too dark. The first day I did n’t tell us to upgrade the room. The swimming pool is small and the water is dirty like a footbath. Swimsuit Leucorrhea thought it was a better room and said it was a little far away to drive us to see the house was too disappointing. The house next to the house was so disappointing. The flock of flies in the stump house was so humid that we were impressed with Santorini. The extreme foreigner waiter has a patience and can't ask any questions and wants to sell you tourism products. I just charge 7 euros more for one person and breakfast just started and I said that the above is free and the money is not charged below It ’s part of the charge. At the time of checkout, the above also charges 12.5 Euros. It ’s black. I ’m dead. I ca n’t eat better. The impression is too bad. The plane originally had to be scheduled to drop off at nine o'clock. The people at the hotel said that they would drop off at ten o'clock. The line was set at ten. As a result, the car didn't come until ten twenty. Finally they called for help. I ca n’t put the luggage in the trunk of the trolley. Finally, I put it on the back seat. The driver did n’t recognize the road. The navigation was broken all the way. I had to hurry and look at the surrounding environment. It ’s scary. The plane is late, or even the plane can't catch up

Hotel location is not very easy to find, you can contact the landlord to pick up the station dock in advance, stay free for more than three days, charge for three days or less. The breakfast is very good and will be delivered to the room every morning. There are microwave ovens, induction cookers and simple cutlery, which should be cleaned later. It is best to rent a car and talk to the landlord. The car rental company will send it to the hotel, and will not add other fees, just the daily rent. 10 euros of gasoline is enough to run for two days. Returning the car can be done at the airport or at the pier.

Came to the cave hotel in Santorini where I don't stay for a day. There is no traffic because of the road. The luggage is carried by the hotel staff. Don't worry, the service is very attentive. The scenery can be enjoyed 24 hours. The shortcoming of the United States and China is that there is often a power outage, and we only stayed one night to catch up. 😂

The hotel has a good location, located in the center of Fira, close to the bus station, and all attractions in Fira are within walking distance. The disadvantage is that the hotel room does not see the sea, only the top platform (public area) can overlook the sea, which is different from the description on the Internet. In addition, there are a lot of stairs up and down in the hotel, there is no elevator, and you should be careful when you have large luggage?

A highly recommended hotel. The reasons include: 1. The service staff was super enthusiastic, introduced the hotel and its surroundings proactively, gave maps and bus timetables, and asked questions and was very friendly. 2. The location is very good. It is very close to the bus terminal and rental terminal. Within 5 minutes walk, it is convenient to the airport, Oia and other attractions on the island. It is close to the cable car station and the lower cliff walkway, which is convenient for boating to the old port To volcanic islands and other attractions; there are many restaurants in the surroundings, including Chinese restaurants such as Yixiangju and Shifang; the Big Eye supermarket is nearby, which has a full range of products and is not expensive; a variety of ice cream in a dessert shop near the hotel Many, delicious, and worth a taste. 3. Although the hotel facilities are not new, the rooms are clean, comfortable and comfortable. 4. The rooftop on the top floor of the hotel is particularly recommended. It has a wide field of vision and a picturesque view of the volcanic island. The sunset is also particularly beautiful. I personally feel that it is not worse than the most beautiful sunset of Oia, and even has another taste. 5. Breakfast is delivered to the room. All in all, I feel that the hotel is very suitable for free travellers.

The price of seven or eight hundred in the off season is very suitable. Maybe there are not many off-season hotels on the island, especially the five-star ones, and the occupancy rate is quite high. But the front desk staff didn't look very enthusiastic, and asked her to arrange the two rooms together. The boss said unhappyly, you didn't say it before. As a service industry, do you have a basic sense of service? The same room type was booked, one for the east facing balcony with no sofa bed, and the other for the south facing balcony without sofa bed. The muscular man who helped with the luggage was still very good and gave him a tip for five euros. Hygiene is also good. Slippers and toiletries are provided. However, we usually only put two copies for the three of us. We have to ask the front desk for delivery, which is a bit troublesome. The location is a quarter of a clock away from the airport, and has its own parking lot, but it is very small, I don't know what will happen in the peak season. You do n’t drive yourself and do n’t know how to get there.

Just stayed at TFMH for a week & it really was a wonderful place to be based. Due to COVID there were a few changes to advertised services, notably breakfast but you are supplied with very generous provisions in your room & it was no trouble at all to get replacements. Vana is a lovely host, friendly & very helpful. She arranged transfers to & from local tavernas & also gave me a lift to see the sunset at the lighthouse one evening. The place is run very much with COVID in mind with allocated sun beds & entrances/exits. I was lucky enough to be upgraded & my room was charming & very comfortable. Akrotiri is a quiet resort but the local village had a reasonable choice of tavernas & there were more by the sea. There are good bus services to Fira with onwards connections but be sure to check times locally as they are subject to change. All in all a very enjoyable stay, perfect for a relaxing week - I would not hesitate to return in the future ...

Very nice villa, location is good, both sides are landscape, facing the volcanic island, cruises often pass through the waters in front of them. It is also close to the town square. I ordered a two-bedroom suite. On the ground floor, the room was clean and slightly humid. In addition to the two large beds, there is also a very wide wooden sofa. The whole suite can accommodate five people. There are refrigerators, kitchenware, tableware, coffee machines, air conditioners, etc. There is also a small amount of drinking water, coffee powder, honey, jam, rusks and other simple foods. You don't need slippers and toiletries. The manager and waiter were very good. The small yard is full of vines, and it is pleasant to sit on the small terrace on the second floor. Compared to the one behind me in Yading, the price is super high!

In the most prosperous area, the traffic is particularly convenient. Nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and car rental services are all available. The front desk staff was very very very very enthusiastic and gave a few local maps to tell you how to play. Combining the strategies I made before, they complement each other perfectly, and the destination of the game is more clear! It is best to rent a motorbike in the local area. It is more convenient to go to the black beach and the red beach. There are also many wineries in the local area where you can go for wine tasting and the price is not expensive.

Where do I begin with this place? Me & my husband spent 6 days here in mid October, it was an absolute dream! I am use to staying at 5 star or 4 star hotels, so was nervous about staying here as the rooms really do matter to me, but it was all so perfect! Would love to give it more stars if i could - you honestly won’t be disappointed On arrival, we was greeted & shown around by one of the lovely ladies. We had face masks, hand sanitiser & anti bacterial wipes that were given which was nice during this current situation. House keeping was done daily too. The location was perfect, the views from our room was amazing, we had the views of white painted villages which was stunning & perfect for the famous sunsets! A walk 30 seconds down and you have multiple restaurants at your fingertip - not to mention a 10/15 min walk down you are in Fira the capitol which has all the restaurants, desserts, excursions, cable cars, shopping and so much more! Couldn’t have found a better location. If you are planning to go i’d highly recommend our suite which is the ‘Melanthi’ Master suite bedroom - we have the best views & the most privacy for our room & outdoor hot tub. This is the only room as well that has an indoor pool in the room as well as the outdoor! The rooms were spanking clean, bathroom was a lovely cave style bathroom with double showers & sinks. The room was really big too felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. You had your own kitchen area, two TVs! A vanity area, sofa area, and bluetooth speakers too which a lovely added bonus. Only cons I would say that needs improving is the breakfast, We wasn’t the biggest fan of it, can do with some improvements. In addition, the outdoor hot tub was starting to flake / peel off which was my only proper concern. Other than that, our stay was perfect! I can’t wait to go back, the value for money was really good. I have a full video tour on my instagram. @itsmyshh ☺️

We were only there for three nights and for that period of time, as a base, Ambience was ideal. Only a short walk down to the main commercial areas and the cliffs. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom with towels changed daily. The breakfast at poolside was perfectly adequate and always fresh. The only slight downside was the position by a busy road which meant that sitting round the pool was a little noisy and occasionally you would smell the traffic fumes. For a short visit however it was a great base for those few days.

Booked this hotel via Expedia as a result of its central location, which as it turns out is perfect and certainly a reason to stay here. Hotel is around 4 minutes walk from the main bus station of Fira which is the main hub for busses on the island. Busses from the airport to Fira bus station take approximately 20-25 minutes and cost €1.80 per person, bus stop straight outside the arrivals door (minimal service depending on arrival time, so best to check in advance). Oia and the beach resorts on the south / west of the island are also reachable within around the same time. We were checked in to room 1 after a couple of minutes wait for the cleaning to be completed. Strangely, room 1 is downstairs from all the other rooms and is accessed by a door straight onto the breakfast room. This didn’t bother us at all but some may find it a little weird. It meant that for most of the time the room was extremely quiet, with no road or other noise at all. During breakfast time though the room was noisier with people milling about, chairs being pushed under tables etc just outside the door. The room itself was extremely large, running to double or treble the size of the the other rooms upstairs (judging by the size of building etc) with a separate large area for luggage storage to the left on entry. The room was clean, plenty of power sockets where they need to be and the bathroom well equipped (shower excellent). Being downstairs the room didn’t have many windows, with only two small windows at height, with one opening to the stairs down to the room, this required a curtain over it at all times. One slight gripe was that the ‘curtains’ were to prevent people seeing in only and in no way prevented the light from entering the room. With the walls being painted white this meant an extremely bright room early in the morning, not great for those who arrived late or wanted a lie in. Breakfast was decent enough, choices of cereal, fruits, various glasses made up with granola and Greek yogurt and some items in warmers. We found these to be hit and miss for availability, suggesting replenishment could be better. Reception were helpful when enquiring about access to the ferry port and offered to book a transfer for us if the public bus would not suffice. As it happened the bus was adequate, taking 20 minutes and again costing around 2 euros each. Reception staffed from 8am until midnight. Plenty of food options right around the hotel, with the pedestrianised famous winding streets of Fira centre approximately 1 minute walk away up the hill. A no frills hotel centrally located for the main sights of Fira town. If I were looking for this kind of stay again I would consider this hotel.

The cliff walkway at the door and the sea open the window. The location of the hotel is the most beautiful section of the whole Santorini. I immediately recommended it to a friend who was going to visit in the next two days, and it was also full of excitement and amazement. 3. Walk along the cliff trail to Fira Town for about 20 minutes (the two places are 1 km apart), or there is a bus stop on the road behind the hotel. The plane arrived at Santorini at one o'clock at noon, the airport bus left, and we had to take a taxi to Fira (only 5-6 kilometers, 25 euros per car). At 2 o'clock from Fira on the cliff trail to Oia, I did not expect the road to be so difficult, although it is worth remembering. Arriving at Oia at 5:30 pm, it was dark and we could not find the hotel. Fortunately, we met a Chinese girl who took us to the place where chick in was found. It was actually easy to find, just at the bus terminal (Figure 1). The hotel is better than expected. Although there are no windows, the interior is very large and does not feel oppressive, warm and comfortable. The door opens to the sea and the two blue-top churches.

From the moment we arrived and got picked up from the airport, we had the perfect holiday. We were welcomed with champagne each and Sakis ran us through the area, the room and all amenities. It was hard to concentrate when you have the most amazing view of the Caldera, sea and volcano in front of you. Mind blowingly beautiful. Within 10 minutes of arrival we jumped into the infinity pool! We received a champagne A La Carte breakfast every morning and you put your order for breakfast in the day before. It was perfect every morning. We stayed in the senses suite which was fun and querky and right outside the pool with the most amazing view you will ever see. I've seen previous people say about bad water pressure from the shower but I didn't think so at all. The area is also perfect, and is a 10 minute walk into the heart of Thera. Very easy to get to Oia from Thera too. The walk to Thera from the hotel is the most beautiful walk you will ever do. We much preferred Thera to Oia. Lastly an extra special thank you to Sakis, who helped me plan a proposal to my girlfriend at sunset. He went the extra mile and lit candles and made the evening so special. I can not recommended Alta Vista Suites enough. Best holiday we have ever been on. And Santorini is just magical.

The location of the hotel is very good, just on the cliff, it looks beautiful. But when the faucet is turned on in the bathroom, it smells very bad, just like opening ten rotten eggs in front of you, the whole room will smell bad. The premium suite we booked was the corner room, and other rooms had to pass through the yard at our entrance, and the room with the same type and price had better view and privacy. The room was always empty. No one came until we left... Due to flight problems, we were delayed by one day to the hotel. We discussed with the hotel whether we could upgrade the room one day. The hotel kept saying that it was fully booked. We said it would be okay to pay for another day, but the front desk of the hotel was very perfunctory. The room in the outdoor pool is available when there is a vacancy, and booking can also be booked ~ just to lie to us that there is no room to upgrade😂 The hotel staff who help with luggage and room service are very enthusiastic and have a very good attitude Hygiene is not cleaned every day. One day after we put a sign and did not clean, we didn’t put a sign that didn’t clean and didn’t clean it again.😂😂 There are two car rental companies next to the hotel, the prices are both 40-55 Euro/day, the lowest car type, the hotel’s car of the same grade costs 75 Euro/day... Don’t rent a car through the hotel reception😂

Excellent experience. the house owner is very hospitable and helpful. they help pick me up and transport my luggage. the location of this room is great and you can take lots of beautiful photoes for the sunset while you don't need to stay in the crowded. the location of this room is gorgeous, with the balcony and spa bathtub. there are lots of food in this room( milk, beverage and biscuits) although they didnot supply breakfast. he also helped us rent a car and gave us lots of useful information about this island. what's more, the house owner Dimitris gifted us a couple of souvenir when we left the house. good experience and hope we have chance to back once more.

We stayed here only very briefly, as our flight arrived very late and we were only staying one night. The owner was very nice. The late check in was no problem, and he even helped my husband carry our bags to the bus stop the next day because I was on crutches and couldn't carry anything. The hotel is truly right next to the beach--2 minutes and you're there. We quite enjoyed the beach at Perissa. The area is much less crowded and touristy than Oía, which was a plus for us, and this also means hotel prices are lower. The local bus comes right by the hotel (a 1 minute walk), and from there you can get anywhere on the island for really cheap. There is also a motorcycle and ATV rental place right next to the bus stop, as well as several shops and restaurants and an ATM. Our only issue was that since I ended up getting hurt the day before, our plans had to change, and we hoped to find some sort of car or bus tour at the last minute since walking wasn't much of an option. We asked the owner if he knew of any companies we could contact, but there was enough of a language barrier that he couldn't help. It was a great experience overall and it was too bad we couldn't stay longer!

We stayed in this gorgeous villa for two nights for my partner’s 30th. I had communicated with Laura (the concierge) in advance to advise her of our arrival. The communication was always speedy and she did everything she could to make our stay special. On arrival, she had decorated the entire villa with balloons, cakes, candles, cards, birthday pillows etc. As we walked in, she had already organised to have the candles on the cakes lit and played the happy birthday song for him. It was truly thoughtful and special. I am so so grateful for her sweet efforts. She even took videos of our entrance and the decor and sent it over right away so we could watch the special moment over again. Laura was on hand at any given second with advice and recommendations, and I cannot be more grateful. The villa itself was incredibly clean and chic and comfortable. Breakfast on the balcony was special- the view is beautiful and I woke up for sunrise each day and the balcony has the best view for this! We stayed in the gold suite, and had a private infinity jacuzzi- this was the highlight of the villa. The jacuzzi lit up a beautiful blue hue in the evening, and was very warm. You have spectacular views of Santorini with all the lights lit up in the far distance. The breakfast was also lovely in the morning! The villa is in a quiet location, away from the busy touristy towns Oia and Fira.. we much preferred to stay in this area and travel around to other towns as it was more quiet and relaxing and not touristic at all- which we prefer. However, it is very close to a lot of the main attractions too- lighthouse, red beach etc, as well as some great restaurants. Oia was only a 35 minute drive away, so the location was just perfect. We briefly also met the owner, who was also incredibly friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend a stay here, not only for the beauty of the villa and the location, but for the warm and hospitable team running it and the incredible service provided, which in my option makes the stay far more pleasurable.

We came to santorini and first booked at strogili traditional homes. We found that location to be very well reviewed and suitable for families. What we found upon arrival it was a very small room, great views and decent service but accommodations that were just far too small and spartan for our taste and for our family of four. We decided to find another place and booked this mansion even though it was at an additional cost lost to the other place. How many times you going to go to Santorini in your life? Gotta do it right, right?!? So glad we did Without hyperbole, this is one of the finer properties that we’ve ever had the opportunity to stay at. The location - It was unique in that we were able to stay in different locations during our same trip. There are pros and cons for this location. I didn’t hesitate booking it because it was rated a 10 on location; this is directly related because of the views of the sunset. With the sunset views comes the crowds, especially in high season, that surround the home. We almost felt like a movie star celebrity of some sort because you are behind your gated compound with ridiculous views with ample space where you can do jumping jacks and calisthenics and outside the gate there are scores of people crowded like at the front row of a rock concert trying to get a view with their smart phone of the ensuing sunset. There is an element of pleasure in that you are living in the exact spot where tourists are taking pictures and doing selfie’s throughout the day. This only applies to the patio. At the top roof deck it’s game over, you feel like you are the king of the castle and on top of the world. The sunset views are ridiculous. Quite possibility one of the most gorgeous we’ve ever witnessed. In terms of proximity towards markets and restaurants were walking distance to several - check my profile for other reviews - we also recommend paradox Thai (because they deliver which is great, especially if you’re near sunset time). The house - It is a four bedroom mansion. This house is perfect for four couples that are traveling together. We had way more space than we needed for us and our 3 year old and 4 month old, but we appreciated it especially given the contrast from our previous hotel. There are three bathrooms throughout the home in total. When honestly we have stayed in better bed or bedroom/bathroom combinations, but the main living space, the front patio deck, the top roof view, and the spa/mini pool on the roof made up for the more pedestrian bedroom accommodations. There’s ac units throughout and Beautiful barrel vaulted living room and dining room areas that are picturesque remind you that you’re living in a piece of history. Kitchen set up for a butler style layout. It’s accessible through a separate entry. It’s a full working kitchen for a mansion. The house has a phenomenal Sonos System that after I got the hang of the control, gave us wireless fidelity speakers w individual co

We got married at Rocabella and it has been an experience that we will always remember. We got married on the 8th of September 2020 on an open terrace. The wedding planners Katerina and Maria were fabulous, proactive and designed the big day in a great result. I highly recommend the place for a wedding ceremony and party. The hotel itself is so luxurious and in a beautiful setup. The view is breathtaking and the suites very traditional an elegant touch of decoration. They have a great anti-Covid policy and everything feels very safe to use. The food and wine were amazing in the restaurant. The receptionists were always happy to help and very professional. The only things that I did like were the pool was extremely cold and I could not enjoy my swimming, the decoration of the suites should change and they should put a safety ribbon on the stairs as they can become very slippery if you are walking around the room with wet feet AND dangerous. Nobody wants to fall down and hit themselves on their wedding day...

Breakfast is so-so, no coffee is provided, there are three beds that can sleep six people, the air conditioning effect is not obvious in winter, the location is good, just below the sunset location, very close.
