The best experience in Germany, the hotel is 2 minutes walk from the S line, there is a supermarket 500 meters, and there is a good restaurant next to it. We added 10 euros to upgrade the room, there is a sofa bed, the room is very clean, breakfast is German traditional breakfast, bread, ham, cheese and coffee, not bad 😄

Myself, my 3yo daughter and my parents stayed 5 nights in the family suite. The pictures do not do the family suite justice. There is a first bedroom on the entry floor that has 2 single beds and a small full bathroom. There is also a closet and little desk. Not a lot of space for large suitcases on the entry floor. A set of steps leads up to a second large open concept room with a sitting area (2 couches, a coffee table, fireplace and TV), with a first single bed near the stairs, a second single bed off to the side of the sitting area, and a double bed (or rather, a single large bed made by pushing two smaller individual beds together) partially separated from the others by natural beaming. The family suite is at the top of the hotel. That upper level has a stand-alone shower oddly positioned in the middle of the room with fogged glass doors and a sink next to the shower stall. A separate toilet room is on the other side of the room from the shower stall. More than ample space on the upper floor for our family's 2-week trip worth of luggage. Beds were super comfortable, lots of room to relax. I speak German but the staff spoke more than sufficient English. The only negatives are that the elevators do not take you to the floors you need. Like, the elevator goes to a landing between floors so that you either walk up a flight or down a flight to get to the halls with the rooms. Not very great when we arrived tired and late at night and then had to lug our 2-weeks worth of luggage up the stairs. Also, the water pressure was absolutely terrible and the wifi didn't work so well. This was part business trip, so having disrupted wifi wasn't the best. Despite all that, we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Planning to go again in April as a matter of fact. As for location, this hotel is on a main roadway off the traditional tourist path. That's good for getting places as the tram runs right along the street and you can easily get to the Marienplatz and main train station. Also good for getting food and minor groceries (no microwave or fridge or coffee pot in the room, but we bought some produce and dry goods to make some meals in our rooms, like PB&J). It was not good for noise at night. The traffic is pretty steady through midnight and there are a number of eateries/bars nearby open very very late. But the noise didn't stop us from sleeping well. One last point - it is not air conditioned. But all the windows open and you can get a nice breeze. I would not stay here in the height of summer. But in fall when the nights get cool, it was perfect. There are many radiators in the room, so I'm sure in combination with the fireplace the room can be kept pretty warm. Even if not, the blankets provided are amazingly comfy and warm.

In the Munich hotel, the hotel is very cost-effective, the room is quite large, the facilities are complete, it is very new and modern, and we walked from the old town square for half an hour. We called the taxi from the old town, was detoured, paid 20 euros, lost There is a supermarket downstairs, which is more convenient at 8 o'clock in the evening. Good breakfast, eggs are delicious, and there are many types of fruits. You can also store your luggage for free and listen to the recommended ones.

The hotel‘s location is good if you are using car or public transportation, however on the same time, the hotel is therefore next to the railway and to a huge road junction with heavy traffic. If you are lucky you will get a quite room to one of the courtyards, however this means also no real view out from your rooms. The hotel building is a relatively newly constructed structure, however it is totally not understandable why the hotels own underground parking’s capacity is so limited. The underground parking was always full during our recent 5 days stay in that hotel, therefore we had to use the alternative outdoor parking lot next to the hotel, under one of the bridges close by. These alternative parking lots however were not comfortable, because they cannot reached directly from the hotel, although there is a door which would theoretically allow this... instead, you have to walk through the dark and a bit dirty bridge area, crossing the busy street and walk to the main entrance. This parking is also not barrier free, but the hotel charges you the same daily parking fee of 22€ than for the way more comfortable underground parking. The theoretically available connection door is not equipped with a card reader or video surveillance for remote openings — this is absolutely not understandable, why the hotel is not trying to make their guests stay more enjoyable and easier, especially if they charge the same parking fee for these dirty plots. The rooms are very small, but equipped with everything you will need. Breakfast buffet can be very busy in the morning hours — but this is also explained by the check in staff. Overall, the location is not the nicest one, next to big transport routes, however the hotel gives you good value for the money. They should pay more attention to small and inexpensive details, like the comfortable connection to their external parking lots, or keeping these parking areas clean and tidy.

I was in Munich for Bauma Show and had booked my hotel a bit late this one had some of the last room available in all Munich and at some kind of a ''reasonable price''. I did not have much expectations, but in the end I really enjoyed my stay. Super Clean, modern and comfortable. Further more the proximity to the Laim Train Station was a must 4 or 5 station from hauptbahnhof. Would/will definitely book again for a future stay in Munich.

Novotel is a business hotel, and there are some. The advantage of this home is the geographical location, close to the subway station, you can go directly to the airport by s1 or s8. It takes half an hour to walk to the city center. There are several restaurants and a supermarket around, and it is convenient to eat. Surrounded by office buildings, google, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, etc. are nearby, is the first choice for business travellers of major companies. The shortcomings are also obvious, the bath water is normal, and the shower water without Pull*** is large. It is not twenty-four hours to sweep the floor. The cleaning was finished after three in the afternoon. However, the location of Pull*** is not as good as this one. Although there are subway stations, it is necessary to take the subway from Pullul*** to the city center. It is not accessible, and it is surrounded by residential areas and cemeteries. It is not convenient for business trips. So this Novotel is still the first choice for business trips. The gym is small but empty, and only once met a person, most of the time is no one. There is a balcony outside the gym, and there are chairs on the balcony to sit and watch. The hotel also has a sauna.

The decoration style is very modern, similar to W hotel, there is a welcome drink and valet parking luggage delivery service upstairs, the hotel bar is hi at night. The room also has a lot of details. The only thing is that the room is relatively small and the balcony is large, but there is no view. It should be used for smoking. , Munich has more traffic lights, trams feel more convenient Overall feels good, highly recommended

I arrived at the hotel at 18:30 and said that the room had not been waiting for 10 minutes. Then I was told that the room was full and I was arranged to live in another hotel 400 meters away. I have booked and confirmed it in late July. I don’t know Ctrip and the hotel. Confirmation is late or for other reasons, although the waiter's attitude is very sincere, but still very upset. For this reason, I also paid 3 hours of parking fees (2.50Euro/hr, 40.00Euro/day)😒 Note: The score is not objective because the hotel is not staying at the hotel.

The location is very good, very close to the Deutsches Museum, passing through a green belt and a very beautiful river. And even walking to Munich city centre and Marianne Square is 20-30 minutes. And the separation of a river makes the hotel very quiet. And next to the hotel is an Audi 4S shop, you can go in and see the price of Audi in Germany, haha But I have to say that the conditions inside the room are really average. I am giving the room type with a loft inside the top floor. The bedroom was very small, and I could only put down a bed. I was very happy to see that the bedroom was pushed out and there was a large terrace. But then I found that the terrace was completely connected to the next door, which was not in line with the Chinese people’s habits. It also makes people feel unsafe. The air conditioning in the room is almost equal to the display, plus a few days just arrived in Munich, the sun is shining, it is very hot. So it is difficult to sleep at night. I don't know if it is only the top floor room type. This is an apartment-style hotel with a kitchen in the room. If you want to cook for yourself, it is very convenient. I don't know what it is. In the few days we stayed, we saw that almost half of the tourists in the hotel were Indians. The room area was full of curry.

This is a very cost-effective European hotel, the same price, better than the Marriott next door. First of all, the location is very convenient. It is 300 meters on foot from the subway station. The Lufthansa Express Bus at the airport is also at the entrance of the subway station. It can be 10 Euros from here to the airport, 15 minutes. The room was very good, I stayed in a superior room, but the facilities were great and new. There is a capsule coffee machine, there is a glass bottle of water (with a gas without a gas), there are bathrobe slippers, the towel is very thick. The room is very soundproof and the curtains are perfect. Room attendants are well trained and not as cold as most hotels. Book breakfast at the front desk for 26 Euros at check-in, which is a few dollars cheaper than direct signing. There are many kinds of fruits, a lot of fruits, and a handsome little brother will make you an egg roll.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel while we were in Munich to see the Christmas markets. The hotel's very convenient to the train station -- it's an easy walk of a mile or so. It's also convenient to the Christmas markets; the few stalls at Senlinger Tor are very close, and it doesn't take long to get to the markets at Marienplatz. The hotel is very modern and clean. Bedrooms seem to be on the smallish side; there's not a lot of room to maneuver around the bed(s). But bathrooms are a decent size. We didn't try the breakfast, which seemed rather expensive (19 Euro per person!). But there are many restaurants and stores nearby where you can purchase food. All rooms are several floors up (the lobby is up a flight from the ground floor, and guest rooms start on the floor above that), so there's virtually no street noise even though the hotel's located in a fairly busy pedestrian area.

There are many people in the hotel in the Middle East, but the security is basically no problem. Breakfast was western style, and the porridge rice was not seen, the children should be free. It was confirmed that there was no need for an extra bed for the child when checking in at the front desk, but extra beds were available in the rooms for a few days (large bed 2 meters, activity extra bed 1 meter). We stayed here during the Christmas Markets. It was an easy walk from the Salingertor Station (be sure to use the correct exit which has an up escalator but no down escalator). There is a lot of construction in the area and heavy traffic,so exiting on the correct exit is a must! Coming from the airport with luggage, exit the metro car at Marinplatz and change lines to one going to Salinger Tor station. It is an easy walk with no luggage but with luggage and the crowds at the market, we decided to change lines. The check in was easy and friendly. Our prepaid reservation was without breakfast but they did have it available as well as a nice small bar. The elevator is very small but it held both of us and our luggage which is very small. The room was filled with charming antique furniture so if you want new and matching, this is not for you. The room was clean and the linens were nice. Our only complaint was the soap/body wash/shampoo was limited. We asked for more and received it with no problem. The gentleman at the front desk remembered our name and room number each time we saw him, even when we checked out for a few days and returned for a second stay. It is close to everything but away from the craziness.

Service: The service is very good. The blond girl's front desk girl is not only beautiful but also very warm, and her English is very good. She also gave us a map of Munich.
