Hotels Near Nahkurintalli In Lohja Review
What a wonderfull hotel in Tampere Finland. The 1930 style are renowned very carefully .Details are important here. All was good details, room, bed supper in Bistro of their own and breakfast. Morning porridge with cardemum twist was an excellent idea of
The breakfast is very good, the typical Finnish hotel style, the choice is not too much, but enough. It is very close to the train station and the city center. This is the 5th time to come to Tampere, everything is so familiar and friendly!
Hoidot kannattaa varata ajoissa ennen saapumista. Ravintolat olivat hyvät varsinkin pitseriassa hyvät pitsat. Kaiken kaikkiaan tuli tunne että hotellin asiakkaat olivat toissijaisia lomaosakkeen omistajin verrattuna. Because Covid-19, our visit moved from spring to fall. The room was behind the hotel in the apartment building because the main building is only for share or apartment owners. Room 11th floor, with a great view of Lake Näsijärvi. would have been even more wonderful in good weather. Spacious living room with separate bedroom, sauna/bathroom and separate toilet. Bathrobes and slippers in the room. In the living room Sofa and armchairs, dining table and large TV. Large refrigerator and kitchen cabinets with no basin or faucet. Some dishes and a microwave, kitchen cabinets do not have a sink or tap(the toilet tap gets water). The cleanliness of the sauna was not very strange. Snuff bag on a bench and floor trash, which I announced at the reception and they promised to take care it. When we came back into the room we checked the sauna and there was nothing done other than the rinsed floor, the snuff bag still on the benches, cleaned away myself(Yuck). I called the reception and told about it and they apologized. The room safe did not work because the batteries were exhausted and could only be replaced by a service. The maintenance man did not visit the room although I mentioned at the reception. If this had been a normal hotel there would have been some refund offered, but no. The spa was quite small, thankfully there was no congestion Thu-Sat. The restaurants were good especially pizzeria, there were good pizzas. Overall, there was a feeling that the hotel’s customers were seco
This hotel is a self-catering serviced apartment and can only enter the apartment within the specified time via the code received via email. It can be said that it is all self-service... We arrived too early, so we were "turned out"... We took the initiative to ask for help from the café nearby. The staff were very nice and willing to help us keep our luggage temporarily! When I arrived at the check-in time at 16:00, I did not receive the password, so I could only ask for help from Ctrip. Finally, Ctrip gave me the password. I was really drunk... I need to go through 3 password doors to enter the room, so I feel very safe. There is a way to enter the bank vault. a feeling of. When I entered the room, I felt very warm. It was the first time I saw such a welcome ceremony. It was very special! The room is also very large. The sofa can be pulled out to become a double bed. In principle, it should be able to accommodate 4 people. There is also a microwave, kettle and refrigerator in the room. The location of the hotel is still very good, about 400-500 meters away from the bus station, and the main pedestrian street is the main pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants.
Typical Finnish hotel breakfast, ok The city itself is small, so the location is also ok The room is small and expensive, this price I live in the domestic five-star more than enough, or the luxury five-star kind. Nordic prices are so, not evaluated The attitude of the Finnish service industry is very good, this is no exception Small room, small bathroom, small gym, small swimming pool
Hotel location is good, close to the city center, shopping and shopping is more convenient. Service staff is also good, breakfast is good, just need to clean each corridor
There is a Scandic on each side of the train station, which is easy to go wrong. The department store Stock*** is on the side of the City, and the other side is the Station. The breakfast is the same every day. You can consider bringing some instant noodles.
Not in the city center, but close to the lake and the attractions, the room is large, especially the bathroom, breakfast is good, even eating for 3 days will be a bit greasy, the surrounding environment is great, self-driving will be more convenient.
Courtyard Tampere is the first Marriott hotel in a "small" city in the whole Scandinavia. The other Marriott locations are Stockholm (11), Copenhagen (4) and Helsinki (4). Hotel was opened in January and everything was still new and shining in mid-July. The rooms are on two sides of a narrow 11-floor building and you have views either to the city in the West or to woods in the East. We had the latter. No matter whether you are low or high (we were on the 8th) - you see always woods, a street and the parking lot. The room offered just enough space for two. It was clean and silent and the blackout curtain made it dark to sleep. This is very important in the Northern summer when the sun is shining even in the night. The 55" TV screen is too wide! The adjustment of the temperature did not work: we set it in 19 and it gave 23 degrees. There was a facility to make coffee or tea. The system was built in a cupboard that was difficult to use and the steam from boiling water flew out. The coffee was based on Nescafe Cupsolo that is not a "green" solution because it makes extra rubbish: a small tough plastic cup and a thick aluminium cover which cannot be separated from each other except "with my little fingers". A very long minus! Ordinary "nescafe" mixed with boiled water is better. And cheaper, too! We paid with Marriott Bonvoy points: 12500 points was the only alternative and it did not include breakfast. At least in these kind mid-price hotels in Scandinavia breakfast is normally included in the room price. Another minus. The third minus is the expensive outdoor parking. We had to leave the car in a public street about 500 meters from the hotel. However, we had been travelling and taking part in a funeral and were tired of the day. This was a good place to overnight with deep sleep. Good for us! Extra bonus for the hotel is the neighboring Tampere House with its concert hall and the world's only Moomin museum. Neighboring Sorsapuisto park is nice for short walks. Last but not least: the personnel in the reception were very polite and helping - a big plus. Real "VIP"s to the company!
The train station is on the way out, breakfast is OK, the hotel facilities are old, almost the same as domestic Samsung, but the location is very good.
The rooms very very clean and had a warm welcome feeling (woolen blanket, rocking chair, lamb etc.). The personnel at the reception were most friendly and helpful. It was also great that you were able to go to Torni hotel (opposite of this hotel) for breakfast or dinner, if you wanted. Great location.
Very nice little hotel, the windows in the rooms are large and can be opened. The separate kitchen and bathroom are clean, kitchen utensils are available, and there is a microwave oven and oven. There is a folding bed in the room. If you want an extra bed, it is estimated that you will fill in a more one. Going out is a small supermarket, and you can solve the meal by buying some pre-adjusted food. The variety of breakfast is not rich, but the taste is OK.
My 5 year old daughter and I stayed for one night in a refurbished room, the Superior King Bed. The moment I opened the door, my daughter yelled: "The room is so small!" The room was quite small, although nicely refurbished but somehow lacked personality and was very cold and unfriendly. No unique character at all, just plain boring and empty looking. I wonder where the superiority of the room shows because nothing in my opinion was superior: not the room, not the amenities (which were non-existent), not the bed, not the bathroom, not the view. Why Superior when in fact it is just a normal hotel room with nothing extra or special to offer? Earlier guests had locked the safe so I had to phone the reception but there is only a tablet for calling. There is no information provided on how to use the device so I had to guess and push every button to get it operational. The reception was quick to come and fix the problem. Unfortunately I didn't check the bathroom and the toilet before reception came by since the toilet seat was not cleaned properly and it was clearly dirty. I would think that during a global pandemic, Covid-19, hotels would do everything to ensure their clients a safe and clean hotel room but that didn't seem to be the case here. Beside the dirty toilet, there were dirty glasses provided for guests in the room. The room was not quiet: you could hear every sound from the corridor and the noise from other rooms was also very loud sometimes. We visited the spa where the shower rooms and saunas were completely renovated but the spa itself was left untouched although it is already quite old. There were two separate areas for small children, bigger children might get bored since there is only the main pool with quite deep water and the Jacuzzi pools. The A la carte restaurant was OK, we were really hungry and ate pizza which was just OK, nothing special. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but I did get the feeling that everything was very cheap. Just processed foods, nothing fresh or from local farmers or other local providers. Just plain bulk food, cheap and displayed in an unappetizing manner. Overall our stay was disappointing and I would not like stay again!
Not as easy to get to as it first appeared - nearby motorway is easy to get on to but a bit more convoluted to get from it to the hotel, so if you’re driving make sure you know the route. If coming from the south just come off the motorway from Turku / Hameenlinna and keep going straight. Easy, free car parking, and petrol station next door. Very friendly, but reception closes around 6pm. 15 minutes or so to walk into town. A few restaurants about 5 minutes walk away. Nice big room, with fridge, microwave, iron and coffee, though this was an upgrade from the basic booking. Very comfortable bed. Good blackout curtains to help sleep (probably the best of my whole trip) Good sauna and pool – evening only, though pool can be accessed at other times on request. Very good breakfast - don't miss the blood sausage, exactly like a good British black pudding.
I cannot imagine a better hotel to prepare for a major operation.Quiet and comfortable with excellent snacks available, served with a style to reprove that one doesn't need to travel further to get the best service. Sorry for making compliments even while they are due!
Would highly recommend this place. Stayed for 4 days with wife and 2 babies. Clean and well appointed. The key code system was great and easy to use. Access to washing machine and drying facilities helped with babies and the sauna was a treat. Great place!
The perfect hotel! The best hotel I have ever been to! The facilities are good and the management is neat
Warm service, free parking
We travelled to Tampere for two days and stayed at Mango hotel. The hotel is a little bit far from the city centre but connectivity is good by bus. It is best to pick a bicycle in Tampere for roaming around the city. The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and the breakfast options are good. For the price, the hotel is offering pretty good services. Would recommend this place.
The Citi Inn hotel is rather modest, but it is convenient if you are going for ex. to Tampere Hall. You had only to walk up a few blocks from your hotel and then turn to the right. The railway station is also very near. The room, the separate WC and shower room are basic, but they have all you need from a hotel. You don’t need any key; they give you a code, which can be used both at the outside door to the hotel and to your room. The breakfast was rather rich and tasty. The staff was friendly.
