I arrived at Manila airport from Glasgow via Dubai and Singapore ,although you do go through some security checks it was easy enough. Got picked up outside by my brothers friend who took me to The Charter House hotel in Makati , arrived back at Manila airport three days later to fly to Boracay again the airport had some security to go through but I was on my way in no time . After five days in Boracay found myself back at Manila airport only to have the same ease as before then I spent five days in Makati and then back to Manila airport , this time to go home . So that was four times going through Manila airport and there was no problem at all .The young girl at the desk filled out out my passenger locator form on my phone for me very nice people the Philippines.

It is very close to Terminal 1, and it takes 6 to 7 minutes to walk. If you hit it, you have to circle it. The surrounding environment is relatively poor and it is a local residential area. The sanitation of the room was very good and very clean. Breakfast is two slices of bread plus an omelet, which is delivered to the room. The bathroom is very small, and there is no curtain for rain. It is still possible to make a transition for a transition. There is a shuttle bus to the airport.

You would think that during a Covid Pandemic this Hotel would at Least clean their AC filter! This is The Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 61 year's of exsistance. There contact number doesn't work. Because the Country added a 8 to the begging of the number But it still don't work even if you add an 8.I contacted your chat line on the 7th about it because I'm a disabled person and I needed a 1st floor. We'll once I arrived in the evening of June 8th. I requested a 1st floor room. To my surprise. Only a 3rd floor room was available. I was very tired having traveled all day. It was late and I was 5 kilometers from the airport. And Manila has a curfew. Well I decided for my safety I would stay because I have a 14 hour layover. I'm taking 4 airlines through 5 Airports on 48 hour's. Well at least the receptionist carried my luggage up to my room. Well. #1 The air con isn't cold. #2 The air con filter is Filthy. #3 The toilet don't flush. #4 The bed cover has a big stain. #5 The sheets have stains. #6 The shower is dirty #7 The toilet doesn't flush. I am not a rich person so I was in a bind and could book something else at the last minute especially with the totality of the situation at hand. I've attached photos of said hotel and I'm humbly requesting a Full Refund due conditions beyond my control. And I will be giving a bad review of same hotel and informing the Proper Authorities about this establishment ias well. Hopefully you fix this or I'll be forced to start using Trip Advisor again. It is near T1 of the airport, but it takes 20 minutes to walk to arrive at night, and it is relatively dangerous. It is recommended to take a taxi. The room is relatively simple, the bathroom has hot water, and the air conditioner is a noisy exhaust fan, but it is quite cool. The owner is nice, but it's only suitable for lodging. The advantage is that it is close to the airport, and the environment is comparable to that of a small family hotel. The nearby residents are very enthusiastic, very nice!

A small hotel, the biggest advantage of which is its close location to the airport (terminal 1 is the closest, the others are a little further) - if you wish, you can walk there, and if you leave the airport on the highway and cross the road, there is a taxi rank where you can get a car for 50- 55 pesos according to the meter (as of October 2023, 40 pesos for landing and 13 pesos for 1 km, it’s so close) The rooms are very small, but have everything you need - sink, shower, hot water, comfortable beds (our room has one double bed and a two-story room for two beds), air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, cups and a liter of water. The shower gel and toothbrushes and toothpastes are disposable. Downstairs there is a store where you can find everything you need and something to eat, and there are a couple of local cafes nearby. In general, it’s quite excellent to spend the night and move on with new strength. Of the minuses, there are very narrow steep stairs, along which dragging suitcases is quite a quest, but the staff is responsive, trying to help and pick up things. Now, if possible, we will stop here if we fly in transit through Manila.

It's very close to the airport, 10 minutes' walk, very convenient, no need to queue up for a taxi, the staff is friendly, the room is simple, with air-conditioning and a private bathroom, it's enough for an overnight stay, and there's a small stir-fry shop downstairs, which is pretty good, Affordable and worth recommending.

I found this hostel in a hurry because my domestic flight was delayed. The room was clean and tidy, the air conditioner was great, the water was running well, and I think I stayed there for about 4 hours without any inconvenience. I think I will use it again next time if this happens. I recommend it because you will feel much less tired if you use a hostel without having to spend time at the airport.

The room was much larger than expected. We received suite A. The third bed was also very spacious. The location is half an hour driving from the airport (NAIA). If there is no file at least. The kitchen is fine. Our breakfast was liked. The suite is on the street side, in Manila, it means that clocks are in sleep against traffic noise, and that despite the double glass in the windows.

GO Hotel being very close to NAIA T1 & T2 is a clear advantage. Just don’t expect top of the line amenities because you will only get what your money is worth. Sound proofing is not good as we can hear people talking and the sound from the television that can be irritating at times. The room is as clean and tidy but worst part was when we saw tiny cockroaches, in the bed, toilet area and the floor near the bed which means sanitation is not that good. I slept worrying it could bite me and my family. I hope the management can look into this concern. It could have been a perfect budget-friendly hotel (because the soundproofing can be acceptable) if not for the tiny cockroaches.

The room is a typical one bedroom condo unit which is good for 2-4 persons. The location is very nice as it is in a high floor (16th floor). It’s clean and the interior is nice. The view is really beautiful specially in the morning. You can cook in the room and I suggest that you should bring your own water to drink as they do not have any water dispenser. They gave us a complimentary coffee and 2 bottles of water. The pool is not available during Monday as it’s the scheduled for cleaning. Over all our stay is really wonderful

Stayed one night after visiting Boracay. I emailed them in advance and asked them to pick me up at the airport. It was room of coral wing of bottom category that stayed, but area and comfort are enough, too. There were 2 toilets. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a room on the sea side or the fountain side, so I chose the fountain side. After 6:00 p.m., we could see the fountain show that was held every hour from the living room and bathroom of the room. I can't hear the sound that much. The good points of the room are the large space for luggage, where you can go directly from the entrance, where there is a dresser with bright lights, where there is a non-slip at the bottom of the wide bathtub, where there is a bench in the shower room, And so on. The amenity has a good scent and the air volume of the dryer is sufficient. The touch of the bathrobe was also good. I had an early flight the next morning, so I asked the concierge to arrange a grab for me. . It was a reliable service.

It was a little hard to locate the place. There were two signs framing a parking lot next door to the entrance. The Grab driver had to ask three different people how to get to the actual building. We arrived way earlier then the check-in time and they were very nice about letting us check in early since we were leaving early the next morning and we were coming in from the harbor after a long night of no sleep. The room was clean and neat and quiet. There wasn't much in the way of television to watch. But since it was just for one night that didn't matter too much. There was a coffee pot which is a main requirement for me. They required a 1,000 peso security deposit that was returned. when we checked out. After a few hours of rest we went out to get something to eat and there was plenty of places to eat and amenities nearby to get anything we needed for our short flight to dumaguete. There wasn't much around in the way of entertainment such as a mall or museums or movie theaters. The security and hotel personnel are all very nice and accommodating. All in all it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend it to anyone having to travel and stay close to the airport. Salamat Redoorz!

Stayed for a night only. I got a free upgrade on the 18th floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 t&b (one with bath), small kitchen and two verandas. I arrived at 9am, too early for check in but they allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel while I meet my friends until check in. Everybody was nice but I noticed that they treat Chinese differently. Room wasn’t so clean. Fridge was not cleaned before my check in so were the cupboards. There were trash inside prolly left by the former guests. Couch was very dirty and clearly stained. The space was good but I’m very particular with cleanliness and sanitation considering the price.

The hotel is in a neighbourhood not close to the airport. The room was clean, but the building was very dirty. Stray cats fought outside in the hallway a couple of times through the night, and since there is no elevator, bringing luggage up was not convenient especially with young kids.
