Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

We stayed for 2 nights on a business trip to Osaka. It is difficult to be far from the station. Convenience stores were also far and inconvenient. The room was very large and easy to use. The appearance and lobby were very clean. However, there was a mold that felt very old around the water, but I don't care. Maybe people who care should stop.

I went to the concert in Grand Cube Osaka so I stayed for two nights on Monday 〜 Wednesday. It was the first time that such a close hotel from the concert hall was very easy. However, Nakanoshima itself is a little far from the city such as Osaka and Nanba, and the subway and JR access are not good. If you stay as a base for sightseeing in Osaka, I recommend a hotel a little closer to the city or along a good access route. First of all, the price is the special mention. I can't believe it because I usually use a hotel in Kanto for about 10000 yen in twin 2 nights and 3 days even on weekdays. Check out is 10 o'clock, but you can check out late (1 hour 1000 yen per person). I extended it until 12 o'clock and added 4000 yen. The check-in was smooth by checking and disinfecting at the front desk. During my stay, the staff was polite and good. There are paper cups, instant coffee, slippers, etc. beside the front desk. The ladies' set was only cotton and cotton swab, so you should have makeup, makeup water, emulsion, etc. (the above makeup drop was written in the present and elevator in the word of mouth posting of other travel sites. I would be happy to prepare it in defo If you are put on the room rate, you may not be able to do it. There is a microwave oven in the back of the lobby at the entrance, so I could warm the meal I took back and I was able to stay in the room. I don't think it's troublesome to shop because there are seven eleven open until 23 o'clock next to the front desk. (There was also a 7-Eleven 24-hour laundry nearby) There is a laundry on the first basement floor, two drum washing dryers and 3kg 500 yen (2 hours). However, it will be closed at 22:30, so I recommend early time if you are used. In my case, I asked the front desk around 21 o'clock and extended it to too much 24 o'clock. I stayed in twin so it became a spacious corner room with 4 rooms on the 7th floor. The key is not a card key only by 1 books. As a particular good point, the hardness of the pillow and bed was perfect for my taste. I have been hit by a hotel that has a hard bed and pillow and is not very comfortable, but it was so soft and very sleepy here. I didn't expect the room facilities because there was no breakfast overnight, but the unit bus toilet is clean and hot water and shower come out at high temperature. The dryer was weak and I was fine with short hair, but my long wife was in trouble. It is no problem if you stay alone, but there is a problem that the toilet in the bath cannot be used if you stay with two people. Other hotels have toilets on the front floor, but they were not found in this hotel. The air conditioner is also effective, but the humidifier is essential because the room is very dry. The humidifier is lent at the front desk, so let's borrow it without forgetting at check-in. The outlet was on the bed pillow side, the foot window and the desk, and the charging of the smartphone and mobile battery was not inconvenient. There is free Wi-Fi, but the radio wave strength is weak and often cut off, and it was not a level that can be expected honestly. Only the dryer and Wi-Fi were now one, but overall it is very satisfying. If there is another event in the Grand Cube, it was a good hotel that I would like to use.

[2021/4/25 OPEN] [Morning] Smile Grand Open Memorial Plan Using the above plan, I stayed at ”Smile Hotel Osaka Nakanoshima” on April 25, 2021. With the announcement of the emergency declaration, there was a call for breakfast suspension and a discount for the amount in advance. The hotel on the opening day was comfortable. The orchid flowers in the lobby are gorgeous and I love them. I enjoyed the scent of the roses in the nearby Nakanoshima rose garden. The town of Kita Shinchi visited at night was dark. I saw the news that Governor Koike called for ”neon erase” ★ neon erase the city is onene, kitashinchi

The location is ok, very suitable for in-depth tours, there are food nearby in the evening, turn left downstairs to have a supermarket. The hot spring is great. When there are few people, the water is very clean. The service was great. Small rooms are a common problem in Japanese hotels, so small spots are normal. Although small, it is very clean! I had brought my travel quilt, which was not used. The transportation is also more convenient, but if it is pure shopping, it is still a little bit farther. It takes half an hour to walk to Shinsaibashi. The ginkgo trees on the road next to the hotel are also beautiful.

Convenient for traveler as the hotel is within 50m of JR Fukushima station and 200m within non-JR Hanshin Fukushima subway station. Many small restaurants and places to eat nearby which are cheaper than the hotel meals at the 1st floor. Reception for check-in/out is at the 2nd floor. Our room with queen bed is small but accessible with creative use of space (eg. Luggage can be stored under the bed). One downside is the water tap outside the bath room does not come with hot water which is important in winter.

It's really close to the subway station and very convenient. I chose this hotel mainly because I wanted to go to the airport the next day. I think I will choose this hotel when I go to the airport in the future. There are a lot of places to eat around. I even went to Umeda specifically. Wandered around for a while. The hotel's bath water seems to contain hot spring water, which is quite comfortable for washing and sleeping.

location wise, very near metro station, lawson located right downstairs, all the lobby lights and entrance to lawson will be closed at midnight sharp, then u gotta walk one round outside the building to enter lawson (convenience store),, when showering or using the sink, the water will somehow leak onto the bathroom floor, at first i thought bc of the shower curtain thats why the floor was wet but when i was using the sink the water just kept flowing out from beneath the sink and flooding the toilet, i went to front desk to let them know about it, then they shifted our rooms but we still had the same issue… so… stay at your own risk

I have been to Japan many times, and this is my first time staying in a Japanese B&B. It is a one-family home with three floors. It is very suitable for a family of seven like us. The room is very clean, there is a kitchen for cooking, and there is a supermarket opposite for shopping. Japanese food is salty, so it is perfect for cooking for children. Each room has a bathroom, and there is a toilet on every floor, so there will be no need to compete for the toilet. For transportation, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from Kansai Airport to Nankai Electric Railway from the starting point to the end of Namba Station. There is also the Hanshin Line to Kobe, and it is also very convenient to go to Umeda from Osaka Subway Namba Station. The landlord is a very enthusiastic Chinese who has been in Japan for many years and is a fellow countryman. I will stay here again next time I go to Osaka.

The bedside outlet has fallen into the bedboard and cannot be used, and it is a pity that there are 4 USB ports. No amenities except toothbrush. I saw it hidden in the front desk, but there was no explanation. There are cups, but no tea or coffee. It's outside the love hotel, so women seem to care. The chair is tattered as if it had been picked up from some oversized garbage dump.

I am a frequent traveller and highly spoiled normally staying in Four Seasons but on Tripadvisor i noticed this hotel and the super reviews and looking at prices it was interesting to try and happy I did! Quick review: -top housekeeping, big compliment for this team -super clean rooms -spacious room with huge balcony and this is a huge bonus to the room also the amazing view -very silent rooms, no noise from other rooms, alley or street -very complete room with everything you need -great bed! -friendly staff although English is not very good and surprised me especially in reception Location is the keyword, I walked around a lot and found this hotel is superb to visit Osaka, everything important within walking distance. Some minor points I think the hotel should improve: -concierge service and English language i really missed -slippery bathtub, improvement needed as they don’t have a seperate shower, very dangerous so input a towel in the tub. -there is no bar! I can highly recommend this fine hotel and would return without any doubt. To be improved in my view: - bathtub is too slippery and dangerous so needs improvement - language skills of reception is poor and concierge service would be good to have -there is no bar but they have a great outdoor terrace so use it for drinks!

After reading many reviews, I carefully booked the hotel for two days and was very satisfied after checking in. This satisfaction is based on the hotel's price, transportation, and cleanliness. If you complain about small rooms, please stay in a five-star hotel where the rooms are bigger. We, a father and son over 180 years old, stayed in a twin room. The large suitcases cannot be spread out, but we can open the suitcases on the bed, take out the necessary supplies, stand the suitcases up and put them away. There is enough sleeping space every night, and the room is quiet and air-conditioned. Hot enough. I get up at around 7 o'clock every morning, and breakfast is provided downstairs. Although it is simple, it includes bread, milk, coffee, eggs, rice, and vegetable salad. . . Unexpected and very satisfying. The bedding in the room is clean, and new bath towels are provided every day. We did not use them because the bath towels are not dirty after being used once or twice, which protects the environment and saves water. As for services, we leave early and come back late, so we don’t need any services. What else do you want for this little money?😂😂 The location is very convenient, very close to the LV building, there are many restaurants nearby, and the subway station is not far away, so it is easy to drag luggage. I will stay here again next time I come to Qingyou. Thank you hotel staff😁😁

Compact, clean, well-located, and great value for money After returning from overseas, I had not made any hotel reservations and was acting haphazardly, but it was already 6:00 pm. I decided to stay at the hotel. On the same day, I searched on Trip.com and found it in about 5 minutes and made a reservation. I was able to check in 10 minutes after making my reservation. It's a thriving area about a 10-minute walk from Umeda/Osaka Station, so there are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls, so you won't have any problems. We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

These hotels are similar to apartments, but within a while, my father felt that his feet were bitten by something and slowly turned red, and it gradually became so serious that he went back to the Hong Kong pharmacy to buy allergies. Loved the location, comfortable and away from the buzz yet still close enough - 2 metro stops away from Shinsaibashi and 1 metro stop away from Umeda. Seems to be in the heart of a central district area so it’s super easy to find coffee and food, convenience stores are nearby. Great aesthetics, which drawn me to book my stay and it is 100% accurate on the exterior to the interiors, lobby and room included. Bonus: in-house onsen! Best to do it in the morning before start of the day or after a long day exploring the city. Breakfast was simple and great, despite the small space, they manage to maximise the food selection catering to international and local breakfast selection Will choose to stay here again, hopefully maintenance goes well here!

The hotel was actually okay. The rooms were small as you know from Japan. All was clean. The rooms were cleaned if you wanted this with a sign at the door. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We had to watch some of the police chasing.

The hotel just opened at the end of last year, so the overall environment is pretty good. There is a 711 convenience store downstairs, which is very close to the shopping mall. For breakfast, I recommend everyone to buy food from the convenience store downstairs. The hotel breakfast is average and the variety of dishes is relatively good. Few, and the price is on the high side. The only drawback is that the WiFi signal in the rooms further away from the hotel is not good. I hope this problem will not occur again next time I check in. The public bathroom on the top floor is also very clean. It is quite comfortable to take a bath after shopping in the evening.

We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

I made this hotel for the introduction of the topic of the miracle shower now. The miraculous shower is comfortable, the ladies plan, so the amenities are substantial, and the legglift and nanosteamer that I wanted to use were sufficient, and the bed was large and very good I thought it was a little cold? I thought it was satisfactory that the heating could be set and there was an air cleaner, so the room was clean and warm and I could set it myself. It walks a little from the station, but it is not bitter because there is a color 々 on the way. Despite arriving earlier than the check-in schedule, the front desk responded gently. I would like to use it if I come to Osaka again.

The hotel is near to Kitahama metro station with 5 minutes of walking. I also take Keihan Main line to kyoto from this metro station with less than 700 Yen, much cheaper than taking other trains, which can be up to 2900 yen. You can access many attraction sites like Osaka Castle, Shinsekai, Kuromon market and Tennoji temple directly from Kimahama metro station. Breakfast is simple with cold dishes only. Breakfast can be better. Duluxe Room is small as expected. You can book super duluxe room if you prefer bigger room in this 3-star hotel.

The younger brother at the front desk is very warm and courteous, English can communicate, the hotel is very small. In the middle is a reading public area surrounded by rooms. The room is small, the bed is very small, in fact, it is okay, the only thing that is inconvenient is that the place to take a bath is diagonally opposite. It is equivalent to taking a bath in the public area to go opposite. Go out every time. Everyone looked up at you, they had to dress very neatly, and the showers had to be neat and tidy. It is very close to Shinsaibashi. Towels and slippers are either rented or bought.

I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

It only takes about 3 minutes to reach Dotonbori from the hotel. It is really close. Turn right and you will see Rosen Supermarket. Then turn right at the crossroads and turn left onto the bridge to reach Dotonbori. Outside the hotel entrance is a small promenade with tables and chairs. Don't worry about the room size. Japanese hotels are all the same, unless you go to a five-star hotel.

The location of this hotel is the best! It’s walkable to Dotonbori Street, Kuromon Market, and Americamura surrounded by many delicious restaurants. The room itself is super clean and comfy. The bathing set provided in the room is also high quality. Overall, this hotel is really worth the money.
