Love this motel. It’s located just right off of the 880 and you can access the 680 a few miles down Calaveras blvd. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping just a walk across the street. Starlite park is also close by for those parents who have active littles ones or for those who just enjoy getting out to enjoy the sun. The motel has a pop and snack machine located on the first floor. Two washers and dryers located on the second floor and another pop machine on the third floor. They offer grab and go breakfast bags and free coffee in the morning. There is also an outdoor pool and seating area. The price is great for the quality! I definitely recommend!

The hotel is comfortable and tidy, providing a good environment for guests to relax and relax. The hotel has a lot of parking. You can reach the place for eating and shopping in about three minutes when you are out of the hotel. The restaurants include Shanghai cuisine, Chaozhou cuisine, Henan cuisine, Cantonese cuisine and so on. Dahua Supermarket can buy things that are often bought in the domestic market. If you do n’t have anything you need to buy, do n’t prevent going around, and occasionally find some food you have eaten as a child ...

For a 2-star hotel, this offers everything you need for an impromptu overnight stay - the price is a fraction of just about every other area hotel, and if all you need is a clean room and a bed, this is your place. The parking lot is crowded, so you need to be there before 8pm, and there’s little in the way of amenities, but for a clean room at an affordable price, this fits the bill perfectly.

Never experienced any problem or worse with the front desk personnel than this partucular one. There was some confusion on the payment issue happened during my stay, I thought I will be billed with the credit card I have in my Hilton Honor account but instead I was charged with the card (debit) I gave them during my check in and I was told it was for incidental/deposit purposes. And I clearly told her I would prefer to be charged with the card under my account instead in case there was any extra because I dont feel comfortable to be charged with my debit card. I admitted it was my mistake that I only carry my debit card since I have out all my credit card under Google pay already. Anyways, she told me to make sure tell the front desk how I'd like to pay before checked out. I had to leave early due to an emergency the next morning but I hadn't checked out yet because my friend was still there. So I called back to let them know how I'd like to pay but the front desk lady (Silia) said I need to be present with the card that I want to use in order to do any switch because they dont take any credit card info over the phone. I do appreciate the security awareness from the hotel but I explained to her that I was not around the area and the credit card info is already in my account, however she insisted that's the only way. The worst pary was she either often cut men off or kept repeating herself while I was talking. Then she laughed (not sure she wad having fun with her coworkers or at me) when I gave her my number to have the Manager to call me since she claimed he/she was not available. As of today April 11th, 2 days after that incident, I still haven't heard from the Manger or anyone from thr hotel yet. Should I assume she never passed my request to her Manager?

This is a new hotel, with enough free parking around the building. The area is in development, other construction is going on, but without any impact (noise) on the hotel. My room was one with a king bed, but it was rather dark, mainly because the window was in front of a wall (I had room 320). This is not what one would expect, certainly for a brand-new hotel. Another thing that can – in the real sense of the word – provide a headache, is the shower. The sliding door of the shower is about 160 – 170 cm high (+/- 5.5 foot), so I hit the top rail with my head every time I took a shower (I'm 1.83 tall). WIFI access is easy and the internet has a good speed. It also keeps you online all the time, no need to manually reconnect if you don’t use it for a few minutes. Breakfast is available, but no buffet. I don’t like this, it simply takes too much time, and menu options are limited. Also note that everything you add, must be paid extra. Coffee is included, but when the waitress also offers orange juice, and you take a glass, it appears extra on the bill. In case you want to eat outside: be aware you need to drive a couple of miles to find some restaurants – not a joy with all the traffic jams in this area. There is also a rooftop lounge on the 5th floor. Be sure to take the left elevator, since the one on the right only goes till the 4th floor. It is very annoying, because you don’t know upfront which elevator door will open when you push the button. The rooftop is a nice place to relax, but if you need a drink, you must go to the bar… on the 1st floor. They were adding additional furniture and seat cushions, so it will even be more comfortable. The airco was a problem: the fan never stops, and there is no way to switch it off. I reported this, and they would send a technician. Maybe they did, but the fan kept going... Ask for a room on a lower floor, the elevator is very slow (25 seconds to cover 2 floors…)

I stayed here a few years ago and the whole place was very run down and depressing. It has now been completely upgraded with mostly new(er) furniture, paint, carpets and decorations. Does not feel dingy anymore. BUT - There are still some issues with this property. 1) Room temperature. You can not control the temp in your room. I set my thermostat to 65. A blower (not cool) would come on periodically (and noisily) but the room never cooled off much. They give you a paper on check in that tells you that the whole building is either on heat or cool. I guess since it is February I am not allowed to use the air conditioner. Second night I opened the sliding door to try to get some night air to cool off. 2) Food - Breakfast was just ok. Bananas, apples, white or wheat toast, muffins, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, made to order omelets, juices and coffee. I observed at least one child having a melt down over no cold cereal. Personally, I would have preferred cold cereal too but made do. Most people will find something to eat. 3) Restaurant - Embassy Suites is known for their afternoon reception. Not happening here. Also on their website is a big ad for their restaurant Taste. Right now it basically doesn't exist but there was no way to find that out beforehand unless I called. I just believed the website that we would have a place there for dinner. This also means no room service as advertised on the website. 4) Noise - During the evening while in my room every once in a while I would hear a very high pitched squeal. It would go on maybe 15 to 20 seconds (sometimes more, sometimes less). At first I thought it was kids testing the echo in the huge atrium. Now I think that there may be negative pressure in the indoor pool and if someone leaves the door partially open it creates a vacuum, hence the noise. It definitely should be looked into. Overall I would stay here again. But be prepared to go out to eat.

Stayed two nights and used the small conference room for a business meeting. The room surpassed my high expectations with a very comfortable bed, a hot shower with refreshing pressure and spray pattern, very clean, comfortable, and a HUGE TV. I was impressed with how easy it was to project Netflix from my iPad to the TV. The internet service was fast, uncomplicated and flawless. Every staff member I interacted with was talkative, friendly and committed to service. I travel often and wish every hotel met this level of excellence.

I have stayed in several Towneplace Suites and been very happy with them. All clean, high value for money, efficient, and thoughtful. This is stay is so bad, it prompted me to write a review WHILE I AM STILL HERE. Upon Arrival, my room still had dirty dishes in the dishwasher. there was no dish soap and no dishwasher soap. The property, five days later still has no dish soap. The arm rest on the chair is broken, there is no laundry basket, the towels are much thinner than other TP suites I've stayed in. You should know as well that they let guests leave their bags of trash in the hallways and it can be days before they are picked up. It's kinda gross, to be honest. But it's a short stay and I know I can handle it for a weeek. I don't complain, because it's clear the hotel is full, Covid has probably left them short staffed, and because I'm a decent human being who doesn't abuse service staff. I don't need housekeeping every day, so I made an appointment to have housekeeping come at a specific time (noting that I have to stop work, and take my dog who is limping on 3 legs as he awaits knee surgery, with me out of the room). I always leave a generous tip for the maid as though they came every day. I leave early, and I greet the maid politely with a smile in the hallway and let her know I'm out of the room (ten mins early I might add). I wait an hour (even though they told me it would be 45 mins) to give her extra time. I get back, AND MY ROOM ISN'T CLEAN. What is the point of you calling me to offer me room service at a given time, especially when I explain I have to take my dog out of the room and miss an hour of work? What is actually wrong with you? It would have been better if you never called at all? The wifi in this hotel is barely enough to run a zoom call, the washers and dryers are filled with garbage and lint (and unlike other TP suites, still requires quarters). The breakfast is way sub par with limited options and many days no fresh fruit, even. If you look at my history, I write stellar reviews. I am not hard to please. This was one of the worst stays in my life and I've stayed at a lot of hotels. I will never stay here again. Marriott, I hope you're listening.

This is my go-to place to stay when I travel to the Bay Area. It is centrally located in the heart of Silicon Valley, in the middle of 3 major highways making it convenient if you are heading to East Bay, San Jose, or mid-peninsula. Just minutes from SJC airport, Levi Stadium, and many other Silicon Valley landmarks including the new BART station. The property itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. The rooms are so comfortable and spacious. The only other thing that can top the hotel atmosphere is the warm and friendly staff. In particular, Riza at the Guest Reception Area consistently provides 5 star service and makes each stay an inspiration to return to this hotel. They truly treat you like a guest, not just a customer. This will be my 10th stay at this property in 2 months and it is because it is simply an excellent place to stay whether it's for business or vacation. It's also a terrific value for Silicon Valley!

I stayed this hotel before which I had a very pleasant experience and be clear even there is no upgrade provided. I love the modern style, electrical charging station in room and two bottles of water which provided convenience. This time, the modern style is still there but I felt not still unwelcomed, not just my suite upgrade was denied [even the suites are still for sale] and it was a quite low season. The front desk first denied the availability of the suite but I exposed the lie. Then she was try to argue the the suite is for cash buyers, not for top Bonvoy member. Oh.. "You got Bonvoyed, dear elite members." Let's see how many people would buy suite at least minute in a low season weekend, or I should asked her at 11:59pm the same day night to see if there is any suite available. Then she said she upgraded me to one of the best rooms in the hotel, where a balcony is included.. After checking the room, I was wondering why a freeway facing room is the best while an even-better courtyard facing room is available. I was really sick about the attitude. meanwhile, the lounge and the restaurant are all closed making 0 value to be a Sheraton. Will try to avoid this hotel next time.
