The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to offering suggestions on where to visit for wine tasting and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. The walls are a little thin but thankfully nobody was loud. It was very clean and looked like it has recently been updated. The location was Everything!!! No car needed to get anywhere. The purpose of a hotel is to give you shelter when you’re not out and about. Who goes on vacation to stays in their hotel majority of their time anyways!!! Overall was pleased and find that the hotel is very underrated for the price and location.

My wife and I stayed at the Andaz in April of 2022, and had a spectacular Napa experience - buoyed by exceptional customer service, delicious in-house breakfasts, and a very convenient and enjoyable coffee bar. We had two friends stay at the Archer down the street, and by the end of the trip they were jealous of our superior experience (and more ideal price point!). We won't look further than the Andaz next time we're in Napa.

We stayed in Angelina's Garden at the Napa Inn and for the most part, we really liked it. It was walking distance to the historic Napa part of the city, the room was large, the fireplace was wonderful and the hot tub was nice after a long day of walking around the vineyards. We didn't notice any trace of any smells that seem to be mentioned in a few reviews. What we did notice was an odd sound that turned out to be a pump issue installed by the city the day before and wasn't working properly. We addressed the issues with the owner (or manager?), Susan, who I will say went above and beyond in terms of trying to accommodate us. She also made a lovely breakfast for the couple of days we stayed. We were a bit worried about the lack of evening staff as we checked in late but the key and instructions were waiting for us under the front mat. I will say another small con was some of the drywall/plaster in our room did have fairly large cracks so that should be addressed at some point. I thought it added a bit of the rustic charm to a very old house but could be fixed. The pillows were some of the best pillow we have ever slept on so wanted to note that. Overall, would glad stay here again. Even with the few hickups, Susan made us feel so welcome, we over looked them hope to see her again.

I have avoided the Westin brand for years after a bad experience in New York. My stay at the Westin Verasa Napa has restored my faith in the brand. The service at the hotel is fantastic and that is what truly made my stay memorable. In particular, the individuals at the front desk, Housekeeping, and the bell desk were superb. The rooms are a little dated, but were very clean and pleasant. This is a great hotel for families in Napa. The suites make it easy to travel with the kids. The pool is small but heated and enjoyable with a great view. The location of the hotel is great - walking distance to downtown Napa. The restaurant La Toque was delicious for an upscale kid-free dinner. Definitely worth the splurge. Room tips: get a view out the back of the river and not the front parking lot. Also, I noticed noise from the above room. In order to avoid, I would request a room on the top floor next time.

The HORRIBLE inn Upon check in the man was very rude, scammed us , and made us feel unsafe. The man just kept starring at us not saying a word then when he did he barely spoke up. I kept asking him to repeat what he was saying and I eventually just had to put my ear on the glass for me to hear him. I was charged for additional people which is understandable, however i booked the room that was meant for up to 4 people with the double queen bed and the price I paid after two nights ended up being $500. If I had booked the room with the four people are room total would have still been 377 on booking.com. We were charged 30 per person per night so it was 120 for the two other people bringing the room to the 4 people max plus $18 In tax so it was an additional $138 on top of our $377. The neighbors we were talking to upon check in said the man was rude as well and that they booked for up to 4 people and they only had three people and they charge him for that third person. THEY ALSO ONLY CHARGED HIM 20 PER PERSON PER NIGHT! They scammed us ! They also charged me $8 for parking even though it says free parking on booking….. When we entered the room it smelled like cat pee and there was mold in numerous parts of the room/bathroom. We tried calling the front desk for some towels and spray and after a while they finally picked up. They said they had febreeze and would bring some for us. When he had arrived my sister opened the door and he proceeded to just walk in without her permission. She then quickly backed him up and said excuse me we have 4 girls in here (which he knows since he asked for all of our drivers license and questioned us on our age), one friend in the shower and the rest of us changing. He threw the towels at her and then when she asked for the spray he said no I have to do it. And walked in and sprayed fabreeze on EVERYTHING , including our open luggage’s clothes on the bed make up brushes the pillows, etc. The spray helped for a little bit but since he would not leave the spray it quickly smelt like cat pee again. Due to this we left the windows open majority the time and this caused a couple of us some health issues: asthma and allergies. This felt like an invasion of privacy and was an uncomfortable stay. They could not move us rooms either because they didn’t have any other rooms to fit all four of us….. The day came for check out and the man once again as we are packing up loading things in the car the man walks right in and says are you leaving? We clearly were and we also had 15 mins until check out . I get checking In with people for check out, but we were clearly leaving. Apparently he has done this to numerous people and has even woke people up at 8 am saying check out is at 11am. So this hotel is pretty basic, nothing to brag about. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is good. However, we did experience some issues. Our shower door broke when we were out of the room and when we came back had to pack everything up and move rooms pretty late in the evening. All we got is a "sorry, it happens all the time" WHAT?!?! What if we were in the bathroom at the time it happened? No comps or upgrades provided. Also the rooms are poorly lit, not enough lighting especially in the bathroom, i had to set up my phone flashlight while doing make up since its such a low light area. The tv is small as well. Not overly impressed with this one. Location is about 10 mins from downtown Napa and there is a really good Italian rest. nearby (in walking distance). I like that they dont charge for parking. Did not receive my spire elite bonus points and for the welcome amenity they gave us 2 bottles of water and let us pick out 2 cheap snacks from their little grocery area (most hotels give you something better). Probably would not stay here again next time we visit. Oh and the walls are pretty thin, could hear the loud family across the hall arguing about where they were going to eat at like 8 in the morning!

This is a hidden gem for me, as a frequenter to Napa, I stayed in downtown Napa a few times. But Chandonney Lodge is just one mile away from Downtown Napa and it is much more quiet and affordable, especially for weekend rate. Personally i love all the flowers and plants outside of the motel rooms’ doors and windows, and in the parking area. Although the room is small but it is clean and well equipped with everything you need. You can tell this is a business owned by a family and they put their hearts in it. This is the perfect place for you to take a nap and go to the town having a wild night and then come back for a quiet night sleep.

When we got back to our hotel, our room key was not unlocking the door and was flashing red. The woman working at the front desk came up to help us but her master key would not open the door either. She said that with the recent renovations the normal locks were replaced with electronic locks and that the battery in the door lock had died and there was literally no way for us to get into our room (which also had all of our belongings). Additionally, the woman working at the front desk let us know that the hotel was completely sold out for the night so there would be no other rooms available for us to sleep in; not to mention we were given no explanation on how/when we would be able to get our belongings and had to drive & fly home the next morning. Luckily, one of our friends had gone back early because she was feeling ill and waiting for her boyfriend to come pick her up. She was sleeping when we got there but eventually she woke up and was able to let us in. But if she had not been there or had been picked up even 10 minutes prior, there would have been no way to get into our room. These rooms need to have a way for staff to bypass the locks if the battery dies (aka a working master key of some kind) to avoid issues like this in the future. Without a way for staff to get into the rooms, this can be extremely high-risk for hotel guests especially if there was an emergency of any kind, medical or otherwise. Besides this issue, the room was clean and the staff was kind. Location is convenient. Check out was simple. However unfortunately this major issue we encountered overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay and I hope Best Western is able to remedy this issue for future guests.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to good restaurants and chain stores. The room was comfortable, the view of the Napa River made it very relaxing, and the sound proofing was excellent - you don’t hear the nearby freeway as soon as you close your balcony door. Hot breakfast was available and the staff were all friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, our major frustration is the WiFi (non-)connection. During my stay, I was only able to connect for 2 hours, and this only after repeated tries. The difficulty to connect to the WiFi appears to be a known and ongoing issue as the “resolution” we were given was to keep trying to connect by disconnecting/reconnecting our device and it will (supposedly) eventually connect. Needless to say, that was a big fail in my opinion especially since I was able to successfully connect only once and for such a short period of time at that. If it wasn’t for this frustrating issue, the rating will be tops.

I travel quite a bit and don’t typically stay at a Motel 6. But all other hotels/motels were booked up or too expensive. From my check in to the great night sleep I was just shocked at how much I liked this property. Sparkling clean pool, quiet, Starbucks across the street. And a big shout out to Jason for excellent customer service before my actual check in date. I’ll be staying at this property if ever in Napa again.

This is the second time I've stayed at this particular hotel-the service was good as before but with buffet breakfast time. The breakfast was good but only for 3 hrs., everything was good except the biscuits and gravy-they had no flavor to them and the biscuits weren't that soft and flaky. I had a lot of difficulty with the internet-I was able to use it for only about an hour on 2 days but wasn't able to use it at all on one day so I had to go to the nearby library to use their internet. Plus, there were a lot of mosquitoes about the property and they getting into the rooms. But overall, I did enjoy my stay.

I reviewed Spa Terra separately since that was worth my money and I had an excellent experience with them. I was standing in line to check in for my room. There was an agent that asked 2 women and then another couple if they were checking in. They both responded no, stating they were with the other two parties already being checked in at the front desk. The agent then walked away w/o even asking/acknowledging me. I did speak up in that instance and a front desk agent opened up just in time. I did let the agent know my little doggy was with me. He did acknowledge and let me know it would just be another $50. As I witnessed another patron checking in the next day, they were offered a dog bed and doggy bag. I was not offered this. Also, I guess there's supposed to be water and slippers in the room. There weren't. The robe and towels were there though. lol Later in the evening I notice an ant problem. Not surprising as when I arrived the hallway was halfway lined with bags of trash from each coinciding room. Ants were showing up in the bed, on my robe that i was wearing and even heading toward the food that I just had room service deliver. The room service food was ok. the vegetables for my dip were dry and seemed old. The radishes looked as if they were plucked out of the ground as the hairs and dirt were still on there. The following day, I spent time at the pool. The servers literally went to every single other person at the pool to offer the menu, and check if they were ok. Even the people that came in 45mins after me were served. I and the couple sitting next two me were seemingly the only ones that were not provided any service. The one and only person who asked how I was doing was in management I believe as she and a male colleague seemed like they were doing a walkthrough. With the exception of the ants, the other two instances just seemed like a form of classism/ageism/slight racism. This was not worth my $1400

This time I used Ctrip to book hotels during my trip in the United States. Compared with priceline, booking, and tripadviser, I found that Ctrip's offer is still quite competitive, and the information is basically accurate, including parking fees and whether you have to wait for food. I used to come back to review less frequently. I will refer to the user reviews here before booking this time. I feel that it is generally fair, so I also plan to take a moment to leave my personal feeling. Although subjective, I hope to have some reference. The experience of staying at Napa Winery Inn was very good. The service and meals were in line with expectations. There was a fire pit at the door and wine tasting every day. The hotel changed the wine marketer every 2 months.

We originally booked the hotel based on the location and online photos of it. We did not realize it was going through a remodel until we received an email about it a week ahead of arrival. Pros: The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was nice with a spacious bathroom. The food at VINeleven was really good and presented nicely, we enjoyed use of the fire pits at night. Great location in Napa, and they offered a 3rd party service to ship our wine home for us. Cons: The construction did take away from the ambiance with the temporary restaurant and front desk. This will be fixed once completed. While at the fire pits, they need to have staff go out and clean every so often. There were used glasses lying around, graham crackers and chocolate on the chairs and ground from those making s'mores, and trash lying around. Their wine selection was also limited, as they said they were out of most bottles and had to order more. Overall, we'd be willing to try here again after the remodel is finished.

It takes ten minutes to drive from the town of Napa. The exterior is a three-story building with unpretentious architecture. The facilities are quite complete. There are no slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. The first floor is the restaurant. The price does not include breakfast. My wife and I stayed one night in a very simple room. The rates for hotels in Napa were high and we paid over five hundred dollars for the night. We were woken up by a maid knocking on our door and later, as we were about to check out at 10:30, the front desk called to rudely tell us that check out was at 11. At the front desk I mentioned that I didn't appreciate the wake up knocking and time to go call. I was informed by the young lady that the management instructed her to call the rooms as guest might stay until noon. I find it hard to believe the hotel management would train the person at the front desk to annoy their guest as the young lady said but I would believe the maids and the front desk want to get the guest out and the work over with. I guess they're running the show

An annual ladies trip resumed on the Sunday of President's Day weekend, after a year off due to COVID. Typically we stay in Yountville but have been priced out of that location and selected Embassy Suites for this year's trip. The property is large and has an charming ambiance. The rooms could be in any hotel, nothing remarkable. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The full breakfast was great and the line moved quickly, even when the hotel was sold out. We took advantage of the free happy hour one evening, again very pleasant staff. My room was located on the "freeway" side of the hotel and traffic noise/sirens were VERY LOUD. Although not requested, we were given a accessible room which reduced the amount of space in the living room area. Since the hotel was sold out and we were trying to make a wine tasting appointment, I did not request another room. There is a charge for parking but this can be avoided by parking on the street. For the price this was a good choice for a holiday weekend in Napa.
