The owners are the nicest people ever who would do anything to help, The big boss is called Bros and he is great fun to talk to and loves to offer any assistance he can, the guesthouse itself is lovely and clean, it’s so good I don’t want to leave and go on toSiam Reap. My client is situated within walking distance, so this is the most advantageous to me. The room itself was spacy, functional and very clean. R&F town is a huge complex of skyscrapers. I prefer to stay R&F even in the next visit to Phnom Penh. Thanks a lot for cozy stay.

This is a great place to stay for a temporary period. The apartments are clean and tidy and include a washing machine, which is a definite selling point for our family whilst seeking a place to live. The pool on the roof is a real plus and even the little gym has a good view. Negatives include the apartments contain almost no equipment, you will need to go out and buy plates, knives, forks etc. No towels, and one set of sheets in a month.And the cleaning service is sporadic to put it mildly. Also, there is a problem with the drains, they stink. Every time you use the shower, the stench will come up to the room. The landlady is aware and says it just keeps coming back, but make no effort to get it fixed. It really is unpleasant. Another issue is that the location of the apartments is unknown, even to tuk tuk and rickshaw drivers, so you can find it difficult to get home when you go out.

The overall facilities of the apartment are good. But the surrounding restaurants are all open, the food is not delicious, it is too oily and salty, and the price is expensive. The prices of the supermarkets on the third floor of the apartment building are even more expensive than those in mainland Hong Kong.

I stayed in the room three times and three times without a hair dryer! Every time I asked the front desk, the front desk was solemn and said that the room had a hair dryer! The hotel manager should inspect the toiletries in the room to see if they are all right!

My stay away from home for the past 4.5 month at Somerset Norodom Phnom Penh has been a memorable and special. Under Mr. Joel, Somerset is by far the best service apartment I have stayed with. I got 6-days weekly housekeeper, 24-hour reception assistance (which help me a lot) as I have online business but rarely stayed home. The reception team has extended a WOW service such as when I got my groceries for party - they received it, scan the receipt, manage the payment and post it to my room account and store it in the fridge. They don't forget Indonesia independence day and my birthday. Oh - lovely... When my parties arrived - all my food and beverage items are served cold and perfect. Mr. Kosal at reception desk - he is a superman. He is always accountable no matter how complicated my request was. I left my belonging and he have helped me to send over to my friend as instructed and safely. Now that I reside in Bangkok, I stayed for 2-night just to try - nothing compare to Somerset Norodom. I am too spoiled with the highest service standard. Way to go Somerset Norodom. PS. Ms. Navy - you are the jewel of Phnom Pehn, because of you - I lived in Somerset

Anyway, it's cheap and good. It was a shared room, but the room was clean and easy to spend. However, it is hot at night because there is no air conditioner. The foreign owner was very kind and easy to spend.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and can only praise it. The hotel is very quiet in a side street, but you can still get to the city centre quickly. The grounds are very well maintained and beautifully landscaped, with a large pool and a green garden. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of tips for excursions. The room was very clean, comfortably and stylefully furnished. A highlight was the breakfast, which you can order anytime between 6am and 8pm. There was a large selection of fresh and delicious food. I felt very comfortable in this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. I give the hotel 5 out of 5 stars.

Location is superb. Good restaurants with quite a lot of varieties of foods nearby like 2mins walk. Highly recommend Pleng Chan for breakfast. Love their pickels. Also Greek restaurant nearby was great. Queen mansion itself is a clean and safe hotel with hot water (considering some hotels in cambodia has only cold-warm water) but lacking some amenities and some issues were bit disappointing. No slippers, only two towels, dirty bath rug, ants in bathroom, one dead cockroach under a bedside drawer. When I stayed in bigger room, there were ants on the bed too. I had to spend almost 2 hrs in the middle of the night to kill 30 red ants on the mattress and pillow and blanket. I found out theres an ant house behind the bed. But I didnt see ants in smaller room. So don't get the room with kitchen. Its full of ants and the gas stove for cooking doesnt work.

In a pretty busy area. Nice hotel. Tuk Tuk drivers will wait for you to come out to bombard you with rides. Can be a bit overwhelming. They constantly watch for foreigners. Keep your money close in this area.

I started only have hot water for one only and I stayed for 4 night,and the internet it’s keep on kicking me out can’t log in properly. I won’t stay there on my next trip which in coming in the end of this year. And breakfast the second morning then one of the Waitress she told me that I can order eggs or noodles but the morning before that no one telling me.

Hotel was near the main airport which was what we were looking for. The reception staff was efficient, friendly and got us to our room quickly. We had the best lunch at CCC and loved the extensive grounds and large pool. Room was clean, spacious, good bed, good air con for the price. Shower room was a little dated but ok. We were given a packed breakfast as we had an early start the next day. We would stay there again.
