      The Hampton by Hilton has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in India! I was unexpectedly highly impressed by my stay here. The hotel is modern, very clean, the linen in the room is very good quality, comfortable beds (very soft but which make it hard to wake up ;), and first and foremost, the staff is extremely kind, helpful, and in all honesty good at their jobs. I would like to mention a few names of the staff who we will not forget, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Mr. Hem Pandey, Mr. Ashish Singh, and Mr. Pradyumna Gaekwad. As they say, all good things come to an end, and for us staying at this hotel was that 'good thing'. Hope to be back! A warm thank you from us to you, Hampton!

Hotel (4 Star) is a part of renowned ITC Group and located in Akota Garden area easily accessible to & fro Highway. Rooms are very good - cozy equipped with all necessary amenities. ***agement & Staff were helpful-punctual. All necessary measures towards Health, Hygiene, Safety & Security were being taken on daily basis. Sufficient Parking is available in and around premises. Restaurant (Orchid) is multi-cuisine and offers wide choice in Veg and Non-Veg BF/L/D. Service throughout was excellent. Food Quality was awesome. Facility is having Travel Desk also. Check-in & Check-out was hassle-free. Facility is safe & secure for Families, Couples, Ladies, Sr. Citizens & Children. Front Office ***ager (Mr. Sajid Lokhandwala) was very helpful. Strongly recommend.

      By far this is the 1st time experience in my 10 yrs of travel experience of being levied with a charge of INR 100/- (minimum) for ordering Utensils (plate,spoon & a fork). So I was advised to at least order either a bottle of 'packaged drinking water' or a plate of 'green salad' to have the required utensils delivered to my room. This is completely shocking as I have never experienced such rude etiquette elsewhere in any hotel stay for the last 10 years (trust me I have stayed in all categories). I voiced my disgust opinion to the one I spoke over phone (without any positive result though), & I can assure that neither me nor would I let anyone of my known people come & stay here at the 'Best Western' hotel in Vadodara - turned out to be 'Worst Western' (God knows what is so 'Western' about it!). The other 'pain at the wrong place for the smokers' - this hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel, so if you're a smoker, please avoid your stay at this hotel. Don't understand this - Yes, I am a smoker and I am completely aware of the side effects that this habit has yet I choose to be a smoker for my own individual pleasure or choice. I do not intend to cause any discomfort to anyone who does not smoke either, however, during travel (work/leisure), I do not accept such discrimination whereby there is NO 'Smoking Room.' Well, hello, I am spending as much as a non-smoker is - and yet during my personal stay at the hotel room, there should be some kind of provision for me to smoke.

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the Beautiful Settings, Decoration, Delicious Food and the Great service you and your team provided. We received the Glowing feedback from our guests and we couldn't be Happier. Specially the Fresh Banana Leaves placed to decorate the ***DAP was an eye catcher for our guests. Everything was well planned, explained and the execution was marvelous and we cannot express how much Appreciative we are for everything that your Ms. Punam & Ms. Alpa did for us. These two had a hard job and both executed fabulously ! We will be sure to recommend Grand Mercure to friends in future. We are very much impressed of how the Ceremony went smoothly following all COVID19 guidelines and Hotel stall and guests behaving safe.it just melted our ❤s !
