I read a lot of comments and chose this hotel. I really didn't choose the wrong one. The location is very good, whether it is a long-distance bus or subway, or take the airport bus to the airport, or want to go to the Grand Central Railway Station, very close. . . There is also Times Square. . . At the intersection of 41st Street and Madison Avenue, the door is small, mainly the name on the door is written in a special font, which made us not notice when we first went there. 200 meters away from the New York City Public Library, which is not 200 meters away from Fifth Avenue, it is not necessary. There are three types of rooms in the hotel, which are about 19, 25, and 33 square meters, and 19 is relatively small. I booked 25 for the second night, but the order information sent by Ctrip to the hotel was wrong. The first night I checked in was the 19 room. It was very late to react. The size of the room was wrong. I coordinated with the front desk and Ctrip. Ctrip immediately found the problem and made compensation, and moved to the largest room of 33 the next day. If it is a single person, the room of 19 is enough. For two people, the baggage can't be opened, and it can only be put to the bedside. In addition, in particular, after the store, the hotel charges a fee of 20 US dollars per day. This fee is breakfast, all-day coffee snacks, afternoon tea, which is very worthwhile. Especially afternoon tea, with cheese, fruit, a variety of small snacks, red and white wine and champagne. . . . In addition, this location is on 41st Street, when the 99th Street in Central Park in New York is basically a full 2km. I ran in the morning and ran another 10km in Central Park. I am very happy. Central Park is a must-see for everyone who loves sports. Running, cycling, and dog-walking are all very good. . .

We really enjoyed our stay here. From the welcoming staff, management checking in on us, to the nice comfy bed. Our room was nice and clean after being out all day exploring the city and that was a major plus. Couldn't have picked a better hotel. And the price is perfect. This has definitely made our celebration even better.

To begin with the staff at this hotel are first class. They all seem trained to be able to any job and do it with grace and friendliness. We felt very welcome. The modern suite is spacious and as we spent 11 nights it was great to have a living room and separate bedroom . The bathroom was spacious . The water and soft drinks were complimentary and the IT helped us set up our Apple TV so we were very settled . The location is perfect , opposite the beautiful library and Bryant Park. It was easy to walk in all directions to attractions and restaurants and there are grocery stores nearby. Unfortunately there is no laundry facilities but we organised a laundry pickup and drop off . We did not eat breakfast there but it looked like a nice place .

Very nice hotel, great staff, clean room, and comfortable bed. Problem was the heat that cycled on and off all night long--and the absence of any controls to turn off or adjust the setting. They've stripped the controls from the rooms, apparently. The temperature was fine, but the noise was a big issue--disrupted my sleep all night. I'd recommend the hotel wholeheartedly if this sort of thing doesn't;t bother you or if you travel with a white noise machine. Marriott should make a white noise app available on their TV. (An all-night-long app on phone would drain the battery so need it on the TV.) That would solve the problem. Also, I was on a high floor but could still occasionally hear traffic. In that regard, a white noise app on the TV would be cheaper for Marriott then switching out all the windows to better tamp down the outside noise.

When I visit a city I look for a hotel that is easy, boutique and in a great central location! Pestana ticks all the boxes. 1) FAST - Hector checked us in within 5 minutes, showed us around, answered our questions and we were good to go! I love fast efficient service and Hector was amazing. 2) ROOM - The room has EVERYTHING you need. I particularly like the nespresso, fridge and the incredibly comfortable bed!! The views of New York and Madison Avenue were a bonus too! 3) TEAM - Every staff member I met was incredibly fun, polite and approachable. All smile. All make you feel welcome. I particularly love Lilly at the front desk. She is a lot of fun and very professional. Every hotel needs a Lilly! 4) LOCATION - You cannot get better! 2 mins from Grand Central, Madisons Ave and Empire State Building. We saved so much time and money by staying here because everything was walkable! 5) OTHER BENEFITS - Great coffee machine. Easy to grab a taxi outside. 40 mins from JFK. I’d 100% recommend Pestana Park! You will love it. I did. I’ll be back again in a week or two when I return to NYC. Keep up the amazing work team!

Great boutique hotel nestled in the busy streets of New York. Right off of Madison Avenue, you're incredibly close to anything and everything there is to experience in the city. The hotel itself was amazing. The rooms are modern and unique. The whole ambience is breathtaking as soon as you walk in the front door. The lobby and hallways have cool artwork on the walls, playing into the Shakespearian vibe. Even though the restaurant/bar was closed, it didn't take away from the experience at all. We will certainly return to try them out in the future. Let's talk staff. We dealt with 3 employees during our stay, and unfortunately I only got one of their names. Rafael was incredibly professional, a true standard of hospitality. Everyone else was just as great, extending us a late check-out and holding our bags as we walked around the city for the day. Overall, we will be returning this beautiful hotel for our next trip to New York, and definitely recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and memorable stay.

Just back from a 3 night stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Travelled with a friend: we had a single room each. Both rooms very nice & spacious. Immaculate bedding, pleasing queen size large beds for single occupancy rooms. Nicely furnished with plenty of lamps, desk, armchair, coffee machine, fridge, TV, good bath with over head shower. Toiletries provided (eco friendly wall dispenser style). Plenty of towels. Large wardrobe/bathrobes. Only thing missing is a kettle (if you’re a Brit like me - probably would like to be able to make a cup of tea in room!) This hotel is well situated in midtown. Literally a couple of minutes from Grand Central Station. Service excellent. It’s obviously an old building from perhaps the 1930s? and has real charm. Seems quite newly decorated in the rooms. Calm atmosphere in reception area. I would highly recommend this hotel. My room was 1401 on 14th floor - no traffic noise.

I chose this hotel because it was new and just remodeled. I really made a good choice. Bery good choice because it is really really nice and so well decorated. You feel like in the perfect home. We had a corner room with a nice view (11th floor). Very fast check-in and very fast check out. the bedroom is a good size, exactly like on pictures i saw. The location is a good one, 4 minutes walk to Grand central station and 9 minutes to times square. Also, the location is quiet and very easuy to find for the taxi. I come to NYC every year, and i won't choose another hotel. We wer feeling like home.

I felt very small when I first entered the room, but it was strange. The experience was getting better and better. The room was really small, but the details were very good. The system is also more advanced than most hotels in the United States, and the air-conditioning panel has strong feedback, but the only thing I feel a little regret is that even in the premium room, the bed is only Queen size. But intimately, the sofa next to it can be adjusted into a single sofa bed. Location Needless to say, Fifth Avenue and Bryant Park are convenient for going to Manhattan. The hotel is new and the staff at the front desk looks superb. Ask a question, the number of hotel rooms should be large, breakfast needs to be lined up, the elevator needs to wait for a while, and the hotel facilities need to be improved. If you are very concerned about the size of the room, you don't need to choose this hotel. The 32 square meters mentioned by Ctrip does not exist at all. There is no introduction of square meters on their own website. I don't know where Ctrip's 32 square meters come from, which is false information. Summary: small, exquisite, new, good location; Ctrip and Ctrip's agents are very unreliable! !! !!

We stayed 4 nights towards the end of April and the Staff gets a 5 plus! Our son and girlfriend also stayed in a different room at the same time. The staff, I cannot remember all the names, but Zack and Jimmy at front desk were wonderful and friendly as everyone was including housekeeping and room service. They even allowed our son to check in early at no extra charge, a plus in NYC! As others have said, the rooms and public areas are very clean. I would love to give 5 plus stars totally, but with the restaurant and bar still closed and nowhere in hotel, including rooms for coffee unless room service, it’s hard to do. I had called before so knew the circumstances and brought my little 4 cup pot with me! We did get breakfast room service twice and had it delivered to the mezzanine, which was good, a bit pricey, but the gentleman serving was very gracious. I understand with New York closed down for such a long time due to the Pandemic, now it is hard to get employees back, as they’ve probably moved or gotten other jobs, coming from Florida, I think they’re here! The hotel seemed a bit busy at times, but still very quiet. The 4 of us would have loved for the bar to have been open on the rooftop, other bars in area were very busy?! Yes, plenty in area and restaurants! The one issue I had and complaint was WiFi it would bump me off daily and supposedly had a charge, however this was taken off our bill. I truly hope we can come back when all is open! As I said, the staff is exceptional at this Hotel! Looking forward to next time!

We stayed here during our trip for five days. This was our first time in New York City and it was exceptional. Since it was the first time visiting, I spent weeks researching hotels looking at neighborhoods, reviews, room types, everything! I’m so happy we decided on The Gotham! From the front desk to the restaurant there were no issues. Everyone was very helpful, attentive, and kind. The pictures are exactly like the rooms. We stayed in the king balcony room on the back side of the building which was really cool and quiet. We also stayed in the queen balcony room because we didn’t do our dates correctly lol and thankfully they had a room open. Looking out on the balcony in the queen room was awesome. We are returning over Christmas and have rebooked the queen balcony room and I can’t wait! This room is noisier but it’s not to the point of not being able to sleep. My husband and I live in the country surrounded by cow fields so if I can sleep with the noise level anyone can!

No breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is an express hotel next to the airport. The price is too expensive, that is, for the morning shift night flight. The twin beds are all 1.3 m beds. We passed the check in at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, took the airtrain to the memorial circle, called the hotel front desk, and arrived in 20 minutes. Fortunately, the phone number of Ctrip's note is correct. Since it is a fast hotel, if the conditions are similar, it is recommended to choose the Holiday Inn directly, their car has been waiting there.

This hotel and its facilities were one of the most-talked about topics on our week-long visit. There are some aspects of the hotel which are great - some which you dont encounter in some other hotels. Then there are some aspects which simply let the hotel down. The hotel should just give up on Breakfast.. there is no restaurant, and there are only three dining tables and a low coffee table which means that there is not a lot of room if all guests arrive at the same time for Breakfast. "Continental Breakfast" it is advertised on the hotel website - it is nothing of the kind. Consisting of tea, coffee, cerals, croissant, juice and toast it is very minimalist. In the latter part of the stay there were no Croissant or Juice 'because of covid'. Given the number of shops around it would not have been difficult to have sourced these elsewhere, but the staff decided it was too much trouble. There are a few places for breakfast within a short distance from the hotel, though As with no restaurtant, there is no bar either... but there is one two doors down, and behind the hotel. And there are some really good points to this hotel: There is plenty of hot water for the shower, and the temperature doesn't fluctuate as it does in some other hotels in this part of NYC. There are plenty of towels, the bed is comfortable, and the rooms are soundproofed from other rooms (but not from outside). I would have liked a security eye hole in the door so you can see who is at the door before opening it

My wife and I stayed three days at the Equinox Hotel in Hudson Yards, an it was a great experience! The hotel is obviously quite new, and it was amazing. The people at the front desk made us feel home right away. We got a room upgrade, and got what I believe is called a Skyline Room. The room was very elegant and spacious. The bed was great, and so was the bed linen. It felt new and crispy. We had enough room to stash away our luggage, and that always makes it feel less of a travel and more of home. We tried out the their SPA. Both of us had the infra red sauna, and my wife tried a drip treatment. She was a little jet lagged, but it all went away after the drip treatment. I went for a swim in the outdoor, but heated lap pool. The pool was long enough to actually get some exercise out of it. We ate at the restaurant, Electric Lemon, and the food was great. The location of the hotel is perfect to check out the new Hudson Yards. We walked the High Line which is located right by the hotel, and which is a great thing to do in NYC. It took us right down to Chelsea Market. The hotel staff looked out for our luggage the day we checked out, so that we could enjoy more of what the area has to offer. All in all a great experience which is recomended.

The Marlton hotel is a beautiful, old style boutique hotel. The lobby and restaurant are both upscale and yet comfortable . The room was tiny, but had everything we needed. The bathroom was almost as big as the room…lol…The towels and sheets were very high quality, but the bed was too hard for me. We were glad that there was space underneath the bed, as that was the only place for suitcases. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was either a grab and go yogurt/granola and coffee or a meal in the restaurant. There are three choices for breakfast that are included, but you can order off a menu as well. We loved the location, being close to both the West and East Village. It’s one block from Washington Square park. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Good stay. Would stay again. Pros- * Very very friendly staff. I encountered many of the Front Desk agents and they were all fantastic. They really want to please you. They helped me with dining suggestions, locating a small fan for the room, as well as getting me in early. I feel terrible I do not know their names but all five stars. I want to say Katie/Keli and Vince were who I encountered the most. * good location if you do not want to be in the main tourist area. Near subways, basic shopping, and numerous dining options. Even a small massage parlor across the street which was great. * good size room for NY. Our room on the 11th floor had a very high ceiling which was a nice touch and made the room feel large. * Room was spotless. Cons- * The Front Desk is cashless and cannot make change. Very annoying for all parties especially as I was trying to get change for gratuities. They need some sort of change bank. * The room needed some more light. Very dark. * I requested a taxi to the airport. The taxi they ordered us more than twice the cost of yellow cab. I wish I knew that before he got there as I couldn’t refuse service once he arrived. Not sure if it was a taxi or a car service. Bottom line- Great hotel. Caring FD.

You might see unhappy reviews from previous visitors. I observed this hotel made a big effort to get back to normal from the covid dates, (it sounds like this is used as emergency shelter, like all other area hotels at some point based on the others' review) First, the front entrance and lobby area has modern design interior with professional and friendly attitude staff. member. My room seems like renovated, new floor and clean wallpaper. all modern interior. Comprementaly breakfast is resumed with hot egg/sausages. the breakfast room is run by a dedicated lady who keeps the items stocked throughout the breakfast time. Overall, I do not have any complaint, I would definitely use this place again.

very good. I did not expect that hotels in the United States could achieve this level. Arrived at the peak of the stay on Friday afternoon, I was told that I had to wait an hour to go to the restaurant next to my lunch. When I asked again, I was upgraded to a suite. It is much better than the St Regis service in Florence, and the breakfast is just fine. The typical American breakfast, which can eat 50%, is very good. Oh. Breakfast is a single point~ Shopping for a meal is recommended to go to the northeast for 3 minutes to Madison Ave, better than Fifth Avenue, too few people.

Celebrating a milestone birthday, we didn't want just another hotel. The Beekman did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived by the welcoming doorman to the front desk, bell man and bar/restaurant staff, our stay was fantastic. If you are looking for a hotel with character and history this is it! Situated in the Fi Di in lower Manhattan, the subway is a 3 min walk away, The Beekman is easily accessible and a 40 min trip by cab from LGA. Plenty of good restaurants and breakfast places in the area as well as Seaport Museum and dock with view of the Brooklyn Bridge. We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. Rated sleep quality 4 out of 5 cos it's the middle of NYC not a mountain resort!

PROS: Fantastic location adjacent to the Rockefeller Centre and Radio City. 10 min stroll to Times Square, very safe area. The staff are helpful and very pleasant to interact with. Emmanuel was who we interacted with most and he is very friendly and easy to deal with. There is no resort fee which is rare in NYC and the facilities are quite good. There is a fitness room with weights and Peleton bike. There are also amenities such as a washing machine with free detergent is available to use, vending machines, computer and printer, free tea and coffee area and free filtered water and re-usable bottles located on each floor. There is a deposit on check-in but again this is common and no issue. We stayed in a Deluxe room which was quite spacious for a room in New York, the photos do not do justice to the space. We also had a fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room. The temperature of the room was easy to control via control panel. The television has lots of channels but also you can cast from your phone so you can watch Netflix etc and the wifi signal is strong. We booked through booking.com and got a free taxi from ELife from Newark directly to the door. On our return journey we got a bus from Bryant Park direct to the Airport. This bus stop services all airports and makes transfer easy. CONS: The light switch in the bathroom did flash/spark at times which would need to be fixed. The internet dropped off service twice but if you phone reception they reset it and it does come back immediately. Rooms are not serviced due to COVID restrictions, you can phone and request anything you need but you would miss the automatic replenishment of the coffee supplies, fresh towels and having the bed made etc. When we did request more bathroom supplies they were dropped to the room very quickly so not a big issue. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel for value for money and location and I hope to stay there again.

I guess booking.com should be realistic in giving details especially room details because the photo being published on their site is totally different in real life. I booked pod51 because when I saw the photo there was a whole body mirror in the room and there was also a little sofa. We were so shocked when we arrived in our room because the room was so tiny. It seems like the bed is good only for one person and my husband is tall and big. We have 4 luggages and it’s even more difficult to display our stuff. At least you should provide a whole body mirror for your guests because I presumed all guests are tourists people. It is so difficult when we can’t even check ourselves in the mirror. And also, booking.com should be real in publishing photos. It was so misleading. Over all we’re not happy! And I cannot recommend this to all of my friends!

I had high expectations, this hotel came highly recommended and so I took the chance with a week's stay. The good: The staff is all very nice and welcoming, everyone was kind and friendly. I got a room upgrade (Queen) and was able to check in early (11am), which was really nice and helpful. The room is spacious and the bed is large with plenty of comfortable pillows, I was able to get a good night's sleep. The view was exceptional from my room, not sure all rooms are the same though. Location is great, very close to the river on one side and Chelsea market on the other. Plenty of food options close by. Speaking of food, the burgers from room service are excellent, though the fries are a bit too salty, but overall food quality was great. The bad: The safe malfunctioned, took 3 calls to the front desk and an hour to get someone to come fix it (30 seconds for the actual fix). The manager told me it's another department so there was nothing she could do about it (what??). The water faucet was dripping constantly, one drop every second like clockwork, the whole week. No way to shut it off. That was not fixed by the time I left even though I complained about it. One of the evenings I came back to the room to take a shower before going out to see a show. All ready to go, I turned on the water, only to find out there was no water coming out of the shower. I was later told there was a problem on the floor above and the water was shut off, yet there was water in all other faucets except for the shower. And how about telling your guests about it so they don't get surprised? After speaking to the manager I was offered a 100$ credit for food and beverages as compensation. She forgot to update it in the system, but on checkout I asked for it and somehow that was approved.

There are not many traditional Chinese hotels in the empire. They are not many Chinese, hidden in the downtown, but they are prosperous when entering, quiet, comfortable bedding, rich breakfast, especially convenient transportation. I have visited NYC once before and stayed in a very busy commercial mid-town Manhattan hotel with no character. This time I wanted to stay in a less busy location in a hotel where the staff welcomed you with a smile. We were not disappointed. We were very pleased with choosing the Beacon. Our room on the 25th floor had all the facilities we needed and as it was a corner suite we had a view of both central park and of the cityscape to the south. The view was quite mesmerising (room 2512 for information). The hotel staff were very friendly as were the other guests we spoke to. The Viand cafe next door served excellent breakfasts and the fairway supermarket across the road was handy for anything we needed for the kitchenette. The Owl’s Tail cocktail bar around the corner made an excellent Manhattan cocktail and the Red Farm asian restaurant a block’s walk up cooked some delicious asian cuisine and also had cold beer on tap. The nearest subway was in sight of the hotel on 72nd street. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to New York.

Overall, the hotel was very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable, with hot running water and blackout blinds. What we strongly disliked was that our room was located directly opposite the 4 elevators A-D and there has been no efforts to soundproof the rooms. This meant we could hear every person coming up and down the elevators throughout the day and night. Secondly, the air conditioning came on during the night and was so loud it woke up both up several times, despite us turning it off. Thirdly, the elevators really need to have a better schedule. 8 elevators and we were often left waiting 10+ minutes for one to arrive, and often stopping at several floors on the way down even when the elevator was full with people. I can't believe that the most efficient method of elevator scheduling is used here. I note that this hotel is a 4 star, and that is why the above negatives are written. Had the hotel been given a 3 star rating I would have genuinely accepted the above negatives of our stay. However, I strongly expected more from a 4 star hotel. We would come back but would recommend they soundproof the rooms near the elevators as well as arranging their elevators more efficiently.

At any hotel I’ve ever stayed it is common to give outgoing mail to the front desk. *no area for luggage storage, another common feature hotels offer…because of no luggage storage, I had to drag my luggage around Manhattan for 5 hours as I went sight-seeing before my evening flight. However, Juniors Restaurant near Times Square offers luggage storage for patrons. In closing, I’d gladly stay at this hotel again given the pros. I have encountered similar problems several times, Ctrip should pay attention to it. The front desk of the hotel will also increase taxes and service charges. Nearly $ 30 a night, which is quite expensive. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of Times Square, Fifth Avenue and several subway lines. And there are many popular restaurants nearby, which is a good choice for tourists. In Manhattan, where the land is so rich, the rooms are not small. The disadvantage is that it is too old, the facilities are very aging, and the hotel is poorly soundproofed. In addition, hygiene is also very scribbled. The free breakfast at the hotel is bread slices, muffins, fruits, yogurt and oatmeal. It is very simple. The only hot food is toast the bread slices. The Chinese stomach still can't eat ...

Perhaps because of the epidemic, there have been a lot fewer tourists, but the front desk's enthusiastic service to tourists is not reduced. The location is moderate.

Gramercy
Newsflash: Welcome to the Grand Renovation of the W’s Flagship in NYC ….for 2023 They have closed down both restaurants, Irvington (my favorite breakfast place in the city) and The Living Room, with a discreet plea to “pardon our appearance.” Oh, and no room service. None. You can't even get a cup of coffee, or make one in your room. Wait, there IS a selection of Pringles at your mini-bar if you need stimulants. (Seriously who is eating Pringles in 2022?? like sawdust tossed with MSG. ) And uhm - almost no elevator. They are down to one elevator for the next six weeks. With over a dozen floors to service, you can expect to wait 10 minutes to get on the elevator, and when you do, there are several other people on it with you. That's not even legal under NYC Covid guidelines. But it's fine for the W. I'm a generally satisfied gold (or platinum?) member, and I booked twelve nights here in January, over the phone with a Bonvoy agent; might have been nice if that agent mentioned that there would be not a scrap of food available on the premises during my marathon stay…or that getting up to my room would be like the rollercoaster line-up at a busy amusement park. I would not have booked if I’d been informed in advance. What's even more irritating is that if you do order food, from Doordash or the like, you need to hoof it down to the lobby to deal with it when it arrives. The W Union square, a ‘Category 7’ hotel, is not ‘set up to manage it’, or to arrange it's delivery up to your room. They are too busy renovating. And did I mention the lobby is always freezing b/c the door just opens and closes all day to the January cold for all the renovations? Sometimes employees at the front desk are wearing winter jackets? So by the time you get down there with the elevator delay - the food is cold. I mean, isn’t hospitality about making the guests feel at home, rather than like there’s been a power outage? Maybe it's a Covid thing. Hard to hold much against anyone these days with all that uncertainty. There is always a bright side to any hotel stay. I do give a shout out to the staff here at the W Union Sq., all who seem smart & super nice and really helpful and apologetic. They are the reason to stay here, (and corporate should thank them by better considering their well-being!) ) Also, the beds are really comfortable, the location is perfect, the view is dynamite, and the place is VERY clean. I suppose all those things are equally important...just less so when you're uncaffeinated at 8am, or starving at 8pm, or get Covid from a crowded lift ride up to your room. And as the last reviewer states, they have the audacity to charge a random $30 'destination fee'? We should be charging the W a "deception fee!" It may appear I have too much time on my hands writing such a long review, and I do realize there are bigger problems in the world than room service, but the W Union Sq. is renovating and asking you to foot the bill, and I thought

This B&B is a bed and breakfast located very close to the Kennedy International Airport in Queens, Jamaica (less than 20 USD taxi ride). It is a private residence with several comfortable rooms as shown in the picture. The owner works hard to make the guests feel comfortable. Please be sure to contact him before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in procedure.

I walked to the light rail transfer station and there is a free public telephone to contact the hotel lobby and ask for a shuttle to the airport. In fact, you can also wait for the shuttle bus from various hotels to the road outside the light rail transfer station. There is a parking lot downstairs. The room was quite big. Suitable for guests arriving early or late.

New York City Center
I am a very loyal Hampton and Hilton customer, but I am minded never to stay at one of their hotels again after my recent experience with being wrongly charged for cancellation and then not being able to secure a refund. I had to cancel a stay at this hotel recently due to a last-minute family emergency. I booked my stay on a no-cancellation fee condition and the circumstances meant I had to cancel just a few hours before the time window for free cancellation expired. However, an issue that arose with Expedia’s website (which they acknowledged) meant that my request for cancellation was not processed by the company correctly and I had to try again the next day - at which point I was charged a cancellation fee because it was no longer within the time window. This is despite me initially requesting the cancellation within the time window. I contacted Expedia, who contacted the hotel and all agreed that the cost of cancellation would be waived on this occasion. However, to my disappointment, the cost of a night’s stay was still withdrawn from my account as a cancellation fee. I have tried contacting Expedia, who insist they can’t handle the refund as this is Hampton’s responsibility, but I contacted Hampton and they insisted that the refund is actually Expedia’s responsibility. I am at a loss for words and I am quickly losing my patience. Maybe next time I will take my business to another hotel chain.

I was surprised of the service the moment we arrived with the doormen and the reception quickly checked us in. We came for the weekend to see Harry Potter for the kids. There was also wine and cheese and Dee was there who helped us with some kids activities. We also checked out Serafina for quick dinner which is located in the hotel. Clean rooms we had a decent view outside away from crowds and noise.

Wall Street/Financial District
As the name implies, it is located in the financial district, a bit away from Times Square, but there are several subway lines nearby, so you can easily go to most places. In addition, it is calm without being too much as it is financial district. As expected, the Hilton brand, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower rooms are spacious. The staff are all smiling and bright. Breakfast costs around $ 25 for an extra charge, but on weekends you can order egg benedict etc. within the price, and I think that it is not so expensive considering the price of New York. Mineral water is available in the room but costs $ 3 if not over Hilton Honors Silver. The capsule coffee machine can be used for free, but there is no kettle pot. There is an empty refrigerator.

A great hotel, Xinguan pneumonia made our four families stranded in New York. Fortunately, this hotel that is very good for families and families in New York has saved us for two days. Unfortunately, it will be over budget if we book it later. The location is next to Wall Street. , Walking to the World Trade Center, the subway is very convenient to go to the city center, but unfortunately the timing is not long, so I will definitely stay here next time I go to New York!

Front Desk: The staff was courteous and helpful. They knew not only the services in the hotel, but knew the utilities and tourist places available outside as well. The staff even showed interest in out daughter and engaged her with a short spinning the wheel kind of game at the check-in. Over all great experience. Restaurant: Even though it says that it is a restaurant cum coffee shop cum bar, in reality it is mostly a bar with loud music. However the food is nice and staff is very helpful. They will give you good advice on what to order, portion sizes etc. Housekeeping: Good clean hotel with nice fragrances. Location: Just two blocks from port authority station and times square and couple of good Indian restaurants.
