Spacious lobby, from office can be refurbished,Travel desk is available at lobby. So also taxis are arranged on request convenience store at lobby, next to restaurant. Two lifts . Bar at ground floor, seems to be more busy. Their check in is at 1 pm and check out my 11 am next day. And early check in is with 1000 rupees. So plan accordingly. For someone who is coming early may be a challenge. Decent rooms, linen can be more clean.There is a work table, Two large chairs with a coffee table add to room ambience. Provide 2 water bottles with coffee maker. Soap and shampoo are there. Saw a foot massager in room. Can provide dental and shaving kit. Wifi is there,did not check. Number of eataries are there just outside the hotel. Luggages are kept in one corner, can have a luggage room for more safety.The hotel provides laundary service.

We were at the property for 6 days where we at BigCommerce conducted our BigDev Bootcamp training. Here are my observations - nice clean training room - projector , screen, sound, aircons all were very good - we booked 6 Rooms which are really spacious . - room service served us good warm food served - good morning breakfast - a very good coffee shop with some Amazing bakery Abhishek as the ***ager incharge took great care of us. I recommend a promotion for him.

|1.92km from city centerThe hotel is beautiful with the shining floor in the lobby, veran***. They provided quick access to the room (No 224). The room was decent with sufficient illumination though one LED bulb was not working. The doormat was missing and arranged only after telling them. The room service is not that professional and the linen strip on the bed had stains of waterdrops etc. The toiletries were good. The bathroom glass cabin is too small and the door has collided with the shower tap erected at the roof side. The mini-bar refrigerator was empty, disconnected and the safe was not working either. The complimentary breakfast was really so sumptuous, items like soft idli, upama, sambar, juice, dosa made the day but they could not prepare uttapam, anyway, the breakfast experience was really nice. The coffee maker electric jar and the sugar sachets were ok. The capsule lift looked gorgeous while moving. The front desk staff should learn to put on a smile at least while dealing with the guests. The Venue dining staff was felt eager to serve..I appreciate them all. A lot of scopes to improve room interiors and the dressing table should have a little calendar, digital table clock, menu book, dos and don'ts paper, etc. At first-day room cleaning, they took the washroom towels and then not replaced them with the washed ones for next-day usage. The sliding wooden door for the toilets produced a terrible screeching sound every time the doors slid back and forth. Overall the stay was great and joyful.

Royal entrance by Mr. somnadh & Ms. Bipasha explained well about the palace and the services . Mr. Abit promptly explained about the rooms allotted a room as per our convenience . My father enjoyed his stay & the services what hotel has given . Ms. Geetha & Mr. Mohan near swimming pool quickly noticed my needs and arranged a swim suit with safety precautions to my 2 year old baby felt so nice of them . security team ***na , Govardhan , Iranna taken out time to show & explain about every detail of the palace . and of course food is so delicious chef Mr. ***n Reddy he never fail to meet us every day on our table and. Go out of the box prepare a yummy food to my baby . Indian restaurant Mr. Shubham given us a special care on our table and the same with conti restaurant Mr. Sudhakar , Ms.Afrin . And the important house keeping team every day during the room cleaning one thing or the other always show us the Royal services . Foot pamper , special turn down , bubble bath tub what not every day is a surprise to us by hk team . My hearty thanks to swithw always with a smiling face a 6 months fresher is performing well . And the other team members Bikas , rudwan, shubham , Abhishek , shadab, shrishal and the supervisor Vinod . Raveesh sir make our stay more comfortable . The Gentle *** Mr. Singh is so good always checks on our comfort . The team is doing well with your guidance sir . Would like to come back soon .during our check out loved the check out gift & joshua, jahangir, clicked us a beautiful picture with palace view .

The banquet hall was a perfect fit for our requirement of hosting a small gathering of 60-70 guests. The stage backdrop, the entrance décor and every minute detail that we requested was catered to by Mr Sunil, the event ***ager… in fact they turned out better than we expected. We were offered food trials at every visit during the decision phase and I must say, they were as delicious at the event as they were during trials. Mr Sunil, the hotel ***ager, ensured that every possible request that we made for the event, was taken care of to the maximum extent, even if it meant going beyond his limits. We are really grateful to him for his cooperation at every step. The venue definitely added a lot of vibe, be it indoor or outdoor, serving as a perfect set for some cool photography and we are more than satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely return for hosting more such small events and recommend others too.

The entire hotel is actually undergoing renovations and is coming ***** very nicely. Also, the dining experience was exceptional. We especially enjoyed one of the chef's specialties, fish biryani, which was utterly fantastic! They also had plum cake which was out-of-this world good.

The breakfast buffet spread could have more variety. Since it is located in this busy Gachibowli area, there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. The parking, though available, is on the driveways. We were privileged to get premium space for our car by the courteous security staff. Appreciate it. Overall, a good experience.

For some reason I had to minimise my two days stay to single. Requested on their helpline number. One Shivanjali madam helped me out of the way and did the needful. Breakfast was unlimited and delicious. Medu vada and idli with ultimate saambhar. Towels provided are pretty clean. A/c was real chilled. Good antiques kept in lobby. Thanks to team treebo.

It is not as good as a domestic express hotel. The bathroom is flat, there is no bathtub, no shower curtain, and the bathroom cannot stand every time after taking a shower. In the free time, I stayed in the lobby, the room could not stay for a long time, in the residential area, a little far from the commercial area. Hotel buffets, room deliveries, and hotel cars are all too expensive, four times more expensive than normal. The lobby was pleasantly surprised, it was extremely disappointing to enter the room, I can't live with the price. The hotel with the fewest renovation facilities in India. The food is fantastic and very tasty, however, ***y of the desserts were stale, so I think those could be improved. Also, Vivek was very kind and didn’t hesitate to help me out, always bringing my daughter onion dosa and coffee. Azam and Riyaz services were great during the breakfast. Best part are watermelon , detox and beverages are great!!

They are almost the same as domestic star hotels. It is not an old hotel. It is great. I will often stay at this hotel in the future. It is also important that the hotel buffet dinner is 499 rupees. It is delicious. The spicy chicken is quite suitable for my Chinese stomach. Until now, the Indian food in this hotel is acceptable, and everyone is highly recommended. Taken day and night outside two rooms! The executive room where I live can see Hyderabad on the eighth floor!
