The price is still very cost-effective, stayed for three nights, one of them was a bit noisy at night, the other two days were very quiet, there was almost no one in the living room during the day, only the front desk brother, I was comfortable. Sitting and drinking coffee to watch the sunset. Many people say that the bathroom is small, I think it is okay, compared to the size of the Japanese bathroom is really ok; there is no toilet paper, toiletries must also be prepared by themselves, there is a hair dryer. There is a chest of luggage in the room, and a 20-inch suitcase can be put in. It is convenient to have a socket in the cabin, just like a TV can't be used. There is a row of clothes racks in the room. For many days, you can take the clothes out and hang them. Toast and coffee, jam and peanut butter are served for breakfast, which is fine for me. Close to the Philippine market and the central vegetable market, it is suitable for visiting the vegetable market. It is a bit of a road away from Jiaya Street. It is a bit tired every day. In short, it is very suitable for one person to live alone, it is suitable for ten days and a half months of emptying, because it is cheap... During the period, I also saw Korean girls taking their parents to stay, a little surprised...

We originally were booked for one night, but extended our stay. So happy we found this fantastic hostel. It's really modern with new facilities, perfectly clean, breakfast and food provided, good kitchen facilties and a lounge with Netflix! The staff are super friendly and helpful. We were stuck during the coronavirus outbreak and they allowed us to stay on longer, saving us from being homeless when everything was shutting down. Can't thank them enough. The hostel is separated across three areas of the shopping centre, so not all rooms have views of the sea, but they're all good rooms regardless.

Let me start by saying we paid 45 USD per night for this hotel. I know that is not so expensive, but for 50 USD, you expect a lot more than what we got. We stayed there the night before, and the night after, our Mt Kinabalu hike. The first night was okay - despite a lengthy check-in process and the fact that our room had no windows (the A/C worked fine). However, after we came back from our hike, we paid an extra 12 dollars (!!!) so we could at least have a window. Still all fine. However, being extremely sleep deprived we fell fast asleep at 8pm, only to be woken up at 10pm by someone RINGING THE DOORBELL to our room and I don't even know why a hotel room would have a doorbell. We didn't even begin to care why staff would ring our doorbell at that time and luckily we fell right back asleep. When we woke up we realized they had also slipped a note under our door saying the pump had broken and there was no water. That's it. No bucket, no 'would you like to get the heck out of here', no nothing. Thus, I went downstairs and begged for a bucket at least (you would think they would have brought this immediately - I'm actually no stranger to staying in places without running water). The guy then offered me some nasty bucket from the lobby bathroom that had been sitting next to the toilet. No thanks. He then told me to be patient, and two hours later, a small bucket was brought to our room. Thanks, we are checking out now. For this inconvenience, they refunded the 12 extra USD we had paid to upgrade to a window. Wow, thanks a lot. For a hotel room with NO WATER meaning we could not shower nor use the bathroom nor even wash our hands, one should at least be given a free stay (or a voucher or something). In the end we ended up being charged 45 USD for a hotel room with no water. Completely unacceptable.

The breakfast area is quite small. If there are more people, sometimes the food is not replenished fast enough. But the waiters are very nice, polite, and the location is also excellent. I have eaten durian many times. It's very convenient to go everywhere. The sea can be seen from the room, and the sky and sky can be seen when the curtains are opened! I booked a one-bedroom suite with a balcony and sea view. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the room allow me to wake up in the morning and see the superb sea view. In the living room, there is a sofa, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, tableware and kitchenware, and you can buy fresh food for yourself. Only less than 100 meters away from Jeston Pier, the location is quiet, and the rooms are cleaned in time every day. The price of 300 per night is very good value.

advantage: 1. There is a private beach. 2. The room can cook, and the kitchenware is complete. 3. The room is large, two bathrooms, and a hall. 4. The staff are very friendly, the front desk cannot speak Chinese, and the driver has a little brother who can speak English. Disadvantages: 1. It is too far away from the urban area. The taxi from the airport to the hotel Grab 50mp, back to the urban area 63mp, unless you have stayed in the hotel for a while, you can stay. 2. There is no supermarket near the hotel. There is only a small shop in the hotel. It is a few simple things to sell. It is particularly expensive. It is about 4-5 times the normal price. I remember that a bag of instant noodles is 25mp. Bring some snacks or meals. 3. There are a lot of ants in the dining table of the hotel restaurant. People with obsessive-compulsive disorder change several tables. The restaurant's things are also very expensive and not tasty. 4. The price of the hotel is very large. I recommend comparing the major platforms and rebooking. The price of my initial order is one-third different from the current price, and it is about 500 yuan more for two nights. Finally, I agreed to re-order with the hotel. . 5. The hotel is a suburb. Apart from swimming in the pool, it is not fun to stroll down the beach in the afternoon, so it is recommended to book a maximum of two nights. I have been boring for three nights! 6. There is no Wifi except in the villa area, which leads to the exhaustion of mobile phone traffic and can only be dazed. The signal is particularly poor.

The hotel is in a good location. There are several banks on the right downstairs, which can be self-serviced by ATMs. There are also several supermarkets that are open 24 hours a day. The restaurant is closed at night. There are several shops, and there are also daze places for tea and coffee. Generally speaking, the location is superior and convenient. When the first day arrived, the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk to arrange someone to change them immediately. I felt that the service was very good. The front desk staff was very good. Maybe it was good luck. I did n’t meet the black man in the comments . More than a hundred prices to live in such a hotel in Kota Kinabalu, very good! Recommended.

I was assigned to room 316 at level 3.i think i was upgraded to another type of room because the room is spacious, consist of 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. I was lucky because of this RMCO, no shops operating after midnight and the defeaning sound slowly faded by that time. Double glazing window will be needed as the noisy sound from the road can be heard very clear. A bit unpleasant smell in the bathroom which i think it must be from the drainage and found yellowish water on the toilet bowl. Location wise, just walking distance to Suria Sabah and just next door to convenience store as well as restaurants. Staff very impressive and polite!

Five-star hotels in Malaysia are much cheaper than domestic, but a little lower than domestic. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with breakfast. Generally speaking, I was satisfied with the breakfast. The breakfast was rich and the bed pillows were comfortable. There was no window. I was not used to open the air conditioner. I liked to open the window to ventilate. The cleaning of the hotel was a bit sloppy. I will forget to give shampoo, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, and there will be some hair on the ground, but it must not be dirty! The location is very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel is not in the most prosperous location in the city of Kota Kinabalu, but it is very close, so it is quiet and quiet. You can walk to the durian market under the overpass and Gaya Street for more than ten minutes. The hotel is not big but clean and tidy. Towels ca n’t be taken outside the hotel. Towels can be rented from the swimming pool, which is a little inconvenient. Check-in and check-out at the hotel front desk were very fast, I did not see any Chinese-speaking staff. The room where I stayed could see a little sea view. The hotel's breakfast room had a good sea view. After checking in on the first day, due to the second day of departure to go to the round island, the departure time was 7 am. However, the hotel's breakfast is served from 6 o'clock. We did not agree to the requirement of packed breakfast. We went for breakfast at 6 o'clock and ate a little. However, the hotel's breakfast is very hearty. Fortunately, we stayed for two nights and then tasted the hotel's breakfast. It was really not worse than a five-star hotel, and there were many types that were changed every day. The room was spacious and nice. It is a relatively cost-effective hotel, and the location is also very good. This hotel is closest to the departure pier to the round island, so we were picked up in the end and it was not in a hurry. Very willing to recommend to friends who are going to Kota Kinabalu for a hotel in the city.

This time (4 / 11-11 / 11) is the fourth time I have come to Malaysia to stay at the Dream Hotel. The first time was last February. First of all, the environment is good. It is very close to the Central Market, Seafood Market, and the Philippines Market, especially the Durian Market. It is within 10 minutes on foot. The Dream Hotel is close to Kota Kinabalu City Hall and Gaya Street. There is a lively night market on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Various Chinese, Malay and Indian cuisines are on display at the same time. The hotel we chose was a standard room with windows. It was well-equipped and clean. It was cleaned twice a day. The breakfast was delicious, as well as porridge, fruit, coffee and tea. The hotel price is very good, and the price does not exceed RMB 300 yuan per room per day. We are actually a transit station in Kota Kinabalu, so we have two more days to check in here! The time of staying is only a few hours, so I want to find a cheaper hotel, but I am afraid that it will not be clean. After reading it for many days, this review is very good, and I have been afraid of being a good review, but I went to know it. I really am sorry for not congratulating yourself! The driver who picked up at the location went directly to this place. Yes, it was the Bank of Malaysia. It was very convenient to pick up the money (because the ATM machine was not picked up at the airport and the money was broken). A young boss is very handsome! A young lady is also very nice and kind! He also took the initiative to help us move our luggage to the third floor! Ask any questions very patiently! Although the room is small, it is very clean! Even the staircase corridor is very clean! The location is also very good. You can walk to Tianqiao Durian Street on foot (but it is expensive and not tasty. If you have a Kuala Lumpur itinerary, I recommend going to Kuala Lumpur to eat durian). There are also many check-in gourmet restaurants that can be reached on foot! There is a night market at night. Some people say that law and order are not good, but I don't think it is bad. If transit is highly recommended!

From the perspective of the scenery, the hotel's prospects are comparable to Tanjung Aru. All of them are a sea. The sunset must always be the same. The family is particularly suitable for vacation. Swimming, siesta, waiting to watch the sunset in the afternoon, all the food and drinks you can usually get out through the supermarket shopping cart arranged by the hotel, you can buy four 1 kg durians and 3 1 kg mangosteen in the supermarket parking I really don't want to cook a few skewers or Malay ~ or Hong Kong style tea room meals. It is enough to go out once a day. Of course, shrimp is the first time to buy prawns at RM80 per kg in Kota Kinabalu's Central Vegetable Market. I ate two meals per kg.
