Where do I begin with the problems? This may seem centrally located, but it is still quite a hike from Osaka Station, especially with bags. As other travelers have noted, the entrance is fairly well hidden, we got lucky and walked in the right door and figured out where to go the first time, but that was just dumb luck. The area was the most seedy place I have been anywhere in Japan. There was trash on the streets, and loud fights going on practically everywhere. Had to push our way past the drunks on the way in and the way out. Staff took FOREVER to do check in and couldn't seem to find our reservation and yes, then it cost a bit more for no appreciable reason. Luggage storage area simply a roped off area in the tiny check in room (anybody could make off with your luggage and nobody would know the difference). We asked for two keys because there were two of us and got major static, but eventually our two keys. Elevator up to our floor claustrophobic beyond belief - could barely fit the two of us and our luggage. The room was small and cramped. All the advertised amenities were there, but in miniature. The walls are done up in 1970s dark paneling, so lighting is a major issue. Also had to hunt around to find the electrical outlets to charge our phone/tablets. Bathroom was decent sized, but the faucet sounded like a 747 taking off every time we used it. EVERY time we left our room, we were stopped by hall staff demanding to know who we were and where we were going. Nobody tells you that the rooms are right next to a busy freeway overpass, so you have cars and trucks going by all day and night. Then in the morning you are treated to the sights and sounds of guys pouring their drunken girlfriends into taxis right out in front of the hotel. And yes, there are the police and ambulances constantly moving around 24/7. Then the breakfast is an adventure. We bought tickets, but as there are no signs we sat down at one of the tables and were almost assaulted by the dining room lady who DEMANDED our tickets. After getting over our sheer embarrassment from that we went to the "buffet" that was limited at best, with most things running out almost immediately. It was a struggle to find something to eat in any sufficient quantity to start your day. Protein offerings ran out FAST, even in the very early hours. If you want an adventure in lodging, this is the place for you. If you want someplace that is relatively friendly, has some customer service, is not overrun by rude staff and drunks, go somewhere....anywhere....else.

Double standard rooms are relatively small, but the location of the hotel is very good, facilities and services can not be said, breakfast also gave a coupon, check-in ladies and small gifts such as facial cleanser, makeup remover and other small packages to pick two at random. The price is very high. Next time I go to Osaka and live here, thank Ctrip. Thank you Tokyu for giving us a great travel experience!

Hotel location is not too good, downstairs is 24 hours 711, feels at the center of the business, take the subway, just look for the subway, up is the main entrance of the hotel, but feel that the Japanese subway is not so mainstream, or take JR more a little more. It is very convenient to walk by the airport bus. There is no need to climb up and down the stairs. Even if you drag the suitcase, you can walk for 5 minutes. Go to the site and buy tickets on the machine. Basically, 15 to 20 minutes, each There are airport lines, we are going to Kansai International Airport, the fare is 1550 yen one way / person. The breakfast is very good, don't take the standard of a 5 star hotel. The breakfast here is really conscience. No matter the breakfast is not included, the hotel guests can go to breakfast, queue up at the peak, but also very quickly, the service staff It seems to be a slightly older man, very polite. Hollow powder, mashed potatoes, miso soup, and tofu soup are quite delicious, and fried chicken nuggets are sold at the same time, but they taste great. The hotel room is quite small, it is not suitable for bringing children at all, because it is impossible to turn around, and it is quite recommended to go play, go shopping and eat. One of the most critical issues is that the so-called single and double rooms are just the difference in occupancy. In fact, they are all single rooms. Don’t care, because it is very possible to understand the double room as a big bed room. Then I’m a fart. Imagine a 1.2 or 1.3m bed. Sleeping 2 people is really sour, and 2 pieces of luggage can’t be opened. 2 people live on a solid twin room, even if it is a husband and wife also contact twin rooms, at least 2 beds pushed together than the 1.3 bed ~ ask if you can extra bed, I can only say haha, In addition to the bed, a suitcase and a suitcase are all open to the difficult aisle, the extra bed is very difficult~ The hotel is located in the center of the commercial street, it feels like there is no parking place~ Then there is a Chinese waiter at the front desk of the hotel. Taiwanese people are very polite and very nice.

It feels like a couple hotel. The couples staying around are couples. After check-out, it is not good to store luggage. The electric kettle should be with the front desk. The room is still relatively large. At the beginning of the living, the bathroom was half, really big, what is the bathroom so big? 2333333333

Located slightly less than a km from the Shin Umeda and Osaka stations, it is very convenient to catch the metro and trains. The Shinkansen station is a stop away at Shin Osaka Station. There a long E Street with a huge variety of food and entertainment along the walk to the hotel. Many 7-Elevens and Family Marts around too. We even walked to Osaka Castle which was a slightly long but pleasant walk in the autumn. Hotel reception is located on the 2nd floor and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a bar on the 1st floor where you can get your welcome drink anytime, ranging from wines to juices. We had a twin room which was a bit tight but that was pretty much Japanese room standard. Bathroom was reasonably sized with a bath tub. Has a coffee machine and fridge. Did not try the breakfast though as there was a few breakfast places around to try. Overall, very happy with the service, room and location of the hotel. Will choose Wing International again if I come back to Osaka. Price was very reasonable too.

I LOVE staying in Umeda every time I visit Osaka (usually once a year). AirBnBs in the area have disappeared, and this is the best and most basic option for a good value. Sure, there may be cheaper hotels - but they're just kind of dated and older. This hotel is what you want for a basic hotel - clean, comfortable, excellent location. This hotel was very well designed, spotless, excellent space for a Japanese city hotel. Bed was comfortable, air con strong, bidet, good shower products. Totally great for what it should be - a place to rest at night. You don't actually don't need to spend time in your room anyway! Just a five minute walk to the Umeda nightlife street and the MASSIVE Osaka/Umeda station complex with tons of shopping. You don't need to go to Shinsaibasi - everything is here and feels MUCH MORE local. Minus one star: housekeeping stops at 12:30 PM every day and no one told me until I called to take out trash. For going out at night and eating lots of snacks in my rooms, it meant a little trash that I never could get removed because I was always sleeping late. I don't even need a full clean, but the fact that I couldn't get trash taken out was annoying. But I survived! I did also see a long black hair (mine's brown) on the shower wall (but hair is harmless I know, and it was literally one), but not a big deal. Everything else was SPOTLESS.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner on our first visit to Osaka. The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro and the main Osaka station so very easy to get around (however the underground can be very confusing so ask the hotel staff for a map) The room was small but standard for Japan, bed was comfy, good heating and good WiFi. Breakfast was great, lots of Japanese and western choices. Hotel staff were very polite and friendly. Lots of great restaurants minutes away. I would stay again.

A lot of 100 yen incl tax Food and product for sell. Of course cosmetic as well. Will book again if offer a good deal $45 usd per night (I stay for 5 weekdays).

The price is really too high! After traveling in Japan for more than a week, I finally lived in a room where a family can straighten their legs! The front desk is Chinese-speaking. I don't know if we saw a child with us and also specially upgraded us for free. Children have their own beds! It turned out that sleeping alone on a bed was so cool! The bathtub and electric toilet are also complete, don't be too satisfied! The only thing is to take a subway or bus, but during the walk, I saw the quiet side of Osaka. Breakfast is not free for children under seven years old. The food in the morning was still plentiful and there were many choices. Don't sleep late. Don't hesitate to eat and live well, this is it!

The location of the hotel is the highest in the same district. It is in all directions. It is close to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The Kobe beef and the Japanese restaurant diagonally opposite are downstairs recommended. The internal environment of the hotel is ok, the rooms are a bit old, but overall it is quite hygienic. This is the place to choose for the next family because it is only 10 minutes away from Namba Station and it is very convenient to take the subway to and from the airport!

My flight is 6pm, that's why i have to check out first & ask hotel to keep my baggage... but this hotel is rare,,,, Reception won't help us on this but tell u after check out, pls go the baggage storage room to check your baggage for yrself... first of all, storage room is so tiny, only one person can get inside... & hardly to put my heavy baggage there... anyway, u will take your own responsibility to lock yr baggage. So, this is really rare & so different from other hotel...

This hotel is average, and it ’s more convenient to eat and drink. I ’ll give you some science. I ’ll take the last stop of the Nankai Line from Kansai Airport to find Shinsaibashi. The hotel breakfast is usually full. Free ramen at 10:30 every night. It tastes good. I even eat three bowls of ravioli. It is suitable for children. There is parking lot and extra beds. The location of the hotel is close to the surrounding attractions. The hotel Features: Chinese service is available 24 hours a day. After 11 o'clock, you need to bring your room card to enter the hotel. The security is high, and the room has free drinks. If you have to vomit, the decoration is a bit old.
