|9.74km from city centerPaid for a ”suite”; no couch or chair to sit on. There was a rolling desk chair. The room was recently renovated so perhaps the new furniture hasn't come in. Nice large TV for the bed but I couldn't pull up a channel guide. Expanded cable the best I could tell. No premium channels; the best I could tell. Room was clean; comfortable bed. I consider it a safe area; next door to a Twin Peaks restaurant. Prepaid online through Wyndham's website. Check in employee could not see that the reservation was paid; although she admitted the reservation rate was ”pay now”. Sort of self explanatory. She would not accept me showing the charge on my credit card. I personally had to call Wyndham headquarters who in turn called her to instruct her to check me in. This meant looking up the confirmation number and writing it down to communicate with corporate after a day of travel. The Wyndham agent apologized for the experience; the employee did not. I left the desk feeling as if she still thought I was lying. She was never rude but a semi apology for the confusion was warranted and putting me through the hassle of having to call corporate. Having top rewards status with Wyndham should have meant something; or so I thought. Breakfast was much better than expected considering there were very few tenants with the renovation. Pre-fab eggs, link sausage, biscuits/gravy plus many forms of carbs. Several restaurants in the general area; with many choices within a mile. Close to the main freeway but far away enough to be a quiet environment. I understand it will be changed to a Best Western when the renovation is done. I will not return.

|6.88km from city centerStayed at 6 little beaches woolacombe for a week in June. Firstly the area is stunning main beach is fantastic. Huge sandy beach great for walks, chilling or surfing for all abilities. Plenty of local great friendly surf shops too which offer surf hire. Lots of great places to eat in woolacombe from fish n chips to posh nosh at hotel brasserie not one bad meal all week. As for the accommodation itself its clean bright and has amazing views of the beach from the massive full opening velux windows. Also dog friendly and felt very relaxed here. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Love woolacombe and will miss it.

Since we're Bonvoy members, this fit the bill. It was a nice, newer hotel and the room was clean and fine. There was plenty of parking and it was super close to the airport. The one con for us is that there isn't really any place to eat anywhere nearby that we could find and definitely not anything walkable. We were starving when we arrived and ended up having something Door Dashed to the hotel.

They have the friendliest and most helpful staff, always smiling, and just making you feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and always smells fresh. Their breakfast is also yummy! I just want to give a huge thumbs up to Cameron and Sharonda for making me feel so welcome every time I visit. They are both very courteous and informative, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

However, this time while looking for a nice hot cup of tea- the selection was Poot and the water was cold. We also tried to make Mac and cheese and the microwave didn’t work very well. We pushed 2:30 minutes and it came up 4:00 mins. It was a little off putting. The shower door leaked onto the floor as well. The good part- they were friendly and the room was clean.

Orlando was a refreshing personality that helped my stress from the travel go away and put a smile on my face all while still maintaining great work ethic and professionalism. Anthony was very knowledgeable and Andrea was very kind and accommodating. Although it is an outdoor pool, the pool looks and was great. Not to mention the food was every dollar's worth and coming here overall was money well spent. I definitely will be returning when traveling through Little Rock.

|9.91km from city centerI typically only review hotels that are either really bad or exceptionally good. This hotel is one of the best Hilton products in which we have stayed. I am very picky about cleanliness in hotels and I must say that this place was immaculate. The shower doors were spotless and look as though they were just installed, despite the hotel being nearly 2 years old. The bed was comfortable and sheets very soft. The heating/ac unit was reasonably quiet with no loud transition sounds. I love the little kitchen area with full size sink and dish detergent which allowed me to wash out the cups that we travel with. The staff, both evening and morning, were polite and helpful. The breakfast area is huge and brightly lit and, again, spotless. The hot breakfast was very good with a large variety of items from which to choose. We have been Hampton Inn devotees for years but Home 2 Suites may become our new go to hotel while on the road. The only drawback is their open door pet policy but we were assured that floors 3 and 4 are pet free. We have nothing against pets but suffer from dander allergies.

I would suggest calling ahead to get directions as my GPS wasn't accurate. We were there during the tornado and would have stayed a fifth night except the hotel lost power due to the storm and I required eletrical power for my CPAP machine. The management was kind enough to not charge me for the fifth night even though we didn't check out until around 9:00 p.m. Nice people to work with and a nice facility.

She worked the front desk both days of our stay and is one of the kindest and most genuine souls I’ve ever met. She was so helpful and set us multiple times on the complimentary shuttle (another major plus to this hotel). The rooms were nice, the free breakfast was a plus. It’s simple, but we really enjoyed it, and the location was perfect for our needs. I’d definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Little Rock.

Your sister hotel, The Burgundy had a power outage and with their assistance and your aid, we had a very comfortable stay when we expected to be searching for hotels in a strange area by ourselves. After a 7-hour drive on the way to Texas, you were a God send. Your inn was easy to find, clean and comfortable and we would highly recommend to others to stay with you when traveling through the Little Rock area. Friendly and efficient service can't be beat. |2.14km from city centerI recently stayed here with my husband and daughter after driving to and from Texas for the holidays. We selected this property based on location and amenities, and it's a pretty good urban hotel. The property was clean, and it was easy to find with great dining options nearby. Service was fantastic. We quickly checked in and received helpful information about how best to unload our luggage and access the parking garage. When we needed items like extra soap and a hairdryer (because one wasn't available in the room), we were able to get the items immediately. The sofa bed was comfortable and had all the required linens (unlike at other properties we experienced on this trip). One thing that made me hesitate giving this hotel an excellent rating was the breakfast. It had different options, but it wasn't great. The coffee in particular was terrible! Also, since this is a Homewood Suites, there were many guests with pets, including large dogs that created a disturbance. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The lobby was nice and the guy working was quite helpful. The room was large and the air conditioning worked great. Hot water took a while. Next time I’d try for a river view.

The facilities are a bit old, but the price is not bad. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, on call, when the bus goes out to send someone else, the hotel is called Uber, free to the airport, the service is thoughtful!

|10.16km from city centerI recently lost my house from a fire we lost everything! I originally stayed at the courtyard downtown which was way too pricey and not even a very nice room. I was happily surprised when I called to make a reservation here and the woman on the phone was kind & helpful & even got me a discounted rate! Check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby & breakfast area is large and has a nice modern vibe. I booked a 2 queen bed room and I was so impressed with the room! The bathroom was huge!! The fridge was a larger size mini fridge that worked very well (my last rooms had terrible fridges) the courtyard also didn't have microwaves in their rooms so I was pleased to see 1. I loved the detachable shower head and there was a large closet with a mirror as the door. I was really pleased with this hotel up until I went downstairs to their market at about 4 AM I grabbed a couple pops and as soon as I went to pay the guy at the desk came running out from the back office screaming at me that the market was closed going on to say the light was off so that means it's C L O S E D! (He spelled it out for me) I was confused and asked if I did something wrong he continued to scream at me to put the things back and before I could say another word he told me no! There are no vending machines on the property if I wanted something to drink I would have to leave the property and buy them somewhere else. I tried asking why it was closed and why he was screaming at me as if I had done something wrong and said bye bye! And went back to the back room behind the desk slamming the door. I have no idea what his problem was I have never seen a market close at hotel before guests shouldn't have to leave the property at 4 am if they want something to drink and definitely shouldn't be chased off and screamed at and given no explanation for his madness. This guy was absolutely INSANE! I will definitely be talking with the manager in the morning. I feel like such a Karen right now I NEVER leave reviews or talk to management but I am so upset right now. Overall I am really happy with the hotel and the rest of the staff I will be staying here again hopefully the overnight guy gets his act together

|9.24km from city centerI am very familiar with the SpringHill Suites. The room was as expected, except there still was no room service…had to request it, but they didn’t tell us that at check in. The room AC was on, but it had trouble getting to the set temperature. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast, is usually what I like about Marriott chains…the consistency. Well, there was a ‘hot’ version that had an omelette thing wrapped, and a waffle quarter wrapped. Omelette thing was warm and a bit soggy and the waffle was cold, wet and soggy (threw it out). The person working the breakfast area was working her tail off. There wasn’t much else besides cereal. So our second morning on our way out of town we ate our breakfast out.

It does need some updating (holes in comforter and older furniture/decor), BUT it was VERY clean (which is MOST important to me) and comfortable. Bathroom was maintained very well and all areas were fully stocked with needed items. Breakfast was great, had a little bit of everything and was stocked perfectly. As a family, we really enjoyed our stay and the room.

This is the last time I will stay: check-in took about 30 minutes; before I reached my room my credit card was already charged for two nights, giving me no chance to cancel 2nd night (although my rate allowed that); rate actually charged to my credit card was about 30% higher than the confirmed rate - front desk had no explanation for that. Restaurant service non-existent: tried twice, each time for 15 minutes with the sole waitress (also had to tend the bar) running past me numerous times. I usually am not too critical, but this was simply too much, too bad.

My youth Footballl organization have stayed at this location on 3 different occasions when we came to Little Rock, Arkansas for unrestricted nationals for AAU. Each time the it gets better and better. The general manager Tracy is one of the best in the business and follow up with me until the day our organization arrived on site. Tracy have showed us great hospitality each and every time we stayed at the hotel. The accommodations that the hotel has is one of a kind. Breakfast buffet, nice bar, huge and clean rooms, and very well mannered staff. This hotel will continue to have our business when we come to town, because I know we will get top notch service!!! We ate at the Capital Grill and the food was super yummy! My only minor complaint was that a coffee pot was not available in our room and there is no room service. They do offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, however, it ends service at 9:00 am. These were just minor things but might affect your morning plans if you’re a late sleeper. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas!
