The location of the hotel is wonderful, the back of the hotel is situated in the Niagara parc, so the falls are in walking distance. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and good. Staff is very friendly. Only one thing the coffee was bad, we love espresso coffee, fortunately we are prepared and have our own espresso coffee with us.

This place was a great find, with a perfect location to the Falls! Step out the door, cross the street, and the Falls await you. Breakfast is included, and it was quite yummy. We liked it so much, we decided to have dinner there on our second night, and it did not disappoint. You will be hard pressed to find a better place to stay on the New York side of Niagara Falls!

It is a small hotel similar to the two Samsungs in China. The facilities are old, the bathroom is not big, the room is sanitary, and the wall is fast and transparent. It is closed by the aisle and obscured by the curtains. It feels not much privacy. I chose this house without choosing the same price of the yard, I regret it.

You are also close to the Rainbow Bridge, so you can walk across it into Canada to explore the Canada side of Niagara Falls. You need to remember to bring your passport to enter into Canada. Would highly recommend this hotel for persons who are looking for a nice modern hotel that is strategically located to get the full experience of Niagara Falls, NY.

The hotel is in downtown. Check in was a nightmare took almost an hour to get in and then they gave us a room that was not cleaned yet had to go back down stairs and get another room. rooms are ok not nothing exciting found blood on the top blanket and there was blood on the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet. The person that checked us in was very nice that is why I gave it a 2 star. For the price it is not worth it. The next problem was parking they have maybe 20 or 30 spots on site then you have to go 2 or 3 blocks away to park and you have to pay then you have to wait in line again to get them to validate it. so ridiculous since we have a handicap person with us. It is way to much trouble. then when we went to get our showers in the morning there was no hot water, so that was not a good experience either. so all in all it is not worth $200.

This hotel is amazing! We were on our honeymoon and received an upgrade to a jacuzzi room with a falls view! The view from our room was absolutely amazing, we looked right down over the falls! The staff also gave us food vouchers and it was a very generous gesture and we were very appreciative of it! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. The only issue I had at this hotel was they charged a $100 deposit as I don’t have a credit card, and there was issues with getting the deposit back as they said they released it back to my ‘credit card’ however I explained a debit/ credit doesn’t work like they, they became confrontational, the general manager called me and he was a bit rude and arrogant. I still have not received my deposit back. My husband and I are on a cross country road trip for our honey moon and have stayed in quite a few hotels so far, and this was they only hotel that had an issue with refunding the deposit.

We researched the package deal and called the hotel directly to book because we had some questions about it. I tried calling the hotel for hours without them answering. So I called the restaurants directly. Skylon answered snd told me the deal is specific. Either salad or French onion soup to start with fresh bread, butter, striploin, chicken, pasta, prime rib, desert was black forest cake or mocha pudding. Plus tea or coffee. Btw no raw or brown sugar available. CoCos steak house never answered their phone after several calls over several hours. In the package it includes one meal at the Skylon one meal at COCOs Steak House. I assumed the dinner would be comparable and the breakfast would be decent. Was I in for a wake up call. Upon checking in which is slow and guests are very frustrated with the speed and etiquette mannerisms they receive at this hotel. In 3 days I never heard ; hello, welcome, thanks for staying, good morning, how was your stay, have a good day, good afternoon, etc. Upon entering our room it was modern, wood floors, wallpaper that was peeling on every wall, sliding door that barely worked, probably from 1970s. TV was small, remote was old and didn't work well. The towels were not in the room, no wash clothes etc. I called the front desk but had to go myself to get them. The bath mat never came. The bottom of the tub is extremely slippery, dangerously. The bed however was extremely comfortable and the linens high quality and spotless clean. The pillows were great as well. The rest of the room was clean with no complaints. Although I requested a higher floor, we received a ground floor, so no balcony or outside furniture to relax. Also for security reasons I prefer upper floors. Dinner at Skylon was great. The views, the food, and service were all excellent, although my meat was slightly overcooked it wasn't worth mentioning to the server. Dinner the following night at COCOs steak house was the complete opposite. The dinner selection was quite limited. Choice of one entrée, no appetizer, no desert. ! You had the choice of personal size pizza, chicken, prime rib, pasta. Although I had rare prime rib the night before, I ordered it again. They included choice of potato and veggies. I had baked potato. They don't have the loaded option although they have butter, sour cream, and bacon. Dinner arrived and was a sad story. Although I asked for rare, it was obviously cooked days earlier and reheated to well done. The portion was small, meat was extremely chewy, and no flavor at all. Served on a small diner plate with sour cream in a plastic cup. Definitely not worth $140 that was the price difference per night for the upgrade for the meal package. Breakfast at COCOs was sad too. It was limited to tea, or coffee, no option for juice, pancakes, or waffles Two eggs, bacon or sausage with toast but rye wasn't available either day just because it wasn't I was told. Lol. It didn't include hash browns or potato. Sl

The hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

The location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel...

We were in room 903, it had an amazing view of the Horseshoe Falls! The beds were wonderful. It was walking distance to lots of restaurant choices. Parking is pricey so we paid $20 a night at a hotel a block away. The exterior of our massive windows was very dirty which was disappointing considering how much we wanted to take in the view. When we asked for an extra blanket the front desk told us that they do not have any extra blankets! Ridiculous. The room service prices were quite steep so we skipped that.

Not what I've come to expect from HIE - would never stay here again! Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a line of people. The first person in the line stated he'd been waiting for 15 minutes and no one was available. All the lights in the sitting area off the lobby were turned off, and there were several groups of flies circling the lobby area right where everyone was waiting... definitely NOT an inviting welcome. When the front desk worker finally arrived back to the desk, there was no apology or even a ”welcome, thanks for waiting.” The room wasn't any better. Mold on the bathroom ceiling (and likely elsewhere given how terrible my allergies were), and a broken lock on our door. To top it all off, the stairwell was filled with bags of garbage. It was so awful I cancelled the second night (it was too late to move my 3 yr old) and we moved on to a better hotel elsewhere.

I loved staying at this hotel near the Niagra Falls Outlet mall. All the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond! I loved the hot breakfast every morning! When u stay here I highly recommend staying in rooms facing towards the front of the hotel. Pick even numbered rooms for a much quieter night. The odd numbered rooms face toward the back of the hotel. It is noisier because behind this hotel is Home Depot. Home Depot night trucks make noise throughout the night. My first night my room was an odd number in the back on the 4th floor. I told the front staff my experience and they moved me down the hall facing the front of the hotel. The rest of my stay was very quiet. I loved that my room had 17 available plugs. Rooms come with a refrigerator, TV, Alarm clock and Blackout window blinds. Every day my room was cleaned. During my weekday stay the price per night was very affordable. Every morning this hotel had a very good hot breakfast. Self-Serve Waffles and 2 random hot breakfast items. Like omelets, ham, scrambled eggs, sausage links and bacon. Breakfast is between 7am to 10am. There are two self-waffle machines. There are two different batters plain and rotating flavors I had blueberry and plain. At 7am on weekday I did not find it too busy. There are TV’s in the dining room with plenty of tables. For Juice they served Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice and Apple Juice. I loved the heated pool I found the pool very refreshing and clean. Accessed through the pool is the outside patio. There is plenty of chairs, a fire pit and 2 loungers to lay out in the sun. Pool opens at 8am and closes at 10pm. On Thursday nights there is a community swim class for kids living in the area. This is not a time for hotel guests. The same night I wanted to use the patio but due to the crowds in the pool I could not get through. I wish there was another way to access the patio then through the pool. There is an exercise room right next to the pool. This opens at 6am every day. To get into the pool or exercise room you need your room card. I loved using the side doors with my room key in hand for access. Parking is free and I never had any problems finding a place to park. There are lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance at the Niagra Falls Outlet. Niagra Falls was less than a 5 mile drive from this hotel. Overall I loved my stay and I will highly consider coming back next time! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel in Niagara Falls. Exceptional service by Bill (bartender), Sarah at check-in desk, and Tina, our server at dinner. The room was spacious, bed & linens very nice and comfortable. We loved having a couch and ottoman for extra space. Plenty of parking also, but cost $15 a day which seemed an unreasonable extra charge considering our two night stay was $525. Unlike the Hampton Inn next door, breakfast is not included, thus also extra cost and time required. Hotel is not by a highway, so no traffic noise which was nice. Tip: you have to request housekeeping service as it is not automatically done.

Took a quick family trip to Niagara Falls. During my pre-trip research, I came across this hotel and was impressed by the fact that they had a ”family room,” which had 3 beds (2 queen, 1 twin). I checked the price, which was very reasonable, considering how close it is to the falls. I couldn't have been happier with it! Located just one block from I90, it sits on a corner lot and is quiet and cozy. The room size was great! Even with 3 beds and a desk, plus a mini fridge, there was still plenty of room to move around! If I had to find any fault, it would be that there was no complimentary breakfast, as advertised, because of covid; as well, I saw a few small ants in the bathroom. If you're looking for a pool, don't stay here. Overall, I was pleased. I would stay there again, as well as recommend it! If you're taking your kids, ask for a family room.

Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe. Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !! Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself. Cleanliness: Great Job !!

First, I’d like to say that the staff was courteous and helpful. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton but for $250 per night, I’d expect at the very least a couple of bottles of water in the room and perhaps some cheap room slippers. Also, to advertise a swimming pool when it’s 21 feet long is a stretch! That’s more like a wading pool. There were a few times I called ‘0’ to get the front desk and a message comes on requesting that you leave a message! Breakfast was typical for this brand - nothing truly healthy. Bagels, muffins, processed cereals, pre-processed omelets etc just don’t cut it especially for a health conscious vegetarian. The oatmeal with raisins and pumpkin seeds was my breakfast. Also, there are no in-room safes. If I were paying $79 or even $100, I’d say ok, but for $250 per night, the hotel should be showering the guests with amenities. They are being cheap and greedy. Not even any toothbrushes ! Can’t say that Covid caused it anymore. That’s all past us now. I’ve been living in Asia for the past 8 years and those hotels have far surpassed ours by light years when comparing side by side. Howard S. Unfortunately, most of the hotels in this city are way overpriced for the value received.

We arrived on 19th September after 3 days in times Square. Long journey by amtrak train (8 hours) but very comfortable and didn't seem that long. The seneca is a massive hotel with very little in it. The ****** is very expensive even if you are like us just wanted a little flutter. None of the restaurants were open, bar one, which meant long queues. Our room was huge and was very nice with electric curtains and a hot tub in the room. My daughter and her husband had the same room but on the floor above, but nothing worked in their room sadly. It is well located, but if you are expecting a view of the falls you want get it. We booked a tour using our city passes and met Dan who took us all over and to a bakery...which is a must. It was called niagra falls illuminations. Would I choose it again, for location yes. No for restaurants. No for staff they were not very accommodating. I personally would stay on the train to the Canadian side, that was amazing.

The owner was welcoming & friendly and shared information on things we could do there. The room was clean and had a breakfast basket waiting - muffins, banana, fruit juice & water. Some reviewers have complained about the breakfast, but i think, for the money we have paid to stay here, this is decent breakfast... enough to fill you up & get you going. The bed was very comfortable, too. The bathroom needs a facelift, but apart from that, we really liked this low- budget place & will definitely stay here again.

This property differs from a traditional bed and breakfast, and if you book online you will be surprised with an extra $15 ”cleaning fee” which the proprietor did not include in his online listing. How does it differ from a traditional bed and breakfast? The owner is not on site. You are not provided a fully cooked breakfast You need to wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen after you eat breakfast You are provided a selection of food you can make for your own breakfast, but if another guest beats you to the punch you may not get what you like. And when you are done making your breakfast you are expected to wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen. In other words this is more like an Air B&B rather than a bed and breakfast. If that's what you are looking for then this place will fit the bill for you. If you want a true bed and breakfast then look elsewhere.

We called the front desk one time to find out why the tv wouldn't come on and the manager came to our room within 2 minutes and resolved the internet issue. Towels were fresh and the bathroom was clean. They don't offer a free breakfast but that was okay with us. When we checked out, I left some of my clothes hanging in the bathroom on the door. I called the hotel manager and he was very nice and said that it would be no problem to mail the clothes to us. I sent him a self-addressed plastic mailer with a check to the US postal service. He mailed me the clothes the same day that he received my mailer. He was so communicative, so nice and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Niagra Falls. Also, the hotel had easy parking and it was super close to lots of restaurants.

Robert(the manager) and all of the staff at this hotel, go above and beyond to look after clients wants and needs and always make us feel welcome.

Spacious room - could have been cleaner though, dust bunnies in closets etc Good location with parking on-site at reasonable cost vs other in town locations Disinterested staff - had to interrupt their chats to ask questions which elicited an eye roll
