|0.84km from city centerMy child's wedding was there. The hotel staff at the event were very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated them. The event itself was lovely and it was set up as we requested. I am giving the ”very good” rating because of that. But, regarding the room we stayed in, we had no hot water in shower for two nights - so we had only cold showers as we dressed for the wedding. Planning was also more difficult than we would have hoped/expected, because the designated caterer for our event (which was a large part of why we had chosen that venue in the first place) changed less than three months before the wedding and we didn't have a menu with pricing until 6 weeks beforehand (the day before invitations had to go out). It isn't clear when the hotel knew about the change, but it never notified us (we learned only when the ”old” caterer told us), and the process led to a lot of last minute stress, and increased costs. Finally, the hotel billed the bride and groom for a room for a night they did not even stay at the hotel; when we questioned that we were told the charges would stand because they hadn't notified the hotel 72 business days in advance (further in advance than the caterer was even set up). In addition, the hotel had agreed to comp us another room but that did not occur because we initially had given the hotel the name of one couple we thought would stay in that comped room - when we learned that couple had not stayed at the hotel overnight, the hotel was unwilling to switch and provide the cost of the comped room to another guest (or even to offset the charges to the bride and groom for the room they did not use, as noted above). We were frustrated by that intransigence.

|1.41km from city centerThe service was good. I had trouble at check in with the credit cards and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the phone was broken and wouldn't shut up...so I unplugged it and notified the front desk. Check out was simple also and the shuttle to and from the airport was useful. Pick up is at the Terminal 2 shuttle area and you take the team there. If you have a very early flight the shuttle might be an iffy choice. I also ate at the restaurant which was delicious and the service was good.

The hotel facilities have been recently renovated and everything is spot-on!
The room has absolutely everything you would ever need, good coffee, appliances, nice lightning, super clean bathroom. Reading chair and working desk.
(The only problem is they don't offer water in the room).
Nice swimming pool and gym.
Downsides: They charge parking, and the check-in staff could be kinder. They interacted with me and other foreign guests in a rather bossy way.

And from the moment when I made the reservation, to arrival and check-in, my experience has been nothing but absolutely amazing. The Aloft O’Hare is at a great location with complimentary airport shuttle. I was here for a convention, and it was so easy to walk to the convention building, close by restaurants and outlet malls! Catching the Airport shuttle was super easy and that is where I met ISMAEL. He truly set the tone perfectly. He was so polite and professional, assisted with my one piece of luggage and wished me a great stay. When I entered the lobby to check in, I met the DUO team of VALERIE and JAMINE. They were absolutely superb. It was late in the night when I arrived, like 9:45PM or so. And they both gave me a warm welcome and made sure I had a good room. I have been places where sometime with long shift, your energy bar around 10 PM is almost out. But VALERIE and JAMINE looked like they love their job and were happy to be here. Like I said, with the way the world has job openings at every corner but not enough talent or body for the position, it is great to see such hard working team on Marriott Aloft side. And lastly, I have not met the lovely DAISY but just spoke to her over the phone few mins ago and she was so professional and patient. Of course when I called the hotel, it would be nice of me if I had my confirmation number or last digits of my CC in my hand. But of course rookie mistake on my part. I made poor DAISY jump through hoops to look for my reservation. I can only imagine how busy she may have been. But she as politely and professionally as ever, took time and found my reservation and was able to answer all my questions. I do know that I had seen her name mention on few other reviews. So, I am not surprised of her professional conduct over the phone. On the morning of my check out, I was leaving at 5 am (Yawn!) so I was able to grab few items from the breakfast bar. They were so handy and decent selections. Thank you, management, for having the breakfast corner. In the end, a great location to come back, clean rooms, hot water in the shower and I am so happy that the small bottles of toiletries are being replaced with large wall-mounted dispensers. The soap was absolutely amazing in the bathroom. I had a great amazing stay and will definitely return. Thank you to the entire team!

It was wonderful having the indoor walkway~ connecting the convention center too. Your restaurant was helpful ~ except for not being open for lunch, which we would have appreciated, since the convention center only had a few choices, in which we weren’t interested.

Firstly, your status with Hilton is not recognized, and you don't get credit/points for your stay. When I got to the room the bedsheet looked unmade, i.e. it was very wrinkled...as if it had been slept in. While there was no malodorous condition, it did not look made. Changed rooms, and the second bed was just as bad. The front desk staff explained that the sheets were cotton, and that's how they look. Well, it's not my first trip, and I've been around.....I can tell the difference with a bed that's been made, and one that looks like it was just a rush job. Breakfast was so-so, the spread is nothing to shout about, pretty boring stuff actually. Fitness room was adequate, but the treadmills need to be either replaced, or at a minimum, maintained. Some keys on the control panels need to be fixed.

|0.87km from city centerThis is a fairly typical Hampton Inn, but very near O’Hare with shuttle service to / from the airport. Pictures of the front, entrance lobby, eating and bar areas, swimming pool, and fitness center are attached. There are also many restaurants nearby within easy walking distance, we went to Moretti’s across the street that was very good. We had a two queen bed room, #320, that was very nice (picture of bedroom, bathroom, and view out the window are attached). I found the instructions on how to use their “business center” - not really a business center , just a printer with difficult to follow instructions about emailing to get a code, then using a web browser to find the printer too much for me to grasp. So instead I asked one of the lovely young ladies at the front desk for help, Karla Ramirez was a big help and offered to print my boarding passes for me if I emailed them to her. When I came back down about 30 minutes later shw had them waiting for me. That’s the type of customer service this hotel should be rewarding. Thank you Karla!!!

|1.64km from city centerThe shuttle took half a hour to arrived at the bus terminal. We had called a few times and they told us to wait a little longer because the bus driver was in the way.
We arrived at the hotel almost 8:15. It took 30 minutes to check-in. The receptionist gave the wrong hotel card to another person and was triying make room arrangements.
We got a little scared because the experience untill there was bad. Because it was late and will not be refundable, we had decided to stay at the hotel.
The room was good, it was clean, there was towels and air conditioner was working. I have only two observations: the frigobar was noisy and the smell of cleaning products was too strong.
Afterall, the hotel was not too expensive and we took 12 minutes to arrive at O`Hare airport.
The checkout was fast and the bus shuttle as well.

|2.56km from city centerI have to admit, it has been a few years since I stayed at this property. I mainly picked this hotel, as we were between trips and I needed a hotel with coin laundry. First impressions didn't go well. The trainee checking us in was surly, sulky and downright miserable. When I politely asked if there was any possibility of an upgrade, without even looking at her screen, she grunted NO. I then asked if we could get a room on the ground floor, as we had quite a bit of luggage. She then argued that we could get our luggage into an elevator, but she finally relented. It would have been nice if she had told us that we could have easily reached our room if we walked out the door and went around the back, rather than struggling our way through the lobby and pool area. The room was fine, although the bed was rather small, and I had to go back to reception for extra towels. Luckily, Miss Sulky boots had left for the night, and a very nice, older night manager was on duty. I did reveal our check-in experience to him and he was appalled. Breakfast was okay, but it was so much better pre-Covid with more choices. And sadly, the nightly reception has been ”enhanced” away. The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants, a Target, etc. But remember to bring your ID, especially if there is an event at the arena. The coin laundry was very cheap and it even takes credit cards. Machines worked well. The shuttle back to the airport was fine.

|1.31km from city centerI was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews on here. Front desk staff is friendly. The rooms are really nice (although the pillows are not comfortable) and you can not beat the location. You can take the airport shuttle to the hotel (great service) and it's maybe a 10 walk to the Rosemont Blue Line L station which will take you downtown. If you're seeing a show at the Rosemont Theatre it takes you maybe 5 minutes to walk. The breakfast was good (friendly omelet makers and clean up staff) although the evening drinks could be better. Some people complained about noise from atrium which is really only a bother if you are still sleeping when breakfast is served. I would definitely stay here again.

I would like to stay in a little more modern hotel, but the bus to the factory leaves here and it is very easy. Best spacious rooms (829), but a extra easy chair, as well as a refrigerator and a safe missed. The indoor is from the 1960s, and we hope that the Edward Hotel will be renovated in the coming years, and we had a vision of O'Hare Airport with a lot of noise from departing aircraft.

The entrance and lobby level which includes the bar and restaurant is spacious and bright in spite of the absolute zero commercial settings very close to O'Hare airport. The black-and-white graphics and similarly painted models are bizarre. Curious, having relatively nothing to do with the bordello-like elevator lobby areas. Consider it all Art. A QR code restaurant menu has a good selection again, contemporary food with a city vibe not particularly iconic Chicago. Our deluxe king room was large and spacious, the bathroom especially, walk-in shower, plenty of hot water and pressure. Welcome design feature is the window blind system. An aluminum frame captures shades completely, blocking out all light. The deep double pane window masks all sounds, don't hit your head when you're looking out the window on the inner glass. We travel with night lights, put them in the bathrooms in virtually every hotel we visit. If you get up in the night you'll want that, it's extremely dark in the room. USB ports are in good places, this is becoming the norm especially in global travel. people won't be needing different adapters and chargers for much longer. The desk desperately needs a task lamp of some type, the toilet paper roll is strangely way too far from the toilet, don't see how that helps. A person with a mobility device would also have trouble reaching it. We took Uber from the international terminal only to discover the easily identifiable Rose hotel's shuttle sitting right there, running every half hour 24 hours a day back to ORD. That's a bonus. Overall a far better value stay the night savvy distressed beat up over priced Hilton in-terminal option at ORD

|1.34km from city centerWe stayed one night at this hotel, because Hurricane Ian extended our trip to Chicago. We couldn't extend our rental car and needed a location near the airport with a shuttle. This place not only fit the bill for convenience but it was quite nice. The hotel is very nice and stylish with an open airy feeling. The rooms are rimmed around and open atrium that houses seating and a restaurant/bar. The suites are a little dated but very nice and very large with a separate living area, bedroom and a bath separating the two. This suite could easily be shared and it is also nice for business people because the bedroom door can be closed. Titanium members have a nice lounge with hot breakfast from 6-9 weekdays, a little later on weekends, snacks, water, sodas, coffee, tea, etc all day and appetizers from 5:30-7:30pm. The night we were there they had chicken wings, pizza and a couple of other goodies. The attendant is very efficient and we were extremely grateful for her asking someone to take their phone conversation off speakerphone. Last but not least, Rey, the shuttle driver arrives every 1/2 hour on the 1/2 hour to take you to the airport. Very nice man and quite prompt. Tip - you can also take the shuttle to the metra station at O'hare for transportation to other areas.
