The hotel room is large, not far from the home of the Los Angeles Galaxy. The hotel parks 12 knives for 24 hours, with the room card parking, and check-out at check-out. It is convenient to have a meal around the hotel.

This is a old hotel. The rooms are small, but they are clean. They have cable TV, and the rooms have small kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and fridge. It is close to Long Beach, and the cruise ship terminal. For the price, it is a great value.

Not a popular tourist area, with fewer people and fewer cars, quiet environment, complete room facilities and grades, beautiful community, more than expected experience, far better than most hotels near the airport

I don't typically leave negative, but this stay beckoned a written response: You know...when booking a hotel for under $100/night, there are certain allowances you pay to the establishment. Maybe it's not lavish. Maybe the area isn't great. Maybe the other guests are questionable. Yes, there are many factors an establishment, whether because of finances or the character of its clientele, cannot control and must merely attempt to manage, but what EVERY business, especially in the hotel/motel industry, can control is customer service. Yes, I can understand the fatigue that must come from being in an area that attracts uncivil, unclean, or even criminal behavior on your grounds, but what that DOES NOT give you permission to do is treat guests who have exhibited none of this behavior as if they're a problem waiting to happen. The lady at the desk was rude, aggressive, and didn't even attempt to mask her judgemental stares because I'm a young black man. I'm a friendly person. I greeted her upon arrival and her frown and steely stare oozed of "Oh God, another one." The only thing managed to say to me was "NO VISITORS", not once, but twice. No words even as she gave me the key. If I were the staff of a hotel in a bad neighborhood with smelly rooms, unclean bedding, and stained towels that I don't have the means (or care) to do anything about, I'd AT LEAST work on managing to smile and say hello to new guests instead of regarding them as another burden from check-in to check-out.

Stayed here for 4 nights and reading the reviews I think it must now have new management. It's very clean, great WiFi and large flat panel TV. It's close to a direct bus to LAX, I really find it hard to believe the previous reviews but I note they were a long time ago. I would definitely stay here again and have no complaints at all.

I only stayed for one night since I had to hop back on a plane in the morning. It was perfect. I got the shuttle from LAX to pick me up and take me to the hotel. Check-in was super easy. Staff was kind and kept COVID-19 regulations in mind. There are late night food spots on the same block (Taco Bell, Subway, McDonalds…), all within walking distance. There are also food and snack options in the lobby, including microwave dinners (there’s a microwave in the room). My room was extremely clean. A clean bathroom is a must for me and it was spotless! The bed was incredibly comfortable too. I was actually sad I only stayed one night. Early check-put was simple, and I was able to catch the shuttle back to LAX. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is for my sons, for the convenience of nucleic acid testing at the airport. The hotel environment is particularly good, and the beds are very comfortable. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, and it is convenient to go to the airport. The hotel provides convenient airport shuttle service, which is particularly good. In short, my sons like it very much.

Key point: There is no floor drain in the hotel bathroom, no! If you take a bath, water is likely to flow out of the bathroom onto the carpet in the room. No water heater, no water heater, don't even think about drinking boiled water, go to the front desk to ask for boiled water and drink it. Other aspects of the hotel are okay. There are no nearby shops around. There are many car rental companies downstairs, but the prices are particularly expensive. Starting at more than $120.

This is speed 8, the conditions are general, if you remember correctly, there is no microwave in the room. Due to going to Torrance Airport, these hotels have lived before and are relatively familiar! Large parking lot, convenient parking

The hotel is very well located next to the Del Amo Fashion Center. The hotel has an underground parking garage and parking is $ 25 per night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only regret was that the beds were too soft and the pillows were not comfortable, so I didn't sleep well at night.

Everything is fine, the room is big. The facilities are a bit old, but they are acceptable. The floor is a bit thin and the sound is not good. The sound of the upstairs and downstairs will be heard. Up and down stairs are stairs without elevator

It was my first time ever staying at this hotel and although the room was very nice the first room the gave us was dirty. The bed had been used, the kitchen had trash and food in it, the table and floor was dirty and I booked this room in a middle of a pandemic and the only thing they did to compensate for giving me a dirty room that could have been potentially contaminated with Covid for all I know was wafer of a 16 dollar parking fee. When in reality me and all my friends actually risked our lives and compromised the safely of our immune systems by this hotel giving us the keys to a dirty room. I have stayed at a decent amount of hotels in my age and I have never ever been given a room that had not been cleaned at all. I thought it was especially ridiculous just because I have no idea who had been in that room before us, they could have had covid and we could have brought that home to my family members like that was a ridiculous experience. I did enjoy the room itself once we got a clean one the kitchen is nice and spacious but I just really didn’t like the way they handled the room situation. It was a very unprofessional thing to happen and I did not appreciate how they brushed off the situation like it isnt a big deal as if people aren’t renting hotels to quarantine cause they have covid or what if a traveling nurse was staying in the room and she is exposed to covid regularly? Nice hotel rooms but the customer service could use some work the lady at the desk looked annoyed and I know it’s obviously not her fault but just the lack of care that the hotel employees potentially put me and my friends lives in danger is absolutely ridiculous to me. But like I said nice rooms, but customer service again could use to some work. I would give the room itself 5 stars, customer service at the front desk 1 star.

There is a parking lot, parking is free, Starbucks is available in the lobby, hot water is provided, and microwave ovens are available on each floor for better service. There was no place to eat nearby, and there was a Ralphs supermarket for 10 minutes to go out to eat.

A typical two-story motel, which is relatively clean. There is a mall and supermarket across the road, and a Chinese restaurant next to it, which is very cost-effective. Parking spaces are generally adequate. It is very convenient to live by your own car, the surrounding is very quiet, very close to Long Beach.

Compared with other hotels in this trip, there are many advantages: hot water bottle, slippers, more suitable for my needs, very close to the supermarket is very convenient! It is far from the sights, but it is very convenient to drive.

It is equivalent to a higher-level motel, a lot of parking spaces, parking is free, it is inconvenient to have no car here. The price is too expensive, there are no neighbors around, several Korean restaurants. Slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes are not available. I asked the front desk for a pair of slippers. Service OK... Lobby has Starbucks, has a fireplace, burnt wood, and is very warm.

Stayed for several nights in a row. The hotel is very good. It’s super convenient to go out in the most lively location in the city. The most important thing is that it’s very close to my company. It’s 10 minutes walk.

Cost-effective, large room, two American-style beds can sleep 4 people, that is, the room smells, the heating is too much, and the heat does not turn on and the heat is on. Although it is an American-style car shop, there are a lot of configuration , Coffee maker, microwave, toiletries, breakfast is better than expected, the room service desk is on the second floor, the airport taxied over 30, the driver turned around on the first floor and did not find the front desk, but later found that there is an elevator on the wall It was not found until the notice on the second floor. A five-minute walk across the street means that the shoppingmall is very large. There are two large supermarkets. Also, if you do n’t drive by yourself, Los Angeles rental requires a hotel taxi, and it will take a few minutes.

Picked this hotel due to it's location in regards to the Del Amo shopping center. The hotel its self is a no frills place but rooms ar spacious and have a small kitchen with full size fridge, a small desk and lounge area with sofa. The TV is on a swivel which allows it to spin a full 180 degress so you can face it to bed or sofa. Bathroom is good with nice size shower and vanity is outside bathroom and well lit up. Unfortunately rooms are not serviced everyday and if you need fresh towels or need to replace bed linen for whatever reason you need to remove take downstairs to reception who will give you replacement if available to make up room yourself. Im guessing for longer stays you would get the service but we were only here for 4 days. Still reception staff were helpful as much as they could be given the hotel was an all suite hotel. Still we recommended it our family who were staying here a few months later. Location was great, easy walk to all the large department stores and plenty of place to eat in and around the hotel plus the abundence in the shopping center vitually across the road.

The location of the hotel is better, and the surrounding supermarket restaurants are easier to find. Hotel facilities are relatively old, after entering the room, the switch has been looking for a long time to find. The bathroom facilities are fairly average, but they are relatively clean. The bed linen quilt feels not particularly clean and needs to be strengthened! The key is no socket! It was inconvenient to find the plug used in the socket below the TV cabinet for a long time!
