Basis for skiing on the very well prepared paths in Corviglia and Corvatsch was again the Youth Hostel. The friendliness and helpfulness of all staff from the reception through the kitchen to the service was remarkable. The great atmosphere is certainly also a result of good guidance from the management of the hostel. Thank you, we're happy to come back! Maren and Andreas

|2.18km from city centerSono ormai già tre anni che pernottiamo in questo hotel. Già dalla prima volta abbiamo percepito cura e precisione in tutto. Le camere sono molto pulite, ben arredate e spaziose. Vi è una stanza per depositare sci e snowboard appena ristrutturata, con ventilazione per asciugare gli scarponi ed armadietto sotto chiave (stessa chiave della camera). L’area wellness è molto piacevole, pulita e tranquilla. Insomma rilassante. Siamo una coppia molto appassionata di colazione😁, ed in questo posto siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Prodotti locali di qualità, molto variegati. Abbondante. La colazione è servita a buffet in una sala luminosa e con una bellissima vista sulle montagne innevate. Il personale è decisamente molto cordiale e simpatico, sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti. In particolare vorremmo ringraziare DAVID K. che ci ha accolto ed accompagnato per tutta la permanenza con particolare gentilezza, professionalità e simpatia! Davvero complimenti! |1.17km from city centerWe booked directly with the hotel. It is situated about 1 km from the heart of the town. The room was of decent size and very clean. Amenities included couple of swivel chairs, a writing desk, two cupboards, flat TV (however with limited English channels), bedside tables with lamps. The bathroom was of decent size and very clean but the shower cubicle was a bit cramped at about 75 cm square. Bathroom amenities were of good quality and towels were very clean. They provide free access to the steam bath facility across the street though we did not try it. Breakfast spread was good; in fact, you could even get eggs cooked to order. There are two restaurants here but one of them was closed. The breakfast room was of good size and Covid protocols were followed. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. The bus-stop is about a 100 ms. away - very convenient to get to the railway station, Corvatsch and other places. They have only a limited number of free open air car parking slots (about 12 nos.) but have paid underground car parking (again limited to about 12 nos.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this property. We will surely stay there again the next time we visit St. Moritz. I must make special mention of Mr. Nicola at the front desk who was extremely courteous and went out of the way to help us throughout our stay. He took care of even the smallest of our requests and all with a smile! Such people are a great asset to the hotel and I hope the management recognises his efforts. All in all, we had a most comfortable stay.

|0.95km from city centerWe stayed at the Carlton for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed much longer. We have booked a spacious Junior Suite with 65 sqm, but the hotel actually offers pretty large rooms throughout their categories and they all have a perfect view over the lake and the valley. The design of the rooms and suites is definitely something else and not your standard design. It is just great to soak up this extravagant atmosphere. Our room was in excellent shape as if the hotel just opened yesterday. From arrival with the hotel's Bentley limousine service at the train station until departure all the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Once arriving at the Carlton you immediately feel a sense of relaxation as the hotel and the team manage to put you in a vacation mindset straight away. Currently breakfast is served a la carte and includes a variety of dishes where everybody will find something they like. Quality and presentation are excellent. Definitely a highlight and a must visit is the Italian restaurant Da Vittorio which has earned 2 Michelin stars. We enjoyed a spectacular tasting menu which was our best dining experience in our lives so far. Both the quality and presentation of the food, but also the service team were remarkable. All in all, we will never forget our amazing stay at the Carlton and will definitely be back in the future!!!

Breakfast coffee and poached eggs are delicious. You can see the hotel after crossing the underground road of the station, and walk about three to five minutes from the station.

Room was clean and quiet and comfy bed.Free travel pass was also included. Hotel management friendly and helpful. Adequate continental brekky of cold meats,cheese,fresh fruit salad and breads,pastries. Ok range of English TV stations. Food can be expensive in Switzerland but a supermarket called COOP are wonderful for supplies. Would stay here again. 👎only downside was (as in a lot of overseas hotels) is a shower/bath combined.

The rooms were top notch, i loved all the wooden details as well as all the nitty gritty you don’t want to miss in a home away from home. Kicked of the day with a savory and sweet breakfast in their cozy and calm setting, overlooking the centre of town. The family lead 4 star individual hotel, is filled with stories and made us feel like we became a part of it. My very special recommendation is the Pasta Luigi at Lapin Bleu - i had it ON REPEAT.

There is a free ticket to go to the nearby public swimming pool, swimming, hot spring, fitness, spa, do not go to the mixed gender spa on the third floor, you must be naked. . We just went. . Utilizei o transfer gratuito da estação de trem para o hotel para chegar no hotel , parecia um sonho : funcionários atenciosos, local totalmente reformado com uma decoração linda, recebemos um upgrade de quarto e chegamos a nossa suíte impecável. O café da manhã é um show a parte e possui absolutamente tudo de primeira qualidade. O hotel Possui um acordo com o clube local de piscinas e atravessamos a rua estávamos no clube na piscina aquecida de frente para a montanha … o transporte público de ônibus é bem perto e sempre que precisamos, o hotel pediu um táxi para nós. On the morning there was a breakfast buffet and on the evening an 4-Gang-Menu. Very delicious. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, familiar and friendly. All staff were very friendly and set. Also the service of the shuttle bus was super helpful and pleasant. In the wellness you could relax super and just enjoy. The price-performance ratio was perfect. Our room was in a house next door, but totally comfortable furnished. The cleanliness was wonderful in all the offers. It was really beautiful and we will come back in any case and spend our holidays in the beautiful St. Moritz in Engadin. Thank you very much.

|1.01km from city centerSince I accused the hotel I wanted only the price pressure I'm here after 2 years and I have the same opinion about the hotel! The hotel rooms actually booked were already in place. All furniture has come in years. In short, the whole room looks smooth. When checking in, you will not be told that you need to ask the key to the safe at the reception. For relaxing to use the pool, you should even pay 2 CHFs, which is just a frechness at such a room price The desk was already fully placed by the TV. Also, you hear every step the room neighbors do by eating in the home restaurant I got stomach pain. Man then has blamed himself by the reasoning the egg they use was pasteurized. Whether the window was open or closed, the street is very noisy and in the night you hear the drunk shouting around. Furthermore, the beds are enormously uncomfortable and you can hear any noise from the kitchen. When I wanted to complain I was treated very unfriendly. On the balcony there is no protection over the neighbor. In addition, my room was not cleaned. Man should urgently check this hotel on the one hand the hygiene and the other side the stars of this hotel certainly do not deserve 3 stars. Please make one of them please and visit another hotel. Unfortunately I have already made the experience. (Visit was in February people should not be confused with comments)

All the guys at the door are extremely good and accommodating, the reception is consistently good, excellent concierge with Kristijan and Diego. The service in the ski room is top-notch, and there is also an excellent ski shop. The main restaurant, especially for breakfast, is great, Ivana takes care of the fresh fruit (which is huge), the waiter Kirjos monitors everything, and Nabil is a real refreshment - he covers the whole restaurant with his fresh juices! When he was gone for a few days, we really missed his different range of freshly squeezed juices. For dinner, there are always excellent restaurants Ca d Oro (with a Michelin star) and Da Adriano. And not to forget to mention the reservation service with the extraordinary fighter Dorothea and of course the general manager Konstantin, who is present everywhere. From the written greeting upon arrival in the room, to the daily breakfast visit. You can also see him around the hotel during the day. In short, the hotel has a soul and I warmly recommend it!

|0.46km from city centerWe couldn't be happier with Hotel Monopol. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is beautiful! Conveniently located 1 block away from the Tram that takes you directly up Corviglia (One of the two Main Ski Mountains in St. Moritz). You can rent and store Ski's and Boots on the mountain in Corviglia, or walk a block from Art Boutique Hotel {AKA Hotel Monopol} and rent at Ender Sports). Monopol has a room to store your ski's and poles with boot warmers if you choose the latter. The 6th Floor Sky bar is very comfortable, with great service, a wonderful menu and drinks and Views of the Alps that can't be beat. Our kids hung out in the 6th floor's Hot Tub (Same Views) while we snacked at the bar. There is also a small fitness room and a Spa (My wife had a wonderful massage) on the 6th Fl. The first floor has a lounge area you can relax in as well as an enclosed room for smoking Cigars (The smoke is vented directly outside and can't be smelled in the lounge area). There happens to be a Davidoff next door to Monopol! The main resteraunt is open for Buffet breakfast (Excellent food and excellent service) as well as for Dinner (Also, excellent food and service). There is also a Kids place on the 1st floor with games for the kids. I drove in from Milan and had some issues with my rental car and the staff went above and beyond arranging the fix while I ski'd. Awesome!! I drove back to Milan through the Moloja pass in a snow storm (I do NOT recommend doing this). However, the staff guided me on the best times to go, kept me abreast of when the pass was open and offered advice on alternative routes. Great experience!
