|11.25km from city centerThere is a parking lot, but it's almost full. There is no lift. On the first day, the toilet was clogged. For 3 days of stay, we never changed towels, did not take out the trash, did not give soap and toilet paper, did not clean the room. Killed a hefty cockroach that ran across the table in the room. The staff does not speak English well.
Of the benefits - inexpensive, spacious room and near a cheap fruit market and a large park. Problems with the toilet and water heater were quickly resolved.

|18.57km from city centerGreat place to stay. Staff Daniel and David were very helpful. We got to the villa late in the evening. Daniel came right away from the office and checked us in promptly and setup breakfast service for next day. ACs in all bedrooms and two of the rooms had the view of the Big Budda. Nice quiet neighborhood. Fans on the ground floor to circulate the air through the ground level. We had car so it was very easy to get around and only 5 min drive to beach. Very nice daily cleaned pool at the villa. Also we were allowed to used the infinity pool with a nice view of Kata area from top and gym at Kata hill’s other location within 5 min of the villa. Daily breakfast was delicious and made fresh infront of you the in the kitchen and cleaned up throughly after breakfast was done: very clean place and lots of space to move around inside for our family. included a washer right outside of the villa for private use . Master bedroom has a nice sit out place, can use some chairs and table. Private gated parking infront of the villa and plenaty of private safe parking outside as well. Very nice sit out space in front of the villa to eat meals and just hangout or work with nice table and chairs. Overall great stay. WiFi works well throughout the villa.

Room is not new but well maintained and clean, simply have everything we need.
Complimentary dinner is a plus which includes a starter and main course from a variety selection from Thai to western dishes.
Overall it’s better than expectations. I only wish to stay longer.

|10.57km from city centerTo be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. |10.15km from city centerThe hotel me and my girlfriend stayed at was located very near a 711, largest mall in phuket and a few night markets. It is about a 40 mins away from the airport and about 30 mins away from the beaches. We didnt interact much with the staff but when we arrived, they were very friendly helping us check in. They served us a very tasty drink. During breakfast, they would clear away our finished dishes very quickly. The room we got was the standard room on the first floor with a king size bed. It was nice and quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. The television did not offer much variety, they were dubbed in thai and only had thai subtitles. The toilet was pretty normal. They did not have much toiletries compared to other hotels ive stayed at but i did not need them so its okay 😄 I had a really time staying at this hotel, would come back and recommend to others.

I also appreciated the fact that it was within walking distance of the beach at this price, and that they provided two bottles of water for each cleaning session. There is also a safe deposit box. Shampoo and body soap are provided, but hair treatments, toothbrushes, basic cosmetics for women, etc. are not provided, so we especially recommend that women prepare everything!

|20.1km from city centerPrior to arriving at this hotel, we had stayed at some nice hotels in Vietnam & Cambodia, which in our view we’re getting better as our trip progressed. That wasn’t the case with the Beachfront hotel. First impressions were ok but we arrived late in the evening, and the receptionist must have been in a rush, as she rhymed off a lot of information in a matter of seconds. Our room, to be fair, wasn’t bad until we looked around. The first thing we noticed, was the toilet seat. It was a small size seat put on a large bowl!! We opted for the sea view room, but it wasn’t until the morning when we looked out the window, that we overlooked a field full of ****s and old tin buildings. Technically, we could see the sea, but really! We had to strain our neck to see it! Then came the beach! What beach? An area at the bottom of the hotel that is covered in sand and has sun beds. They have a bar there, so that saved the day, or did it? We quickly noticed that between the hours of 15:00 - 17:00 & 19:00 - 21:00 were happy hours, where they advertise 2 drinks for the price of 1. That made things better, until we noticed that all drinks on happy hour were nearly double the price. So, a bottle of Chang beer was normally 130 baht, but on happy hour, the same bottle was 250 baht!!!! Rip-off! If you happened to be one of the lucky ones to get the hotel transport to a beach area, some 15 minutes away, you’ve done well. The vehicle can only sit 8 persons, which means, most of the hotel wishing to go to the beach area, needs to order their own transport. Give credit where credits due, the breakfast and food in general is good. Staff in the restaurants are polite and helpful, but less can be said for the reception area. I found them slightly abrupt, ignorant and no patience. If you’re staying here for one or two nights, it’s ok, but anything more, I wouldn’t bother. The one thing that did come out of our trip here, was the menu. As much as the food is good, it was same old, same old, so we went out one night for something different. This lead us to a restaurant called Zen Eat, only about a 5 minute drive in a taxi, which should cost about 200 baht. A fabulous French fusion restaurant that was just amazing. You really have to try.

I would recommend this place to have a feeling of acceptance, community and home (far from the one you mostly live in) The party street is nearby, but not close enough to interrupt your rest. Perfect location for party people :) If you are not one of them, (I'm definitely not) you can ask an owner to move you to Karon to another guesthouse he owns. Very cozy, quiet and cheap.

It was useless. The other was actually Thai. I was going to unload the happy card and install the domestic card. It is estimated that the buddy saw that I was really anxious and responded to the situation. The female boss and the boss adjusted a room. I heard that the man had another hotel in the Thai English cavity and immediately calmed down. another hotel ok i follew you followed him into the door. The steamer-like two-cart kept saying hot hot. The man asked if China was not hot. I said my hometown is winter now very cold I want to say how much below zero. Said that the Thai also said that my English is good, too much, but because of the blessing of the disaster, upgraded to a homestay. The environment is really good. There is a big bathtub under the floor-to-ceiling window. There is also a balcony facing the back mountain. I used the hotel's hot water bottle to burn 5 pots of water and washed a half hot bath. The kettle is overheating and cannot be protected continuously. It takes a while to cool down. It takes too long. The hot water is not enough.

|11.19km from city centerWe stayed here for two nights this week and had a wonderful time. The hostel is located in the heart of Old Town and is very accessible to all the local attractions. We were able to book a day trip to the Phi Phi islands through the hostel and got great deals and discounts due to being guests here. Everything was very clean. Hugh shout out has to be given to the staff, especially the two ladies who were working on reception as they were so kind and helpful and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hostel and would also stay here again if we were back in the area.

Peace in solitude is how I would describe my stay in S4 Naiyang Beach Phuket. Even though it's just a 15-minute walk to Phuket International Airport, the ambience is so tranquil that one can dwell in meditating mood. What I like very much is their healthy buffet breakfast with varying menus. I loved the special Pad Thai and oriental fried noodles in particular; but the plain rice porridge was tasteless. The spacious twin room was very clean and without any foul smell. The swimming pool presented a charming view of one side of the hotel building. Most commendable is the staff's helpfulness and polite attitude even though not all of them understand and speak English. I would like to say ”thank you very much” to the owners of S4 Naiyang Beach Phuket. Big thanks to Miss Ink, the daughter of the owner who volunteered to drive me to the airport. So courteous and amiable she was! I loved the remaining five days of my long vacation in Thailand; as S4 Naiyang Beach Phuket had complemented it to a great extent. This property is indeed recommendable to local and international solo or family vacationists!

|11.11km from city centerthis is my second time staying in this hotel. it is big, including a private pool, from which we can see a small part of the sea. it's a beautiful view. playing loud music at the pool at night didnt disturb our neighbours, so i guess the sound insulation was good. the airconditioning was not very promising (my room and my frd's also). it is quite far from the patong walking street, but quite near the kamala beach (not super clean, little people, hawkers dont hard-sell, price for food and drinks are cheap, a chill little area). i didnt get to enjoy their other amenities but their service was good.

Our room was located on the road side which was incredibly noisy with the sound of motorbikes. Asked to change to a quieter room and needed to pay more to move across the corridor to the pool side view rooms. Worth it for the better sleep. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool was really nice. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and easy to get a taxi to other places in Phuket.
It’s a shame the rooftop pool closes at 9pm and no other evening entertainment in the hotel unfortunately but plenty outside on the doorstep.

|11.26km from city centerThis was my first hostel on my trip in Thailand, and really set the standards high! The rooms were spacious, clean and large. I absolutely loved the ‘booth’ type beds and the bathroom/shower facilities are excellent and well kept. There is a launderette attached to the hostel also! It is located in the Old Town, which is gorgeous! It is a 30 min drive to PaTong and a taxi cost us €4 each (4 of us) to get there! The staff are gorgeous and so kind. We rented a moped near the hostel for an entire day. We had to give one of our passports to the shop in order to rent it. When we returned at 7pm, the moped shop was closed and we had planned a trip to James Bond island for 6:30am the next day. My boyfriend and I were very concerned about the passport so we approached the reception. A lady working there reassured us and kindly offered to return the key and helmets to the moped shop and collect our passport. And she did! When we returned to the hostel after our day trip, she greeted us with our passport and confirmation that all items were returned to the moped shop. We are so grateful for her kindness and help. She made us feel less anxious and we were able to enjoy our day trip. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The background was another hotel with which we were unfortunately not at all satisfied. The hotel has a very large and beautifully landscaped pool. The rooms are well furnished, unfortunately a bit noisy. During our second stay we had very noisy neighbors, which meant we were able to observe this very closely. The location is OK and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has its own cafe with good food, good coffee and very tasty desserts. Wat Chalong and Chalong Pier can be reached very quickly. However, you should generally rent a vehicle as other places are more difficult to reach. We would go there again.

The size and area are not the same. The price is not large when I booked it. A little more rooms are small suites. One is the apartment hotel. There is a staff at the front desk who can speak Chinese and the service is good. The only drawback is that we stayed in the hotel for more than 10 days without cleaning. We only communicated with the hotel after cleaning. And it seems that the waiter is not very willing may be the reason for not tipping?
