The hotel location is quite good. Attractions are within walking distance. The hotel's spa also offers a free shower after I run a marathon. There is a supermarket and a Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel. The rooms are also large. You can also see some lake views. Very satisfied

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Millennium Park, Glitter Park, and the Art Gallery of Chicago. It is a 10-minute walk to Lake Michigan and the cruise ship terminal. There is a Cantonese restaurant near the hotel, which is very delicate and tastes very good. The net red deep pizza restaurant Giordano's is also nearby. Next to the hotel is a CVC store, shopping is super convenient. The hotel is in a good environment, the view of Lake Michigan can be seen in the room, the service is good, the room is clean. A recommended hotel

The location is in the city center, the transportation is convenient, there is a hotel parking lot, but the parking fee is expensive, it is recommended not to drive. The rooms are quite big, this is not easy in the city center. The room smelled of smoke, and the quilt and bed were not comfortable.

On the first day in the United States, I encountered a blockage in the bathroom. I didn’t leak water. I barely washed the shower. I dripped water on the floor. I was complained downstairs. The hotel staff at the late night knocked on the door twice, but let them clear the next day. It is still blocking water.

Fabulous check in, managed to get here on the train and then on the L from the airport, which we never imagined we would by able to do coming from the UK. Staff all very pleasant and polite. Helpful in giving us advise on a couple of things. Any way room was lovely and very modern. Great separated shower, toilet and dressing area. Use of bathrobes definitely a plus. Lovely amenities in the shower, great fluffy towels. Lots of stuff available in the mini bar if you wished, and not bad prices! Had drinks in the roof top bar!. Great views, but only complaint about the entire hotels is the availability of a table with a view. Tables empty for upto a hour and unavailable to use for a quick drink, which I dont really understand. Why they cant put a reserved from sign on the table, so that they could be used upto 10mins or so prior to the reservation?? Apart from that no complaints and would definitely stay again!

This experience is great. The five or six front desks that spoke were very enthusiastic and considerate, especially when they stayed. The clothes that were sent for a day were not delivered in the evening, and the front desk also helped me find it everywhere. It was estimated that I had not sent it yet. I went out first, and when I came back at night, I had already sent it to the room. Free coffee and tea is available in the lobby every morning, with lemonade in the day and evening. Recently, it happened to be Hilton’s 100-year or 150-year-old. There was a white blue balloon decoration in the lobby. When I asked the front desk to send clothes, a little boy asked her to ask for a balloon. She spent a long time pulling it. Under the tape, get a balloon and give it to the little boy. The location of the hotel is very convenient, surrounded by a lot of places to eat, drink and play, after two interfaces to the Millennium Park. The fashion buns shop is completely self-service and there is no waiter, really cow.

The hotel lobby and our room were very clean and we loved how they had been updated. The room was larger than we anticipated and very comfortable. From the time we were greeted at our car to the time we left the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The location is walking distance to so many tourist activities, restaurants, etc. We would easily stay here again.

I used an online travel website to search for a hotel room in downtown Chicago. I selected the Pittsfield Apartments & Suites, which now appears was a major mistake. I had a question, which required clarification directly from the hotel. The phone was answered by someone who sounded as though I had just woken him up. I started the question and he hung up. I called back and the hotel was now sending its calls to an automated system, which directed me to the Fulton Fish Market (?). The restaurant claimed this was not uncommon for the hotel. I finally got the same individual after calling back several times. When I asked him why he had hung up on me, he claimed the call had ”spontaneously” disconnected. I asked for his name when he asked me ”How he could help me”. He refused to give me his name after my repeated requests. I hung up without ever receiving this individual's last name or employee number (if such a designation is used by this so-called hotel). If a man is know by his actions, then a business is known by its customer service. I do not understand why an online travel agency would purchase rooms in this so-called hotel with first investigating. Pittsfield Apartment & Suites apparently does not desire customers to such an extent that it would hire an incompetent individual like the person to whom I spoke. If a simple customer service process of answering a question is a problem for an hotel, stay away. CLARIFICATION: I DID NOT BOOK A ROOM.

The hotel has a good location, just beside Michigan Avenue, and convenient to all major attractions in Chicago. The hotel environment is also very good. It is quiet and clean. The space is large enough. There is sufficient hot water supply, but there is no hot water to drink. We brought our own heat The most distinctive feature of the kettle for boiling water is the hotel’s robots, which can deliver water and daily necessities, which are available on demand, great! We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are many restaurants around, which are very convenient. The waiters in the hotel are very good and the service is very warm and thoughtful. Our trip felt very good, the price was affordable and the process was comfortable!

Check in was a breeze, the rooms were large and comfortable, the views can not be beat, and staff was very pleasant. We had no issue with parking, which others had mentioned previously; pulled right in for valet. There's really no need for in and out privileges due to the location of the hotel. There is so much within a close distance. Would definitely return to this hotel.

The location is next to the Netherland Theatre, a few hundred meters away from the Millennium Park. The location is good. The large 34 square meter room is spacious. Prepaid is good. If you pay by credit card debit after you leave the store, the information is lagging behind. Hotel prices vary from day to day, and the same room may double the price difference. Don't spend money. It is the most economical to buy sandwich milk from your own supermarket.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice size and spacious. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The breakfast options were amazing and always fresh. Best Orange Juice I have ever had. The location is priceless, right across the street from Loyola University in Chicago, where my daughter will be a Freshman in August. The staff was friendly, polite, attentive, and caring from check-in all the way to check-out. I need to mention three staff members that exceeded all my expectations with their detailed service and sincere care for me as a guest. Their names are Reena and Carlos in the Front Desk, and Mario in the Housekeeping Department. Just to know that these three wonderful individuals will be there to take care of me over the next four years when I visit my daughter gives me peace of mind. I hope they get recognized for their outstanding service and commitment to the guests. To the Hotel Management, my compliments and thank you, not for making me feel comfortable in a Hotel, but rather for making me feel as if I had never left home.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The biggest feature of the room is the floor-to-ceiling windows. The scenery outside the window is very clear. Although there is no bustling Michigan Avenue, it is still good! There is a bar on the 18th floor of the hotel, not big. The hotel has a restaurant on the left side of the hotel entrance, named Somerset, in the room can also book this restaurant in the room dinning, about twenty or thirty minutes to deliver the meal to the room. I really like the bathroom's minimalist wash suit, which is white tea, especially fragrant and comfortable. Shopping, dining and entertainment are nearby. Not far from there are Chinese restaurants, such as Imperial Lamian, Old Sichuan, MingHin Cuisine, Shanghai Terrance, which are just a few minutes from Uber. Royal chef and old Sichuan are very popular! It is also 10 minutes from the hotel to the famous scenic spot Michigan Avenue, which is also close to Navy Pier and Millennium Park. The fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation in the hotel is not good, the guests from the opposite side of the room can hear the opening of the door, but the overall is good!

I had a major issue with IHG with my reservation. I was charged a wrong amount and had a reservation for the wrong date (all by IHG). I called the hotel today and talked to Alexandria (Manager) and she went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was she nice, polite, energetic to help and sincere, but she was able to help with in minutes. She listened to my problem, empathized with me and then promised to call me back after she called IHG herself! Yea an actual human helping a human and not passing the buck. When does that ever happen? NEVER. So having her say she would take care of it was fantastic! She called me back in about 10 minutes and the problem was OVER, yes OVER! handled and done. I can't thank you enough Alexandria. Seriously, thank you for handling this for me. Your my Rockstar ( The Bon Jovi of Hotel Managers, lol!) Jason C.

I have mixed thoughts. I stayed here for the second time, in May 2022. The hotel is conveniently located and very central to everything...very walkable. The breakfast was awesome. Made to order omelets and a huge selection of breakfast items. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The problem, is not so much the hotel's but rather, the state of travel. The room was not as clean as I have seen in the past. I called Housekeeping and the supervisor herself came to the room, right away and cleaned the few splatters that didn't get picked up previously. The next day, I called down to housekeeping to ask them to bring extra towels when the came up to clean. They informed me that they no longer clean daily and only clean upon request. Unfortunately, the front desk did not tell me that, so that was a complete surprise. Again, this is not so much the fault of the hotel, but rather, when hotels furloughed staff due to COVID, they lost a lot of permanent staff and now, rooms just don't get cleaned that often. I would come back again.

The hotel matched all the criteria I was looking for and it was available for a reasonable price so I booked it. After I booked it, I called to confirm the details of the shuttle and the service I received was not great; I thought it was a one-off but actually that was the type of service I was going to receive throughout my stay. My family arrived before me and even though we had called to confirm the airport pickup and shuttle times, we were told 'just call when you arrive and the shuttle will be there'. Every time we asked we got a different response - one person said the shuttle ran on a schedule and another said that it was upon request. We tried taking the shuttle three times - once from the airport, once to the airport, and once again to the airport and each time it was EXTREMELY delayed and/or it was a guesstimate as to when it would actually go. After that, we stopped using the shuttle at all. The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the airport and is located across the highway from the Rosemount train station. The hotel looks like it was built in the 1950's with a high hotel and a huge parking lot. You have to cross the huge parking lot and walk across the highway on a pedestrian bridge to access the train - its not bad during the day but can be a little sketchy at night. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and there are lots of delivery options available as well (we did a delivery option and when it was delivered to the hotel, they were told to leave it on the table in the lobby. We went down to pick it up and no one confirmed to ensure it was our order so you can pick up any order you want). The lobby was designed in a circular fashion with the check-in desks to the left, the bar and restaurant straight ahead, the elevators to the room on the right, and the concierge desk also on the right. We checked-in and were not given any information and in fact the attendant could not have cared less (even though there was no one behind us). We received our key and proceeded to our room. Even though the area for the hotel was large and the hotel building looked large, the rooms were smaller than I expected. As you entered, there was a bathroom on the right and a closet on the left side. The bathroom was standard and contained a sink, a toilet and a bathtub - the only negative about the hotel was the minimal space. The closet was also a standard hotel closet and contained shelves, a place to hang clothes, an iron and ironing board, as well as a safe. Further into the room, on the right side were the 2 double beds with a nightstand in the middle. The beds were decent and provided a good nights sleep - again the space between the beds were tighter than anticipated. In front of the beds was a chest with a drawers on the bottom and a TV on top. Next to that was a desk on wheels so you can move the desk around the room. Along the wall were windows which were a nice addition as it

the hotel is in the middle of the tourist area, near Millennium park, close to everything. The hotel service is good, the room for this price has everything you need, a coffee machine, glasses, writing materials, all toiletries, even toothpaste and a toothbrush. but as for me, the design of the rooms is not very cozy and the hotel itself is very old. despite the new furniture, freshly painted walls, windows and doors straight from the last century, which generally spoils the impression. but for unpretentious tourists or those who need to spend the night, I recommend the hotel.

Juan checked us in early after we explained we had to be at a very important family party in the early afternoon. We were very fortunate there was a room available for us. He was very helpful and the room we had was on the first floor for two nights. I agree that the place needs some updating and TLC, but the people that work there couldn't be nicer! That being said, one big suggestion from two senior citizens: put some non slip grips in the tubs because they are quite slippery and we had to be careful not to fall while taking a shower! Parking is nearby and not at all as expensive as the downtown hotels. There is a parking garage down the side alley that is $25/day and also another garage at Walmart across street. There is a nice bench out in front of the hotel where you can wait for an Uber, or just people watch. We have stayed at the Willows several times due to our daughter living nearby in Lakeview. Also, someone said they only got one set of towels and they were small. We thought the opposite. There were a few sets of towels, they were quite large and smelled good!
