The hotel location is about 15 minutes drive from the city center. There is free parking. The price of the hotel is about the same as the price I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in the city center last year. All are paid parking lots, about $ 30-40 a day. If you are passing by, it is recommended. If you need to visit attractions or stay in hotels near the city center, after all, you can reach almost all attractions, but there are not many places to eat in the city center.

room was disgusting and smelled of smoke. Furniture was ripped, linens had cigarette burns, there were water stains on all of the lamp shades, the refrigerator was dented in and it sat on a pressed wood armoire that had a big whole in it and thus it wobbled when you opened the door. The AC unit almost fell out of the wall when I put my hand on it and there was caked on dust in it. There were water stains on the ceiling and the paint was chipping off the wall in the hall. There was generally no one at the front desk and/or the personal was asleep when I went down there. They over charged me by $11 and while I spoke to the general manager, whose name was Patel and he informed me he would refund me the money, he clearly lied, as it has been 7 days and the money has not been returned. The breakfast was pathetic, there were dirty dish rags on the counter, there was syrup caked on the tables, the juice machine was broken and the only other thing to drink was coffee. You were not able to get extra towels until after 9:30 because that was when housekeeping came in and they continued to only give us two towels for four people. The pool room itself was not heated (it was the middle of February) and there were toilets and titles taking up about a quarter of the room itself. The last day we were there we were awaken by the staff at 1:30 in the morning, as they clearly lived at the property and they were yelling down the halls.

I have stayed at this Motel 6 regularly since 2015. It is approx 1 mile from Pinckneyville Park and Dog Park. My dogs get exercise and socializing in a huge (acres), fenced in grassy and wooded area. This Located in Peachtree Corners, it's a quick drive to Buckhead and Midtown from here. The rooms are renovated (no carpet. Granite in bathroom) come with a flatscreen TV, Cable (including HBO) and WIFI. Rajvi, BK, Barbara (and others) clean the rooms and bring towels in the mornings. They are pleasant and courteous. This hotel is owned by the Patels. Victor Patel walks the grounds around the hotel in the evenings. Front Desk staff - Vipel, Nikita, Monav, Ron, Sam and Teak - are courteous and helpful. A Security Patrol, Ron, lives onsite. All of them go above and beyond. It is a safe environment and I regularly see children here.

The hotel is quite new, an upgraded version of comfort inn, which is different from ordinary ones. The front desk staff is very nice and the facilities are also good. There is a gym swimming pool. The hotel is not far from Chinatown and Koreatown, only ten minutes drive away. Living here is a good choice if you drive by yourself.

My wife and I, our kids, and my in-laws all went for a weekend away for my wife's parents anniversary back in October 2019. They don't get out much and we felt like it was a much deserved break for them since they help us out so much. We got there to check-in and the hot tub was out of order which was a bit of a disappointment but it wasn't a big enough deal to spoil the trip. After check-in, we spoke with Jayda at the front desk and asked for any ideas she might have to make my wife's parents trip special and explained our situation. She could not have been more helpful and polite. As a matter of fact, she was able to upgrade my in-laws from a single king bedroom to a suite. On top of that, she had the thoughtfulness to leave a bottle of champagne, some chocolate covered strawberries, and note wishing them a happy anniversary. Hot tube aside, this was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a Marriott property. We stay exclusively at Marriott properties any time we travel and I can't think of one front desk associate that I've ever encountered that went out of their way and cared as much as she cared about us and our family those couple of days. You really do have a gem in Jayda and I hope she's recognized the way she deserves. Thanks a million, Jayda!

In November I had a fire at my house. I decided to stay at Homewood Suites because the Marriott in Peachtree Corners was full. Never did I imagine that a hotel would further victimize me in the manner that Homewood Suites did. The first room they had me in was old and musty (Room 207). There were spider webs all over the stairs leading to the room and dirty towels laying on the stair case all day. Inside the room the bathtub grout was dark and filthy and missing in places. There was only one remote for two televisions and the room didn't smell fresh. After staying there 3 days I ask to be moved to a first floor room, hoping it would be better. I also asked for a two-week reservation so I wouldn't have to keep moving my items. They took my credit card for incidentals, charged it $25 but never informed me that they would be charging me the next day for a one-week stay. They placed a hold on my account for $840 for a 7-day stay that hadn't even started. When I called the front desk to ask them about it, they said the hold would fall off after one day. On Sunday, the next day the charge was still there and since this was the only money I had (from the Red Cross and my insurance company to eat, buy clothes for myself and my 86 yr. old mother, and board my dog for a week) I was very concerned. I asked the hotel to please remove the charge. To make a long story short the front desk worker (Felicia Keith) and the manager (Blake Weldon) went back and forth talking to each other and me, but never resolving the situation which would have been to simply reverse the charge on my account, charge me for the days I was there, and refund the remainder of my money so that my family could eat and live after this fire. The manager, Mr. Weldon even admitted that this was an employee error (he specifically called it a trainee error). I asked him if they charged everyone in advance for one week as they did me. I honestly wondered if this was because they knew I had an insurance policy pending or because I was an African American female. Instead of correcting this problem that they created, they called the police on me. I had never seen either one of these Homewood Suite's employees in person (only spoken with them on the phone) and I was now being told I had to leave their hotel immediately. The police gave me the necessary 30 minutes I needed to return to the hotel and remove my things. This inept hotel finally refunded my money one week after I initially checked in but charged me for the day they asked me to leave. What is happening in our world when a business makes an error that negatively affects you and when you call them on it, they become belligerent and call the police to have you removed? I too am a business owner in Peachtree Corners, GA, and I can't imagine treating anyone this way. Well it goes without saying there will be a lawsuit and detailed report to the Better Business Bureau regarding this incident. I feel like this may be a class action lawsuit (es

I needed a place to stay for one night while driving south on Interstate 85. I wanted a low cost, clean room, easy access to the Interstate, quiet for a good night's sleep, and a room close to my car. Didn’t need a tennis court, gym or in house restaurant. So I did my homework before booking. Read reviews on several websites, checked location of nearby eateries on Google Maps. The Brick Lodge was an easy off, easy back onto Interstate 85. The price was right for thrifty me. All the room amenities I wanted. Based on reviews, hoped for clean and quiet too. I was pleasantly surprised. The lodge was just as attractive as the pictures on their website. Check in was a breeze, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Found parking near my room, and the lot was well lit - Important to me since I was traveling solo and arrived after dark. Non- smoking room was just that, no stale smoke smell. I had no complaints whatsoever, and in fact, decided to stay here a second time on my way home, based on that first stay. Surprised me again, second stay a month later was every bit as great as the first. One terrific experience is good luck, two is a pattern. And so I plan to stay here next January as well. If I could change one thing, I don't know what that would be. I wish there was a Brick Lodge everywhere I travel.

The staff here are exceptionally pleasant and go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy with their stay. Check-in, during our stay and check-out were all courteous and caring. The property is an "older design" Towneplace Suites but some would argue is more functional then their newer designed hotels. The suite was clean, with plenty of outlets, a full kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a living room, but was showing signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. The morning breakfast was free and reasonable and food was hot. Overall a good stay and we would stay here again.

Annie Hall, Aysha, Ilsa, Cruz, Sergio, Marianne, Joshua, Mirta, Ted, Jlasia,Jackie and Samuel are standouts in hotel hospitality and attention to guest experiences. Ayesha's smile & accommodating nature with special requests (due to dietary needs), & helpful attitude in every encounter makes us feel valued and appreciated. I'm uplifted by conversations with her! This is an annual return stay. Everyone we've encountered has asked about us & enthusiastically welcomed us back! Thanks for great service and concientious customer care from Samuel and Jackie. And Randy has an contagious energy & upbeat personality! Ilsa works so hard and the room is always sparkling clean. She is willing to vacumn the edges of the carpet due to our allergies! Mirta and Cruz bring the night amenity cart. We so enjoy the 'TV watching' treats! Such a nice touch. Sergio has helped me several times and is a wonderful gentle driver when we need the shuttle! It's so good to see Marianne. She is also an A+ hostess at the front desk. Smart and sweet, a great combination! Along with patience! Joshua helps with housekeeping and is always hard working and respectful. Ted at the bar and food station is on task, and friendly to guests, and mixes wonderful cocktails! And we love those meals. Many are on our food regimin and if a small adjustment is needed, they are happy to help us. We were impressed with the excellent carpet and upholstery cleaning lady week, especially w/ COVID 19 Social Distancing. Annie is on top of managing this property, it's obvious she's well qualified and liked by her staff. Her leadership is reflected in the quality of service guests receive!

The dirtiest red roof in Atlanta! We all know how airport travel can be such a hassle! Coming to my reserved hotel was supposed to be my realm! It took about 15 minutes after parking to finally find someone who can open the front desk and assist me during check in.. & mind you it was raining HARD! (So glad I didn’t Uber) they placed me on the highest floor, much to my surprise I couldn’t wheel in my 67 lb luggage! The elevator was not in service! No way I was gonna carry it up stairs. DURING THE RAIN I chose to unzip my luggage and pick out my work outfit. When I came inside the room I noticed the broken curtain. Great, no real privacy. Then as I go to turn on the shower, no water comes out!! I called front desk for an estimate of repair time. They said 1 hour. Cool. Don’t have to go to work for another 2. I eat my food, throw my trash away, sit down on the bed (WITHOUT messing up any sheets or pillows) and wait. After an hour goes by I realize the water won’t be fixed any time soon and since I didn’t occupy the room I figured I find a better location with working amenities. I went down stairs for a refund since I paid cash & it was still early. But because there was trash inside a plastic back (easy to remove) the room has been contaminated and can’t refund me back my money. Are you kidding me? The trash? You better off saying the bed! Not that it mattered, the sheets were stained with some type of oil substance before I got there! Not to mention the pubes that we’re already in the bathtub! Complete waste or money! They robbed me! The rooms are nothing like the photos. I had to spend my money somewhere else and wait until the morning to talk to management about a refund. They’re best offer was a free night at their location in Lithonia! Panola road? Really? Inconvenient! No thanks! I’m disturbed.

Have you ever watched a documentary featuring blue collar America, druggies or prostitutes? Stay here for the live action version. I admit, people watching was fun here. A lot of their guests are residents who just can't seem to get it together. What makes me an expert? I was raised in these kinds of motels. All joking aside, the front desk agent is clearly jaded by her job and fails at customer service. While journeying back home, our fuel pump went out, leaving us stranded on the highway and conveniently right by this motel. Not knowing yet why we'd broken down and having waited 2 hours for AAA, we decided to rent a room because we had a half dozen kids in tow and thought they'd be comfortable in a room with AC and cable TV. So my husband and I walk over to book a room and briefly explain our situation to the clerk and ask for a room. She tells us that she has a 2nd floor room facing the highway and we book it. My husband goes back out to the van to wait for AAA and I gather my kids and nieces and escort them to our room. As soon as we walked in we are assaulted by very strong body odor, the mini fridge is missing and in it's place is the square imprint on the carpet, bits of trash litter the stained carpet and ketchup is smeared on the wall. It's literally as if the former guests have just left and housekeeping only remade the beds. After a few moments, I walk back to the lobby and tell the clerk that my room is filthy. Surprisingly, she's mostly accommodating to the room change...mostly. Her main concern about the dirty room is whether or not WE'VE touched anything and dirtied it more. She comes to inspect the room and starts freaking out about the amount of children and says that more than 4 guests are not allowed per room. Perhaps, I had not explained myself thoroughly when I booked the room, who knows? I point to our van on the side of the road and tell her again that we are waiting for AAA and wanted to get the kids off of the side of the highway, naturally if and when we had to spend the night we'd gladly book 2 rooms. She insists that we MUST book 2 rooms and we oblige. My brother in law books a room for his half of the crew and she finally moves us. It turns out that there are other rooms available in a much better part of the motel (2nd floor, poolside). She decides to give my a brother in law a military discount and refunds us $10. The same rooms she rented us go for about $70 on 3rd party booking sites, and with the "discounts" we still paid more than that. Continental breakfast is JUST cereal, bananas, coffee, milk, juice and honeybuns. People watching at the pool while drinking a few cold ones proved to be highly entertaining as I suspect that the guests are residents too.

We booked the hotel and were immediately sorry when we arrived. It did not look well cared for. The windows were full of moisture - we noticed this before we even entered the hotel. Decided to ask the front desk to see the room first. It smelled like smoke, mold, and really not sure what else???? Stains and dirt on the surfaces and sheets. Bedspreads had “cigarette burns”. It was supposed to be a “smoke free” room! We had to leave our id at the front desk just to check the room. That did not make us feel comfortable. Anyways, we told the clerk we wanted our money back-The hotel was disgusting. She told us to take it up with Expedia. We called Expedia and they called the hotel - who said they required a 24 hr cancellation. Thank goodness Expedia jumped in and rebooked us in a safer place. The reviews are correct. Everything that is negative in the previous reviews are just about bang on. Even down to the bedbug encapsulated mattress covers. We are pretty sure we saw a hooker and that there are folks that live there full time. We felt so uncomfortable there. So uncomfortable.
