Останавливались с мужем на 2 ночи в июне 2023. Полное разочарование, никакого уровня 5-ти звездочного отеля за 19 тыс руб в сутки! Номер стандартный в новом корпусе крошечный, ванная комната максимум на отель 3 звезды. Туалетные принадлежности максимально дешевые, полотенца старые и с торчащими нитками, тапок в номере не было, халаты тонкие и тоже уже застиранные. Постель большая, матрас хороший, но почему-то было 2 узких одеяла вместо 1 большого. Возможно, если бы мы обратились на ресепшен, некоторые вопросы бы решили (дали тапки, замерили полотенца и одеяла), но в отеле 5 звезд ожидаешь приличного уровня номера сразу, без дополнительных замечаний. Отдельное разочарование - завтраки. Ну какие сосиски в отеле 5 звезд? Обслуживание никакое, официанты -студенты, которые только и делают, что пытаются убрать со стола еще не допитый кофе. Еда приличная, но это не 5 звезд. Если пришли не на открытие, то скорее всего будете есть за столом с крошками от предыдущих гостей и с грязной скатертью. Выбор еды стандартный и простой (2 вида яиц, пару каш, запеканка, блинчики, овощи, красная рыба, сыры). Хлеб самый простой белые и черный, 2 вида багета. Кофе, чай, шампанское - самообслуживание, никакого сервиса 5 звезд нет. Иногда шампанское на буфете заканчивалось, приходилось просить принести еще (ощущение, что экономят и надеятся, что ты не попросишь). Спа - самый простой бассейн, сауна, ничего примечательного. но вот массажный кабинет - боль! Находится рядом с бассейном, за стеклянной дверью, которая пропускает все звуки. И вот ты лежишь, пытаешься расслабится за дополнительные деньги (классический массаж, напр, стоит например 3тыс руб), а рядом орут дети, взрослые ругаются матом и в целом атмосфера как на базаре. О каком 5ти звездочном сервисе вы говорите? Кабинет массажа самый простой, лежишь нюхаешь пропахшие маслом полотенца, смотришь вниз на грязный пол с торчащими кранами. И при этом отель предлагает тебе еще купить СПА комплекс за 11 тыс руб. Ни музыки, ни атмосферы СПА там и рядом нет. Сам массажист довольной неплохо делал массаж, но постоянно рассуждал, какое у кого тело и в целом отзывался нелестно о других клиентах - это крайне неэтичное поведение сотрудника любого отеля, не говоря уже о 5 звезд. Что было хорошо: заходили на ужин в тот же ресторан, где проходит завтрак (он в отеле один) - атмосфера вечером приятная, работают другие официанты (более опытные), обслуживают хорошо, еда была очень вкусная. В общем-то сложилось впечатление, что это самый приличный ресторан в Янтарном. Есть с чем сравнить, год назад останавливались в самом Калининграде в отеле Crystal 5*, он стоит 18тыс руб в сутки - а разница просто колоссальная. Роскошные номера, обслуживание, завтраки - все отвечает уровню 5 звезд. В общем, если хотите жить в Янтарном, отель Шлосс не стоит своих денег, максимум 10тыс руб за ночь. Лучше взять какой-то попроще отель за вменяемые деньги и больше проводить времени на пляже.

The MORE DISTORY was waiting for us in the morning, at how many we initially booked this hotel with breakfast and when we were inhabited, we were asked to choose breakfast that we would eat for hot and at what time to serve breakfast (how many guests are not very many, Every guest chooses hot dishes on its own). Cold snacks in a sufficient range of very beautifully served tables and a pleasant atmosphere with panoramic windows. But when leaving the restaurant we were offered to pay for breakfast. We were very surprised by this, the account of 3000 rubles and no one warned that breakfast in our value is not included, but the more its value. The problem is not 3000 rubles, namely in the settlement of this issue and bringing this information to the guests. At the check-in at the settlement we did not inform that when we registered breakfast was not included in the cost and cost of breakfast, but simply handed over a form for the choice of hot meal.  With aggression, the staff tried to just pull out of us 3000 rubles for this breakfast, I do not try to understand and understand this situation. It would be enough to apologize for the misunderstanding and the issue would be resolved, but it was this situation that left a great negative impression of this hotel. I hope the Madame L hotel management will take all possible measures to avoid repeating such situations in the future . On the recommendation of the hotel itself I really liked to advise you to stay there when visiting Svetlogorsk. But be careful and always ask clarifying questions about the value and what is included in your reservation in order not to repeat such situations. It was also unpleasant to realize that the staff did not provide any compliment on the birthday and celebration of it in this hotel, although it was repeatedly announced that we had come there for that. In the previous and subsequent hotels before and after the birthday, the staff of the hotel gave a compliment, and here even an elementary piece of cake regretted. The biggest disappointment of all those hotels who visited this trip was left of this hotel. The hotel room was also not prepared for check-in, although it was said that it was cleaned and prepared for the settlement. There was a large layer of dust on the closet, just like on the luster that hangs right over the bed, dust was also found on the air conditioner and in hard-to-reach places where the staff clearly washed very and very rarely. On our comments from these findings, the staff at the respiratory said they would send the cleaner. But after walking into the room we also found that no one had come in and no one washed. After that we turned to the receptacle again and only this time the staff came and removed the dust. Some staff at the hotel are very friendly, but the second is very dissatisfied and this is not satisfaction sending to the guests. When visiting the SPA, there was a limited number of dresses and towels when we asked to bring, we were told - you have little dresses you are now and so in them, although part of us that was at this moment in the hama and sauna we were without dresses as they were There was no bathing equipment on the counter.  The main choice of this Madame L hotel is the presence of SPA. There is a sauna of Hamam bought. A very pleasant boutique hotel with a friendly staff. The room is quite interesting we lived in an old block where the walls are in the style of the loft. Very successfully located, as is the whole city in the pine ber.

Karmann's hotel - Yantar Hall is a design hotel, opened in 2021, the largest and most modern in Svetlogorsk, comfortably nestled in the middle of a pine forest. The hotel is conveniently located on the central street of Svetlogorsk, next to the famous Yantar Hall theater and Organ Hall, a two-minute walk from the Svetlogorsk promenade leading to the beach.The hotel has 43 comfortable rooms of various categories. Each room has individual air conditioning, interactive TV, safe, telephone, bathroom with shower or bath, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Regardless of the category, the rooms are equipped with an automatic coffee machine, as well as a tea corner and a daily replenished minibar with soft drinks.
