In order to ski New Year's Day, I stayed here using Sapporo winter discounts near the taine ski area. 5000 yen discount for 6000 yen per night and a smile coupon for 2000 yen. I also received a discount ticket that can be used in the nearby shopping street with a privilege, but because of the closing day of the store, we took the relief measures available for the purchase of sales in the hotel. I was able to eat high cup noodles that I had never bought, and I was lucky to have some sweets! There was also a free distribution of tanuki soba and Mikan, and it was New Year's Eve. It was really helpful to drive to the ski area. I was really sorry to sleep. . . The light came to the horizon with a lot of clouds, and it was a long time after sunrise. But the skiing while enjoying the rare scenery is very memorable and I feel good to come. I think it is the best location as a place to stay for ski purposes. I am sincerely grateful for the services of various 々. I want to see you again.

The environment and facilities are great! The Japanese-style room is open-air and the room has a separate bedroom. There is a separate balcony with private soup. The area is large enough and very comfortable! The meals are very particular, the variety is great, and the taste is very good! Breakfast and dinner are carried out in the private room, and the privacy is not good! In the evening, the hotel also offers supper, homemade drinks are delicious! The private soup downstairs is also very good, as well as the sauna, the equipment is perfect! The best is the hotel garden, if it is autumn, it should be more beautiful! The only minus point is that there is a trick for drunk ghosts in the middle of the night. When you call the hotel front desk, no one answers, and you are disturbed several times by strangers, affecting sleep!

I stayed because it was close to my destination and was within my budget for cost. It was good that there was a place to eat nearby and that the next door was a parking lot. It was corona measures including breakfast. It was a pity that there was no public bath. The door made me feel old-fashioned, but there was no inconvenience. The appearance and interior are quite beautiful, and I thought that if it is a couple who want to finish with a low budget, there is no such thing.

If you will appreciate it, this hotel is very good! The surrounding mountains and rivers are beautiful, after eating a hearty breakfast, walking on the path by the stream surrounded by flowers, breathing in the fresh air, and in a good mood! There is a glass workshop in the hotel town where you can make or buy beautiful glass products by yourself. Back to the hotel, sit in the soft sunshine in the open-air courtyard, have a cup of coffee or tea, and stare in a daze. Drive to Otaru at noon to go shopping, eat all kinds of seafood, and take a walk along the canal. In the evening, return to the hotel bubble hot spring to relieve fatigue. In the evening, enjoy the delicacies comparable to Michelin-starred restaurants. It is recommended to taste the very smooth local sake from Otaru. After dinner, go to the hotel bar to enjoy more than 30 kinds of cocktails and Japanese whiskey. The hotel's service is super good, you can also consult the hotel staff, take the hotel's free car to the JR station in Otaru, to visit the NIKKA whisky distillery not too far from Yoichi. It is worth it to spend a different holiday in this hotel! Like👍

Booked loft room for three people. More spacious and not crowded at all. The hotel service is particularly good, very new, and very design. Free dinner and breakfast. Oh my god, it was amazing. After eating, I felt that the hotel was definitely losing money. I kept telling our friends that we had dinner for free, haha. The hotel's value for money is definitely more than 100 points. Dinner and breakfast are delicious. The key point is that the waiter is really particularly good. We checked out at 10 o'clock to play at Tiangushan. At 1 o'clock I remembered that ROLEX had forgotten to be in the room and called a hotel. They helped find it and put it at the front desk for us to get it. Touched. I never write a review. I must write a review. The location of the hotel is very high, it is very close to Otaru Canal and JR station, both are 10 minutes walk. Just one sentence: live it! !!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Yes, as others have mentioned, the hotel is worn and doesn’t appear to have been updated but it was clean, service was great, it was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. We used this as a place to relax half way through our vacation where we did a lot of walking. It’s approximately 20 minutes drive from the JR Otaru station. We made shuttle reservations and although we were 5 minutes early for the stated pick up time, the driver left early because another guest was early. I was a bit upset at first because they told me we needed to wait another hour and a half for the next shuttle even though I made a reservation for the 5pm shuttle. Finally they sent the driver back and I was surprised to find out the upgraded our room to an oceanfront room for the mishap. The sunset view from the open air bath was incredible. We definitely want to stay here again and would definitely pay the extra for the oceanfront room. We did go to the lounge for some beer, wine and cheese. It’s pricey but worth it. You get a sunset view from there also. We didn’t run the meals since they were French meals and we really wanted to experience Japanese meals there. We didn’t have time for the aquarium but it’s only about five minutes away from the hotel. The room came with two bottles of free water, coffee packets and a little bag of cookies baked by the hotel. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels in Japan.

Very comfortable restaurant, the service staff is very kind, even if my English is not good, they are still patient to communicate, Although the rooms and bathrooms are not large, they have all the internal organs, and the beds are especially good for sleeping. There is a bathtub, so if you do n’t go to the large bath for bathing, it is also very comfortable to stay in the room. However, apart from the room rate, it seems that due to the policy, each person will receive a hot spring tax of 300 yen. Even if you do not go to the soup, you will still receive a hot spring tax, but it is also recommended for large baths. There are indoor and outdoor buildings, which are very comfortable. What's special is that their hair dryer is a row of dyson! !! Pretty spectacular The breakfast was buffet style. I remember it was about 1880 yen. It was very delicious. I especially recommend pumpkin puree. I still miss it now. I also have to drink milk. It was Biei at that time and it was very mellow! All in all the experience was pretty good!

This is an outstanding ryokan fulfilling all your wishes for Japanese hospitality. The rooms (with private onsen); the meals (breakfast and dinner); and above all - the genuine warmth and hospitality crossing all language barriers! We do not speak Japanese and English was not used at all... First the rooms. All our rooms had ensuite toilets AND a private onsen with constantly running water at around 40 degrees Celsius. The tatami mats smell like they are brand new, the lacquered low table polished with an inlay featuring a bouquet of flowers is a work or art. The wifi works at all times without fail..Sleeping in futons was not a problem, but getting up in the morning needed getting used to, especially for the oldies. The food - the quality and careful choice of seasonal delights featuring king crab, unni, fresh sashimi, and fresh summer garden vegetables could not be matched anywhere in Hokkaido during our visit! After every breakfast, we were invited to adjourn to the adjacent sun-lit coffee room. The fact that 9 of us in 3 generations of the family descended upon them all at the same time at every meal did not intimidate them. Everyone's wishes were meticulously delivered without mistake. Best of all, the feeling of genuine hospitality pervaded through the entire establishment, whether to clean our dirty shoes, clear the walking cane of debris, etc. The greetings on our arrival by Supervisor Sakura and her team made us feel like we were coming home. Our dinner times were politely reminded when we were late. Temoko-san supervised our dinners, Junko-san, our breakfasts. Of course, the rooms were cleaned quietly and anonymously when we left for the day. On our return, not a speck of dust was visible, all used towels were replaced, and all toiletries refilled to the brim. It was with a tinge of sadness when Sakura-san bade us all farewell outside the Ryokan and topped it all with a perfect group picture taken by her, both with cell phones or with a fancy SLR camera! We will return, albeit that it was the most expensive hotel bill (per person) that I have ever paid in Japan.....

The hotel is at good location next to JR Otaru station. It has free washing machine and coin clothes dryer. There is a public hot spring located at 2/F and free udon from every 2100-2300. When i arrived at the hotel, the staff told me i booked a smoking room. I came here with my 1 yo child, what on earth would i booked a smoking room. I dont know if the staff made that up because no non smoking room was available or the booking website default the smoking room for me. The worst part was, at the time of booking, only my room had no option of smoking or non smoking. But the other room types could select smoking or non smoking room. This is very tricky. I tried to contact this website staff, they blamed me I should notice them early BUT the room type was still not guarantee...... such poor customer services. And the smoking room smell. Not a very good experience.

It's right next to the canal, and the canal is out of the window. A bit old but clean, the space is ok, it is not crowded to add an extra bed; no early breakfast, I do n’t know how breakfast is; The staff is very good. I asked where I can buy a mask. The girl taught me to go to Daiso and wrote me a hundred yuan shop and said she bought it there yesterday.

We stayed for two people, but it was very good. We stayed for 8 nights, but we had everything we needed and we were able to spend a very comfortable time in the room. The location is a bit difficult, about a 15-minute walk from the nearest convenience store. If you have a car, there is no problem. There is a description of two single beds, but the other bed will slide out of the actual bed. No problem, because the quality of the cushion is not bad, but it is different from two single beds...?

I was troubled when I arrived because I couldn't confirm the locking method at check-in, but I was relieved to respond immediately by the chat function. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The children were also very happy with the 2-stage bed. It was a very good trip.

The room is a bit narrow, full of luggage must be piled up, washing and brushing teeth should be next to the kitchen and in the checkin place, a little distance from South Otaru Station, it is really difficult to drag luggage in snowy days. But I just transitioned for one night and it was okay not to hurry. The surroundings are nice and quiet!
