We don't stop for the first time. Last time everything was fine. Clean rooms, there's a parking lot, but this time there was an event in the hotel. The event itself was not heard, but in the next room the young people were celebrating their birthday. After addressing the administrator, the music was turned off, but loud conversations and constant clapping of the doors were not stopped. As a result, instead of sleeping after the plane, I and my child had barely slept first, then each time jumped from the doors. Very disappointed. Why settle the family with the child into the next room with a party.

We had 2 super rooms 1106 and 1206 for 2 days, with kids 5 and 8, and one of the teachers for dance for the little girl. We had a tournement we atended in Moscow, Crokus hall. The rooms are great, the kids can run, and hide, and play as much as they want. The barthroom, is sober and small, if you see the enormous room , but it we sufficient. The TV channel, I would like to request a children channel please, we could not offer the kids to watch the tv. Breakfast was fantastic, close your eyes, kame a wish, and it was there, it is a pity we where in the hurry alll mornings to attend the competition, there where many reasons to just sit and eat and relax with a great view on floor 25. The staff, very friendly! Housekeeping, super friendly ladies, and very polite. Now room service, we love to go out for dinner, but we where tired, kids too, so we ordeed room service, the FOOD was fresh , very tasty, it was served as in a restaurant, very very enjoyable, we loved it, the kids too! I hope to return here man times, and hope we have more time to enjoy everything! But thank you for all! It was fantastic!

«+» Great updated modern hotel. Nice lobby design, nice room design (I stayed at Standard Novation Room). Super comfortable bed. Great looking bathroom. Very good quality bathroom amenities. Fast Wi-Fi. «-» Super overpriced hotel! The room rates are completely unreasonable! Uncomfortable messy hotel for a transfer situation. Bus drivers were rude and did not help with luggage. If you have just a little carry on, it is easier to walk to the hotel through terminals than to use a transfer, because the ride to the hotel from the airport takes like 15 min. Nobody cared about COVID including bus drivers, who did not wear face masks.

The hotel is still as always able to sleep, eat, and exercise. 1, but changed from the location of the international airport. In June, you can see the car pick-up station from Exit B. 2. If you are out of the airport. You need to go from exit b to the opposite side of import c. That is, see a big billboard under the red flag car billboard. This place can't be seen on the opposite side, especially at night. To pass the stairs from the aisle of the airport c 4. The restaurant is on the first floor of the Triangle Building. In general the hotel is good. The staff is pleasant. The only thing was not a big incident before booking the hotel. Check the information about the accommodation of animals. The girl at the reception was incompetent and gave incorrect information during a phone call. After that we unbooked the room (non-refundable). The girl said to make a note that we are with animals and pay 1000 rubles per animal upon check-in. When booking from the app, there was no place to mark. We called the hotel reception again to make sure that our payment went through and we would still be accepted with animals. To which the girl replied: oh, sorry, I gave you the wrong information. You will need to pay extra for animals. We did not count on such financial expenses.

Уже останавливался еще в Sheraton в 2018 году. Проводили там корпоратив. Все соответствовало заявленной информации о звездности отеля. В этом году несколько дней ждали погоду, чтобы провести отдых в отеле всей семьей. Когда была уверенность в отсутствии дождя, позвонил и забронировал номер на ”Все включено”. Поясню, маркетологи подменяют понятие привычного для всех ”Все включено”. На деле у них это - трехразовое питание на шведской линии, без алкоголя. Теперь переходим к развлечениям, которые готовит для своих гостей отель, который пока не снимает вывеску Sheraton, но про стандарты уже никто не вспоминает. Заселились мы примерно в 17 часов. В 20-00 в отеле планировалось анимационное мероприятие для детей, а именно, запуск каких-то больших самолетов. Мы планировали все принять душ и поужинать перед этим мероприятием. Когда старшая дочь включила душ, вода не уходила в трап, а распределилась равномерно по полу. Уклона просто нет, см. фото. Я позвонил в рум-сервис (ответила, если не ошибаюсь, Наталья) и попросил решить вопрос. Через минут 30 ожидания, пришел мастер, предложил попробовать почистить трап. Я попросил, чтобы кто-то из администрации отеля так же подошел с мастером, на что мастер сказал ”сейчас” и пропал. Я начал звонить в рум-сервис повторно. На этот раз трубку взял молодой человек и сообщил, что он - единственный сотрудник, который может помочь, но он сейчас на стойке заселения и отлучиться не может, пообещал подойти в течении 15 минут. Прошло еще пол часа, наши дети и мы не могли пользоваться туалетом и душем. Я принял решение спуститься вниз сам, так как анимация уже начиналась. К нам в спешке поднялся парень по имени Шив. Он извинялся, качал головой, обещал решить вопрос. Предлагал переселиться в другой номер и пользоваться общим туалетом внизу. Так же он сообщил, что поможет перенести вещи. То есть, что бы все понимали, управляющие отеля считают нормальным, что в 5-звездном отеле является нормой, когда один сотрудник стоит на стойке заселения, он же - администратор, который бегает по номерам, решает вопросы, он же носит багаж, и что еще на него повесило руководство, только им известно. На мероприятие мы не попали и сидели, ждали решение проблемы. Время подходило к окончанию ужина. Шив пообещал, что на шведской линии нас дождутся и обслужат. На ужин мы пришли в 20-50. Нас встретили, но предупредили, что бы мы ели быстрей. Я попросил со всеми вопросами обратиться к администратору, на что персонал ресторана сообщили мне, что администратора у них нет и в 21-00 начали убирать еду. Про еду будет отдельно. Я позвал Шива, который подошел, что-то им сказал, и еду убирать прекратили, но приборы, щипцы нужно было просить каждый раз. И стояли они над душой всем составом, смотрели, как мы ужинаем. Я попросил из меню (см. фото) принести напитки, на что мне сообщили, что это меню не их, и из всех позиций есть только Жигулевское пиво и оно у них дороже. Потом начали выходить повара, с недовольным лицом, сообщать, что Шив тут никто. Вышла повар Е
