Opposite Versace. I stayed at Versace the day before, because I had to catch a plane and leave the hotel at 3 am the next day, so I moved from Versace to the Marriott opposite. I came out at 3:00 in the morning and took an Uber for 3 minutes. It was very close to the airport. Shuttle service: The hotel introduced a shuttle bus that departs at 9:00 in the morning and goes to and from Dubai Mall at 7:30 in the evening, but when I asked where to get on the bus at 7:39, the other party hesitated and said that there might not be a bus. So the shuttle service is not real. Environment: There is a swimming pool on the roof, which is okay overall Service: Because I passed around 11 o'clock that day, the hotel manager said that the cheapest room would give me a discount of about 330 dirhams, which is about 660 RMB. I saw that it was 479 on Ctrip, so I booked it on Ctrip. I asked when it would be available When checking in, he said that after 1:00, when I came at one o'clock, he said that the room had not been cleaned and that we could check in at 3 o'clock. When I set it around 2300 (all plus) There is a welcome gift, the photos look good, and the taste is average. There is a capsule coffee machine, and the minibar is shown in the picture The bed was comfortable and the facilities were old. That night tiktok held a party downstairs There is no place to go downstairs to sit and drink (I don’t know why there is no place to sit) Then I didn't visit any Versace store or anything. I went alone, except for a comfortable sleep, I didn't get to play anything, and I didn't let you play if I wanted to, and I didn't find any shops, which was quite boring. The environment is good, close to Thai restaurants and Indian convenience stores. You can walk over there to eat and buy ice coke. There is also a stadium next to it for sports. Next to the stadium is another circle of small restaurants and bars. Everything is walkable and very close. The hotel service staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the conversion plug is also available for free. After buying wine, you can ask for an ice bucket and drink it in the house. If you ask me why I drink it in the room... If I order room service in the hotel, a bottle of Corona beer is about 80rmb😂 The area is close to festival city, and there is also MMI next to it (a place where tourists buy alcohol, bring It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi with my passport. It’s just hard to get back, especially at night. The weather is over 30 degrees, so I can’t take an Uber at night, and there are no taxis on the street. Well, I walked for an hour.) If it’s boring at night, I recommend taking a taxi to the nearby area. The york bar 😏 is only a ten-minute drive away, which is pretty good. In short, I would like to call this hotel the king of value for money. Highly recommended to those who are tired of living in Palm Island and the city center and have an adventurous spirit and want to explore the Indian District at night.

The room itself was nice. But the check-in experience is relatively poor. Hotel service staff are very unprofessional. 1. I booked a superior king room and reminded the front desk, but the king room was still arranged. I had to ask again before they changed my room. 2. The staff just responded to my message and walked straight into the room after I opened the door. Very uncomfortable. Lack of security. 3. Ordering half board, ordering dinner is more complicated. No one answered after the front desk called room service. You need to go to the front desk in person to solve it. We had dinner 3 times and went to the front desk 2 times to communicate. 4. The club is too noisy and will last until two or three in the morning, which greatly affects your rest. 5. Breakfast is so-so.

Great value economic hotel, very spacious, busy elevators like any vertical lodging. Also had an issue with the fire alarm staff should be trained to be more polite. The iron triggered the alarm, the staff showed up looking for penalty tribue, they were so fixated on the idea that I was smoking despite being a non-smoker, it was very dismissive and outright rude, I actually had a hard time thumbing them put of my suite! Still the place is good, as long as the staff learn that extracting penalty fees from guests shouldn't become the priority, once they are educated, they were not be desperate to invade rooms and pretend to be professional investigators They front desk did apologize for the poor training and promised it will never ever happen again. So based on that I must leave a 5/5 review as the hotel was nice when that incident is isolated.

The swimming pool is 25 metre long by 10 metre wide. Great for familiy swim since it is divided up for swimmers alike who just wants to get their laps in. Bur Kalifa, the Dubai Mall is 10 minute Vu bes by metro, their local train service and is an excellent form of transportation to get there. Yes, definitely will be back again.

The hotel was new & clean the rooftop bar level 43 is very cute. The pool is small but it’s on the roof also. The Balconies on the premium rooms are wrap around with a great view of the burg kalifa! It was very comfortable to stay in the hotel. The room was large, it had a terrace, and the service was good. When we asked for toothbrushes, the service staff brought them promptly and their attitude was very good. We stayed for one night and when we came back in the evening, they made the bed and closed it. The curtains were installed, which was very considerate. You can use the infinity pool on the top floor for free when you stay in the hotel. The scenery is beautiful; the breakfast environment is also good, and you can order dishes a la carte. The disadvantage is that it is a bit far to walk from Dubai Mall, and it takes a long time to walk through the passage. There are other Address hotels passing by in the passage, which should be closer. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the room, but there are some office buildings in the foreground, which is not as easy to take pictures as expected.

Выбор был сделан на случайно: близко к остановкам общественного транспорта, метро (красная ветка), откуда можно доехать до всех основных достопримечательностей, а также относительная близость основных бесплатных пляжей Дубая. Кроме того, в трёх остановках автобусов F33, F35 (до остановки 180 метров) красивый благоустроенный бесплатный парк с озером (в форме прокладки, сразу узнаваемым на карте), детскими игровыми зонами , спортивными игровыми площадками Al Barsha Pond Park, куда супруг каждый вечер ездил, чтобы поиграть в баскетбол. В гипермаркете Карфур (Carrefour) (находится в Молле Эмиратов) можно закупиться продуктами по приемлемым ценам и приготовить себе любое блюдо прямо в номере. Номер оснащен хорошей кухней с большим холодильником, плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой, тостером, необходимой посудой, чайником, (чай,кофе, сахар в наличии), стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска также есть в номере. Телевизор без русских каналов. По поводу завтраков в отеле. Мы бронировали номер с завтраком на 11 дней. На 4-й день пожалели, что оплатили завтраки. На 2-3 дня ещё куда ни шло, можно питаться одним и тем же, но 11 дней однообразия уже перебор. В целом все вкусно, но разнообразия нет, не шведский стол, официант по меню приносит блюда на сервированный приборами стол. В следующий раз, если приедем в этот отель (не исключено, т.к. все устраивает), завтракать будем самостоятельно, в номере можно кофе-чай попить...Воду 2 бутылки по 0.5 приносят каждый день во время уборки. Недорого и вкусно можно поесть, если выйти из отеля и пойти по улице направо. Сразу после парковки ряд недорогих кафешек. Брали одно блюдо на двоих за 30 дирхам (рубль 25.3 дирхам на данный момент), не смогли все осилить, нам упаковали оставшееся с собой. Почти напротив отеля небольшой продуктовый магазин Кафур. Такого разнообразия, как в Молле, конечно, там нет, закупиться по-быстрому можно. В отеле есть неплохой фитнес-зал. Хоть на ресепшн и написано, что он до 12.00 работает, по факту он всегда открыт, по крайней мере до 18.00 точно, до этого часа открыт и бассейн рядом, на крыше. Самый лучший пляж, на наш взгляд, Kite, народу в ноябре не много, вода чистая, пляж убирается, есть бесплатные туалеты, душ, переодеваться только в туалетах. Бесплатная питьевая вода. Вай-фай (авторизовались в самый первый день по номеру Эмиратского телефона и эл.почте, в последующие дни подключались автоматически без авторизации). Ехать 10-11 остановок до Umm Suqeim 1 или Abdallah Mleih Masjid на 81 автобусе. Пляж между этими остановками. Рядом с отелем есть остановка, идти минуты 4, 180 метров, но на ней негде присесть, автобус ходит каждые 20 минут, можно не угадать и стоять долго, если он уже ушел. Кроме того, в 9.25-9.30 очень много народу уже едет, присесть в автобусе не получится. Надо или раньше, до 9.00, или позже, после 10.00 уезжать, или идти на конечную около М

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! We booked a 160-flat 2 bedroom suite, the room is really big, look at the Palm Island, but our floor is not high, 15 floors, not obvious, it is estimated that more than 30 layers will be clearer. The service of the hotel is very good and everyone is very enthusiastic! Carrefour is not far away, you can buy food and cook for yourself. We basically cook for ourselves! Whilst the hotel and ALL the facilities are 5 star, having the right personnel is paramount……….and you wont be disappointed at The Fairmont. Despite our check in at 4am, the process was made effortless by the staff. Though it was at this time the manger advised us the room we’d booked was not available due to a technical error their side and therefore they would be upgrading us to a suite the following day by 12 noon. The following day after breakfast the on duty manager Anoop Rai came to see us to thank us for our understanding and that our belongings would be moved across later that afternoon. True to his word, we were moved to a junior suite on the 8th floor with beautiful views of both the sea and Dubai Marina. The quality of service continued throughout our stay by all members of staff, though special thanks to both Suity and Jhenelyn on the front desk who were always there to answer any questions and assist with any restaurant reservations. That leads onto the food, Flow Kitchen is the buffet breakfast and evening dinner place and there’s a variety of different cuisine for all to enjoy……..you won’t be disappointed. You’ve then you’ve got the specialist restaurants and we tried a couple the first being the Sea Grill Bistro. Having booked half board, this gave us the set 3 course meal and option to add if we wanted. The portion sizes were good and the food was tasty, from starters (Caesar salad, Kale Salad and Prawns) to the mains (Salmon, Sea Bream and Chicken)…………so one we’d definitely recommend to dine at. The other was Little Miss India, which too did not disappoint with the various kebabs and curries, all of which were VERY tasty and the chef was happy to add the extra spice if required :) Having direct access to your own private beach was great, though we preferred to be pool side of which there are 4 with one being adults only (over 16’s). Finding sun loungers was generally okay, so you didn’t need to wake up super early to put towels down. The pool side team were always to hand to assist if you couldn’t find any and take your orders for any food or drinks. The location of this hotel is good on The Palm is good, lot’s to do around there with the various beach bars/restaurants (some age restricted) though a short taxi ride you can go to Dubai Marina, Atlantis and Bur Dubai. Stick to the yellow metered taxis, even though some of the black ones are metered we were told they’ll still be more expensive. Opposite the hotel on the Golden Mile you’ve got the Nakheel Mall, lots of shops including Waiterose and/or M&S for those feeling a little homesick :) One thing to note when booking, go for the ‘beverage package’ if you enjoy a drink or two.
