0.24km from Ofele.Coffee & Cuddles.I stayed here for a few nights on business after my colleague booked it, so I did not see the reviews on this site. You should skim a selection before deciding. There are many pros to this place. The location is fantastic. It is near a subway station, and the canal area two blocks over is a lively nightlife spot - we spent every evening there. It is a straight, easy walk to most of the main sightseeing spots. The nearby Sacred Heart Catholic university is worth checking out on its own. If you want to use the trams, they run right outside. The room is basic, a bit dark, but the shower worked fine. The cons? My colleague complained about the noise of the trams, but I had earplugs so it did not bother me. The rooms are small and need updated, but open the shutters and the gloom disappears. Breakfast is a slightly dark, dismal affair. A very limited selection. The staff don't speak much English, which is fine as not may British hotels have Italian-speaking staff, but it can mean some travellers mistake lack of linguistic proficiency for 'rudeness.' Any request I had I could communicate. I'd go back to the location, but perhaps try another hotel next time.
