The location is good, close to the Tenmaya bus station and all sorts of shops are found in the vicinity. The room concept is also interesting. Wooden floor with futon sets so that you kind of feel staying at a ryokan. But what I didn’t like was the inflexibility of the hotel. The cleaner came around 12:20 to 13:00 everyday and regardless of what you do, you have to accommodate the cleaning schedule unless you decline the service. Because of this rigid scheduling, I thought the hotel could accommodate my request to check out at 12pm, one hour later than the designated check out time, which I think is accommodated by most of the hotels worldwide, especially when I know very well that the cleaning doesn’t start until 12:20. But I was asked to pay one hour overstay charge for this! I am not sure what to make of it, but I feel extremely generous giving 3 for this hotel.

We used it for business. The front desk was empty around 21 when we arrived. It is a little difficult to understand the entrance, but you will go up to 2 floor by elevator. (The entrance is closed at 24, and then a card key is required) The elevator will always stop once on the 2 floor when you go up or down. Room clothes are not prepared in the room, so they are taken out of the locker equipped near the front desk. The room was highly confidential and the noise outside was blocked. There was also a humidifier, so there seems to be no worry about drying.

There is a park across the Nishikawa green road on the front and the view is good even on the low floor. The room is renewed and there is a picture on the wall or you can stay calmly. However, breakfast asked for Japanese food, but it was more disappointing than the supermarket celery that did not cook including baked fish.

My hometown is Okayama, but I don’t have a home now, so I stayed at the hotel when I returned to Okayama to sweep the grave. I decided to go to this hotel because the price is cheaper than other hotels and the transportation is convenient when I searched on Trip because I travel to China alone. I want to comment on this hotel, I wonder if I can compare it with domestic hotels. 1. The advantage is that the reservation can be cancelled, but the disadvantage is that the deposit is paid at the time of booking. 2. The room is very clean, but I am very worried about the unique smell of the room. 3. I am satisfied with the reasonable price. that's all

Great location for a trip to Okayama, Okayama Castle and the distance are not very good, so it is so good. I stayed for 2 nights, but check-out is at 12:00 I got a free bicycle rental at 10, and it took me less than 5 minutes to go to Okayama Castle and the garden, so it was great. I was thinking about going to Okayama Castle, and then I went by bicycle for 5 minutes. Okayama Castle was also nice because there were surprisingly many things to see, and the garden was very spacious and it was so good to take pictures. The tea ceremony takes about an hour and a half, and check-out is 12 o'clock. Streetcars are cut off at 9 PM, so if you move before that time, it takes 5 minutes from Okayama Station to the hotel. If you carry your luggage and walk, you will be hell ㅡ.ㅡ, Other people's reviews said that there are no convenience stores around. There is a shopping mall in the diagonal direction of the hotel, and it is connected to a market that seems to be popular with the elderly. The facilities were okay, and if there were some drawbacks, my room was a place where I could see a crossroad, but when I open the window and sleep, I can hear the traffic lights and cuckoo sound every 5 minutes, so I sleep a little.

Go out from the west exit of Okayama Station and go down the escalator on the right. You will walk along the parking lot and see the Toyoko Building on the right. There is also a Toyoko on the opposite side. Don't go wrong. Go out of the hotel and walk more than 100 meters to the right. There is a pedestrian street, but I haven't walked through it.

The hotel is right next to the JR station, and there is no need to go to the ground. There is an elevator directly to the hotel lobby. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who take the Shinkansen to and from Osaka. The hotel staff are very friendly. We went to other places for two days during our stay. Hotel location is good, less than 10 minutes walk from Okayama station east exit. Went to Korakuen and Okayama Castle for a half-hour walk, but walking slowly along the way is enjoyment. I saw the Okayama Prefectural Art Museum on the way. The hotel is located opposite the east square of JR Okayama Station. Downstairs is BIC Mall, check-in and breakfast on the 5th floor. The hotel location is really good, the bus to Korakuen is just across the road, 100 yen direct. After the elevator reaches B1, you can also visit the lively underground shopping mall. There are also many restaurants nearby and there are various options. The single standard room that we stayed in this time was ok, and there was no problem in laying two suitcases. The room facilities were everything. The breakfast on the 5th floor of the hotel can only be said to be average, but full food is still possible. Sitting in the breakfast room can see the busy crowd of JR stations across the road. Figure 6 is the largest shopping mall in the surrounding area. It's called AEON MALL in the country and it's worth visiting, but some shops close earlier and are more comfortable for shopping during the day.

I went to Japan a year ago and stayed at this hotel. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff was very service attitude. I remember that when I first arrived in Japan, I didn't know where to eat. The staff helped me get it and serve it directly. A year later, when I left Japan, I continued to stay in this hotel, and the service attitude was as good as ever. Recommend this hotel, not far from Okayama Station, Korakuen and other places, cost-effective.

Directly connected to the station so you won't get wet in the rain It's good to eat and drink in the Okayama station building and it's close Amenities I don't usually use it honestly, but it was nice to have nylon to wash my body, but for the first time I stayed in various places, there was hair in the bathtub before use. It is not certain whether it was inside the towel instead of the bath mat, but it is true that there was hair. Impression that bed rotation is slightly old. The price was cheap so it's okay

When I was a solo-traveller, I chose this hotel. This hotel provides really nice service. Many Japanese budget hotels are small, this hotel is good for short-term visitors. It's less noice and security is good. It's really cheaper than others. In front of the hotel, there are hospital and bus-stop. If you have a ICOCA card, you can rent a bicycle from bicycle stand in the hospital area. The hotel service is good. This hotel is good for students who want to go to Okayama university. The customer service by the foreigner at the front desk is the worst. It was the first time in the customer service business that it was so terrible that I returned immediately after the cancellation fee the next day I stayed for one night. I feel quite bad when I ask an unexpected question to the other side, whether I will be exposed to an unpleasant face or not. I absolutely do not know how to respond to Japanese or unexpected situations. Even if it is cheap, there is no such customer service on the side that pays the accommodation fee. Also, it is written that there is a coin laundry, but it is left in the failure, and when it listens to the front desk, the above attitude is left. I don't have employee education clearly. I won't go again. I don't care if I'm a person who can divide such a customer because it's cheap? The employees who can only serve the confectionery are very unpleasant. I don't want to use the business hotel itself for a while. Really the worst hotel. I will never go again. I will never go again. Worst. I think it's okay to compare, but I felt that the greeting attached to the work of the intellectually disabled person was more comfortable. The worst hotel. I just want to say that. I won't go again. I have lived several times, except that it is not the closest to JR station, and the price / performance ratio is invincible! In fact, it only takes a few minutes to walk, and passing a restaurant street, Shodoshima ramen. The drugstore is downstairs, it's quite big, I didn't pay attention to the price The hotel's breakfast is of good quality and has local specialties. It is not expensive to buy alone, about 70 yuan? The decoration is a bit old-fashioned, but the texture is quite good and has a traditional Japanese flavor. There is no Chinese service at the front desk, and simple English is OK.
