5 points, 1. The service is very professional, different positions and different professionals; (Professional training of chain hotels, staff from many countries) 2. Service enthusiasm, every time you enter and leave the hotel, the front desk will take the initiative to say hello, and remind me Eating sugar, it is also reminding to drink new soaked lime water. On the last day, we also greeted us three drinks of beer, the fruit beer provided by the boss; 3. Western breakfast is very hard, compared to the Western breakfast in the domestic five-star hotel breakfast, this hotel must Professional care, oranges, grapefruit are freshly stripped, and a variety of melons; 4. The bed is very comfortable, and big enough, my family three sleep enough on a bed.

My husband and I arrived in Brussels with no hotel reservation. We found this hotel on Tripadvisor. The location is great...near all the tourist sites (palace, market square, etc). The room was modern, stylish, clean. VERY QUIET hotel! Not on a busy street but close to everything. Nice shower! The breakfast was terrific too. And the pool looked great. We enjoyed the 24-hour coffee machine. It was a great experience! Would definitely stay there again. Employees VERY helpful and friendly!

The breakfast is very simple, it is some bread, fruit, and an automatic coffee machine, but it can also save you 5€ breakfast fee. The location of the hotel is super good, the subway station, across the road is a simple commercial street and dining, luxury street, on the right is a lot of the ultimate boutiques, to all attractions can walk, save a lot of transportation costs. The hotel's internal facilities are also relatively new and the front desk service is also very good.

The location is perfect, close to Central Station and Grand Place. This time, what was sought for the inn was location-first, not the quality of the room. However, it was a family trip and it was my first trip to Europe for my family, so I chose this hotel because I wanted to choose a hotel with a good service that was safe. However, in the double room, there is only one bathrobe and slippers, it will not be brought unless you call the front desk twice, the mug provided in the room is dirty, the mug we used is the next day After cleaning, the tissue was left untouched. Even if only one tissue remained, it was not refilled. I don't think this is a five star hotel service.

The hotel is generally good, the hardware and location are very good, otherwise it will not be booked before. I have not solved a problem and hope that Ctrip will assist you as soon as possible. I am Ctrip scheduled to guarantee a 400 Euro room fee. It is reasonable to pay 411 Euros when you arrive at the hotel. However, the hotel is debited for 511 Euros. It is said that there is a deposit. I think there may be a deposit of 100. However, please note that this is not a pre-authorization but has been debited. Later, when I checked out, I confirmed that it was still the same because of the train, and the hotel receipt was written 411 euros, so I left the store first. But so far, after one day of check-out, the answer to the credit card customer service is still a charge of 511 euros, and there is no cancellation and refund of 100 euros. I hope that Ctrip will deal with it as soon as possible. Ctrip has problems with the system for two days, so I have not reminded me. It seems that the app customer service system is not connected to the hotel after-sales department. In another comment, there was a similar deduction in the comments, which can be mutually confirmed. I believe this store may not have similar problems for the first time in this regard.

The overall facilities are very old and the management is average, the hallway carpet has a strong musty smell (must smell and fragrance mixed together, feel it). Stayed three nights in total. The bed room was set the night before. The hardware was really hard and felt a lot of dust. The next two nights the executive room had a lounge. The hardware was slightly improved but there was still dust. When I checked in, the front desk said that we had no extra executive room arrangements for three consecutive nights, and we had to check-out the double bed room and check-in the executive room the next day. This was no problem at all, and I didn't want to take any advantage. But the next day when I checked-in, I said that I would arrange two executive rooms next to each other, but let alone the two, and the floor was two floors apart, and the luggage did n’t help us to send it to the room. Stupidly left at the front desk, annoying me to laugh. The key card of the Executive Lounge was only granted for one night, and it was not available the next day. It was really embarrassing. Overall unpleasant. The only advantage is location.

Location is too high. You can reach the Grand Place and Brussels Central Station within 5 minutes on foot. The atmosphere is good because the old building is renovated, and the accommodation was on the ground floor, but there was no courtyard, there were windows, and there was no closed feeling. However, the bathroom lighting was not turned on at the time of entry, I asked for a response, but it seemed that there was only one staff, it took about an hour until I got safe, I wanted to leave my luggage and go out immediately Had to wait in the room till then, wasting a little time. No tea set or refrigerator. There was an air conditioner and there was a vent, but there was no remote control in the room. Is it all centralized management?

Incredibly well placed hotel. Right in the center of Brussels, everything is accessible on foot. Spacious room, nice and clean bathroom despite the toilet wedged between a wall and a sink. (Do not abuse fries and waffles otherwise you will spend more) The hotel has a huge advantage. However the big problem with this hotel is the service. The service is deplorable, frosty welcome, no smile, hello tear off, no please, no thanks ... the polite expressions are all forgotten. Upon arrival, I was asked for a bank card and identity card, ok I give. White is palpable in the room. Then I ask him why he enters my card numbers because I had everything on the internet, he spontaneously replied "Beh for the deposit". No worries, this is understandable, however, he could just tell us, and also give us the amount that was going to be blocked, which I only saw because I looked on the TPE ... very little shopping again . We encountered two fairly basic problems. We ran out of toilet paper, so I ask the receptionist if he can give it to us, the answer was "Abon? Oh well I am amazed. Wait, I'll see if I can find that for you. ” Very surprised by this reflection, we had the impression of having stolen toilet paper, we left empty-handed, toilet paper in hand. In addition we asked 3 times to 3 different employees to change a bulb that no longer worked in our room, something that was never done despite staying 3 nights. Very disappointed by this considerable lack of service / politeness for a four star ... Too bad because this hotel has great potential. Ps: I'm still waiting for my billing email.

Convenient transportation, especially close to the Central Railway Station, within walking distance. The building is not high here. The hotel is on the sixth floor. The view is very good. The night view of the Grand Place is very beautiful. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the Grand Place. The breakfast room is not big (the hotel is not big). It is not a lot of tricks, but the basic things are all there. You can eat and eat healthily. European hotel culture is still very different from Asia. Without diligent service, the five-star is also good to carry your own luggage. The staff is diligent, and there is a problem and a warm response. As a four-star hotel with such an affordable price, this service is very good. In terms of facilities, the hotel is simply decorated and it is recommended to bring your own toothpaste toothbrush.

Breakfast is always delicious in Europe! Personally feel pretty good! I haven't asked if I can add an extra bed, but the room suitable for children is not small, but you need to bring your own except for bath soap and slippers. However, the water, including sparkling water, is free of charge. The hotel location is not far from the city, there is a park next to it, and there is a European museum, which introduces the culture, art and history, which is pretty good! The subway station is about 8 minutes walk, so it is easy to go anywhere. The parking fee should not be cheap yet. Should visit again next time

The location of this hotel was nice. A few steps from a subways station and a few meters to some major attractions. However on weekend everything seems to be clouded so we had to settle for a few shops to eat and I mean a FEW! No convince store around except on Sundays..... The room was clean and lovely! Nice spacious with mini kitchen included. Why I rated it down was for the service, in which, they had none! We arrived late Friday afternoon and us and a few other people where unable to get in the door. Calling the number said they put a door void in our confirmation email. No, as we booked through trip. Then with a code we are to open a box and find an envelop with our name on it. Also having our Full name, check in and out dates and room number! Wow so anyone could take the card and choose a different room if they wanted. Or right down my info and track my stay. Also all this info was on a “6o second” presentation on a tv in the lobby. English or French. Lastly on the weekend NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP! As I now know most of Brussels down down is closed on weekend. It was nerve wrecking. Then on a Sunday tried to use the luggage room but again no code and no one answered the phone. Had to tote it around with me. They sell rooms on a booking service, they should be more accommodating to foreigners that may book.

Next to the office building of the European Commission, the location is unique, the price is very reasonable, and the service is very good! One night before booking on Booking.com, I found that the price was more expensive than Ctrip, and the hotel reservation department negotiated that reservation free of charge and re-booked on other platforms. The treatment is very good and there is no complicated process in the chain hotel.

The favorite hotel in this trip to Europe. The room is a little bit small, but the bed is super comfortable~ Parking is valet parking. The parking fee is very convenient. The service attitude is super good. The room is also very nice! Great location, very close to the place; the hotel is full of small cartoon details of Tintin too cute and spicy! It’s a veteran European luxury hotel. Love is love! The only downside is that there is no view from the window, and it is blocked by the tall buildings in the Grand Place (maybe other rooms are not like this). I heard that this year will open in Shanghai. I have to look forward to it!

This hotel is superb, the receptionist is polite, the English communication is smooth, the room is large, the bathroom and the bathroom are independent. Separate shower and bathtub There is also a separate double electric sauna. The location is OK, we took a taxi from Brussels MIDI train station here, 9.2 euros €, and walk for 20 minutes. Walk to the Louise Metro for 5 minutes. The downtown area of Brussels is small, the main attractions are concentrated around the Grand Place, we are walking along the way, slowly enjoying the scenery. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. The decoration is good, the front desk is friendly, the location is good, and the rooms are large. When I entered the room, I realized that it was a safety hazard. Be careful! Unfortunately, I was tripped over. The whole man flew out and hit the edge of the stone countertop. He also hit a bloody hole across the sweater. The skin was hurt but it hurts. It's been a day since I didn't dare to touch something on my elbow. The first time I looked for the hotel manager, I didn't apologize actively, until I asked him if there was any explanation, he underlined an I'm sorry. I said just sorry? He came to the room with no sincerity and looked at the scene, saying that all rooms are like this. European warnings are generally posted on glass doors. I said that you do n’t have glass doors. He told me that he could see the steps. Wrestling, this is the first time that happens, I go! Who is not the first time! . . . In short, I could not reason with him in English, and finally it became a safety advice to him, from the beginning to the end there was only one passive sorry. I reported to Ctrip afterwards that the customer service attitude was very good and kept apologizing, saying that they would help me negotiate with the hotel and gave me a little compensation. If you don't mind the safety hazards and don't need to be treated in special situations, you can book. Just a good hotel as long as you don't wrestle

But the kitchen and restaurant opening is too late. It's 07:30 am. It is the largest hotel in Europe! There is a small walkway in the entrance to the room. It is really difficult to find such a big house at this price. The bathroom is a bit old, there is no ventilation equipment, it seems that the top is directly connected to the patio. It is not good. The top of the bathroom seems to have a black film separated. Some places directly reveal the light. I don’t know what it is... The hair dryer is easy to use. No wind, no rules of control... The front desk also serves, but the face is blank... Please rapair the second coat hanger for outside coats as one had broken off, You could not just have the hand sprayer on in the shower as have to have large overhead working and far from comfortable for me...alternative not working. Great location away from the tourist hoards but only a short walk from the Bourse. Delightful, fully refurbished, old Merchants house. Really quiet, exactly as required. Staff were fabulously friendly and accommodation exceeded expectations. Rooms are themed by local artists much like Bloom Hotel but not on an industrial scale. Each room is unique and our stay in Hidde van Schie for 2 nights was perfect. No TVs so disturbance from blaring speakers was non-existent. Clean, spacious with wonderfully quirky touches, courtesy of the aforementioned designer/artist. Breakfast in the cosy eating area was delicious. Organic teas, fresh baked goods, cheese, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt and muesli, eggs to order. In other words, just what you need for the perfect start to a day's activities. Would we stay again? Absolutely. In fact, it will definitely be our Brussels go-to accommodation in the future. 15 mins gentle walk from Central Station but easily accessible by cab from Gare du Midi and there is also off street parking available.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find. The west exit of midi station is just outside the entrance from Hagendas. The train from Brussels airport to Midi station is 8.9 Euros. The hotel room is more comfortable, there is a kettle, and free mineral water is available every day. The key is that the sound insulation is really good. There are Carrefour supermarkets and fast food restaurants inside the station. One train station to the main square and three subway stations. It is true that there are more people near the train station. Compared with other cities, Brussels has more non-immigrants from the Middle East. It often encounters policemen with guns. There are also many homeless people on patrols. I don't feel that the law and order is very good, but it is not worse than big cities such as Paris and Berlin. In short, you must pay attention to your own safety when you go out. Do n’t be afraid but do n’t cause trouble. When we were in the hotel, we encountered a domestic aunt who misremembered the room number and knocked on someone else's room door in the morning, and was scolded by an old black man. The room number that he was holding clearly stated the room number. Shameful enough.
